I have used Hooper for decades. They are always excellent. The past visit was extraordinary in that Eric was in and out in less than an hour, performed multiple tasks, was fast efficient and on time. They are the best.

He was seemingly unfazed while I swore at him loudly about how much money Public Service Plumbers wants to charge to repair my water heater, which supposedly is still under warranty. I*was apprehensive at first, having to dig through my living room floor...They were neat, efficient and organized, repairing the leaking section of pipe and backfilling , then repouring the slab, all in one visitI have used them before and would certainly use them again!

This company advertised in Best Pick Reports, so I called them. First time, on a Saturday, the person answering the phone promised I would get a call back during the week. Didn't happen. Second time, I reached service and was told next appt was over 10 days out. They charge $55 for service call and $48 every 15 minutes. If a helper is required, that's an addl $37 every 15 minutes. Didn't ask me about what I needed. It sounded like the person taking the calls was tired of answering the phone. Maybe they are wonderful plumbers, but I didn't get the feeling they need new customers. I hired another company.

We used this company yesterday for the first time and they were prompt and very reasonable. Fred was very friendly and took time to explain everything and took care of the problem we will use them in future for all our plumbing issues.

Repair work was fair but cost was off the charts. Job was uncomplicated but plumber misdiagnosed the required task and so it took longer than he estimated to fix. The part was $45, total cost was $395!! It took less than TWO hours so the labor cost was $350! That's more than $175 per hour!! And he still left work for me to finish and he kept the old part, which can be easily fixed and resold!! Bring lots of money if you call these people. This guys charge fees like a doctor.

He did Excellent Job! He was very patient and got the job done and got the Atmos People Straight after they tried to Say I Had a Gas leak, and didn't have one, he was very Reasonable and didn't try to get over like most plumbers.

The pipes on my washing machine burst causing major flooding and damage. Jeff came out and immediately knew what to do. He sat down with me and went over the estimate before he started the job. Jeff is an honest man with years of experience and integrity. Completed the job perfectly. I will use Mr. Rooter because of Jeff . Thank you.

As always, the people from Atlas were punctual, professional, and competent. I am always pleased with the work that they do and the manner in which they conduct themselves. I have been using Atlas' services for about 10 years and I recommend them most highly.

Beware of the ‘grey areas’ on your maintenance protection plan. Things like the basic hose cleaning of your outdoor unit is not covered (like with other company’s maintenance plans). Then when your unit breaks down, they come out and conveniently have the hose, clean the unit, and charge you at their emergency service rate. Estimate price for products/parts is much higher than other companies as well. Professional and knowledgeable technicians but poor service for high prices.

Joe is my go to plumber and the fixes he does last. His estimates are comprehensive and he communicates your options clearly.

I just had Juan out yesterday to blow out ma AC drain and add a shut off valve. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgeable. He explained what he was going to to, answered all my questions, checked out the system when he was finished, and told me to call if there were any problems. I hope this is the beginning of a long business relationship with Walker. Setting up the appt with Christy was easy, she listened to what I wanted done/needed done. Le Fevers Plumbing does exceptional work. Each time they've been out to the house the job is completed in the time given with no issues. The most recent visit was to replace a water bib on the back of the house. Lee Barr, did an exceptional job removing the old bib and installing the one, with the finished brick work looking just as good as the original. Thanks for the help.Edward S.
