We woke up to no heat last Thursday morning and left a voice message with this company. We promptly received a call back and were able to schedule a service call for the morning. Samier called when he was on his way and was able to arrive and resolve the pressure switch issue by cleaning the inducer port before noon on Thursday. Josh was extremely professional, when He entered our home He ask detail questions so He could assess the problem, do to it being a call back from a previous visit. Josh took His time to find the problem, He assured me as the homeowner that the WH is working cause He’s getting hot water upstairs but it’s coming from the cold water line, this Helped us as we too knew the WH was not gone at the beginning of the problem, Josh informed us that He had found the problem and it should be resolved. This company has been absolutely great from start to finish. The inspection. Was quick, precise, and the technicians very knowledgeable. The follow up was very quick and I was given multiple options and price points to choose from to suit my needs. They were able to do a complete install the same day and it was by no means a small job. The technicians were on time, polite, and took care not to damage anything. The entire team was very knowledgeable and worked quickly. All parts were I stalled beautifully and professionally. 10 out 10 in my book. If you need heating or air these are the guys to do it.
