I am so relieved that I have FINALLY found a plumbing company that I will NOT hesitate to use again. My Mom is not only 92 yoa but also a Korean War Vet. I have had to watch carefully to make sure she has not been taken advantage of. I have used other well known plumbing companies, two of which have TV commercials. The prices quoted by Reeves were significantly lower than other bids, the two gentlemen that installed were kind and professional (as was the woman that took my call). My problem was fixed within a short time, and I am still smiling about the professional job they did. KUDOS to Reeves!!!! We used this company yesterday for the first time and they were prompt and very reasonable. Fred was very friendly and took time to explain everything and took care of the problem we will use them in future for all our plumbing issues.

We have an annual maintenance contract with Dial One which is well worth the money since we need to have our water heater flushed annually. The young man who came today, Michael Young, was wonderful.

BEWARE!!! Howard is an unethical plumber that never fixed a water heater that he was paid in advance over $600 to fix, that should have costs $50 in parts plus labor. Howard was not knowledgeable of hot water heaters or the electrical components required for installation. Howard sold me a stolen water heater that he knew would not work in my home and left with the money and stopped answering his phone. He also lied about how much he was owed for a reimbursement of parts that were never used because of the incorrect water heater that he brought. Howard is unprofessional as he does not arrive on time. We would agree to meet at 4:30 and each time he would arrive at my home after 9pm and always have an excuse as to why he was late. Howard comes off as a sincere person however it is all a scam to make you comfortable with him. I advise anyone to avoid doing business with him. I will be taking legal action against Howard and 3rd generation plumbing pros.

I called Herndon McFarland to detect a potentially slab leak detection. They correctly determined it was a pipe issue in the front of the house. Another plumbing company incorrectly diagnosed a slab leak which was wrong.

We love our new AC unit! We have used Barbosa Plumbing & Air since we've moved into our house back in 2006. Our house needed a new air condition unit and Luke who was our service tech came out a few days before the installation and explain the serves and made sure we understood the equipment. Luke and his crew did an awesome job and we are very pleased. I highly recommend the Barbosa team.
