When my kids broke part of the toliet I didn't even know what it was called. We called three different places and Mark called us back almost right away. In fact, the other two never returned my call. He came out and fixed that no problem and another issue we were having with the pipes screaming. Then when I had an emergency just a few days later he called me right back again and being out on another job he talked me through how to shut of the water to the house until he could get there. He came the same afternoon AND was able to repair my leak without having to install brand new parts, only charging me labor. I used affordable heating and plumbing last year for a replacement water heater and again this year to repair some minor items around the house and both times the plumbers were very professional and reliable. Jeff was amazing !!!!!!!!!!!! I had NO HOT water the past 24 hours (Christmas) -- I called him and instead of booking an appointment to come out and charge me (Sat are costly). He diagnosed the issues over the phone with me with questions - model - and instructions. We utilized texting and phone calls with proper steps of Instructions on what I needed to do. I had no clue what I was doing- since this was my first time.. He was extremely patient and available for my request. I highly recommend his service and will definitely keep him in my contact. When the septic backed up on a weekend Acme was the first company to return our call. Dennis was out here in an hour and pumped the tank. The line from the house to the tank was clogged so they went back to the shop and returned within an hour with a rooter. Problem solved. Dennis is great about explaining the problem and the solutions. Great work, quick service, and very fair pricing. I’m now using Acme for a full system replacement on another home and highly recommend them.
