Outstanding service, super responsive, very knowledgeable and professional. Mark showed up Christmas eve day within hours of my first call and completed the repair for a very reasonable price. I will definitely use Mark again should the need arise.

They troubleshooted a problem I was having with my gas water heater

Initially gave 5 stars. However, updating the review after the sewer scope that was done was so dark it did not detect a major sewer line problem easily seen in the video from another company, who had better lightning on their camera. Had wonderful customer service from Jeremiah, who did the scope and was the saving grace of our experience with Leo's. I do not view him as accountable for the poor lighting on the camera as he was only using what he had been supplied by the company.

Unfortunately, the office ladles are rude, disorganized and give a tone of annoyance when talking with customers. I experienced that multiple times when trying to get another plumbing issue solved.

Specifically, we had scheduled other work to be done by plumber Clint, about whom we had heard good things. The first appointment with Clint ended up being cancelled as he had another job go long. No problem we thought,, and re-scheduled. Clint arrived on the second day scheduled, but later than expected. Because it was after 5, the supply store he needed parts from was already closed. It was disappointing he could not return the next morning to do the job after our initial appointment was previously cancelled with the explanation another job ran long. In hindsight, I don't understand their contradictory scheduling priorities. Though inconvenient for us due to the ongoing plumbing issue, we rescheduled for him to do the work later that week. However, instead of Clint returning as specificly requested, the office sent another plumber on a day/time not scheduled. The second plumber was extremely rude and tried to push his way past me to get into our home. I relayed we had scheduled with Clint for later that week and he left in clear irritation after calling the office. The day before the re-scheduled appointment with Clint I called to confirm we would indeed be seeing Clint the next morning. I was advised they did not show our appointment and was also advised Clint would not be available as he was ill. I said let's plan to schedule when he returns and was told we would be put on a list for a callback in conjunction with his return. The next morning, I got a call from a gruff woman who said she had a plumber in route to us. I asked why as I explained I had talked to another person the prior day who said we would be rescheduled when Clint returned. I was then told Clint would not be back for weeks due to illness, the nature of which the office woman also relayed, but I will respect Clint's privacy and not re-state.

I have lost significant respect for this company given the above described runaround, lack of professionalism and quality of work.

Dwayne was very nice, honest, and on time. He was willing to do the work no other plumber wanted to do. I hope I never have sewer problems again BUT if I do I know who to call!

Springs Rooter came out and cleaned our drain when another company could not clear the line.

Very happy with the service B & L plumbing provides. They were able to get me scheduled for the next day, because it was not an emergency situation. Sam was able to make the repair same day. I will definitely continue to use B& L plumbing in the future.

A couple months ago, my washer wasn't draining properly. The first plumber I called didn't even look at the problem and try to sell me a full repipe for several thousand dollars. Then I called Affordable Rooter, and Mark came out and fixed the problem in a couple hours for $200.

More recently, my water heater went out. Kevin came out and quoted me a reasonable price for a simple tank replacement. I had to prompt them about a tankless water heater and replacing the galvanized water lines. There was no pressure at all. Kevin and Mark started the job right away and worked two very long days to get my hot water back as soon as possible. The end price was very close to the original quote, only slightly higher because they replaced some of the old cast iron drain pipes as well. I am very happy with the quality of their work. I highly recommend them for any size plumbing job.

I’ve used Mr. Rooter two different times in the last 12 months. Everyone that I’ve worked with has been very professional. They showed up on time and we’re very forthcoming with what to expect and what costs of everything would be. Which I really appreciated. I wanted to give a special shout-out to Enrique Garcia. I was in a very bad mood when he first showed up (just due to the circumstances) and my attitude immediately changed. Enrique is such a good dude. He was extremely friendly, and made quick work of my situation and honestly made my day. Would use Mr. Rooter again in the future.

I sent Zach a picture of a bulge and small leak in my hot water heater last night, figured it wasn't good , and LESS than 24 hrs later I had a brand new hot water heater installed and gas line brought to code ! Phenomenal knowledge and service !

David Kittle was amazing he showed up on time he looks for a leak and ended up finding three due to how thorough he was and explain everything to me in a way I can understand which I really appreciated and even showed me where I can turn off our water when needed and make sure he did the job right I really appreciate it thank you so much
