We use ACME for all of our sewer scopes and sewer line replacements. Highly recommended as an honest and very fairly priced plumbing specialist that wont lie to you and actually stands behind the work that he does.

If I could give this guy zero stars I would. Where do I even start? We purchased our house in July 2015. El Paso County requires a sewer inspection prior to the sale of a home. During the inspection this company broke the concrete on the sidewalk when they drove over it. They wrote on the receipt that they would repair that portion of the sidewalk. We had a very quick closing and the previous owners weren't able to get it repaired prior to closing so we then took over the attempts to get it repaired.

We called roughly 15 times before we actually got to talk to the owner. Either they did not answer, did not return the call or the receptionist refused to help and would tell us she could only take a message to which we didn't get a call back. The interesting thing is that her name was Linda and according to property records Dennis and Linda own a house together which means she's his partner and not his receptionist and pretended to be to avoid answering our questions. Only when we threatened legal action did we finally get a call from Dennis. He told us that they were waiting on a part from China for a piece of equipment he needed to fix the concrete and they would take care of it. That was months ago. We've started calling again and have not successfully spoken with anyone because nobody has answered the phone. My daughter graduates next month and we have to have the sidewalk repaired for the party because it's a tripping hazard. We're paying out of pocket to have the sidewalk repaired and are preparing the small claims action to sue this organization. Don't expect this company to stand by anything they say.

When the septic backed up on a weekend Acme was the first company to return our call. Dennis was out here in an hour and pumped the tank. The line from the house to the tank was clogged so they went back to the shop and returned within an hour with a rooter. Problem solved. Dennis is great about explaining the problem and the solutions. Great work, quick service, and very fair pricing. I’m now using Acme for a full system replacement on another home and highly recommend them.

Price was $75 higher than quoted over the phone. They left my garage a mess. I paid for camera inspection which they did before the auger, but they did not inspect the line again AFTER the auger. Is it just me or should camera inspection be done before AND after the auger...to make sure the line has been cleared effectively? They were also in a hurry the entire time, and not on my account. I got the feeling that if they had more time, they would have inspected the line after the auger but their timeline took presidence over performing a quality job.

BUT, they do know what they are doing and my drainage problem is fixed...for now. I do however question the longevity of the fix. I sure wish I could verify the effectiveness of the fix with the camera(which I paid for). Oh well, I'll try someone else out next time.

Acme came to my business and repaired my sewer service I had another out fit camera line and lie to me they told me that I had to dig up the entire sewer line I am so grateful for Acme and Dennis for being honest I highly recommend Acme to every one.

Dennis is great to work with and consistently does good work at very competitive prices. I've worked with him for about 3 years in my capacity as a realtor and in turn have hired him to do multiple projects for myself as well

Do NOT use this company. Dennis took me for about $2400. Supposedly they pumped out our septic tank in November for about $400. When it was inspected last week because we are selling the house, there was 18 inches of sludge at the bottom. Then for an additional $2,000 Dennis installed a new filter and a chlorine dispenser that was supposed to help clean out the leach lines. Later I learned that this has the exact opposite effect because it kills the bacteria that are needed. It is a total hoax! I'm a senior citizen and was severely taken advantage of. Now I am having to have the entire system redone at a huge expense.

I just have to say it is very....I mean VERY tough to get things done to my husband's standards when it comes to hiring a professional to do a job and Dennis did just that! I called about 7 other plumbers who were going to charge us a $50 or more service charge just to come out and see what the problem could be! And then on top of that, that charge was NOT going to be applied to any repairs that were going to be needed. Dennis not only didn't charge a service call fee, he also didn't charge us for the repair since he said it was something that my husband could probably have done himself. Seriously???? There just aren't that many honest, professional and kind people out there anymore who will treat you fair and see you as a person and not a dollar. Thanks Dennis for your help....we WILL be recommending you to anyone we can and hiring you for any future plumbing needs.

Dennis did a fantastic job! He let my husband and I  look at the camera screen to see what he was seeing and what needed to be done to clean the sewer drain. We were thrilled to hear it was only going to be less $. We are quoted from another competitor that we needed to have the sewer line excavated due to a pipe burst and quoted $6,900. Dennis assured us that was not the case at all. I am so glad we were recommended to call you. Dennis was very nice, easy to talk, very professional and HONEST!!!
