Great service, fantastic value!

For 25 years I have relied on Richard at Doc's Rooter Service to keep my 200 foot long main sewer line free from tree roots so that I don't get sewage backups into my finished basement. Always reliable! Most reasonable price for this service that I've found. Get a quote from someone else? I don't even bother with that any more - I just know he will charge a reasonable rate, do a good job, and guarantees his work. Call him if you have any drains that run slow or are clogged. I believe you will love his rates and really like his work!

I truly don't believe you can find anybody better than Doc's for this type of a job!! I called regarding a problem with gunk coming up in the basement shower and in the washing machine with water all over the floor from running a load of wash. I initially spoke to Richard on the phone and he was extremely helpful. He promised that Cory would be out within 2-3 hours that same afternoon and apologized he couldn't get here sooner. They truly stand behind their work and want it to be done right. They guarantee it. Cory is an extremely polite, friendly young man and was absolutely fantastic demonstrating care for our property throughout completion of the job. He remained intent on seeing the job through to both his satisfaction and ours.

I was really worried about calling a drain cleaning service with which I was unfamiliar. So I called my HVAC service provider. I am so thankful for the recommendation I received from Berniece at High Altitude Heating and Air (HAHA). See my review for HAHA. They're fantastic as well and I trusted her referral. I'm glad I did!!

Richard showed up today and got my old kitchen sink drain uncloged. It was a mess with sludge, dirt, and grease from my renters, and he still got it uncloged and flowing for the quoted price. I will use them again for sure!

Called on Friday for a regular service line cleanout - Barry was here on Monday morning. He was prompt, efficient, skilled and kind! We have used Doc's a couple of times before today and we are always happy with the service!!! We highly recommend this company.

Doc's is GREAT! I needed a new sewer line in my old 1964 home. They came out quickly, did a great job, and there were no surprises. They turned a very stressful situation around and completed the job.

Saved buyers $3500 before they bought a downtown house when they found and assessed a collapsed sewer line, and a seller several thousand when they discovered an easy solution & fix to what appeared to be a more complicated problem.

Excellent work and fair pricing

This company did a great job on a Sunday afternoon when we had a clogged sewer drain full of roots. Company was responsive, courteous, timely, good price point. Will def use again.

As a Realtor I would NOT recommend this company.
Knowingly could not complete sewer scope pushed for more services to auger the line for additional $120.00 and made it no further than the already scoped area of the line. Refused to refund all or credit a portion of the costs. When I asked for a military discount it was not offered.

Prompt service, knowledgeable technician, and reasonable prices. I’ll be using Doc’s again!

After calling RotoRooter out, being charged over $300, told I would need to hire a sewage clean up company, my problem was not fixed.

I called Doc's. They came out, snaked the overflowing toilet and got it flowing again. They scoped the line to confirm it was clear.

All of this for about $100 less than RotoRooter, who didnt even fix the problem.

Great service and friendly staff!

I had a blocked drain and tried calling another popular plumber in town. They were booked and referred me to Doc’s. I called Doc’s and they were at my house in 30 minutes. I don’t remember the plumbers name but he did a great job and was very helpful and friendly. He even went as far as playing the “crazy uncle” role for me as my teenaged daughter brought home a new friend for me to meet, that happens to be a boy. It was quite funny and I appreciated the humor.
Great service and great prices! That’s for helping out in a real poopy situation! Doc’s will be my first call from now on!

I had Doc's Drain Cleaning take care of a rather complex drain clog at a rental unit I own and both lines were promptly cleaned out, tenants treated well and respected - all done quickly and efficiently with minimum fuss.

One phone call and I waited about an hour before their technician showed up. He was so good I didn't have to be there - just described the situation over the phone and all was made good!

5 stars and well worth it. Don't waste time with a big-name drain cleaner - Doc's is fantastic and they'll take great care of you!

this is for anyone who has any plumbing issues if you want someone to come to your house and cause more damage and treat you like crap and blame you for causing problems that the unlicensed plumber called this is the place to go I have never seen any company where all employees and owner been so rude I really hope they never do any more business they don't care about costumer service they already lost the business in my mobile home park because of rudeness and lack of experience I am handicapped and there was nothing but crap I think they will start getting sued soon I just hope to save someone else the headache of dealing with this company every one there is rude even the secretary that hangs up on people

We’ve been using Doc’s for the last 20 years. We called him this morning after we noticed the sewer was backed up. He was here in less than an hour. Highly recommend them!!

They came in knew exactly how to get my drain running again they were in-and-out and almost no time and very knowledgeable

I called on 3/9 to set an appointment for later that afternoon, since I was on my way out to an appointment. The man who answered the phone insisted that they closed at 5 and needed an hour to do the work (slow toilet) so I left my appointment early to be home on time. They never showed, didn't answer when I called (twice) to check if they were coming, and never replied to the voice message I left. I called another company who came out within 2 hours and fixed the problem in a half hour. It's now 3/18 and I never heard a word back from Doc's. I've used them before with no problems so maybe it was one disgruntled worker, but I won't call them again.

I was very impressed with their response time, communication, and price, the gentleman did a top notch job and made sure it was done right!

Called Doc’s a week ago to have them come out and service my drains that were blocked up. He asked for my address and said sure no problem we can be there at 9:00am on the day you want. Great- see you then.
An hour before they were supposed to arrive he calls and says he just looked at a map and we can’t come this far. He was referenced by my neighbor so I know he comes into Black Forest. Then he turned ugly and hung up on me. SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!!

What a joke. We tried to have payment courier to them for services and they flat out rejected it and said they don't conduct business that way and won't answer the door for us. They made us return payment and physically mail a check to them. Piss poor customer service.

After a basic drain cleaning, I called to make a payment and was met with a rude and aggressive lecture because we asked for an invoice so we could submit payment. Your money management problems are not my problems. Just be nice Richard.

Hired Docs a few times and very knowledgeable with their trade.

Richard was on time and affordable. Gave the main line inspection a thumbs up; even showed a video of the main. Within a year of moving in, the toilet richard had to remove to 'inspect the main' developed a leak and damaged the basement ceiling..Had to spend an extra $150.00 in repairs. Coincidence? Maybe. Lowered my rating.

Do not use Doc's drain cleaning. I was a paying customer. I called and politely asked the OWNER for my invoice from October 4, 2015 and I also wanted to know how often the sewer drain needed to be cleaned so I can keep a good maintenance schedule (I just purchased my home). She told me she doesn't work for me, refuses to give me this information and hangs up on me. Very rude. I won't be using their service and highly recommend you go somewhere else. The technician that came out was very nice, but not the owner.

I have used Doc's service before based on a friend's recommendation and am very happy with them. Cory was prompt, very professional and cleaned my clog quickly. He was very concerned about my flagstone path when bringing the auger down to the walkout basement door. Upon completion he drug it all the way around the house back to his truck so as not damage the flagstone. Thank you Cory. I highly recommend Doc's.

I can’t recommend them enough!! We had a slow drain right before the inspection to sell our house. We called a better known company and they made it worse by trying to access the line from the wrong point (and breaking a cap).

We were desperate and on a friend’s referral, we called Doc’s and they came right out. They fixed us right up by snaking the line until it was all clear. They videoed it for us, too! Amazing value, highly competent, friendly, and fast. You won’t go wrong with Doc’s!!

I highly recommend this business!!! Richard is fast, knowledgeable and professional. About 4 years ago they removed approximately 8 feet of impacted roots from my drainage system and now we use them for drain cleaning and any plumbing issues!! We would never consider using anyone else!!!! Thank you Docs!

We had met the Owner of the Company twice when we had our home inspected also at our old place for a sewer issues. We had a plumbing issue over the weekend that a gentleman named Barry came out on Saturday. When he came out he basically did nothing physical to hep our situation and kept saying well aren't you gonna pay me which I wish we didn't. He would make comments his old lady was waiting for him. Oh we basically did all the work so he could back on Sunday to clean up. He did come back on Sunday only to complain about the company and his job. We do feel he broke a pipe on purpose and once again he didn't do anything physical and made a mess in my house. We had to call another plumbing company to actually to complete the job which is sad. I honestly wouldn't recommend Barry and if you do get him send him away.

Called this company for an inspection of our drains and the fellow I reached on the phone was a complete jerk. Not only did he not assist me, he proceeded to make me feel like a moron. Seriously? I'm not a freaking plumber, so of course I don't know the terminology. Decided if this is the way they're going to treat customers, then they obviously don't deserve our business. I suppose they're doing rather well if they can treat potential clients like sewage.

Late in the day when they made it here; but so grateful for the cleanout on the same day I called. I now some jobs take longer than others, so no need to fret over arrival times. They are very competent and do a great job. Thanks Chris.
