I had this plumbing problems last summer, because my husband was not around and I don't know who to call or what to do. I asked for an advice to my brother John, and he said that my plumbing is not good. A normal plumber could fixed it even if we call someone in the neighborhood. Then he suggested Pro-Power, he said that Pro-Power has a good history of work. Even he was also helped by Pro-Power. I called them later that evening because I wanted the my pipe fixed before my kids and my husband came home after that day.

So I called them and was slighty shocked. They have low charges + they have 15% off on Plumbing services. I could never wish for a better solution to my problems. Then they came over after 2 hours, they greeted me as if I'm a regular client. Heck, this people are good in customer service. Then after they totally fixed my pipes, the job was done and I'm very impressed of their work. They even gave me some tip on how to fix minor pipe problems, that really impressed me. What can I say. Excellent service, honest guy. He had a few delays, so he kept me up to date with when he would come. Didn't try to do work that needed to be done, got the job done quickly without fuss. Charged about a third of what my research shows the competition does the work for. Our kitchen drain clogged late on a Saturday night. We live in Falcon and I saw Pro Power's ad online. I called on Sunday and Mark came out the same day. Our drain was fixed and working in 20 minutes. He was very nice and professional. Also, a great price for a Sunday service call. Our basement floor drain was backing up and overflowing. Mark was really great. I had a punctured sprinkler line that was leaking into my house. He came over at 11pm to fix it. No one else could have done that at that time. I highly recommend Mark to anyone who needs a plumbing repair!

Mark was able to come clear our clogged toilet and was very thorough. He ran several tests to make sure the problem was resolved and gave us hints to be sure it didn’t happen again. Mark was great. I contacted 3 local plumbers for our clogged drains, we have a septic. All 3 touted 24 hr response. Mark was the ONLY response and actually scheduled us for later that night which was a miracle! He gave us very thorough pricing, there were no surprises except from the job itself but he was tenacious! He was running late but stayed in constant contact, he got there at 11pm and didn't leave till a little after 1am when the job was handled. Even gave us a discount on the unexpected camera scoping. Pro Power Rooter Service is the best! My kitchen drain was plugged and as I started calling various services – they are were unwilling to do a “same day” emergency job. Mark responded immediately and provided pricing up front as well. He arrived within a few hours on an extremely cold night with icy roads. Not only did he address the obvious problem, but spent extra time scoping the pipes with his camera – and showing us some potential issues. He offered to come back in 2 days and clean the pipes, which he did. He was enthusiastic, professional, knowledgeable and committed to getting the job done right. In the future he will be the one I call should I need either plumbing or drain issues resolved!!

I had to work the next morning.
If we had waited it would leave my mother, who takes care of my disabled husband when I have to work ( and the visiting nurse and therapist ) without a bathroom for the day. Mark understood the urgency and arrived as soon as was possible. He worked through the night to make sure that they would have cleared lines by the time they awoke.

My wife and I had some flooding issues in the crawl space of our basement. After talking with some neighbors, we figured out that part of our problem was clogged drains in our backyard. After searching online, we discovered Mark and Pro Power Rooter was a fairly credible drain cleaning service. After contacting him and telling him of our situation (both financial and the flooding problem), he agreed to come over AFTER HOURS and help us out. He was VERY thorough and took his time in assessing the problem. He was at our house for almost three hours and did an amazing job! He even contacted us the next day to see how things were going. I would much rather choose a mom and pop company over the name-brand companies any day because of experiences like this one. There's NO WAY the big companies would take the time to stay after hours, do additional things that were above and beyond what he charge us for, and take the time to call us days later to see how things were going.
