Dwayne showed up at the agreed upon time and was very courteous and professional. He answered all of the questions I had (I asked a lot of questions) and explained the process to me, from start to finish.

Dwayne unblocked the drain line and also explained to me why the blockages happen. He checked the health of the pipe leading to the main line in the street, and I was able to view the entire process via camera from beginning to end.

It’s difficult to adequately explain, in writing, how pleased we are with Dwayne’s services. After I called him he was here in about 40 minutes or so. He’s a very polite, professional, and knowledgeable gentleman. He listened to my explanation of what was happening and quickly determined where and what needed to be done. He was patient with my questions regarding the equipment he was using and the process to fix our plumbing issue (something I’m always very happy with the professionals – explaining the what’s, when’s, why’s and how’s). Amazing customer service! I called Dwayne early Tuesday morning with sewer back up in our basement bathroom. He thought he could be out by 11. At 9, he called and said he was 15 mins away. Under Promise, Over Deliver, he was speaking my language!

Our repair including removing the toilet to gain access to the sewer pipes. Living in an almost 120 year old house, we thought all of the pipes had been replaced to the main when the foundation was redone. It wasn't until Dwayne scoped the pipes that he found 50 feet of plastic, 20 feet of clay and another 10 feet of plastic to the main. Unfortunately roots invaded the 20 feet of clay. Dwayne worked for hours to remove the roots that had not been touched within the at least the last 8 years! We asked if we need to think about replacing the clay pipe, his advice was to just have it cleaned once a year because the pipe looked in good condition and should remain that way for years to come if we continue to maintain the root situation.

He was professional, offered great advice, was reasonable and gave us a card for a referral to have our hot water heater replaced. I could not recommend a better plumber.

I had a main drain blockage -- water coming up around the toilet and out of the utility room drain in the floor. The technician was very professional, on-time, and kept the place clean. He pulled the toilet, scoped to find the blockage, and routed out the blockage and continued to cut out small roots until the entire main line was looking new out to the city tie-in. I got to watch the entire process on his scope screen, which gave me a lot of confidence that he did the job right and the main line was in good condition. I will definitely be using them again for this type of problem. NOTE: They don't do small item plumbing like installing faucets or changing washers. BUT what they do is really good.

The Drain Cleaner is absolutely amazing! I am on a tight schedule most days, but they arrived in the time that they said that they would, unlike most drain cleaning companies. I called other plumbers, but none of them seemed to know what was going on with my sink. Luckily The Drain Cleaner came by and knew exactly what was wrong. It took him under an hour to do, and the price was amazing, I got my plumbing flowing again.

Dwayne came out to do a basic preventative cleanout of my sewer line about 80 feet. I never received an ITEMIZED invoice for the inflated price charged..

Dwayne was very professional, yet friendly and kind. He attempted to clean my drain and found my broken drain pipe which was in the middle of my front yard and he provided me with a video of the problem. He made arrangements with an excavation company (Nordic) and they were very good and fixed the pipe and left my lawn in great condition after digging 8-9', you can barely tell it was dug up. Then Dwayne came back and make sure the pipe was working properly and clear. He & Nordic provided me with a video of repair as well. This will be the person I recommend to friends and family and I will be calling him if I have any other problems and for the annual/bi-annual clean out.

Its rare to find honest service. I am glad I called Mighty DrainPro, the service was fast and accurate at a great price. No hidden fees, the service tech Dwane explained to me up front how much he was going to charge, and he followed through with no surprises. There's something to be said for being the quickest to come out (30 minutes from the time I phoned on a Friday afternoon--and he busted it over all the way from Manitou while everyone else required that I book ahead for the following week), and the least expensive ($99 including tax)... but when I found out his name is Dwayne Wright, well that just sealed the deal for me! :-) Yes, I took his biz card and now I'll always call Dwayne whenever I need my tub to drain right!

Had an emergency and called Drain plumber, the technician was at my house within 20min at 9pm in the evening. Got things fixed and was very friendly.

These guys helped me when I was nearly convinced I had to replace 16’ of pipe and replace my clean out for 10k. Cleaned out my pipes and scope to verify less than ‘the best, cheapest in town ‘. So far....it did the trick!

Dwayne was a true hero for us this morning! We are moving to Alaska in a few days and our toilet and bathtub were backing up with sewage. Nothing we were throwing at it was working and we were feeling defeated. We were referred to Dwayne and we could not have asked for a better person to come out!
