Josh was able to come to my house to confirm the damages, steered me where to go next with pro dry, came out to my house on Labor Day weekend to go over what he needed to do. He knew I was going out of town for a week, he had no issues with dogs. He fixed the broke pipe and fixed my weak water pressure. I would recommend

Josh came out to check water pressure. It would run for a min then shut off. He came out and did pressure test, and found it would run at 60 psi and go to nothing. I had the water dept come out and test they said the psi is fine , it was within the house. Josh said he would meet with them the next day so he could show them what he was seeing vs what they had said. He was completely right! They turned valve at street and water has been fully restored. He was so patient and gave me detail information with pictures so I could understand. I will always use baileys sewer and drains if need in the future . HIGHLY Recommended!!! This year has been brutal. To add to it my plumbing, pipes froze from other drama. Warranty didn't cover it and I actually had a plumber tell me they won't work after 4pm. Then Bailey's Sewer & Drain. Josh agreed to meet me late in the evening. It took him a couple of days but he repaired the plumbing there's still a few more things that need to be done. He was professional on time and great communication the entire time. It was nice to find an honest plumber.

I called Bailey sewer and drain right before they were closing on a Friday night because my toilet was constantly running and would not stop I know nothing about plumbing and didn’t want it to over flow or raise my water bill. Josh the owner was very kind and more than willing to come out even though he was about to be off he came over and instantly fixed the problem and it wasn’t expensive at all. I will definitely be using them for all future problems.

I've been on this rock for quite a while and have always used random companies. Never again! Do yourself a favor and call Josh if you need any work done - You'll never need to find another plumber!!

Our outside faucets were leaking. I went online with Angi and did not get valuable feedback. I also searched a pamphlet I recently received recommending “unbiased” 5 star services in the ElPaso County area—I was shocked when I saw there was just one recommendation for plumbing services (really in all of ElPaso county)! l like to keep my spending local, so I searched local plumbers and found Josh just a couple of miles down the road. I scheduled an appointment for an estimate to replace both outside faucets and was extremely pleased when he adjusted them and said they might not need replacing at this time. We scheduled another appointment to have him check out a backed up sink at another location. Thanks Josh.

Josh came out and I didn't need a repair and he was honest woth me about it, but when I asked for handle to be repaired he told me another way to do it to prevent further repairs and winterization issues so I wouldn't have to call him back out for $300-$400 repair! He could have left system alone and made the extra cash but treated me like he would want his family treated!

I recently purchased a home and Bailey's Sewer and Drain (Josh) was contracted to clean the clay piping (as it's an older home). He was able to review what was found from the home inspection sewer scope and suggested that the cleaning and toilet replacement (that I had on my to-do list) done at the same time to save me a little $$ (even though he was already there and ready to work). Once I was ready to install two new toilets, he arrived on time for the appointment, completed an updated sewer scope, and had me informed every step of the way. He had me look at what he was seeing in the scope when there was the slightest concern and what it could eventually turn into if it wasn't addressed. He and his wife were quick, efficient, affordable, and went above and beyond to help me learn more about my new home. I couldn't imagine calling anyone else in the event I need any further help with plumbing (knock on wood). Simply the best!!!

Baileys sewer and drain by far the best personal experience I've had while dealing with drainage issues. He explained everything in detail! He was very upfront and honest...which goes along ways in this gready society we live in now. Josh Bailey is an excellent repairman. He does everything he can for the customer. He installed our new garbage disposal and repaired our shower cartridge. He gave us great tips on how to best use our new garbage disposal as well as the dishwasher and told us which brands are best and the reasons why. We had a sewage backup in our basement and we called several other plumbing companies and no one was able to get to us for 2-8 days. I found Josh's information through a colleague and I called Josh and he answered his phone directly. He was on a job but came within 1.5 hours. He cleared the drain line and took video of the line to ensure the clog was gone. He was so reasonable on price. We were expecting to pay double what he charged. I initially called Josh to look at my outdoor faucet to get ready for spring/summer. At the time of that complete faucet replacement because of freezing, I was offered a discount on a sewer scope. During the sewer scope, it was determined that recent work by the local water/sewer supplier had damaged the connection and water was being retained in my sewer line. We are in the process of having that damaged sewer repair researched and I will request that he do the work. He also offered me a military discount. Josh is definitely my go to guy for plumbing issues and I will refer him to family and friends.

Josh is such a nice guy and made my elderly mother comfortable with him and his work. He did a great job replacing one toilet, including repairing the cracked flange, and resetting another, existing toilet that he discovered hadn't been installed with a wax seal! Prices were reasonable. He was clean and even broke up the box the new toilet came in and put in Mom's recycling. Both Mom and me will be calling him again for future repairs!

We had lost pressure for our water in our home. Josh came very quickly and got us back with full pressure and did a great job. I would highly recommend them. I definitely will use them in the future.
