Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Our plumber, Celina Mendoza, was on time, professional, knowledgeable, and completed all jobs in a timely manner. The price was reasonable and Celina was upfront with it before beginning the work requested. We’ve always used Roto-Rooter because they treat you fair and don’t try to charge you for things that aren’t needed or necessary. We are customers for life.

Damian Aragon and his team were awesome! I would highly recommend them as they were very professional, on time, and could solve any plumbing issue. I would be using them 100% in the future for all my plumbing issues.

I had a leaking water heater, I went on line and scheduled an appointment ( a feature I absolutely love by the way!) on a Fri. A tech was here within parameters of scheduled time and had job completed within couple of hours. Yes, it had to be replaced ( it was 15yrs old) and I expected the price to be what it was. The venting to the heater had to be replaced to bring it to code and asked me if coming back on a Monday would be OK as the heater could function safely and fine, I agreed and they returned to complete the job and only then did they take payment.This is third time I've had need of their services for different jobs and I've been happy with the service. They are in my permanent file for when I need a plumber. Thank you Duwane, and 2nd tech that came out, so good to trust the work and service!

Craig and Chris just left and they were wonderful! They fixed everything in a timely manner and didn't leave a mess behind. Craig explained everything in a way I could understand and Chris handled that heavy machine as if it weighed nothing. Both made me feel safe and we will use them again and definitely recommend them as well!! Job well done thanks guys!!!

Terrible! We called Thursday evening and made an appointment for Saturday August 12th between 10am-2pm. We received a call at 2:15 saying that the gentleman was stuck on a job, and we would get a 30 minute call ahead. We called back around 4pm to check the status as we had reservations with family for dinner and were told that no one would be coming out. We asked if someone could come out Sunday since we waited all day Saturday. The gentleman told us that should be fine and that he would call us back. He did call back, but told us that there wasn't a tech in our area and we would have to wait until Monday. Extremely disappointing that they wouldn't bring someone in for the inconvenience. Obviously they have some serious organization issues in there office and don't care about customer service. We never even received a call apologizing for the inconvenience. I will never recommend or use them again!Pat- Is it that hard to reach out to me? Obviously you know the date and time frame that the job was scheduled for. How many other people beside myself did you inconvenience on Saturday? Now you want me to take more time and email you? Enough of my time has been wasted with Roto Rooter. Please remember that the power of social media and word of mouth are very important. Treat your customers time as if it were your own.

Treshon came out to do a plumbing job, and he was very professional, he went out of his way to make sure he did quality work, and had a positive attitude the whole time! Everything is back to working order and I will definitely be calling him back for any future work needed. Thanks again Treshon!

I would have given them 5 stars if they would have told us up front they would be here by 5pm instead of telling me they would be there within the hour at 10am. We waited all day and could have done other things. It was Sunday and we appreciated them coming at all. It would have been nice to know a correct time frame. We have used them before and will use them again.

I would have given 0 star if I could. They quoted $500.00 labor plus $350.00 for part to replace a disposal, which is a 20 minute job. I had to pay the $75 visit fee for nothing. To me it's almost as bad as a scamI should have refused to pay the $75 . I am changing this to a 1 star review because Cole said that someone would come and scope my sewer line after charging me $400 to snake my toilet. It has now been 2 weeks and I have not heard from anyone. I have left two messages and no return calls. Overpriced and bait and switch.I would have given you a 5 star review but you are charging $250 per hour which is crazy. That being said, you responded quickly to my call and Coleman, the tech you sent was very polite, efficient and did a good and thorough job. When he told me $499 for snaking my line I wasn't going to use you. But he discounted the price to $398 and threw in a free camera scope. The way I figure it I would have paid $200 for the line cleanout because you had to pull the toilet and a separate $150 for the camera so you're in the ball park with the discount but I won't call you again for being so overpriced out of the box.p.s. I find it interesting that your response is identical from review to review. No need to talk. I'm sure you are not changing your prices for me. Oh and I still have not had anyone schedule to do the camera on my line.

The initial service was really great, very professional and helpful. Did the job quickly. We were told it is state law to have asbestos testing, although we did not approve that to be done. Our insurance company said that is NOT state law and that we would have to pay out of pocket for the testing (almost 600 dollars) because our house is new and doesn't need the testing done. Roto rooter insisted that it was and said they would contact our insurance and send them the documentation stating it is state law. Well weeks later, No one followed up with us, we get a call from a very nasty man named Ken Reef, he argued with my husband on the phone and told him he needed to pay for the testing or we will have a lien put on our house. My husband explained the situation about how HIS company didn't follow up with our insurance to provide proof. Ken did NOT care, he spoke to his lawyer that same day and sent us a certified letter with a lien on our house. Days later, one of roto rooters employees finally spoke with our insurance and ended up getting check sent to cover the testing. Ken was rude, nasty, and unprofessional. HIS company made the mistake and dropped the ball and he put a lien on our house. WILL NEVER USE ROTO ROOTER AGAIN!

I had Jorge Ortiz help me in my home and he was exceptional! He diagnosed the problem and resolved my issue that others couldn’t. He was extremely knowledgeable during his diagnosis while remaining professional the entire time. I truly appreciate his service and HIGHLY recommend him.

My experience with Roto Rooter was top excellent. David Cho #5619 was a great guy and did a fantastic job in getting my problem fixed in a very timely manner. He also shared some knowledge of the problem and how to avoid in the future. Very happy with the experience.

Kevin Salmon was our technician and was amazing. Kevin came during the season's worst snowstorm to fix our clogged kitchen and laundry drain. He took time to keep our house clean even trudging through a few feet of snow. Kevin was quick, he fixed the drain perfectly, and on top of all that he had a great friendly attitude. What great service.

Both technicians were extremely knowledgeable and efficient in work.I will always use Damian and Rob for any further plumbing needs. The company answered the phone early in the morning, sent a technician to review the situation in the early afternoon and then sent two very competent people to fix the problem.

I had a problem with the drain in my basement backing up. I called and very quickly they sent a Mark D to take care of it. Mark was very nice, clean and very professional. Would highly recommend Mark and this company for plumbing needs!

We had a burst pipe in the basement. Bryce was quick- found the issue right away and got it fixed. They were professional, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Will definitely use them again (but hopefully won’t have to!)

On day one, Robert and Bryce came and tried to clean what we thought was a blockage. They were here for almost 4 hours. On day two, Ross and Shane came and found the blockage. On day three Tyler came and dug up the collapsed pipe and installed a new clean out. Later that day, Jason and Brandon came and and used a high water pressure jet to clean up the rest of the pipe. This Roto Rooter company has the best craftsmen and everyone was so nice and explained everything in great detail! I highly recommend this wonderful bunch of craftsmen!❤️

The tech was great and very knowledgable. He got out right away and was courteous, efficient and clean. I know the pricing was quoted as a unit price but I felt I was way overcharged for the amount of time it took and the cost of the part (I checked for the same part on Amazon afterwards). He was there for less than an hour and it cost nearly $1k the part on Amazon was only $200. Nothing bad on the tech, he was great and does not set policy, but I will not use roto rooter again because of this experience. I felt like I got gouged.

We got Colin to fix some copper leaks. He was most thorough, checking water pressure as well after being told of leaking relief valve on water heater and found high pressure the fault. Took care of everything in a short time. Was surprised and thankful at the quick overnight response to my needs and fixed same day . Would recommend him highly.

I scheduled Roto-Rooter to come out in the afternoon/evening two days ago to fix a leaking disposal, but they bumped my appointment back two days in a row. When I spoke with them yesterday after they bumped me for the 2nd time, they said they would come out this morning before my work meetings began. I was told I would be put on a priority list and the repair guy would call me today first thing today around 7am. It's now noon and I haven't heard a single word from them today. Very poor customer service and absolutely disrespectful of my time as I had to cancel other appointments in order to be at home for my scheduled appointments with them. I will not be using them in the future.

Tyler and his partner arrived quickly, within 30 minutes of us making the call. They assessed the issue and explained their solution well, however they discovered a piece of tile had been lodged in the sewage line during construction and worked diligently to remove the obstruction so that we wouldn’t have any further problems. We are very great full for their hard work and honesty. The price wasn’t too bad either.

It was great working with Kevin today. I was tinkering with my faucet for a couple of days and finally caved in and made the call. I’m so glad I did. Kevin was fun to talk to and taught me some small details to look for - for next time. I was so happy in the end. I’m glad I got the opportunity to get Kevin assigned to us. He was very efficient and honest with pricing. I’d definitely recommend roto-rooter to others. Hopefully you’re lucky enough to get Kevin.

Set up an appointment on This past Saturday night using their online service and a plumber came out Sunday. He quickly analyzed what the problem was, gave us a fair price to do the job, was actually a lot less expensive than what I was expecting to pay and he proceeded to fix the problem. Didn't take long and he had the problem cleared right up. Great service, very professional and knowledgeable, would use again.

Reece at Roto-Rooter did a great job (Colorado Springs). He came quickly when my hot water heater went out and diagnosed the issue in minutes. He thoroughly explained to me what the problem was and gave me a quick and comprehensive estimate. All in all, it was a great experience even with a major appliance failing.

Roto-Rooter was a great and quick option for our plumping issue! We called the night before we discovered a valve problem and we were able to be serviced the following morning. Our service technician was Zac (7722). He did an awesome job helping us in replacing the slop valves for our washing machine. He let us know when he would be at our home the morning of and when he came to evaluate the issue we were having he communicated well and explained the process and cost. Zac was quick and assertive with his work! Thank you Zac!

Angel came to do a main line clean out for us. He was an amazing resource and very thorough. Trouble shooting wasn’t easy and Angel took the time to systematically find the root cause and made sure the issue was resolved. Roto rooter has a flat rate as well which kept this lengthy ordeal reasonably priced!

Called them at 9:00pm for an emergency sewage drain clean up. They got here within 30 minutes and were professional and did a great job fixing the issue. Would definitely recommend.

Called Rotorooter, Brian came out and was very helpful and cleaning out the kitchen pipe and gave me tips on how to keep it clean in the future, as well as other tips regarding the disposal. I've called them before for other issues once in a great while and they have always been inviting, professional, and their work is top notch. People always give them a hard time cause they are corporate, but I trust them over anyone else in this city by far.

I am so grateful for Roto Rooter! We had a leak that we didn’t take care of and it turned into a huge mess. We called Roto Rooter not only were they out the same day, but this whole process (which could have been a nightmare) turned out to be a breeze. Every single person that has came to our house has been a pleasure. Clean, respectful, precise, and honest. Had a sewer backup on Thanksgiving! I was worried about a “holiday charge”, but ROTOROOTER sent out a technician that night, and got my sewer line cleaned out and flowing again! I made the bad assumption that a national firm would be honorable. If I could give them a zero start i would. I had a terrible experience with the salesperson , who name is Craig. He was high pressure and call me up as well as freaked out my tenant that there was a huge problem and wanted to charge me $4000 and that I could use my insurance company to pay for it. My tenant is now planning on moving out he made them so upset. I also felt that they over charged $430 to clear the drain. Would not recommend I feel ripped off.

WORST company I have ever worked with!! Called them last Friday morning to come out and repair the leak that was going on in the main bath shower. They said they would be out between 10:30am- 12:30 pm. They didn't show up till 3:30pm. I should have known then they were going to be a problem.Kacee their Master Plumber said it would cost $1300+ to repair. We okayed it since we had no water and it was Friday evening.They repaired the problem and told usnot to use the shower till tomorrow. When we used the shower the next day the faucet was leaking a lot. We called back and they finally sent someone on Sunday to look at it. Ross said he didn't know anything about high end showers and would have Kacee come back on Wednesday. So Kacee came back and told my husband that this was normal with Delta faucets even though Kacee installed the faucet NEW on Friday. So now we have a leaking faucet, hole in our wall that they didn't fix and and we are out $1332.99. What a HORRIBLE company! Clearly they only want your money. Will NEVER use them again!! They don't care about the quality of work they do!!!How can a leaking faucet be normal? Really!

Had a backed up in pipe for my washer & shower was slow draining. Robert was awesome, and made the repair, and gave us information to help make sure it doesn't happen again. I have always used Roto Rooter, because of their honesty & professionalism. Hopefully I can ask for Robert because he was truly awesome!!

Daniel responded within an hour, he worked with me and matched the price of one of the hardware stores. He returned within less than hour and installed the heater in a professional and expedient manner. Great job all the way around!

I scheduled an appointment with Roto-Rooter to get a quote to have our sewer and laundry lines cleaned. Mike Shirey arrived and gave me a quote and explained our options to me. I agreed to the price and terms, and he got to work. After cleaning our sewer line, he got to work on the laundry line. After discovering it was badly clogged and corroded, he explained to us how it all works and what we need to replace in the future. He also discovered we had a leaky gas valve in between our washer and dryer, and quickly alerted us. We replaced it a few hours later. He then ran a scope through our sewer line, explaining any potential issues along the way. Mike is an asset to Roto-Rooter, and we will definitely be requesting him for future work. He was efficient, but didn't rush through the work, identifying issues along the way that impact our family's safety. Thank you for a great experience!

My main pipe to the street backed up in my basement, I called Roto-Rooter and had a service tech at my house in under 2hrs.Brandon F. Showed up and diagnosed the main pipe right away. Brandon was very informative about the processes to clear out the clog. During the process Brandon gave me a play by play of the process as well as some of company history. Brandon was very respectful of my house and took every measure to lay down mats to protect the floors. I wont use any other company for my plumbing needs after such a great experience.

I called to have my lines snaked and when Chris showed up and heard everything that was going on he said that's not the problem. He showed me what's going on and even found some pipes that were about to go. After him fixing everything there was to fix and helping me understand how to better take care of my plumbing needs, he then assured me that there is a 6 month guarantee on all the plumbing that was done. That made my day because I'm not very knowledgeable about plumbing. I will recommend Roto Rooter to all my friends and family.

Daniel was extremely helpful and kind. He was at my house the same day I called, explained the entire process to me and gave me tips on how to dry out my crawl space. I will definitely be calling him if I have plumbing problems in the future!! The cost was a little surprising, however since I have never had to call a plumbing service before I do not have anything to compare with. Thank you Daniel!

Colin was excellent! He provided great customer service, fixed the issue and made sure I was comfortable with the repair. Also was able to get a great price. Finally they have a 6 month warranty on the work. Would recommend again for plumbing needs.

Our plumbing had backed up to where we did not have use of any of our 3 bathrooms. Roto-Rooter was very responsive to our needs. Representative Camden arrived and was successful in clearing our lines within 1 hour. He also will schedule us in 6 months for re-occurring drain checks, and/or clearing as needed. We are selling our house and the sump pump was red flagged. It was super easy to schedule a time for the appointment. Daniel was very helpful and able to explain why the sump pump wasn't working and the costs for replacement. The whole process was very easy, quick, and professionally done.

We setup an appointment to get our garbage disposal repaired and an extra house removed for the toilet as we just moved in. Repairs were good and everything’s ok, but then they turn around and invoiced us 500 dollars for less than an hour of labor when he’s making the repairs. I was informed of a $75 dollar service charge to visit and inspect if we didn’t have them do the repairs. Totally fine and Normal, but you can not tell me that the initial visit and the repairs, which took less than 2 hours all together for both visits is worth 500 dollars of labor. The cost of parts was ~220 with, again, is normal; but this blind-sided rip off of labor cost is robbery. I even called their offices for 3 time a week for 3 weeks to get an explanation and they kept saying no managers are available and they will get back to me without asking for details like my invoice number or address and number to reach back out to me. Just straight up robbery. Only reason they got 2 stars is because the repairs were actually done right.

My only real complaint is the total price of services vs. Other companies. Obviously there is something to be said for garaunteed work, however, I still feel pricing - even flat rate as it was - was high. However, the technical expertise, professionalism, timeliness are absolutely beyond reproach and Zac did an outstanding job of keeping me informed every step of the way. For service professionalism alone I'd recommend, with the caveat that it's pricey.

Scott did an amazing job. He fixed all the issues, and at the same time, he was very professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, and kind. We would absolutely have him come back for any plumbing work.

This review is strictly for Zac, the gentleman that came to my property. He was friendly and on time. He worked with his supervisor to get me down to the rate that I needed for the job. Unfortunately my sewer pipes are shaped wrong and he couldn’t clean it out. But he put the toilet back on free of charge and helped me understand what the next step was. Zac was great.

Roto Rooter Colorado Springs rips you off. I had a new shower/ tub valve installed and they charged me $1200 dollars. The plumber made over $300 per hour just in labor. SO in under 3 hours they made $934 in labor alone. The guy was here for 2 hours and 40 minutes and half of that time was him going to get the parts. After talking with some other company's the job would have been anywhere from $500-700 with parts and labor. So Roto rooter charged double that of other reputable places. This was the first time calling a plumber and I did not have anything to compare prices to and was in desperate need because water was dripping into my kitchen from the upstairs bathroom. I have called corporate to complain and they sent me back to management to speak with Gretta at the colorado springs location. I asked for $500 back as that was only fair but they would only agree to $200 which I still have not received. If you like wasting money then this is the place to call. BBB has them at an A+ rating because the company pays them for that rating. Average review is at 1 1/2 stars. Make sure you compare prices before making the same mistake I did. I will never use their gouging services again.

Thanks so much Zack at Roto-Rooter for the fantastic service today. You were very prompt, cordial, professional and polite. You were also very personable and enjoyable to talk to as well. You even went out of your way and took a minute when I asked for your help tightening the screws on my dishwasher and finding the foreign object in my disposal. When I offered to pay extra, you refused to accept it. What a treat and delight to have received such gold star service on a bitterly cold day! PS - VERY, VERY IMPORTANT! DO NOT EVER MAKE THE MISTAKE I DID BEFORE AND USE ROOTER TOWN RIP-OFFS!!! I retained their services for some major work and they totally took advantage of me and ripped me off big time. I was still under the 1 year warranty and a-hole manager John flat out over the phone refused to even come over. Said it wasn't his problem. **REPEAT - DON'T EVER USE ROOTERTOWN RIPOFFS**. Pass this message along on social media please..

After discovering water in our basement, we called Roto-Rooter for service. Scott showed up within hours of placing the service call and quickly diagnosed our issue as the sump pump having failed. He was able to replace our sump pump the same day. He was very professional, knowledgeable and worked quickly. We also found him to be genuine and honest. I would highly recommend Scott for any plumbing needs!

Our plumber, Kacee, was great. He did everything he could to fix our issue, and did a great job of communicating with us before the job. He had to leave to hey parts to finish the work, but did not appear frustrated or impatient. Very good work, and very professional.

I used Roto Rooter back in April. We applied for their credit card that they advertised on their website. We applied online and gave them all the info. After being approved, the tech didn't know how to charge the card and asked for a different card. The only reason we applied for this card was to get the financing it claimed to have. After dealing with this for about an hour he took our info and left. We got the card in the mail and I set it up online. I could see the pending charge and was waiting for it to go through so I can pay on it. Fast forward to today, I recieve a letter in the mail claiming they have reached out to me multiple times and threatening collections. They have my address, phone number, and email and not ONCE reached out to me to let me know the charge didn't process. I looked at my account today and it's literally pending from April!!! That's their fault not mine! I spoke to the credit card company and they said Roto Rooter has to push it through on their end. Okay... so do it and stop threatening me over your mistake. I will never use them again!!

Timothy and the rest of the team are doing a great job explaining everything, helping me work with my insurance company, and getting things done. Plumbing problems can be a nightmare but they're making it go smoothly.

Around 7pm we desperately needed a plumber so we called Roto-Rooter they sent out Daniel Wyatt. He got here much faster than we expected. Daniel was friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, professional and diagnosed/fixed our problem so quickly he also gave us great information on maintaining our plumbing. We will definitely be using him again and referring him to others. Thank you daniel.

We just purchased our first home and naturally it came with all kinds of fun troubles! 2 weeks in and our plumbing backed up on a Saturday night around 5pm. My wife was in the shower upstairs and the pipes in the lower bathroom started to bubble. Having no clue who to call we reached out to Roto-Rooter since that’s a name that everyone knows.About 2 hours later Cody showed up like a knight in shining armor! He took one look and knew exactly what to do. Luckily we purchased a home that already had clean out valves in the front yard making his job nice and easy (or maybe I think it was easy cause I got to sit inside while he froze outside running a snake through the line…).So, we found a coupon on their website and it included a free camera inspection at a later date so Cody set up for them to give me a call to schedule that and he took care of the main drain issue and all the roots that had grown into our lines.Best part of all of this, Roto-Rooter is that same price no matter the time of day or day of week! We were certain that it was going to be $800 or something crazy like that but Cody discussed the price with me before he started and I was happy to agree to something around $400. All I wanted was to take a shower in peace after many long days filled with home improvement projects.Thanks so much Cody for your hard work, educating me on some pretty fascinating plumping topics, and making sure I was good to go!

Brendan and Alex are excellent, they were on-time, they were courteous and polite, thorough and most importantly - they diagnosed and corrected my issue quickly. Around 8PM our downstairs toilet overflowed, causing sewage to back up onto the bathroom and water heater floor. After calling for a quote to get my main line cleaned out they said they would give me one once the technician was out at my house. They said they could get someone out that day before 5! I cancelled my evening plans and waited, only to have them call at 5:30 saying they couldn't make it out but could be there between 10-12 the next day. So I cancelled my trip to Denver for that morning and made the appointment. Around 12:30 I received a call saying they were running late but had not forgotten about me and would call me 30 minutes before my appointment. At 3:20 I got a call saying they were 30 minutes out. At 4:05 they finally showed up at my house. After talking for 5 minutes he gave me a quote of $350. I told him that was way too much and he left. I went inside called a different company and got quoted the most it would be is $120. So here's hoping this other company shows up on time and does a good job!

Very poor in coordinating the work. I had to shut water off to the house due to bust pipe causing flooding in the basement. Called up Sunday evening, explaining the urgency. Tech arrived and did nothing as he didn't seemed to be quipped to handle the situation. Wondering why he even bothered to show up if he couldn't solve the problem. I had to go night without water. 8:00 am scheduled plumber showed up at around 11:15 in the morning. Work done was satisfactory. Very expensive though. Charged about $ 550 just to replace the hose bib outside the house.

5 stars is for Daniel Wyatt. He is a client advocate, fair in pricing, timely, professional and went above and beyond during our service.He came to give an estimate for our hot water heater. He did not rush me. He spoke on my level. He worked to confirm that the parts to my hot water heater are still under warranty. He called to make sure he could get the parts while he was still at my home. He was aware that we had scheduled more than one estimate and worked to make sure Roto Rooter was competitive including pricing and making sure we did not have to file claims for reimbursement of our warranty parts. He even tried to schedule to come out and do the work by the end of the day. I declined because we hadn't finished our last estimate yet. I felt so confident with him that I scheduled for the next morning and let him know I would call to cancel in the next couple of hours if for some reason we went with the last estimate. Daniel went out of his way to call around to make sure another plumber would be able to come to my home the next morning to complete the job as he was off that day.The other plumber's who came to give estimates did not spend the time that Daniel did. One of the other companies told me my parts weren't under warranty (I had to show him where it showed proof of my warranty online when I put in the serial number). Even though the last company beat Roto Rooter's price (by $8 ) and were able to finish that evening as well, I choose to stick with Roto-Rooter because of Daniel.I leave honest reviews, so I will add here that the next day did not go as planned and the plumber Daniel scheduled to take his place was unable to come out. Things happen and we were okay with that. Daniel even called on his day off to apologize about it and said he'd already talked to one of their master plumbers who was going to try to make it that evening but if not he would be there the next morning. While the master plumber didn't make it that evening, he did arrive the next day... a little late with no call (he was suppose to give us a 30 min call ahead). We kind of expected an apology for the run around and having us go so much longer with no water.. but instead our service with this particular plumber was horrible! He went off on a rant about pricing and warranty and badmouthed Roto-Rooter and his teammate. His rant was extreme enough for me to leave my husband to stand with him and removed my toddler from the room.Daniel once again shined in his customer service skills as he called a 2nd time on his day off to apologize profusely for what happened and promised to come and fix the issues himself early today (next day possible)and insured us that the original pricing given to us would be honored. He came this morning parts in hand and fixed the water heater within an hours time. His professionalism and customer service going above and beyond not only made us choose Roto-Rooter when we could have paid less, but made us stick with Roto-Rooter after having a negative experience.I don't know if perhaps we were given the wrong pricing quote initially or not (I doubt it based on the other estimates I had been given) but even if we were, Ray handled it extremely poorly. If perhaps Daniel quoted the wrong price and Roto-Rooter is hundreds more than other companies (which again I doubt), Daniel may at worst need some coaching on learning the (over-priced) pricing system there which I have no doubt he will pick up quickly. It seems much more likely that Ray, needs to learn to not overprice his work. He DEFINITELY needs to learn A LOT about professional behavior and customer service. Regardless of who needs to work on their pricing, Ray has some work to do on his behavior and I would suggest to whoever is over the both plumbers, require Ray shadow Daniel for a while so he learns to win customers and build customer rapport rather than make them prefer he not come on their property again.In conclusion, I highly recommend you ask for Daniel Wyatt if you contact Roto-Rooter in Colorado Springs.

Logan came to an emergency call after hours at my home. We were panicking because our pipes were backed up and were flooding the main level of the house. Logan was able to determine the problem quickly and save the day! He was informative and very friendly. Please learn from our mistakes, flushable wipes aren’t really flushable! But if you need a rooter, call these folks. Highly recommend!

The technician did clear the clog, but the pipe under the house broke while he was working on it. I did not catch it until after the technician left. When I called their customer service, they said it is not their responsibility and that pipes don’t normally break and I’m basically on my own to fix the pipe they broke. I would think for $400 they would guarantee quality work and customer service. But that is not the case what so ever. Thankfully I found the broken pipe myself or else my entire crawl space under my house would be flooded.

Zac and Dan came out and created an access behind my toilet in order to cable my system. I appreciate how they kept me informed of what they were doing and completely upfront about the whole process even as the original plan had to be changed. the cleanup afterwards made my day and words cannot express how grateful I am that my system drains appropriately now.

I was very impressed that you could set up an appointment online and request a time that best worked for you, I was pleased that the tech actually showed up within that time frame. Secondly I was please that the tech took the time to clearly explain things to my mom (who is 89 years old). of what needed to happen later that evening. She also stated that he was very pleasant and kind. I will refer others to Roto-Rooter.

We had a plumbing issue recently where I called Roto Rooter to come and resolve the issue. Ace came and was able to use this industrial machine powered steel cable and a 3 inch blade to snake through our pipes 95 feet to clear out whatever obstruction was there. After this point I’m not sure what caused the clogged as Ace informed me nothing came back out once he retracted his cable. He informed me that his supervisor Alex, would be coming by with his camera at no extra charge to see what could be causing the problem as this is the third time we’ve had clogged pipes. Alex was able to get his camera 67 feet into the pipes and informed me that at one spot there was U shaping in the piping that could indicate the pipes starting to collapse in on itself. He then didn’t go any further with his camera and told us that the next step would be to excavate into our yard to fix the issue since there was no other access point in our home other than the one we have and that this job would cost us $6800. Alex wouldn’t offer military discount for the excavation despite Colorado Springs being a prominent military community but yet Ace was able to give us the discount for unclogging the pipes.I did some research and talked to two other plumbers to get their opinions. One informed me that this is a common issue that happens when a household has guests over as multiple people using the bathroom can clog the pipes. The other plumber told me he can’t determine what the issue is until he sees the video. I called Roto Rooter who have yet to give me the video and according to Alex he doesn’t have a recording but can do it again for the price of $529.At the end of this experience I can comfortably say that Roto Rooter was a complete rip off and that these gentlemen were just looking to get paid. Ace did say himself at the end of his visit that they work to get commission. Needless to say we will no longer be using services from this company nor will we ever refer anyone to them in the future.

Update #2: just checked the drain they supposedly cleared and it is backed up again so I paid $280 for nothing. UNBELIEVABLEHad an appt with a 4 hour window that they we unable to make. They called with a half hour left in the window and said they were running late. I called an hour and a half after the window and they were unable to give me an idea of when they would come. I asked if they could come the next day and they told me I would have to wait until the following day. Frustrating that I spent an entire day waiting for them and they were unwilling to accomodate my schedule. Gave 2 stars instead of 1 because everyone we talked to was polite and professional, especially the gal answering the phone.Update: They called us to try and make things right and offered a 20% discount. They squeezed us into the schedule and showed up on time. The plumber cleaned one drain, spent 40 minutes at our house and charged us $280 after a supposed discount. Unreal. Blows my mind how they could have such a high rating. Dropped to 1 star from my previous post.

I just had a wonderful experience using Roto-Rooter and specifically the technician Connor. Connor was very professional and quick to explain all repairs. Especially living in an older home with quirks, it was nice to feel confident in the service provided. Will be using again and will recommend to anyone in the Denver area!

Roto-Rooter technician Conner showed up on time and introduced himself. He was very professional in knowledge and in uniform. I explained my problem and he proceeded with a few tests and he gave me the price for the work to be performed and there was no haggling on my behalf. He attacked the problem with confidence and ease all the while conversing with me throughout the process. He completed the job and made some recommendations on what I needed to do to help prevent future clogged drains. He cleaned up his work area and we took care of the final paperwork. Brandon was amazing, very informative, he took plenty of time to explain our issues and brainstorm solutions with us. Had a pretty decent back up in our sewer lines. Jake H showed up 2 hours ahead of schedule. He was professional and did what he could to help. That being said the blockage was not cleared, going to go buy a snake myself to finish the job. His equipment broke before he could complete the job in its entirety.Updated review: after discussing the issues Roto rooter treated me respectfully and professionally. I have to say that the value based on circumstance was improved, they did what they could under circumstances and reimbursed me for services rendered as they could not be completed in their entirety. I would recommend and use these services again, prompt, professional and respectful.

Zac and Matt came out almost after hours to replace my sump pump after a nasty rainstorm flooded my crawl space. They were professional, knowledgeable, and answered all my questions.

Received call prior to techs arrival. Mike and Zach were courteous and good listeners and asked questions an talked through procedures and estimated cost before hand discussing options. They never tried to rush to complete job even when one floor drain grew in to doing main line also in spite of complications with getting access to it. They took great care to to keep any mess contained and did any necessary cleanup afterwards. Clean, courteous, professional Mike and Zach were very nice to deal with and job was completed as quickly as possible and to my satisfaction.

We had a blocked drain somewhere in our mainline and the toilet was backing up into the bathtub on the main floor. Gross and not fun. This happened during our daughters' birthday party. We called, and Chris was there VERY quickly. He assessed the situation, explained what needed to be done and took care of it while I went back to hosting. Once he finished, he made sure all the drains were running fine and he scheduled a free scope so I can learn what the pipes look like (we live in an old house). We were very satisfied with his service!

Had to call on a Sunday because of a clogged sink that we had done everything we could to fix. We had a technician out that afternoon, Zac, and he was great. Professional, friendly, and got everything fixed. He cleaned the sink and under sink where he worked and told us how to take care of the problem for the long term, which I really appreciated. We would not have been able to fix this ourselves. So glad he could come out even on the weekend.

Zach was great! I had a backed up drain pipe that went through the basement and busted. Zach was my technician and he took the time to evaluate the problem and explained what mitigation he thought was appropriate and made sure I was comfortable. He was professional and educational, he suggested getting a water sensor to put in my laundry room where my plumbing and hot water heater is so if there is a leak next time, I’ll know sooner than later when the alarm goes off. Having a flooded basement is no fun.

Had a leak coming from basement ceiling. First guy did nothing but tear up drywall and told us to call back when it leaks again. When it leaked again we got no reply. We then called roto rooter and they sent out a very intelligent professional who would not leave until he found the source. He found the issue (leaking from dishwasher) in about an hour. We called Roto-Rooter after trying other plumbers and options that weren't solving the issue. They had someone out within a couple hours. They gave me an estimate without giving me the run-around and made sure everything was fixed before they left. It was straight forward and simple.

Just would like to say wonderful things about Brian K. He has been here a few times for issues with the plumbing. He has always been considerate, full of knowledge and little tricks to help with maintaining the system. Gets in, does what he needs to. He makes sure you understand what is going on every step of the way. Was very nice to the dog( which is a big deal at my home). I had a kind of a big issue with the water cleanup part of the company, but as long as i can get Brian or someone of his caliber and personality, i will continue to use Rotor-Rooter.”

Called around 9pm at night because I had a main line backup. Was originally told they could not come out because the on-call tech's machines had broken an hour before and they had no other on call techs avail in my area. I was frustrated because I was afraid to even flush a toilet without causing more of a mess and damage. About 20 minutes later I receive a call from another tech Daniel Wyatt who was kind enough to say he would come out that night and get me fixed up. Daniel arrived about 30 minutes and set to work on clearing out my main line. He was very informative about what he was doing, told me preventative measures to ensure that this didn't happen again. When I inquired about discounts he suggested I do google search for Roto-Rotor coupons and found a $100 off cpn that could be applied towards my bill. I couldn't have asked for better customer service from Daniel and really appreciate him coming out so late to help me out.

Had a clogged drain leaking into the house and Isaiah came out and fixed it quickly to get it working as good as new. Great customer service and he took his time to teach and educate me about everything he was doing and more.

We encountered a severe sewer line blockage in a duplex that could have negatively impacted both units. Our technician Garrett Wright was timely, deductive, informative and tenacious in resolving that problem over a 3-day period, during which he consulted other resources and ordered a scope that helped identify and eliminate the problem. It’s a dirty job but he conducted himself with professionalism and recognition of the importance of sewer line maintenance. We recommend Roto Rooter highly!

If I could give a 0, I honestly would. This company is the worst. Overcharged to fix a small leak in the bathroom $680 for a seal? Really?! Then said there was water damage behind the wall where the leaky pipe was. Simple water mitigation, right? Wrong! Ended up tearing up my carpet in the bedroom, the tile in my bathroom that it connected to, threw out my mom's rugs, and took out the wood in the laundry room adjacent. And for what? Only for them to tell me that I have asbestos in my walls (ended up being untrue with a second opinion), and leave without replacing the flooring they took out. Yeah, no. I'm not using them ever again. They're just there to get your insurance money and dip

Everyone I worked with was extremely knowledgeable and kind. Mark was very professional and provided lots of great information and tips on the evaluation, Connor and Robert were extremely fast with expertise at clearing the problem, and then Brian and another assistant were very thorough and detailed on the mitigation. Very impressed with the overall service experience

They were very courteous and professional, and fixed both interior and exterior problems very well and in a reasonable time frame. However, the final price was outlandish, far beyond what I was quote on the first phone call. 1.5hrs of labor = $684. That's not parts; that was labor.

I tried to give these guys my business on a silver platter because I had no time to shop around for other quotes, but I just couldn't get them to show up. I've wasted 7.5 hours of my valuable time, during which I had other appointments that I had to cancel since there's no way to know when they will call to say they are on their way, waiting around nearby my rental property during their inconvenient 4 hour window, twice in a row. The second time they didn't even call to say they couldn't make it, and the first time they only called at the 3.5 hour mark to cancel. Meanwhile, the carpet is still soaked and my tenants have no hot water, and their dispatch didn't even apologize. Emergency? Don't call Roto-Rooter.

Huge backup in lines at 23:00. No bath, toilet or sink. The 24/hour line was answered right away. They scheduled a plumber to come out early in the morning. The dispatcher called me to confirm the time, which was very nice. When the plumber arrived, Bill was professional, and very fast. His performance was superior, and his knowledge of our particular plumbing system, which is 73 years old, was extensive. He knew exactly what to do, and how to get things moving again. I will use RR again for any issues I have, and will always ask for Bill if he is available. I know companies live and die by reviews, and mine is 10 out of 10. Thank you Roto Rooter.

The technician John was great. He was very prompt, and forthcoming, and very knowledgeable. Major kudos!The only gripe I have about the company is that I originally had an appointment on 12 November between 10 and 2 and ended up having to reschedule to 14 November, because the company did not have enough technicians available to fullfill the obligation. I called early in the morning, because the tenant at my property informed me that a laundry pipe was backing up. I make an appointment with Rotorooter to get it looked at, I was surprised when they told me I could go and check the issue, I did not imagine that they could come quickly within 2 hours. I called the Colorado Springs Roto-Rooter office last night when I had a plumbing emergency. My water conditioner had sprung a leak and the plumbers who had installed it were not returning my calls. The Roto-Rooter dispatcher was professional and prompt, and after confirming the details of my issue, was able to schedule a plumber to visit my home the very next day.First thing in the morning Caleb the plumber was at my door and ready to get to work. We were so pleased with Caleb's work on our issue that we also opened a new ticket to have him do some other plumbing repairs in our house. Now we are not only on the way to resolving our original issue, but also got some less important plumbing work done and out of the way. Caleb even worked with the manufacturer of our water conditioner to diagnose the underlying issue.Caleb went above and beyond, and is one of the most competent and professional plumbers I've ever worked with. I've been a home owner for a long time, and I only very rarely deal with anyone this dependable.

Rotorooter was both an excellent and exasperating experience. Huge shout-out to the technicians, supervisors and call-center/dispatch folks who were all friendly and professional. The exasperating part was the seemingly iron-curtain that came down between my phonecalls to schedule and being able to actually talk to anyone about the plumbing situation at my house. It took TWO MONTHS to finally get my clogged lines cleared. The repeated no-shows were unprofessional and maddening. It took a full month of being scheduled, repeatedly, next day between a four hour window, all of them no-shows, before I finally was able to get a standing appointment. Why on earth did it take so long? That appointment was scheduled out a week and unfortunately was, again, a no show. All the while my tenants couldn't shower or do laundry. There was always an excuse for the no-shows after the fact. For example the camera was busted, the de-scaling machine wasn't available. Why was communication on these issues so non-existent? It was so exasperating (not to mention expensive) for me to take days off of work to stand by to meet a technician who never showed up and never called.Once on-site the technicians were knowledgeable, friendly and professional. In the end these were my heroes:Damien who was finally able to get the cable through the 90 degree angles and the pipes cleared!Caleb, who did show up with a camera and found the blockage on a SundayElle (Helen) in dispatch who finally ran my concerns up the flagpoleKelly who gave an earnest and on-time attempt not once but twice.So, my advice to rotorooter: coordinate how you schedule and communicate with your clients!

The tech Brennan 6390 was very conscientious and thoughtful when entering our home. He put on booties to protect the wood floor and did a wonderful job in discussing what needed to be done and what he was gong to do. He finished the job very quickly and cleaned up everything after the work was done. It did not look like he had been there after he left. Very good customer service from the initial call for service to when Brennan tech 6390 completed the job. Highly recommend roto rooter. Price was a little high they might need to rethink their basic charge.

Kacee picked up the parts and came back out and wrapped up his work in less than 20 minutes. Left us with a better quality outdoor spicket and kept in mind future repairs and installed it in a way that we could potentially fix a problem ourselves if anything were to happen. Kacee was polite and professional and got along with my dogs just fine, I would highly recommend Kacee for your future home projects.

We had an emergency sewage problem on the 4th of July. Pablo with Roto-Rooter was able to come first thing the next day, a holiday (as soon as the problem was diagnosed). He (and his partner, Sergio) worked almost half a day to get the main issue addressed and then stayed in touch (and came back, going beyond the initial scope of work) until the issue was fully resolved. High quality and great customer service all around.

Jake was prompt, thorough and worked thru to unclog frozen clean out vents. Unusual situation and returned to clear clogged drains when thawed. Ran the line extra footage to ensure cleared line to the main city line. So very grateful for his professionalism and diligence to get it right. Thanks very much and hopefully they won’t clog again. If they do I know who to call.

Daniel and Joseph were both very professional and friendly. Daniel was especially helpful in accommodating to speaking to my father on the phone, as the work was being done in his house and he was out of town. He was patient and helped explain all the options, precautions and prices while answering all my father's questions. When we agreed on a quote, they were very good at staying right in that quote range when doing all the work and verifying with us when there was extra work, and costs, that needed to be done with a separate pipe to complete the water heater install. I am very satisfied with the work and the product received!

The only really positive part about our experience was that we were able to get a service tech out almost immediately and that they were able to eventually fix our sewer issue. Other than that, we did not have the best experience. It was a lot more expensive than we thought it would be. Craig introduced himself as the lead tech of the company and said we were in good hands. A short time after he started working, he told us he had reached the 110 foot limit for his machine and would have to charge us another $200 to extend the scope out an additional 110 feet to clear our full sewer line. However, we immediately found paperwork that showed that our sewer line was only 73 feet to the city tap. Despite us showing him our documentation for the sewer inspection w/ video capture, Craig made it sound like he wasn’t going to be able to fix the issue without having to pay extra but he conveniently called out that he had fixed the problem shortly after we declined to pay more. The good news is that we could hear the water flowing after that from the access point. It did however, feel as though he would have gladly taken advantage of us had we not found our information showing the actual distance to city tap. Craig told us that he approved a free video capture to be performed but he made clear that it was not covered under the cost of this service. He told us to let Roto Rooter know this approval when they called us for follow up over the next few days, which was concerning to us, especially when the $350 cost of this service was almost double the cost from the same service we received last year (funny how they only offer a 6 month warranty). We are not sure if we will use this company again in the future.

On the plus side, everyone was very courteous and professional. They were up front that there would be a fee for an estimate, and that I had to pay the fee, no matter what the estimate was. This was made crystal clear. I was OK with that, and I was prepared to pay a little more because of the Roto-Rooter brand name. I was thinking 30%-50% more than the competition in my mind.The only minor repairs that I needed were to have my tub drain routed and to replace a washer in one of my tub faucets.The estimate came back so incredibly high that I have to assume that they misunderstood the work. I was thinking a top price of a few hundred bucks, maybe even a bit more, but the estimate was much higher.I bought a 25-foot rooter at Home Depot, a bag of washers there too (total cost under $25), spent a couple of hours at home (longer than a plumber would take, due to my inexperience) and saved a ton of money.

My toilet main line was backed up and I called Roto Rooter. They were here within 1 1/2 hours and Craig and Cody introduced themselves and saw what the problem was. They explained everything the were doing to me in detail and were able to fix the problem with no mess left behind. I would highly recommend them to anyone and really appreciate their service.

We called them in the evening for a kitchen drain clog, and Ryan came out quickly. After looking it over, he suggested a plumber with more expertise should look at it in the morning. No charge for Ryan to come out! At 9 a.m. Tom Bailey and Tanner Miller showed up and gave us a couple options for the repair. They were excellent at explaining everything and gave a recommendation, which we went with. The clog was cleared and problem solved! I feel confident we would call them in the future if the need arises.

We had a sewer backup and I called roto-rooter. The first part of the experience was a little frustrating and challenging. I told the service rep that I had a backup in our crawl space. The rep didn’t seem to understand that the crawl space was not a basement. I was quoted a time from of 3-5pm. I missed the phone call at 4 and called right back. When I called I was told they where behind. I called again at 6 to get a status update and was told they where waiting on the tech to finish a job. Finally got a call at 7:30 and a tech showed up at 8. He explained he could not go into the crawl space as he was not certified for crawl space work. He gave us an option to clean the lines by removing the toilet which is more expensive than going through the crawl space. He said he could call and get someone scheduled to come out in the morning that was crawl space certified and could clean the lines from there. We took this option. We called around 9am and verified a tech would be out between 11-1. Bryce and Brandon showed up. They crawled into the crawl space and confirmed we had a backup. They where patient, courteous, and professional. They explained their equipment was too big to get into the crawl space and that the only option was going to be to pull the toilet. Knowing we needed to clean the up the backup and dry the space out so we could turn the hot water heater back on I gave the go ahead it was 200.00 more because they have to pull the toilet. They checked the lines four times and explained that the work was certified for 6 months and another person would be out to video the lines. Overall the experience started out rough and stressful but Brandon and Bryce made me feel a lot better and I appreciate what they did.

Kevin Salmon was great at identifying the issue that we had a partial blockage on the mainline. Started getting to work immediately to clear the blockage. Steve Rieid was under the 1953 house and identified some minor problems with the original plumbing that could be an issue in the future. Great recommendations, and work. In and out quickly with our service restored.

Great experience. I called and they were able to schedule me same day, originally had them scheduled to come around 2:30, but they were able to get to my house by 1:00pm. Which was a big plus, because most companies show up much later than they say they will. Daniel was my technician; he was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. He was able to fix my plumbing problem in a very short amount of time. And because the problem didn't take long to fix, he repriced my original quote, which was another bonus! Also, they offer warranties on their work! I would highly recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone.

I called when our drains were backing up. Although there was a miscommunication about the time frame they were coming. They called me when I didn't come to the door and when I explained the situation the technician was nice enough to wait until I got there. Isaiah was so professional and incredibly nice, he was knowledgeable and didn't come off as a 'salesman'. He was thorough in making sure everything he could do would be done while he was there, and made sure to explain to me the price beforehand. The price was more than reasonable and made sure that I was aware of the warranties and answered all my questions. This kind of customer service makes times like these being a homeowner less stressful.

Had a backed up slow drain in the kitchen. Previous owners apparently liked to pour bacon grease down the disposal. They explained all steps that were going to occur. Talked us the how and when. Explained how they'd work with our insurance, all of the guys were very helpful during this water issue. We had quite a water leak in our basement that we could not find. Eric was able to get to our place quickly even after a major snow. He wasn't able to find the leak but was very helpful in recommending next steps and possible issues. We tore out drywall and found an old drain behind the walls that was the reason for leak. Jorge came the following week and sealed the drain for us. Both guys were very polite, informative and ended up solving our problem.

We started having a back up in the downstairs bathroom, so called Roto Rooter and was happy to hear someone would be out 8-10 that day. I got the call early , saying Craig W. would be here in about 30 mins. The service tech was great, got right to work and cleared the line, we also had Greg come out and do the sewer camera. I scheduled an appointment for Roto-Rooter Plumbing to come to my house for a shower/toilet flooding issue in my basement. My shower down there had water coming up through the drain. Craig came out and tried to clear my main line. Then Greg came out a little while later and ran the camera to view what the problem may be. Both of these men were very helpful and informative. While my issue is on-going and I have no guarantees that they fixed it, I feel confident that they would take care of me if the problem arose again. I was helped to the best of their abilities. I was very well-informed on what my options are from this point. Overall, great experience.

I have had several Roto-Rooter Service Techs and Supervisors in my home/on the phone over the last couple of days, and they have been some of the most respectful and compassionate professionals I have ever dealt with. Zack K. did the initial floor drain clearing in our basement, then Alex P. and Timothy M. were both super helpful in talking to my insurance company and explaining what my options were for preventing this issue in the future (it will involve some big outdoor excavation). Liam O. got started on the mitigation/cleanup the very next day! Finally, Nick E. who took over the project for Alex has been prompt, responsive, and understanding through all my communications with him. I also want to mention that they all saw my two dogs outside patiently waiting and asked to meet and pet them, instead of making me keep them outside the whole time :) They are a great team and I would highly recommend them to any of my friends and family. I had my main water drain line damaged and sediment filled up the line and clogged it. I needed immediate help since it was backing up and flooding my place. Roto-Rooter responded quickly. The situation turned messy and got a bit more intense when it was later realized that the problem was worse than expected. The technicians Craig and David were able to clear it out and mark the area of damage. In that incident itself Roto-Rooter really saved the day. However, my only negative thought was regarding the repair cost. I eventually compared their quote with another trusted local plumber and the difference was significant.

I was able to get a repair very quickly and the repair person was outstanding. The only drawback was the price of repair of a frozen water tap was a bit high but I was lucky to get a very highly skilled repairman who was able to corect my frozen pipe. I will use this company in the future!

Emergency clogged toilet.When no one else would come one a holiday, I was a able to reach Roto-Rooter. They were at my home within a few hours, did a quick clean job and left no mess. The plumber was courteous and offered good advice to prevent such an incident in the future.Don't expect a call on one of the biggest holidays of the year to be cheap! They warned me of the price ahead of time though so I had the choice of refusing. BUT when no one else in the city could come, they were there!I had them a few years ago and had the same good service. There was a far more serious problem which they explained. Although our landlord chose not to use them for the major repairs, we would not have known without their investigating. The service mean was courteous and accepted the landlord's decision.

Roto Rooter was the only company that actually responded in an EMERGENCY-fashion. We tried calling at least 15 different companies to come out for our expansion tank problem. Roto Rooter arrived within an hour of our initial call. I am so grateful for them and Andrew who worked as quick as he could to get the job done. When it comes to your home, you need someone to act quickly and professionally and that's exactly what Roto Rooter and Andrew did. I highly recommend!!

After seeing their same day service listings and 24 hour service, it seemed like a no brainer for what should have been an easy repair of a clogged toilet. I called early in the morning and received an appointment window of 1 to 5 pm. At 3 pm I received a phone call from the office telling me the service technician was running behind schedule but reassured me that he would be arriving. Although, just a little later than had been scheduled. After waiting well beyond the appointment window, now being 10 minutes to 6:00, I just received a phone call from the technician that they will not be coming until tomorrow. Great way to drag it out so we now have no choice but to wait until tomorrow. The service industry just isn't what it used to be any more. Thanks for the pleasant experience of waiting around all afternoon. See you tomorrow. Or, will I?

They took advantage of my autistic husband and told him our service would be $88, but they charged us $449. It didn’t even solve the problem. WE still had to clean the pipes ourselves after the plumber left. VERY unprofessional and I will be filing a dispute with our bank.

Very unprofessional. Never on time. Used unlicensed people to do work requiring a license. Falsely advertise open 24/7 365. Over 3 weeks they were not there 9 of 21 days. Destroyed my bathroom when put back didn't clean up their mess. They charge way to much for work done. Overall very poor service with no attempt to satisfy the customer. I would highly recommend not using this company. They are out to deceive the public and money hungry and don't care about inconveniencing anyone

These guys are awesome! Eric W., John G., and Brandon O. have been very professional, respectful, helpful, responsive, understanding... everything! A disaster in our home has actually not been too huge of a headache for us because these guys are taking care of everything. Eric helped us file a home owner's insurance claim and is our POC throughout the repair process if we need anything. John and Brandon assessed the damages for repair. We greatly appreciate everyone at Roto Rooter and their affiliates for taking on this task and helping us.

The service technicians arrived within the window I was given and they were professional throughout the whole process. They were clean (used protective coverings on their boots and equipment) and left the area the same way it was before they arrived. Brendan (#6146) discussed the process beforehand and went over the results afterwards. I would highly recommend them for sewer line cleanings. The service was fantastic!

Very professional and friendly technician came on out to help us with our drain issue. The price for the service was incredibly steep (and a little mind blowing honestly) but I guess that's business today. The tech was friendly, knowledgable, took time to help me understand everything going on, what he was doing, what he found, and initiatives for the future to prevent a recurring issue.

Roto-Rooter came out same day I called. The washer leaked on spin cycle, toliet leaked from bottom when flushed and sewage came up through the shower. Roto-Rooter cleaned out tree roots from the main line and put new seal on toliet. Now everything is working again. So thankful for their service.

Overall, my experiences with Roto-Rooter have been very positive. Each technician that has come to visit has been very honest, respectful and knowledgeable. This past time we had Richard B. who made sure to wear booties in the house and when I commented on how nice that was, he later made sure to but booties on the wheels of the scope machine. The reason I didn't give 5 starts is because there were some communication issues with the dispatch system. I had called over 24 hours in advanced to schedule an appointment and was told that because I had called with advanced notice, my appointment time would be honored. The next day I hadn't received a call that anyone was coming so I called dispatch and they said I had a 4 hour window....well at 9:30pm (30 minutes after that 4 hour window) I received a call that the technician was at my house, but I had already gone to bed....also the dispatch number was showing up from a different state...not sure if that was my phone's issue or theirs..?Overall, I would recommend their services!

Both Mark and Josh are great technicians. They both really took the time to explain the issues and best course of action at both of our rental buildings. By far this is the best experience I've had with any company, period. Colin (3376) was absolutely outstanding and not only did he fix our problem with our sump pump but he was educational and informative about it. A lot of company's employees usually just get in, get out, and job is done. Robert, and Chris, were awesome! We had a leak from an outside spigot that slightly flooded our basement. They arrived so quickly and were able to make the repair right away. Also gave us some opinions on upgrades to prevent this from happening again. Brandon was my service technician. He was kind, courteous, thorough and really cared about making sure the job was done well. You should be proud to have him representing Roto-Rooter.

*Edited to add* they did refund us the $99 service fee which we really appreciated, and that is why I updated my review.My husband requested a technician to come out and fix our two laundry machine faucets as well as a leaking bathtub spout. We knew there was a $99 service fee for the technician to come out and diagnose the issues, but that was way too much for what the technician did. He showed up and I brought him down to the laundry room. He simply looked at the faucets and didn’t even turn them on to see what the leak looked like/where it was coming from. When I showed him the bathtub spout he looked at it for maybe 15 seconds and that was it. Instead of diagnosing the issue he simply went the route that everything needed to be replaced, and he then told me that the total would be just under $1000 which I thought sounded ridiculous. He asked if that’s what I expected, and I told him that I didn’t expect it to be that much. He said he could get the price down to $850 which I still felt was outrageous for the small repairs we had. He then asked me if my husband and I had ever had plumbing work done before, and told me how it’s expensive, and that to become a master plumber takes a lot of time and schooling. I respect that, but this was not “master plumber” plumbing issues. The technician came off as condescending, and was definitely trying to take advantage of us with price gouging. Needless to say we decided to not go forward with Roto-Rooter, and I’m disappointed that we had to pay a $99 service fee considering that the “master plumber” didn’t even diagnose the issue.

I had a pilot light out for two days (my fault). The service tech, John U., came out and took really good care of us. He was very personable and professional. He opened up the front panel and noticed that a sensor wasn't pushed in all the way. He pushed it back in and started up the water heater. I was shocked that he didn't bill us. The last company we had charged us $200 just to look at it. I will definitely use Roto-Rooter in the future and hopefully we get John again.

Technician Mike Vossberg arrived at time that was promised when the appointment was made. My blocked line happened on Friday of course, so I was very anxious to get my drain cleared before the week end. Mike listened to my description of what I had observed with the line and after checking my information, came up with a plan of action. It required removing the commode from the floor so that the trouble area could be properly cleared. After I had agreed to his plan for repair, he went to work organizing carrying out the work. It was a rather lengthy job but Mike patiently did the work and had the job completed in about two and a half hours. My system now works better that it has in many, many years.

We had a clogged main line and a leaking outdoor faucet. Daniel Wyatt from Roto Rooter was very professional. He provided us all of our options and was able to fix both issues in just a couple hours. We will definitely use Roto Rooter again!

Roto-Rooter provided the most professional employee for a water heater replacement (Caleb M. #5505). Showed up on-time with a courtesy notification to inspect the leak, confirm the issue and was back with a new unit to install in 1.5hrs. My crawlspace is essentially a 3ft tall torture chamber with a small concrete pit... Caleb managed to get the old heater out with zero rust-water spills and new heater in without a scratch. Very knowledgeable on code requirements; best contractor I've let into my home.

My kitchen sink wouldn't drain even after I took apart the pipes I could see, and cleaned them. Craig Wright came the same afternoon and made sure nothing else was amiss before properly diagnosing the problem. He was done in a jiffy, gave me some good advice and even a referral for another type of maintenance job I needed done. He was pleasant, and we enjoyed a laugh or two. I'm so glad he was available on Super Bowl Sunday!

Roto-rooter is on the pricier side, but it is worth the money. They always show up. They show up on time. They are professional, clean up afterwards, and guarantee their work.This visit, the first plumber was unable to help, so he called to reschedule another technician. Within 45 minutes I had a new team there that did the job right.I’m done playing Plumber Roulette. If I need anything in the future, Roto-rooter will be the first place I call.

There was a backed up kitchen sink. Called ROTO ROOTER; that has serviced my home for 20 years. Zac came out after waiting out a storm, to snake the Main many times to clear the block. Then proceeded to snake the ddbl kitchen sink lines. After hours of trying to find the clog. It came clear and opened to run freely. My access is out front of the house, and Zac con't in the rain. I was very grateful that he found the blockage.

I highly recommend Roto-rooter. Scott and Jake did a great job with our unique issue. They were very professional, knowledgeable and very nice. I will definitely call Roto-rooter again if we need plumbing work done. From the first call to the finished work we received excellent customer service.

We had an emergency late at night,around 730, and they were able to get someone out by 9 and had everything cleared up by 10. He was extremely professional and respected out space!

Do not use this company period. Most likely they will not show for the appointment. Read the other 1 star reviews and you'll see that repeated over and over. This is intentional. To keep manhours low they intentionally book more clients than they can perform for, this way they avoid any hours where the employees are not working. From a business point of view this makes sense but if you're calling them it's because you have an urgent situation that you must deal with. You will lose time to deal with your urgent problem waiting on them to show, which at best will be late it assuming they show at all. Instead look for local business in your area that perform the same work, you'll pay less and get service sooner.

Called around on a Saturday looking for someone to fix my attempt at do it yourself plumbing. Rotorooter found a Technician to come out on a Saturday with minimal waiting and the Technician, Andrew 6149, was able to complete the repair at the same time and beat his price estimate. He was fast, friendly, and quiet. My 8 day old baby didn't stir but she will sleep well tonight now that our boiler will be operating at 100%. Thank you Rotorooter and Andrew.

I called for a sewer cleanout and scope on a house I'm selling. They told me they would be there within the hour. They were over an hour late, which wasn't a deal breaker for me, but the price was. They would not give me an estimate over the phone, and said If you don't like the price, you can tell the technician to leave. $495 for a cleanout and $795 for a scope. If they would have told me that over the phone, we both could have saved our time.

The tech showed up on time, called me and gave me a 30 minute window so I wasn’t waiting around for him all day. he was quick, clean, professional and I would definitely use them again!

We had a drainage issue at a house we just purchased. We called Roto-Rooter and they came out same day and right on time. Adriel (5868) was awesome. Personable and fun to work with. He was a Broncos fan, fixed the problem in under an hour, and was nice to my dogs as well which is always a plus. Thanks again! This morning my sewer drain clogged. Called Roto-Rooter as I had done business with them for years and knew they were dependable. Bill arrived within a few hours, cleaned out the sewer drain and all was right again. Would definitely call again for any plumbing need as I know they will be there quickly. Very happy today!

I called the morning of Memorial Day and thought I'd have to wait or pay more because it was a holiday. I was assured that I wouldn't have to pay more and before noon I had a workman at my house. He couldn't replicate the flooding problem and wanted to make sure he knew what it was so left without charging me and gave me instructions what to do when it happened again. It didn't take to much longer after he left for me to have the issue again and Michael returned now knowing exactly what the problem was. He was thorough and gave me instructions to help in the future etc. Everyone I dealt with was courtesy with very quick service. I'd highly recommend them for anyone!

Called Customer service and was offered same day appointment. Tech never showed. Called back after assigned window and was told the appointment was never made and was not in the system. I was then told I probably called a different company and it happened all the time. Which I can understand that, but... it doesn't take 10 minutes to get that point across. I explained that the clean out was in the crawl space and need the proper accommodations for it and was told they could accommodate it. I tried to get some pricing ahead of time for standard sewage cleaning and was told they couldn't do that. Finally I got a real confirmation for the following day in my email. Following day the tech shows up early, which is fine. I explain what I need done and I explain that the clean out is in the crawl space. He tells me he has to take apart his machine and could take 2 hours and would require another person. So goes back and forth to his van making phone calls. Lastly he tells me bad news his machine wont fit or his partners wont fit. That they recently upgraded their machines and they are taller. So he is going to have to charge me extra to remove 2 toilets upstairs or just scope the pipe. I told the tech that I wont be requiring their service any longer. I am very disappointed in how this was handled from the first call to the tech leaving. I was hoping to have my issue taken care of by a business that is at this time 4.7 stars. But ill be looking else where.

You will get scheduled and they will cancel on you at last min. So much for driving from work on time. They canceled on trued to get me next day and I canceled on them. So much for 24hr service thumbs down.Update: some one did respond and asked to email them but there has been no response.

Let me first off say, these guys are WAY overpriced. They'll say they have 24 hour service blah blah blah. Not worth 200 or 300 more then a local plumber. With that said, the 3 gentleman that showed up were exceptional. They were clean, wore protective gear (even booties). They made a point to explain everything in detail and were extremely efficient. Roto rooter needs to be scared of 2 things. 1) losing business to locals due to their price and mostly 2) losing guys like the ones that were here to local businesses, they were that good.

Zachary was very wise and informed me what happened. He helped Ease my anxiety when it comes to having plumbing issues. He was quick and very friendly. I wish the cost was cheaper but my over all experience with Zachary was very pleasant.

Our water heater started leaking badly last night. We called before 8am, and Daniel was here by 930. He quickly explained the issue. Our WH was 21 years old, so I opted for a new one. He was done by noon, and the expense was $200 less than the estimate! Daniel was fantastic and I would gladly recommend him and Roto rooter!

My usual company could come out to deal with my backed-up sewer line until the next day so I called Roto-Rooter. Zac showed up within the two hours promised (despite having to drive over 50 miles through rush hour traffic.) He was friendly and efficient. I appreciated that he was wearing PPE. He got the line cleared out, and stayed a bit longer as I ran lots of water to make sure I wouldn't get any surprises. Zac was great! Roto-Rooter was great!

Craig was amazing! He came in and unclogged my kitchen sink in 15 minutes after I was at my wits end. He remembered my home and knew exactly what to do. Had a team of guys out here to look at a burst sewage pipe. Kacee, Alex, and Zack got right to the problem, and were no nonsense about the repairs needed, and with their advice with further mitigation. Most importantly, there was good communication between several technicians and these three guys. I never had to explain the problem to another person, and everyone that came in knew exactly what to tackle. It was a big job, and they were done in a day. Highly recommend these fellers.

We use Roto-Rooter for all our plumbing needs. We can depend on their quality of work and honesty about the situation. I like that they quote you per job, not hourly rate, so you are never surprised about the final cost. Would highly recommend.

I called to have a washing machine drain and shower drain unclogged. They came on time and did the job for $400. When the drain in the shower was still running slow I called for a redo and was told the $400 was just for one drain and the other was a bonus but to do it again would be another $400. The machine they used sells at Home Depot for less the $400 so I'm not sure why it was so expensive to come out. They serviced what I asked then when it came time for the warranty it was sorry for your luck. Guessing the so called bonus drain wasn't completely done the first time but since we don't use that shower didn't notice till we had guests. Definitely WONT BE USING THEM AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!

Technician: Caleb M. (#5505)Roto Rooter was not the cheapest option, but I'm convinced it was the best both in terms of how fast Caleb was able to replace my water heater and also in terms of the quality of the work and equipment. I probably could have done this myself, but I don't have the time or energy to do that. I could have shopped around for the cheapest option, but other places were already booked through the week. Caleb came by the same evening to assess the situation, and by the next morning was already removing the old heater and installing the new one. I was able to ask him questions about our existing plumbing and he always gave an honest, thorough answer. He went the extra mile in terms of replacing our thermal expansion tank, some of the exhaust venting, and a nearby existing joint that was leaking. Instead of sweating the pipes (time-consuming, risky, messy) or using something expensive like Shark Bite joints, Caleb used ProPress couplings on all the new connections, explaining that they last longer than other options and are faster to install. He also gave a good explanation of how the slightly pricier water heater that he brought was better than any I could get at Home Depot. All-in-all a great repair/installation and I feel secure that none of this new work will leak or prematurely fail.

Adam was amazing! He showed up early, treated our house like it was his own, and was extremely thorough. He made the job easy and I would recommend Adam and Roto-Rooter to anyone with plumbing needs.

This was the only company that actually was 24/7 to have someone come out to clear our main line late last night. Andrew did a really good job explaining everything to us and came back when we thought the downstairs toilet started leaking after the drain was cleared. Thank you to Andrew and this company for coming to fix this and then explaining what the next step was to be. We will be using them in the future if needed.

Larry Long is a Drain Technician who serviced our home twice and both times on a Sunday! I appreciate Roto Rooter's weekend availability and 6 month warranty policy. He was polite, punctual and noticed another water issue which we were able to contact Roto Rooter for immediately! Great service!

After an entire morning on the phone with nearly every plumbing company in the springs, I finally called roto-rooter. The gentleman who took my call was awesome to talk to and answered all my questions. They were the only place that could get somebody out to my property same day (and within hours as well). Kacee got out to my house about 3 1/2 hours after I called. He was quick, helpful, and did exactly what I needed. They went above and beyond for me and because of that, they will be the first place I call next time I need plumbing services. I would recommend them to anybody.

A 30 min job clearing the shower drain cost me $400. Way too expensive!

Used their service to resolve plumbing issue. After hours of technician working issue was not resolved and another technician recommended costly replacement of old cast iron pipes which by the way we do not have. We have copper pipes. We ended up calling another company and was able to resolve the problem. Money spent with Roto Rooter was not well spent.

Broken water pressure valve and water heater replacement. Very happy with Colin, he was very helpful and courteous! he was also very knowledgeable and explained everything to me. He actually made the whole experience less stressful, I was very pleased with the service. I will absolutely use this company again. Thank you guys!

Had a sewer line backup this last winter. They charged me $500 to open the line, something I paid another company $99 to do 1 year prior. They immediately started talking about the severity of the clog, stating do not flush solids, this repair is urgent and I would get it taken care of today. (Later found out there is a class action suit in another state for this type of pushing urgency).I signed a contract to get yard cleanouts installed and get a sleeve installed in the main sewer line to the stack in the house. The cost was $10,500. They talked about hope urgent this was but didn't complete the task for 3 more weeks after I was originally told it would be done the following Monday (Original call was a Thursday) . I called several times asking for updates and nobody answered and I left messages and never received calls back, one day they just showed up with no notice they would be showing up that day.They installed the yard cleanouts, then it was another week before they installed the sleeve, again with additional calls asking when they would return. For 3 weeks, the family of 5 was unable to flush solids.The contract was to sleeve the pipe to the stack to avoid taking it concrete in the basement, there was a branch line to the main line which was supposed to be reinstated after the sleeve. When the sleeving crew was done I asked, did you reinstate the branch line, they said no, we stopped before the branch because it wouldn't flow right. So now I have 7 feet of 50 year old cast iron sewer line between the stack and branch line that could easily see more root intrusion issues in the next few years creating another costly repair. I asked for a partial refund since most sleeving jobs are priced by the foot and the repair was not done to the contacted spot. Had someone told me in advance this was the outcome, I would have chosen not to sleeve, but rather to replace the whole line to eliminate the potential risk of another costly repair, the price quoted for replacement was not much different than the price for the sleeve. Also in the contact was a hydro jet of the branch line. They didn't complete that and after a month I was calling over and over to get that done even though I was already billed the contacted amount. They finally agreed to complete the jetting (quoted at $1500 initially but negotiated into contract). The other company who opened the line a year prior did hydro jet as well and the cost was only $500.I thought about small claims court since the job was not completed as stated in the contact, but the time I should spend away from my work would make pursuing this case not worth while.The final straw, I had new heat and AC and water heater installed by another company 2 months later. I had multiple quotes and 2 of the companies asked me about the yard cleanouts they had seen. One guy asked what I spent saying he used to work for roto rooter before starting his own business. I told him 11k and he said to my face, you got ripped off, he said he would have replaced the whole line for $6k and then you wouldn't have had risky pipe still under your house. He also said for 11k he would have done the sewer repair and repiped the whole house. The second contractor that asked also did they would have done the whole sewer line for $8k.I will never use this company again, and neither should you.

When our water pump stopped working a Roto-rooter technician was at our house within an hour! Jason was very kind, professional and knowledgeable and did everything in his power to solve our issue and get us the best price for service and equipment. I was very impressed with the whole experience.

Mark came out to fix an issue we had with our drain overflowing. The problem was a blockage in the pipe. He was able to get it cleared out and get our water working again. He was so friendly, explained everything so we could understand, and left our bathroom super clean. He even offered to help us take our trash cans in on his way out. We have been having issues with our plumbing. We couldn’t use more than one shower at a time or else some back up would occur in our basement area. We called for service and it was taken care of. Our technician, Zach handled the issue and explained what was occurring. Very pleased with the service.

I am selling the property I had serviced, which made timing important, and RotoRooter came out the day after I called them in the afternoon (New Year's Day!) and took care of not only cleaning out the line, but verifying information for the buyer and providing a video file of the scoping they did after the cleaning. The supply line to the toilet was leaking due to faulty materials and, upon reinstallation, RotoRooter replaced the supply line and made sure the place was in A+ condition when they left. They were very polite and friendly, and answered all of my questions. They had everything to gain by recommending some work the buyer requested, but instead showed me that the work was unnecessary and saved me thousands of dollars. They were all thoroughly professional and clean, and took are to make the experience as painless as possible. Special thanks to Craig Wright, the lead trainer, and Cody (6545), who operated the equipment. They both put my mind at ease about the process and gave the impression that nothing that came along would be outside of their experience. Mark scoped the line and was very professional as well (Mark Cheney) and was willing to show me the results and what they meant. To help with the snafu on the supply line Dan Wyatt was super fast getting the needed parts to make the repair. When I called I expected to make an appointment for Monday. So great to have my laundry sink fixed in what I consider in record time.

We had our sewer line back up at an even more than normally inconvenient time: at night, on a weekend, with out of town guests visiting. While we were a little frustrated at the lack of communication as to delays in the arrival (initially we were told it would be 1 hr, and then after nearly 1.5 hrs we called again and were told it would be another 2 hrs-- we were never updated about the delay), our tech Jason made up for it with his clear communication, professionalism, and ultimately fixing the problem within an hour of his arrival. We also appreciated that Roto-Rooter does not charge after-hour or weekend fees (other places we called were going to charge 100-200 just for it being on a night/weekend).

Brandon H. was prompt, professional, and thorough. I particularly appreciated how he logically traced the problem back to it's most likely source before committing to an action. He got the system back in order, packed up, and cleaned up quickly. Thanks for the great service Brandon.

Huge shout-out to their employee, John Greenleaf! He came out fast and diagnosed the problem while explaining everything to us. He even took the time to give us advice on what we could do to make accessing the plumbing easier and gave tips on how to do it ourselves. Calling this a high level of professional service is an understatement. John was kind, got everything done quick, fixed the problem completely, and was more than willing to go above and beyond to make sure he did a great job. I will DEFINITELY he calling these guys again, especially if Mr. Greenleaf is available.

I will never recommend this company to anyone. Everyone was super friendly over the phone but when I had a technician come out to fix my shower, he “fixed” it but said it would never fully be fixed and he had to come back out because it was still having a problem, told me I just needed to press the button in harder but it would still trickle a bit and then now it continues to have the same problem. WAY too overpriced for the job not even being fixed.

Germaine was very responsive. He came early in the morning to clean out the main drain of my house so I could have an inspector come back to sell my home. He did great work and provided me with the documents I needed during a stressful time. His coworker Jonathan organized everything and was a pleasure to work with. I will absolutely use them again.

Kelly was truly a miracle for us. We've had a very rough move-in and didn't have a functioning kitchen sink for over two weeks, and once Kelly showed up we knew we were in good hands. He was so dedicated to helping us and got our kitchen sink completely fixed in under 24 hours, even working late hours to help us. I just can't stress enough how great he was and how grateful we were for his help!

Trying to get scheduled for an appointment was an absolute disaster; it took 3 days before I finally get someone out to fix my plumbing issue. As frustrated as I was, I was going to throw in the towel and select another company, but thank God I waited. The person that responded was Daniel Wyattt, and he was a consummate professional. It was clear he knew his craft and cared about his work and that he customer was his #1 priority. When he left, the job was done professionally, and because of Daniel, I will call RotoRooter again the next time I have a plumbing issue It's people like Dan that give RotoRooter a good name and keep people like me coming back. In my opinion, Dan is a 5-star performer...I couldn't ask for better service.

The only reason Roto Rooter is receiving a 3-star and not a 1-star is because of the professionalism and quality of work from their plumber Colin. His work in fixing our busted pipe was great. However, we scheduled an appointment with Roto Rooter between 10a-2p, when we hadn't heard anything at 230p I called their office and was told they were behind. Bit of advice for the company, if you're running behind, please call your customers. Their plumbers are great, but their dispatchers and schedulers need to work on their customer service. Instead of showing up between their assigned window, the plumber began his work at about 5p, much later than expected or desired.

I was incredibly happy after calling 4 other services beforehand and having these men show up in under three hours where the average wait time was 4-5 days . They found the leak in a matter of minutes and had all of the follow on groups stacked for the next day. Eric and Kevin were polite, professional, and very diligent in their work. I strongly recommend Roto-Rooter.

I just moved into this house from out of state, when the plumbing went out I was terrified. Zach Koehler walked me through every step of the way of the issues kindly and very respectful! I really appreciate this!!! The issues were fixed and he gave me his card and told me not to hesitate to call if I have any more problems! Total great service

I am not complaining about the work that was done at all. This is all about price, and not being informed about what the price would be until after the work was done. We found the leak, they only had to repair it, which took less than an hour. Labor: $400. My doctor makes half as much. And I seriously doubt that the plumbers themselves got most of that. Supplies, which consisted of less than 2 feet of pipe and a hose bib, $350, which made me check to see if the pipe is made of gold instead of copper. If I had known ahead of time that would be the cost, I would have waited one more day without water in the house and saved myself around $500.

I wish I would’ve checked the BBB reviews first - many complaints about price gouging. This was my experience as well for 10k quote on sewage clean out that costs $2500 max to install in area. Techs were very kind & professional, but really unfortunate as I read through BBB reviews. Definitely start there before using/booking service & grateful I didn’t move forward to pay 10k.

We had a backed up sink and Roto Rooter was not only on time, but they were early (after calling to make sure that was okay!). Brennan was an amazing tech - he explained everything in terms I could understand and was very up front about cost and process. An hour later, my pipes are cleaned and I'm good to go! Used them multiple times and decided to upcharge us now by almost 300 bucks when the last 5 years of repeated service. The 24/7 isn't a thing either apparently even though the site claims it to me. Never going back again.

At 6 pm on a Saturday we had a sewer backup in our basement. I wasn't sure who to call but remember seeing the commercial that Roto-Rooter had done recently. That in combination with the zero dollar trip charge was what swayed me to call. Chris was the first visit we had at 8pm, he talked to us first about what he was going to do and then began working. He worked hard and in the cold rain for a few hours before he told us e was unable to get the line cleaned out with the 110 feet that he had already gone through. I should mention our house is 70 years old and full of surprises. He told us he called the offices and that he was going to get someone out on Sunday morning for us to jet the system. We weren't excited about the situation but very grateful to Chris that we didn't have to wait till Monday, and in turn get a hotel.Dan came out Sunday morning and explained what he was going to do as well as putting me in touch with their mitigation team David. Dan finally got our system cleared after a little over an hour and we are able to use toilets. Yay! :)The best part about the smelly situation so far is the communication that we have received; both the good news and bad has been explained thoroughly and without feeling rushed. We will see the team tomorrow for the next step. Thank You!

I am not one to write reviews but felt the need to after my experience with these guys. Martin N. was the guy who came out to see me late night and he did a phenomenal job given the situation. Given the situation of my house (old) the pipes probably have been getting clogged for years and years as the landlord doesn't take good care of the house. Martin was able to work with me on price given the situation and made sure the process went smoothly. Unfortunately Martins cable broke as he was using the snake to try and unclog the pipe. Not thinking that this was going to be fixed and we were going to run into more serious issues, he was able to get the cable back out and reassemble the pipes and actually solved the issue all along. Great guy and great service. Thanks Martin.

Very prompt at scheduling my appointment, dispatch call me when she said she would as a reminder that the tech was on his way. Cole was on time and did a great job. Currently just waiting to hear back from the camera scope technician. All in all it was a good service and now I have peace of mind.

Our main sewer line was backing up causing overflow into a floor drain and shower. After contacting Roto-Rooter someone was out within about an hour. Even with having to remove the toilet to clear the line, they were fast, courteous, respectful of the property and had it cleared in a jiffy! Very upfront about pricing before any work was done. Kenneth was on time, knowledgeable and professional. He came to the house right when he was scheduled to, took note of the issues and got right to work. His assessments of the issues were spot on, and he fixed them as fast as I've ever seen. Pricing was fair as we have been financially strapped, he made sure to do what he could, and even went above and beyond. He did mention other services as an upsell, but honestly, I am going to take his advice and will absolutely be calling back to have (hopefully the same technician) come out and help me with my bathroom and kitchen as there are some projects I would like completed. I whole heartedly recommend this business and Kenneth.

We payed 578 for toliet repair and they put card board under the toliet to make it sturdy. Run dont use them. They are taking advantage on people that are unable to do the repairs on there own and that are on fix incomes. I have pictures i will post and show the work.Kacee came out and fixed the problem!! He did a fantastic job!!! So I only changed the one star to a three star because he apologized and was understanding on what happened. If he would of came out first then I would of definitely gave him a 5.

Tchnician #7722 (Zach Koehker) did an Amazing job repairing and unclogging my drains. He was very professional, knowlegeable and courteous! He went far and above his duties and I would highly recommend him to both residentail and future businesses.

I had the unfortunate experience of having my hot water heater break and water all over my downstairs. My son-in-law came to my rescue and immediately called different businesses for service, prices and if able to do this on Sunday. He spoke with Daniel, from Roto Rooter. Daniel came in just a few minutes. He evaluated the situation and told me that I need a new hot water heater. He gave me the price and sat to do the work. Within the next three hours, I had a new hot water. Roto rooter is horrible! They installed a drain wrong and was leaking down the back wall of my cabinet for months! They came and confirmed they did it wrong but still won't pay for the over $3000 of damages. They are completely unethical and won't makes things right. Do not use them!

Quick response time to a washer draining issue. Price was more than I expected however the service was prompt and professional. Work was backed by a 6 month guarantee for my specific issue which is comforting.

I already had to reschedule service once because my original time was Thurs, 12/9 between 4 and 6 pm. Dispatch didn't attempt to call me until after 4 pm that day to say that they wouldn't be sending anyone even though I had to rearrange my schedule so I could be there during the time frame required. So I was rescheduled for Saturday because dispatch stated that they could send someone out to my home anytime between 8 and 5 pm. They offered to send someone Fri, but I had to work a 12 hr shift, so I asked if there was any availability on Saturday. Dispatch said they would send someone between 10 and 12 today (Sat). I waited until 12:20 and called to see what was going on. I was told that the service technician was still at another job. I have been waiting to run errands so I could be here for my scheduled service on my water heater and nobody could be bothered to call me and tell me that the service technician was running late so that I could take care of all the other things I need to do. When I called at 12:20, I was told it would be another hour. That hour has now passed and I haven't gotten any follow up call to say that someone is on their way or to update me on how much longer the wait will be.. Incredibly disappointed with the customer service. If you can't meet your commitments to your customers, you should at least have the decency to call and let us know so that we can plan our day accordingly.UPDATE: It is now 3 pm and I just got a call stating that they can't get a tech out to my house today. Now keep in mind I was already rescheduled from Thursday to today and now, 3 hours after my new time of 10-12, they finally call to say that nobody is coming, but they plan to come tomorrow morning. Ridiculous!

Zac Koehler came out on time and was very professional. We talked through our sewage clean out. He gave me the quote upfront. He did a complete job and spent extra time ensure he was able to fully clean out our sewer as best as possible.

Mike Shirey #1051 arrived after a very long morning and was professional from the moment he walked in the door. He was determined to find out our problem which was not found last time Rotor Rooter came up five months ago. He looked at all different ways at solving the problem and finally unblocked our sewage line but discovered other problems we should be aware of. He worked solid for several hours and was so personable and did all that he could do with what was going on in this older house that my daughter lives in.If I had my choice I would have no one else but Mike come to solve our plumbing problems. I just had the best experience from a plumbing company ever! Ian, Mike and Kaleb were extremely professional, honest and knowledgeable. I had a problem with the mainline and needed it cleared.If they could not clear it they would not have charged me. They decided to put a camera down my line after clearing the obstacles and pronounced my pipes clear to the street. Everything is working perfectly now. Interesting, I had another plumber come to my house the week prior. He told me I would have to dig up the foundation and replace the pipes for $25,000.00 immediately. I so appreciate the integrity of Ian, Mike and Kaleb .

Changed my review since Thursday we have been waiting for a camera for my mainline. They said it wasn't a priority .Funny I know something is wrong with my line. I was willing to have outside clean outs done. But since I'm not an priority or worth their time I called someone else. They are already here and did a camera and redoing my line and outside clean outs starts Friday.So good luck with throwing away that money you could of had.The mainline guys are good. Camera guys not at all.

I called and was able to schedule a very soon appointment. They called after the appointment time and told me someone had called in sick and they would replace it with another appointment 1.5 hours later. Then they assigned Kevin Salmon who came promptly. He did an excellent job snaking my secondary drain and did it an extra time for good measure. He also gave me a coupon discount for the trouble with rescheduling.

I work for a company based out of Albuquerque, NM. We had a water heater issue and had Roto rooter come out to diagnose the problem. They sent out Colin (20302747) and he did a great job determining what the problem was and he showed me what he was talking about. Needless to say, water heater needed to be replaced. He worked on a quote and a time frame, and was able to get it done the same day. He worked long hours and busted his butt getting it done. Very professional and couldn't have asked for a better experience. We will definitely be calling them for future repairs thanks again to the wonderful people at Roto rooter.

Every year or two we have to have our washer drain snaked out! I always call Roto Rooter they are fast and always professional. Bill was amazing, friendly, professional, and fixed my washer drain. He was also funny which takes his customer service to the next level! Thank you, Bill!!!

Damien and his assistant came out to my place well after 10pm on a weekday to fix a clog with both the shower/tub and the toilets. Their service was both quick and efficient. I do recommend.

Extremely disappointing experience. We asked them to come snake our drains and sewer lines. They quoted us $3,000! Because the guy had already started, we still had to pay almost $500. We went with another company that took care of everything for $500. Roto-Rooter is extremely overpriced. Be very aware you will likely overpay by a ridiculous amount.

Kenneth did a amazing job! We had a late light drain clog, during a snow storm. He check everything down stream from the bathroom to the outside to make sure there would be no more issues.

Contacted Roto Rooter to clear a drain in my Mother's Home. They sent out a technician who shortly, after arrival, realized that the job required a more experienced technician. Within 25 minutes Technician Zac Koehler (7722) arrived. He quickly assessed the issue and was able to fix my mother's issue. Zac was very professional and took the time to explain what the issue was and how he planned to mitigate the problem. Within an hour my mother's drain was running efficiently again. Professional, courteous, and timely - my leaky faucet was fixed within a couple days of my initial call. I had two other estimates done and they were more expensive (one much more) and also incorrect - the Roto-Rooter serviceman correctly diagnosed my faucet leak and fixed it in minimum time. I highly recommend your company and will use you again!

We had a sewage backup issue in our basement drain and called Roto Rooter to come out and assess the issue. They were able to come out within a few hours of us discovering the issue, which was great. They cleared out the blockage but sent out someone else (Blake) with a camera to make sure the blockage was removed. Blake discovered another blockage further down that the cable/snake wasn't able to remove so we had to have another stronger water jet machine come out a few days later. Blake and the operator of the jet machine, Jim, were really helpful. They were able to remove several, deeper blockages and helped us figure out the cause of our drainage problems. Jim was clearly knowledgable about how the systems all work together and gave us advice for how to get the city involved. We really appreciated Jim and Blake's professionalism and ability to come out to us so quickly. Our sounds like an ongoing project but working with people like Blake and Jim make us want to continue working with this company. Thank you both for your help!

I just bought my home three months ago and already the kitchen sink was backing up and over flowing on to the floor. This happened about 8 pm 11/5/2015. I found that Rotor Rooter had plumbers on call at that time and they came over within 20 minutes free of charge. They also ran a camera through the pipes to verify the problem at no charge as well. Our plumber was Shawn Soden and (as bad as the plumbing was) Shawn got the plumbing fixed quickly. I run a Licensed Child Care business out of my home and being without a functioning kitchen was difficult. Shawn came on Sunday which was his day off to fix the plumbing! Shawn was very professional, polite and knowledgeable. He let us know exactly what they needed to fix and how they were going to fix it. He also kept us updated and informed through the process (including showing us the damage). Then when he was finished he showed us the work and explained everything to us again. I am very pleased with the work that was done and I would recommend Shawn Soden to any one. : )

Connor was efficient, professional and pleasant. He took the time to analyze and diagnosis the problem and clearly explained everything to me including the costs of the repairs. After completing the repairs he review everything he did and asked if I had any questions. On Monday morning I had a cutoff valve literally pop off in my hand under our mudroom sink. I required that the water to the house be turned off until it could be fixed. I called Roto Rooter to see if they could help. They said they would be there between 2 and 6. At 5:55 they called to say it would be an hour or two longer. When they hadn't shown by 8 I called back to check and the story was then Oh well, it looks like the plumber won't be able to make it tonight.....but you'll be top priority in the morning....... In the end, by the middle of the afternoon they admitted they wouldn't freaking be here today either!!!! So they went from telling me they would be out in a couple of hours to screwing me over for two freaking DAYS with no water. I called an ACTUAL LOCAL PLUMBER and he was out in about 3 hours, was done quickly at a reasonable price. If you need a plumber call MD Service Plumbing.

Kacee is by far the most helpful and experienced plumbers I have ever meet! His guy is an absolute asset to any company he works for and luckily Roto Rooter has him as an employee! He went far above and beyond the call of duty by helping me find my water main shut off in my house! If it wasn't for him I would probably have never known that my water pressure was way too high! My hot water heater at my place of business was inoperable for 3 weeks before we called roto rooters. After having THREE other companies out multiple times, Kacee at Roto Rooter came out and fixed my problem in a matter of minutes!! He was very thorough and professional. He was able to explain to me what the problem was in a very respectful manner. Thank you for getting me back to doing business Kacee!

Summary of disappointments:Rescheduled, last minute, on me three times and my next day repair wound up taking place 3 days later.Charge was shocking. Genuinely. We were told they are an emergency plumbing service and they charge higher rates. See my last point. What’s the emergency when the repair is rescheduled twice? Customer service representative told me, when scheduling the repair, they could not share “any idea of the prices for services because they were not provided any guidance on pricing.” After seeing our bill, I can see why.To add insult to injury, a hole was cut in our ceiling for the repair. The plumber told us he would cut the whole so we could easily cover with an air vent. He then left. He left behind a crooked cut out that was off of the measurements he promised we could cover with a reasonably sized air vent. Nope. No we have several hundred dollars of dry wall repair.This experience is the worst I have ever had in calling in a repair service. When asked to explain how the plumber arrived at the exorbitant fee he said, “That’s just what we charge.” No breakdown of parts or labor nor comparison to market standards. We genuinely felt taken which is not a good feeling.

We used Roto-Rooter to have our line cleaned out and rescoped before we move. Mike Shirey was great! He was able to use our outside clean out. Got the work done efficiently and was very personable. We were able to schedule online and pick our time which was also very helpful!

Had the main drain to the house stopped up and Roto-Rooter was quick to get out (about an hour to survey and 30 min more for the technician). The tech did a great job unclogging my line all the way to the street and then cleaning everything up. The true 911 for these kinds of problems!

I would definitely recommend Roto-Rooter, I had an emergency with my main line drain. I had called a couple of other plumbers and they wanted to make me an appt for Tuesday. I could not believe that, who can go without a drain for (3) days?! The tech Chris Vogt got here within a couple of hours and was very professional, courteous, helpful and polite. It was not as expensive as you would think being that it was a Sunday afternoon and an emergency.

I am selling my house and the new buyer requested the drains serviced to the main. Michael V. (technician) came out within an hour of calling and cleaned the drain to the road for me in about an hour. He was very kind, respectful of my property/belongings, and informative of the process. He also said I had the cleanest drains he's seen on a 50yr old home. I maintain them monthly with RotoRooter Preventative Pipe Shield so I wasn't surprised when he told me they were clean. Better safe than sorry when it comes to plumbing. I have never had to use a plumbing service before (and didn't need one this time technically), but I will definitely call RotoRooter from now on. If you live in the Colorado Springs area I would suggest you ask for Mike Vossberg as he is the most competent, experienced, and professional gentleman you can get. Ms. Anastasia was the lady on the phone and she was super chipper and happy to help get a tech to help us. The whole process from the initial call to Mr. Mike leaving was simple, fast, and as enjoyable as someone cleaning your septic line can get.If you are reading this then you probably have a problem... Robert and Tiger came to my rescue today! Our disposal backed up and was leaking everywhere, even into the basement. Robert and Tiger came quickly, did the job fast, cleaned up after themselves, and were so professional and courteous.

I would like to say Kacee, was on time very knowledgeable in his line of work. Kacee, took the time to show me step by step what was going on with our water heater. How to flush it once a year. Kacee, gave us a estimate on a new water heater. I’m glad we chose Roto Rooter. We will definitely use these guys again. Thank you Kacee for knowledge and professionalism.

Daniel and Colin on a same day call to look at an issue I had from a previous repair. The shower leak was good, however the pipe was too low to repair the drywall in the ceiling. Daniel and Colin sized up the situation to find a solution and corrected it at no charge. They both were very professional and friendly. Daniel gave me some good advice on performing monthly maintenance treatment hat I can do myself. Roto-rooter is my go to plumbers.

Keith came out to our house this morning to help clear the main line. I explained we had some known root intrusion and were just recently seeing water come up the basement drain. He had the Auger on the van and went to work after offering us a discount (extremely helpful!). He was kind professional and tipped me off on buying a water sensor to place down by the drain. Our technician Zack was amazing. Its very difficult to find good service in today's world. We had scheduled 2 other plumbing companies before RotoRooter. Neither showed up or called. Roto Rooter...called to let me know the tech was on the way...Zach was on time and went above and beyond to help. He was very professional and kind....very rare these days. I would absolutely recommend and use again.

They couldn't even get their scheduling figured out so I can't really say how their actual work is. I was rescheduled 3 times and I finally just canceled. They give you a 4 hour window when the plumber can come out. They missed it all 3 times I was scheduled and I didn't get a call until afterwards. The last time they just apologized (after the window, which they didn't even get right--she said I was scheduled from 10-2 when I was actually supposed to be scheduled from 8-noon) he was running late but he'd call me when he's 30 minutes out. I literally stayed home from work multiple days for these people so I finally called back and canceled. One of their guys did actually make it out to my house once but it was way after the window and I wasn't even home so he couldn't come in but he did seem knowledgeable and they were going to give me $50 off whatever they quoted me. So that's why I'm leaving two stars instead of one.

A pipe broke in our equipment room and flooded our daughters room. I have crummy service here so, I scheduled online. I had a confirmation within a minute and the assessor was here within 2 hours. The remain dear of the restoration crew was here within 3 hours. They were efficient and professional. They handled all of the red tape with the insurance company (ahhhhh). The room was dried and under reconstruction within 4 days! Highly recommend!!!

We had them come out to do a sewer scope (a yearly thing we do due to our clay pipes and because of a TINY crack that appeared on our home inspection). Well this time around we were told there was more than 1 crack in the pipe and it NEEDED to be addressed. The tech said it was under the driveway so the driveway also has to partcially come up. He said the job would be 11 grand plus. Not only did they not mark where the issue was outside, the video of the scope was too blurry for you to even see anything. After saving for almost a year we had two more companies come do sewer scopes again for new quotes...NO CRACKS at all.

Roto-Rooter was able to come check out the problem I was having with my water heater on the same day. Unfortunately, the problem we were having required them to come back after the weekend. They didn't communicate with me when they would return. Luckily I was home and able to change my plans. Other than that, they worked fast and communicated and explained the problems very well.

Had a great experience today with Tanner Miller of Roto Rooter in Colorado Springs. He was professional from start to finish. He was also very communicative and made sure I understood both what he recommended and a good ballpark of what it would cost with each step. That was much appreciated. We were off to a rocky start as the dispatch promised times that they weren't able to make it. The guys who came couldn't have been more professional and more polite. They had to snake over 90 feet of the mainline and then of a different toilet drain as well to get the blockages out. They quoted us one price and stuck to it even though they had to do more work. They cleaned anything they touched and were very respectful of floors, tables, cabinets, everything. If I called again I would want Mike K and Rich to come out because I can't imagine anyone treating us better. Thank you for returning my home to working order, I greatly appreciate it.

I just purchased new countertops and sink and had to have a plumber to connect the piping. The gentleman sent to fix my backed up toilet, not onlyfix the recurring clog, he worked to discover why it kept happening. He not only found it he carefully and meticulously fix the pipe that had previously been installed out of alighnment. During this time he was polite and professional. Very responsive with scheduling. We were able to change our appointment for the same afternoon.Dispatcher verified I was aware of the $69 service call cost. I didn't think anything of it since we planned to have our dishwasher installed by them. I didn't think to ask the cost, my mistake. Technician quoted us $615 to install a dishwasher...more than we even paid for dishwasher! We ended up paying the service call cost and now are waiting patiently for Lowe's to schedule an install for $139.Recommend them if you need quick emergency service and can't find anyone else to respond but definitely verify approximate costs before having them come out. Technician was very professional.

After fighting with my hot water heater's manufacturer provided contractor to get the heater fixed for THREE WEEKS I called roto rooter, and they had someone at my house within an hour. The pipe under my kitchen sink was leaking. I easily made an on-line appointment, with a scheduled window of time. The day before the appointment, I had to change my scheduled window, I called and customer service was very accommodating with changing the time.On the day of the appointment, I received a call letting me know when the plumber would arrive. The plumber, Tanner MIller, arrived on time and quickly diagnosed the problem. He gave me a estimate of the work required, picked up the needed parts and efficiently fixed the problem.Tanner was polite, friendly, and very good at fixing the problem. Dan and Colin did an amazing job on our water heater replacement! They were on time and efficient and the final price did not exceed the estimate I was provided. As an added bonus they super friendly to my little girl who had lots of questions for them. After the water heater was done they noticed a little bit of water running and found a toilet flapper that needed replacement which they were able to do on the spot. They checked our crawl space to verify there were no leaks or drips from the water heater that we couldn't see from the closet in the garage. These guys were the best, will definitely use them for all of our future plumbing needs.

This isn't the first time Roto- Rooter has come to our rescue. Tonight John came to our house because some of our plumbing backed up. we had a clog in our drain downstairs which caused a minor flood. I called roto rooter and they were going to schedule me for that night between 9-midnight, yikes! really, that fast? how about if we wait until morning for this? okay, scheduled for between 9am-11am much better. I called Saturday afternoon after removing the p trap on my leaking kitchen sink drain pipe to find the copper piping was degraded and rusting away. They arrived the next day, Sunday mid morning, no additional fee for a Sunday service call either, and had the pipe repaired and my drain and p trap back in place and no longer leaking in time for lunch. Very polite and professional service, would absolutely call them again if the need arises.

Toilet was clogged and backing up, so Devin came out to service, he ended up unable to clear the issue due to 2 90° stacked pipes. Treshon, Came out to again try and clear same issue. Supervisor Brandon came this morning with a camera and found our issue. The entire process was smooth, the techs kept us informed of everything they were doing, any problems they had or concerns. The technician, Daniel, was efficient, professional, friendly, and did a great job. I was surprised at how expensive it was for a few minutes work $195. I had downloaded a $40 coupon but forgot all about it (my bad) so paid full price. It's been years since I needed clogged toilet service but I think I paid about half that amount last time. I would rate them at 5 stars if it was more reasonable in terms of cost.

my sewer line backed up- during the evening hours. My husband and I called the Rot- Rooters- knowing that they operate 24 hours. Our plumber was very nice and helpful. He was able to get our sewer line cleaned fast- 45 minutes later- we were able to use it.We also enjoyed that they called us half hour before our plumber arrived. we are happy with the service.

I have had exceptional service from Colin at Roto Rooters. My drain was heavily clogged and no one was able to fix it. I call for an appointment and Colin came over to try to fix the problem. He quickly realized it was frozen, but tried different methods to help the problem. He came back the next day when it was a little warmer to try another solution, which worked once my pipes thawed more the day after. His commitment and thoroughness made this long process easier. In the end, when I told him his final solution cleared the drain, he came over one last time to double check nothing was clogged, which I appreciated. Overall I recommend Colin and the whole Roto Rooter team for your toughest clog.

I unfortunately had to call RR early on a Sunday morning due to a horrible standing water blockage in my laundry room. I kind of expected a long wait and additional higher weekend rates. I scheduled an appt between 4-8, and they called my at 3:15 saying they'd be there at 4. I was quite surprised at the accuracy!I have been having a reoccurring problem with my plumbing, and it is very difficult to diagnose and a pain to fix. Cole#5492 took the time to go through all the options and explain what it could be. He went by protocol (which I learned my last plumber did not!!...) and was very careful with his work. He fixed the issue, but still wanted to know fully what was going on underneath. So they're coming out again on Monday for free to make sure everything is good. =]

Had laundry floor drain back up water onto floor. Scheduling was easy. Think it goes to a generic corporate call center, but they scheduled it for the next morning. Tiger called 30 minutes before arriving just like they said. He was fast, upfront with the pricing, made sure the issue was really resolved, and gave some quick recommendations for prevention. Don’t know if it was really the best price or not, but it got done quickly.

We had a backup in the sewer line on our rental propert on a Sunday night. Tenants were just getting over COVID. Roto-rooter masked up and responded first thing in the morning. The clog was a large tree root and required excavating under the patio. After they fixed the break/clog, they could see the rest of the line and saw multiple places where the line was being broken into by small roots and the line was old clay pipe. They recommended we inject a substance into the line that hardens into a new pipe. This means we do not have to pay to excavate and replace clay pipes when they fail and fixes the tree roots breaking into the line. We figure they saved us thousands of future dollars as this was the second time we had to do this fix (we used another company previously) and fixing this problem every few years should not be a problem now. These guys did an excellent job The 1st guy came out about 9 o'clock at night last night unfortunately it was too big of a clogged for Him to break through it with the smaller machine The next day Daniel came out in the am with a camera and a bigger machine He was able to break through some gunk that had calcified inside the pipe unfortunately I did get some water damage in the basement below the clog but their team came out immediately in assess the damage and is helping me to get through the Insurance process and get things mitigated very quickly Thanks Dan wyatt for getting the job done

I had an emergency need to unclog the sewer main line and needed to get someone out before my international flight was leaving the next morning. I called at 10pm and they were able to send Kelly out the next morning. He arrived on the early side of the time window and was knowledgeable and professional and extremely thorough!

I'm soooo disappointed..a brand new employee got the roots out, he left a few, then Johnathan the camera person said you have a couple surface cracks that aren't bad. Then, he wrote up a $40,000 estimate to replace a few feet of the line. This anxious employee just blew it. We had another opinion done...the line is NOT cracked like he indicated. Rip off Roto-Rooter. Plus, the new employee's van dripped a tremendous amount of oil on the driveway, which they still haven't been able to clean up yet. Roto-Rooter told us they are supposed to PARK on the street, not on your driveway. Be careful ...

Roto-Rooter took care of my issue quickly and with no hassles. The customer service was great as I was able to schedule my appointment online (for the next day), they called me 30 minutes ahead of time so I didn't have to be home for a 4 hour window, and during the repair they answered all my questions and explained what they were doing. They also didn't try to up sell anything and even fixed a tiny additional leak that I hadn't noticed. I'll definitely be utilizing them for any future plumbing problems.

Technicians showed up to replace a toilet valve. They quoted $530 for the job. He said it is a 30 minute job, but the rate would be the same if it is a 7 hour job. Collected 69$ trip fee and left.Editing this post as they credited the trip after this review. But still not happy about the lost time and the ridiculous quote

Kelly the plumber who unclogged the toilet drain was thorough about checking how our plumbing was set up.He understood the problem quickly.He used his large main drain machine and removed the clog but was unable to get past 70 feet. A camera is coming to look at that.Kelly spent 3 hours working on the problem. Solved and we received a 6 month guarantee if the drain clogs between now and then.I am very impressed at Kelly’s knowledge, skill and ability.

We were amazed by the volume of roots that came out with the cable, and the service provided immediate release of the backed up water in the line. We're planning on adding this service to our annual maintenance to keep things flowing smoothly.

From the start my experience was great, please read to the end to see why I am only giving 3 stars. I called in to Roto Rooter and the lady helping me, Christina, was very helpful and polite. They told me they would be at my door between 9am-1pm and they were at my door within 30 minutes of me calling. Cody & Craig were great! Cody was on one of his last days of training and he was fantastic, very personable and knowledgeable. I got very good service, the only down fall is the price. The price is $389, luckily I had a coupon for $55, but still...... almost $400!!!! Roto- Rooter has a 6 month guarantee and they offer free camera inspection with this service, so if you can afford it, I guess it's worth it?However...the other guys in town charge $100, if I would have known this before I would have definitely called elsewhere...

Despite the fact that they were late (not the fault of the person who came out—seems like just a high demand day), the person who came out was fantastic. Able to problem solve the issue which was not what any of us were expecting, and figure out the best solution. We got everything working and he gave me some great tips along the way. Helpful, friendly, and thoughtful. Really great service.

Isaiah and Brandon were super kind, professional and informative. They arrived on time bright and early on a Sunday. I’m super appreciative.

Brennan (6390) was courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He fixed our sink drain blockage and also guided us on maintenance tips for the future. Given our clog happened on Christmas, we were pleased Roto-Rooter didn't charge more for service over the holidays and scheduled us quickly.

Had a pinhole leak in a bad spot on the main pipe into the house between the floor and the shutoff valve. Dan took the time to explain what he was doing and why. Took the extra time to do it right on a really tough job. Really appreciated the attention to detail.

I had an emergency on a Sunday with a drain backing up. I called and a technician was at our place of business within an hour and half. The 1st technician was unable to complete the service however he called in the 2nd technician and both stayed until the service was complete. We had a large mess and they both did everything they could to clean up. They both kept me in the loop as to what they were doing and the issues we were facing. They also had recommendations as to how to prevent the disaster in the future. Rob 508 & Josh 3139 were great and they service was appreciated.

This Roto Rooter was as professional and helpful as other Roto Rooters I have used before (in different states as well). I am very happy with the explanations I got regarding my sink disposal. I wasn’t thrilled to have to buy a new one! but it was necessary. And he had a very good quality new disposal in his van. So I didn’t have to wait another day for the parts. Zack Koehler was professional, cleaned up all of his things inside the cabinet and on the floor. He was informative and knowledgeable. He even gave me advice for my dishwasher, a water sensor I could use for my basement furnace room, and even a tool I should buy for easily cleaning hair out of showers. Our interaction made me feel less sticker shock for the services and the new disposal. Good value for my money. With a year warranty from Roto Rooter and 3 years from the manufacturer. I’m happy. And better informed, too. I will definitely use them again and hope to ask for Zack, too. Thanks Zack!

Had an emergency issue during single-digit temperatures, requiring multiple visits from these folks. Marc was prompt, courteous, and skilled. He completed the work earlier than expected. My emergency is fixed, and the longtime water leak into our basement is also fixed! Thanks Marc!

Called on a Sunday morning for kitchen sink clog. Within an hour, Mark was in my kitchen on the job. He was so professional, explained everything to me and patient with my questions. It was quite a clog — years of mess deep in the pipe — not an easy task but he worked with such determination and skill and did a top-notch job cleaning up. I was so impressed I had to leave a 5-star review for Mark!!

Called them to replace a p-trap in a bathroom sink. On the phone they said price will be a non-refundable $75 service fee for showing up plus parts and labor service call fees are pretty standard for things like plumbing, HVAC, and electricians. Ok. They show up and quote me over $500 to install a ptrap.... And admitted it would only be a 30-45 minute job. Invoice attached for viewing pleasure. To me seemed like a way for me to tell them to leave and collect $75 without doing any actual work. They weren't happy when I refused to pay the $75 as well.

They were extremely friendly, respectful, professional and informative. The technician and his assistant answered all of my questions, accomplished the work quickly and efficiently, and provided some useful tips and information for preventative steps I can take to avoid another plugged kitchen drain in the future. I will absolutely use them again if I have another plumbing issue.

Can't review their plumbing- they were scheduled to come out 4 times, only showed up twice,. The times guys actually showed up, they came without the camera we needed and requested due to needing the information for our home owner's insurance claim. Missed a lot of work waiting for people that never showed up. One time they were scheduled between 2:30-6:30. I called at 8 and when I reminded them they were supposed to come, was told by a guy named Andre, yeah, you and 30 other people. Great service. We had to hire someone else for this.I can review the water clean up, which is apparently a separate department. Charged us $2900 to blow fans around and cut into our drywall in two areas that were not water damaged. They used saws to cut drywall unevenly, cut our electrical, and took off from our home with a gap 6X2 between an unfinished crawlspace and our bedroom. Had to plastic it up ourselves. Literally so many different people came in and out of our house, who clearly were not communicating with each other, that we can't remember everyone's names. Left mold behind cabinets where sewer came up and was not cleaned. We tried to ask supervisors to come out and see the damage so they could make it right, but they only want to come during AM hours, and we can't miss any more work. I guess they are in Denver and don't want to make the trip at an inconvenient time. BUT the Billing department is right on track, though; they sent an email today from a lady named Margaret saying if they don't get paid they will put a lien on our house- even though they know we are unhappy with their work and we have requested to have it evaluated. It hasn't even been a couple weeks from when they picked up their stuff. They want prompt payment, but they can do bad work or not even show up. They will get paid from insurance- Don't worry!- but meanwhile WE have bills now (from the damage they did) in addition to more time trying to figure out how to get it fixed by someone else. We are to blame- we really should have halted working with them after the first missed appointment. Pics of mold after their sanitation, walls cut, and exposed/taped up areas.

Zac and Kacee came in and fixed the issue and explained everything to me so I knew what was going on . For the job they did I honestly thought it was a great price. I have a house that was built in 1921. So I thought access would be difficult. But my specialist showed us the most efficient way to clean out the sewer. I am forever grateful to his insight. They were also extremely efficient as they responded to the call within an hour of me placing it. And that was on a Saturday.

We had a slow drain in our house and our tech Kelly Mclavasic could not find a clean out on the main line. After a lot of searching we came up empty. Kelly went over all options and what they would cost. Kelly was here for almost 4hrs and in the end he was able to get to the least expensive way to fix our problem. Kelly was very courteous and knowledgeable and worked extremely hard to get us up and running at the minimum cost! He went the extra mile to save us money over the easy way that would have cost us much more. Roto-Rooter is the only number I will ever use for any plumbing issues!

Sewer line backed up and gave them a call about noon and had an appointment scheduled from 1:00-3:00. A field manager showed up to review what had happened and stayed for a good 45 mins. then left. I received a call around 4:30 saying the tech was still on another job and would still be coming late. I then received another call after 6:00 saying that I would not be getting a plumber at all today. In the meantime I couldn't use the toilets, shower or any faucet in the house. If you can't have someone come out don't set an appointment time and don't leave someone out to dry for 6 hours. The field manager didn't even have a clue as to what was going on and he was in contact with dispatch. Poor customer service and poor service in general. I called another company and they showed up within the hour that I had called them and got me the results I needed and the information to proceed further with repairs.

Zack and Isaiah did a great job today and had great customer service and did there job in a timely manner. I will recommend both of them to my friends and family.

We had an issue with our tub when it wouldn’t drain and Roto-rooter got us on their schedule very promptly. The first tech came out and was unable to resolve the issue by snaking the drain, so they scheduled us with a field supervisor. Field Supervisor Dan Wyatt was very communicative about his arrival time and added us to the end of his day. He was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he did to fix our drain. We were so pleased and would absolutely recommend Dan and Roto-rooter.

We had a serious clog causing sewer overflow in our basement bathroom (after-hours, of course). Roto-Rooter had a plumber here within two hours. Treshon got us unclogged and working again in a very short time and helped us figure out a maintenance plan to prevent future such unfortunate events. We also appreciated the timely visit from Roto-Rooter's Mitigation Team member Harper, who helped us figure out what cleanup will be needed and how to best make our insurance claim. All-in-all Roto-Rooter was great to work with and made a stressful experience much easier.

Dan Wyatt was extremely helpful. He kept me informed of what he was doing and what needed to be done. I have a septic tank, and we needed to open it to see if it needed to be pumped out, but didn't know exactly where the cover was, so he made some phone calls and found some information on it. We were able to get to the opening and determined that our problem was not due to a full tank. Then, from an access point in the pipe leading to the tank, he ran his cable to the tank and also back toward the house, and the line appears to be fully functional again. Thanks, Dan!

Our experience from the beginning was exactly what we needed. We were fortunate to schedule same-day service at the time we needed that worked with our schedules. Kenneth was on time, knowledgeable, prepared, professional, and kind. He was able to fix our garbage disposal in less than an hour but also identified other pipes that needed to be fixed and was able to do that for us.Thoroughly impressed with the service and quality Kenneth provided. We're so grateful! Highly recommended.

Zac was courteous and professional and helped us with a less than pleasant clog in a basement bathroom. Rotorooter was able to get out same day to repair which was a huge benefit.

Lower rating is strictly based on wait time. We were given a 5-7pm window, but technician wasn't able to come out until almost midnight. I only called once to follow up around 8pm because they did say it'd be closer to 2 hours. The dispatcher didn't have an eta, but mentioned they were behind, so we waited it out. They called back around 11pm and said someone could be on-site in 30-45 mins if we still wanted someone to come out. That time estimate was pretty accurate.Called about sewage backup in basement. The technician, Connor, was great. He immediately checked around and logged a follow up ticket, without me having to ask, to get someone out to assess the water damage in our basement. He pulled the toilet,, cleared out the drain, put everything back together, and made sure to stay long enough to verify all of the plumbing was working before he left. He was very helpful and informative about next steps and what to expect. Based on that interaction and the quick response he got from the water guy (especially so late at night) the work itself seems to be good, just their scheduling process seems to be lacking. The timing issues could just be their after-hours. I'll find out later today when the water guy comes out to assess the damage.

We are very pleased with Bill and Shawn, they fixed a huge leak we had in basement. Shawn was very informative and my problems were fixed. I had heard mixed reviews about Roto Rooter from my friends, but I decided to give them a try and boy was I happy I did. I will never use another plumbing company again. Thank you Bill and Shawn.

We called when one of our gutter drains began overflowing on our porch because the underground portion was plugged up. Out technician, Wyatt, recommended cleaning all of the drains for a reasonable price. Our home is 14 years old and all of the drains were plugged with roof material, dirt and roots. Wyatt overcame several obstacles, including locating two buried drain outlets, and did a very thorough job cleaing all of the drains around the house. We highly recommend this company and our very professional tech.

The service that I've received from this company is amazing. This was a non-emergency issue on the water heater and I had service the same day with amazing customer service. Not only the customer service that won me over, the plumber name John helped me out tremendously. He was kind, courteous, and most importantly he was patient with me with the water heater issue I had. It was a big job, but John was able to handle the situation also following CDC guidance on covid-19 with a positive attitude. The overall experience with this company, 10 out of 10 will use again and will recommend anyone who have any plumbing issues to use these guys, especially John.

Kevin Salmon arrived when I as told.(Even tho it was 24 hours after I placed the original call). Kevin was very thorough in explaining what he was going to do and what the cost would be. He placed paper towels in area he was going work to keep the floor clean. He was done in about 20 minutes, picked up his tools, made sure every thing was as he found it. He answeredevery question I asked. I would recomend Kevin to any one who asked.

We were downstairs in the master bedroom & just happened to hear a gurgling sound coming from the drain in hot water closet. Called Roto-Rooter to get on the schedule before I had an issue. Thankfully they were able to get us scheduled on the same evening, which was perfect as we happened to be off work. We own our own business & it is very difficult to take time off to wait for an appointment during business hours. The technician was prompt, pleasant & very professional. He had us up & running along with some information for future maintenance in a short period of time. Very happy customers!

I had a plumbing crisis when sewage backed up into my shower and basement. RotoRooter had a team out within two hours. Tom and Tanner were friendly, considerate of my home, and explained the problem and procedure well. They suspected an issue with the pipe and scheduled for someone to come out the next day to look at it. I give Tom and Tanner five stars, but I’m going with four stars for the review because the service costs over twice what two other plumbers quoted. I would have gone with them but they could not provide the service quick enough.

Mike was great. Answered all questions in a manner that I understood. Very knowledgeable at his trade. Great customer service. Next time I have a problem I will contact again and ask for Mike again. Very pleased with entire experience!

Our service tech came out quickly and was very professional and friendly. He was very knowledgeable and gave us some tips to prevent future clogs. I've used Roto- Rooter for both small and big plumbing jobs for the last several years. The guys are always super nice and very quick. I like how easy it is to sch an appointment online. The pricing is straight forward so there is never any guessing how much it may or may not be. I've always been satisfied with the service they provide.

Devin came out to remove a clog but was unable to get past a double 90 degree angle. He asked for Treshon to take a look and he ran into the same issue. They had both requested a tech to run a camera through the piping to see what the impediment was. Brandon came out and ran the camera down to pipe and found that another chunk of white pvc/pipe blocking the path. All three technicians were great professionals.

I had emergency sewer clog. Called Roto-Rotor at 730pm and about 40 minutes a plumber showed. Josiah was my plumber, as a young adult these days; he really impressed me with his knowledge and ambition, very professional. It took about an hour and half to unclog the drain. I recommend this young man and there needs to be more young adults with is work ethics. Thanks Josiah, I appreciate the hard work.

Very professional, even though they were unsucessful the first time around, the next morning the next crew had what was needed to get the job done and they were very polite and helpful in understanding what they were doing and how we can prevent this in the future.

Kelly helped us out by unclogging our sewer line in a tight pinch. He was quick,I clean, and was very personable. The emergency service was pretty expensive, but it was less than another company we used a few years ago in the same situation. I recommend this company.

Several poor experiences to share. First of all, the man who scheduled my appointment on the phone told me someone would come “shortly after 8am,” so I only took half a day off of work. The technician didn’t end up coming until 1:15pm.. which obviously ruined the second half of my work day. Secondly, he came and quoted our project at $1,400 ($275 per hour). Adding the faucets (which are 2-3 pieces and come with instructions when you buy them) would cost $375. In order to complete the project, the technician would need to cut a 4x4 foot hole in the ceiling of our garage (adding to the repair costs down the road). Just for comparison, I called a second company to get a second opinion. They quoted me $300 for EVERYTHING and he doesn’t need to cut any big holes in our house. The fact that there is a $1,100 difference absolutely blows my mind. If you’re looking to get scammed and waste a day use RotoRooter.

It's never a good day when you wake up with water dripping from your ceiling. Had Rotor-Rooter come out to fix the issue. My technician was Scott W. Arrived early for the appointment, I was excited for this. He arrived at the door with mask on and gloves to protect from Covid-19. His task was simple I thought, first made sure water was off to prevent any other drippage. Located the drip. Was told he was going to have to cut into the ceiling. Great I could hear the cost going up. Scotty reassured it was necessary to locate the drip. He took his time as I was breathing down his neck, making sure he was being careful. What a professional man he is to deal with my hovering. After the cut he was able to show me I had a pipe that had a splice in it. We found the culprit. Now I'm thinking this pipe would have to be removed more drywall removed more headache. Nope just a cut in the pipe and a slide of a pipe sleeve. Sealed it up and bam, back to business. Scott really knew what he was doing, cleaned up the drywall mess offered to mopped the excess water. Then it came to the bill, great hundred of thousands of dollars later. No the price was affordable and I was a lucky man this day that Scott W. Was able to be kind Courteous and 100% professional. I'll ask for him every time I'm in need of a plumber.

Rustin did an excellent job. He helped diagnose several issues I had concern about and fixed the one immediate issue I needed assistance with, a blown pipe leading to an external faucet that was discovered when remodeling a wall. Previous homeowners had jury-rigged a fix that ran the line back to an older, unusable faucet instead of doing a proper fix. Rustin worked with me to evaluate the situation and then promptly repaired and rerouted the line so I can again use my exterior faucet. He was extremely polite and helpful and I highly recommend both he and Roto-Rooter who provided excellent customer service when arranging the appointment.

Called this morning and although the service representative were extremely attentive and nice to speak to. No one showed up after five hours. I call back and the response were that they will call me. It's been another hour and no call. I went with another local company. Hoping I have better luck with them.

Service was terrible! I will never use again. We scheduled an appointment for Thursday and they said they'd be out between 10 and 2. My husband was supposed to be home for the appointment but got called in to work at 1. I called to see if we could get a more specific time for the appointment and they said they were running late and would be out closer to 2. Therefore I had to leave work early and sacrifice my hours to cover the time my husband couldn't be home. By 3 o'clock the plumber still hadn't shown. I called and they said they were running really behind and might be able to make it out around 5. No one called us to let us know about the delay. I had to call them. By 6 o'clock, still no plumber. Again, no phone call, no communication, just no plumber. I called again and was rescheduled for the next day, where I again had to take off work to be home. I was also promised a discount on my service due to the delay. The plumber came and went on Friday, but refused to acknowledge the promised discount saying discounts weren't offered on toilet repairs. I was charged about $30 for parts and $280 for labor and service for about 20 minutes worth of work and the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. NEVER AGAIN!

Toilet and Tub backed up on my 100 year old rental property. Roto-Rooter sent Connor and in less than 2 hours I had the problem fixed while my Airbnb guests were out and about. A little pricier than the competition but the service and speed are top notch.

Had a great experience! My technician Daniel was very professional and courteous. He went out of his way to get the job done and in a timely matter. He was very helpful and explained everything that was going on with my water heater.

I replaced my kitchen sink and the drains did not line up with the existing plumbing. It was only off by a couple of inches or so but I could not get it lined up. After 4 trips to Lowes and an entire day of frustration, I finally caved in and decided to give Roto Rooter a call. Daniel came out the next day and was punctual and very friendly. He studied the problem for a minute, then quoted me a fair price. Once I gave him the go ahead, he ran to the store and got a couple parts to re-route the crazy drain situation. Daniel finished the install quickly and it looks very professional. I would definitely recommend roto rooter to a friend for plumbing needs.

Cody was an absolute awesome person!! Not only did he walk us through everything that he was going to do but he also was in and out in no time! The technician (Treshon #34-8544) was very helpful and professional. He cleaned out the problem drain line with a snake. Athough we did not resolve the issue completely where soap suds build up in the washer drain during the spin cycle, he gave us information on enzymatic cleaner solujtion so we canproceed with further treatment of the drain line.

Memorial day we had a kitchen plumbing issue in our sink backed up so much so that it was leaking into the crawlspace of our basement. Not good! Never thought we’d get such quick service on a holiday but I called Roto Rooter and well within the promised timeframe Chris and Caleb arrived to the rescue. They corrected the problem in no time. We also received several calls from the dispatch department giving us updates on arrival times. Definitely will use them for any of our future needs.

Roto Rooter (Brian K). came promptly, fixed a leaking pipe, and charged a fair, reasonable price. I had originally wanted just an estimate, but he was able to do it immediately and reasonably, so we got it done without having to go through the hassle of scheduling other bidders. Good job!

I had a great experience with Roto-Rooter. Greg and Zach came to diagnose and fix a sewer issue I had in my very old home. These guys were professional, hard-working, well-spoken, knowledgeable, and friendly. Zach spent a lot of time clearing ice and roots from my sewer line, and Greg made two trips to make sure we fully understood what the problem was, and how to fix it in the future. Anyone who has had a sewer line problem knows its an extremely urgent, if not emergent, issue. In addition to calling Roto-Rooter, I called a few of their competitors and offered my business to the company that responded first. I was happy to reward my business to a company that employs people like Zach and Greg, and will definitely be calling them for future preventative maintenance.

They cleared the mainline quickly due to roots. He remembered the history of the plumbing lines and the people in the area. I would definitely recommend him for all drain issues.

I waited for 7 hours for someone to show up, calling every 2 hours for an update since I wasn't getting any feedback from them. The following day the manager called and offered a discount on services. We had a leak in our wall and called Roto-Rooter for a second opinion. We didn’t know how much damage had been done so it was a big plus Roto-Rooter had a water remediation aspect. Scott, our technician, was great. He arrived within the service window, was very personable, and was able to complete the repair the same day that he gave us the quote. Roto-Rooter will be our new go to and recommendation for plumbing services.

We just had our drains hydro-jetted and serviced by Daniel and we could not be more pleased. He spent the time needed to do the job right, double-checked the quality of service that he had provided, and to top it off he was so personable and easy to talk with. Commercial laundromat with 1 of 3 drain headers 100% blocked. Older system that required some 'creativity'. The Service Technician, Zack Koehler, and his Field Supervisor, Bill Bay found a way to get it fixed and even came back on the weekend to ensure the job was finished. They weren't scheduled to work the weekend but gave me their cell numbers, answered promptly and came as soon as I called! I couldn't have been more impressed. Highly recommend!

My service technician Rustin was awesome. He was able to fix the back up in my master bath quickly and he was very professional. He also spent some time letting me know some of the other services they provide and gave me his card for future use.

This company is absolutely awful! I had them out in August to fix a negative grade pipe. They sent me three tech none of whom had the right part to fix the pipe even though they were told explicitly what they needed to do. It took 2 days from my first tech schedule to get someone out who had the right part.They them replaced an iron pipe with a PVC pipe. I expressed my concern with this and they assured me that it would be fine and that the work was guaranteed for a year. It's now 7 months later and the pipe has a huge hole and is dumping water into my crawl space.I called them to send an emergency tech and was told that was not an option even though they promise prompt, 24 hour service. I was spoken to rudely by both the call center woman and the manager. Seriously I would recommend using ANYONE else other than these guys. They are TERRIBLE!

James and Jake did a great job of not only working hard to fix our issue, but also to help us understand the pros and cons of getting into our sewer repair project. They tried every trick in the book to get us fixed before needing to dig up a section of the line, and even though it didn’t quite work out we felt they went above and beyond to avoid a bigger repair. Most of all, James and Jake showed up ready to help while other plumbers walked away before even trying.

Our basement drain backed up on our first night in our new home. Chris came out and was extremely knowledgeable and explained everything to us. In addition, it was nice that he was so sympathetic to our situation. He quickly found the source of the problem and then stayed while he had us run the water to ensure there would be no further issues. “We had to have our 16 yr old water heater looked at, which we figured would need replaced. Colin was on time and very friendly and courteous. He was very knowledgeable about the product and even our old system. Once I decided on the new system, he had to go pick one up. He was back in an hour or less. Then he said it would take about 3 hours to take out the old and install the new. I think it only took him an 1 - 1 1/2. He was very efficient, kept my house clean and I was very surprised he was able to do it all himself, even with the stairs! He explained everything before he left and said to call him if I had any other questions. For calling Roto-Rooter at 11:30am in the morning, to having a newly installed water heater by 5:30pm, I wish all issues were as simple as this. I would also love to have Colin to work with anytime again. I will recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs them! Thank you for the amazing service!

Zack came out and was extremely forthright and honest. He did his best to lower the cost as much as possible and was in and out very fast and very efficiently. Grade a service.Only downside is that they don't do drywall repair. Beyond that, can't say enough good about my technician

He arrived early in the 2hr appointment window and was incredibly courteous and professional. He was able to clear the blockage and left his card in the case something else were to happen. Jason came out on an evening and was able to get my toilet flowing again. He was very friendly and a polite young man. Didn't give five stars however because the next morning it was plugged again. Another gentleman came out when I requested it and did manage to get the pvc pipe that was stuck down in it out. Jason could not have known that pipe was still in there as he had the toilet flowing good when he left. Will recommend them due to their quick response and the ability to set a time that was convenient for me.

Solved my problem easy. My sink was backing up in my apartment. They went in there and fixed it up easy. Even reorganized my mess of bags, soaps, etc. under my sink. Friendly staff, very informative, and prompt. Five stars!

Called and had someone out to the house with-in 2hrs! Mike was very friendly and let us know what was happening and how he would fix it. He fixed our slow draining tub and got us taken care of in quick order. We would definitely use Mike @ Roto-Rooter again.

Way overpriced! The guy shows up looks in my ceiling says wow it’s unfortunate that is in the kitchen I could protect your floor but not your cabinets and it’s a flat fee of 429$ to cut the wall and once I get started 535$ an hour. Lol I sent him home and paid the $75 for him showing up and doing nothing I went on YouTube and learned a new skill a very easy fix cost me a total of $23 after parts.

Very thankful someone could come out right away to assess and fix the issue with a faucet. I appreciate they have a warranty on their work and same day service! He was prompt and got the work done in a timely manner which was so nice since it was an issue with the kitchen sink.

The plumbers that came to my residence did open the Main line of the sewer system. Roots where definitely the problem. The next day the field inspector came and put a camera down the line. There were still many roots visible by camera. For the extremely high price that I paid for the service the line should have been completely cleared of all roots. Very expensive for the results. The roots will eventually fill the area and stop up the main line again. For the money I should’ve had no roots. The estimate for a clean out installation in my yard was over $16,000. That is way out of my budget!

They came out for an evaluation of my emergent issue. At first they said 1-3 hrs, then it was the next day. Then they said they couldnt fix my issue without an hourly charge for full evaluation of the plumbing issue, wbich may include demolition of a wall. I would be charged regardless if they could fix the problem. They were friendly enough but I ultimately went with another service provider because these guys charge by the hour! I hired Smith who gave me an upfront cost of the job and finance options.

Roto-Rooter answered on a Sunday to schedule a repair for Monday. The attendant said the pricing was the same for Sunday as a Monday, so I said let's do it today. Technician (Josh) called later to say one of the blades on his sewer line snake broke and he did not want to do the job without properly operating equipment, so we should move to Monday, unless it is an emergency. I thanked him and ANGEL came out at the scheduled time and was professional, cordial and talked me through the process. So pleased with the experience and have no trouble using them again, especially if ANGEL is the technician. ANGEL is definitely a ROCKSTAR. Thank you, sir!

I was debating about giving a 3 not because of the gentleman that came out and unglogged my toilet but because I had to reschedule twice. The first night man called said was 20min away never showed up reschedule for next day the person was to be at my home 7:30pm lady called said they had to leave for emergency right when they were to be at my home so I reschedule for next day he came through was very friendly and thorough. It cost me more although she gave me 100 offtotal he made sure everything was working great. I didn't like for four hundred and something dollars they only give you a week warrenty. Also the lady that worked with me I think Debra was great made sure I was taken care of.

Aladdin was fantastic. Did great work and had us back up and running quickly. Went out of his way to drive from the other side of town after his shift and arrived after standard hours to ensure our plumbing emergency was handled (11:30pm)!

I used Roto-Rooter twice in a week for different services and was very happy with the services from Craig and Colin. Craig cleared the pipes and Colin fixed a complicated leak from the toilet. Colin also replaced PVC plumming in the crawl space. The technicians were professional, courteous and very efficient. I had thought that it would take longer to get the work done. I recommend both of them and will ask for them if there are further issues

I had a water heater go bad, water on the floor, etc., on Memorial Day. I wasn't sure I could get help on the holiday, but I called the 800 number. The repair guy was at my house in well under an hour. He went to get parts, swapped out the unit, and everything was complete 3 hours after I called them!Caleb M. was polite, professional, knowledgeable, and fast. I am very impressed with this service, and will definitely recommend them.

Water heater went out on a Sunday morning. Dispatch wasn’t great in giving me accurate info regarding appointment time, in fact, kept putting me off telling me they were “unable to give me a precise time, but they would give me a call before with 30-45 minute heads up”. Original appointment time (12:30) came and went, couple of calls to let me know that they didn’t have an update, but assured me it would still “happen today”. Not very helpful when you are trapped at home all afternoon. Tech showed up at 4:30. Celina, #5374, was great! Polar opposite of those working the phones. She evaluated the problem, explained how everything worked, what needed repairing, etc. Very kind and informative. Once warranty info was resolved, able to replace the part for only labor. She seemed very concerned and respected the urgency of the situation.

Had the main back up at my house. Called 5 other companies with no answers, then I called roto-rooter and the dispatcher said it would be within an hour to an hour and a half for someone to come out. 10 minutes later after the call the technician by the name of Kevin was at the door. He was fast at figuring out the issue I was having with the drains backing up through the whole house. and cleared them out in no time. I would recommend them to everyone for the experience I had.

I had a triple back up problem in my master bathroom, including the sink, toilet, and shower! I called up Roto-rooter, and they sent out someone within a few hours. My plumber was Bill #3778 in Colorado Springs; he was very knowledgeable and efficient. Additionally, he answered several questions that I had asked, and did a wonderful job! All three problems were fixed, and he gave me a discount. I was VERY satisfied with the service that was provided to me!!

I had never used Roto Rooter previously, my usual plumber was unresponsive this day and I had to get work done to avoid more severe back ups. We have a recurring root problem and have the main line cleared about every 6 month or so. The RR team did a good job and were professional. I did get a break on their initial quote but that was still twice the price of other providers. 300- 400 dollars is rather steep. If RR was more affordable I would definitely use them again, but that rate is an unfortunate show stopper for future business.

We had standing water from a clogged drain, on a Sunday nonetheless. Zach and Robert came and explained all of the scenarios with me so I knew what to expect. They ended up fixing the problem with the best case scenario possible and I was so relieved and thankful. Zach clearly explained the process to me and ask all of the relevant questions to solve the problem quickly and efficiently. Both were very personable and made the experience a positive one!

I don't know where to begin with this company. We originally called them for a small leak. The first plumber came and took a look at everything and figured out the cause of the leak. The problem came when it wss time to call someone with a camera/scanner to double check on the amount of water that leaked out. When the plumber tried calling a few of his coworkers they either weren't free or didn't respond. It was a holiday so I thought whatever we'll finish it tomorrow.Tomorrow comes, I get a time estimate of 8-12 am and I wait and wait and they can't even keep their own timetable. You'd think that a high demand company like that would have people in reserve or on call for when demand is high, but not this company.Tl:Dr Good plumbers, Really poor timetable management.

Caleb did a wonderful job. He informed me he was on his way, and arrived on time. Did the job quickly and told me what he was doing. It was clear he was a master plumber and it was reassuring to have him working on my house.
