Great experience with this company. They didn't charge me for a service call, and they were the only people to come out right away. On the same day. Austin was our guy and he was very knowledgeable and proffesional.

Called one week, got an appointment the very next week. Office staff was very nice. Mike was on time, personable and professional. He explained what the issue was and actually showed me what he would need to do to fix it. Prior to any work being completed, he made sure I understood the cost (which was very reasonable).Overall, I give this business an A+. Would definitely use them again.

Great service, a little pricey, but worth it. The technician was so kind and told me before each project what the cost would be. For one of the issues I had, he didn't think he could fix it. But after going to store he found a piece that solved the problem and he didn't charge me for that part of the work. So nice!

Out of nowhere my kitchen sink decided to back up. When I called around on Thursday afternoon a couple places were able to give me an appointment but not until the following week on Wednesday. When I woke up Friday morning, the backup had now worked its way into the dishwasher which was leaking onto the floor. Obviously I couldn't wait a week. So I reached out to Mr rooter and they could get somebody out the next day. I was contacted prior to my technician showing up including a picture so that I could be confident letting him into my home. He was professional and friendly and explained everything that needed to get done. He was able to fix the problem and I'm back in business. Would absolutely recommend and would use again.

We have an older home and Mr. Rooter has been updating most of the plumbing over the past three years. They replaced the interior plumbing including replacing the old lead pipes with safe and affordable new materials. The old clay root invaded sewer has been replaced. The technicians are well trained, professional and polite. I would recommend Mr. Rooter without hesitation and will answer questions if requested.

I called Mr. Rooter bc our old fridge couldn't be uninstalled by the guys bringing our new fridge, as the old waterline didn't have it's own shut off valve. James was upfront about my options and pricing, and removed the line. He pointed out that we would have to change the line to the dishwasher before we get that replaced, which was good to know. He even offered to help me move the fridge!

Restroom back up, they came out same day and made time for me when their schedule was full. Very affordable and a great company!

I went with Shane from Mr. Rooter after having two other companies come out to fix the back up in my kitchen sink drain. Unfortunately, it turned out to be a broken pipe under the basement slab. Shane was a saving grace for a crumby situation. He was always prompt and courteous. He was honest and most importantly respectful. Both my wife and I were working long hours and invited Shane and crew into our home to do the fix when my in-laws we're visiting. All I heard was how respectful and polite they were. I had two outdoor faucets replaced and my house water pressure regulator replaced. Ben, the technician, did and thorough job troubleshooting and performing the replacements after we discussed the options. He then came back a few days later after I found that my water pressure was too low and made adjustments at no charge. Overall I’m very satisfied with the work performed.

I had Mr. Rooter replace my sewer line from the house to the street. From my first call for an estimate, to Dan's onsite visit, and on to Robbie and the excavation crew everyone was terrific. The crew was informative through every step of the job and they were cheerful and efficient.

I needed a pipe replacement. By the end of the appointment there was a leak in the garbage disposal. I called the next day to ask where to leave a review, they asked what was wrong. Immediately they send a tech out to investigate. Apparently something had been jostled loose. He fixed it, all is well. I was very impressed with the way they wanted to make sure I was totally satisfied with the work done, so much that he insisted on sending someone out right away. Very pleased with the professionalism and concern. I will use them again.

My technician Gloria was the most helpful technician I've ever had. She was very knowledgeable and even gave me tips on things I can do myself to protect my home. Out of good will, she also checked my other water lines to make sure I was good to go. I will definitely be calling them for all my plumbing needs in the future.

LOVE this company. We've used them for years but this was the first time we had to call them for an emergent need on a Sunday evening. I wish I could remember the name of the woman who answered the on-call phone. Not only was she highly competent but she was extremely friendly. Robbie was to our home within 30 minutes. It turned out to be a 3+ hour job and he was nothing but professional, patient and efficient. We'll never use another company. Highly recommend.

Over priced us on a pipe replacement. Stated it would cost us $18,000 to fix, and left our front yard a mess after using an excavator. The price was given to us after they fixed what they thought was broken. Turns out there were more issues after they left.

Ben the plumber was very professional. He identified the leak and the cause as the toilet seal degradation and efficiently put a new seal in and straightened the toilet.

We are doing some remodeling in the home we built in 1994. Mr. Rooter replaced the original Rheem 50 gal Hot Water Heater with new high efficent 50 gal Rheem unit [PROG50-38N RH60 H]. I researched multiple sites (big box stores & plumbing houses) and found their price very competitive. The rep removed the old unit and installed the new one rapidly, while making all necessary adjustments to the exhaust flue and piping for the slightly taller unit. He left the Utility Room clean and neat. There were 2 long (20+ min) showers last night back to back and the family noted they were hotter than we've have had in years, yet the tank was set at the Medium position, with 3 higher available. The last is described as Very Hot. Impressive. While at the house, we had him replace the original cold water compression cut off valves (22 years old) with new 1/4 turn ball valves. He did this promptly, with parts he had on his truck, and at a reasonable price for not having any expectation for additional work. I tried each - very smooth and cut of the water tightly. A good investment for when they are needed to work.I have NO hesitation to recommend Mr. Rooter for plumbing work, new or remodel. They did excellent work and were done faster than I expected, even considering the additional work we asked him to do. True sign of a professional.

I discovered a pool of water in our crawl space around the sewer line. Mr. Rooter came out the same day I called and was very helpful at providing several options that we could do to fix the line, since it is an expensive repair. They have been nothing but prompt and professional.

Larry was friendly and helpful, and talked me through the whole experience of replacing a faulty water pressure regulator. Before beginning the work, he gave me low and high quotes, indicating the range that the work would likely cost, depending on which components needed to be replaced. He only replaced what was needed, plus one additional component (temperature expansion tank) that was recommended, and the cost ended up being only slightly above the low end quote, which I was happy with. It was clear to me that he knew what he was doing. The fix is working correctly as expected, and I'm happy with the good service I received.

Mr. Rooter is awesome! They are the best plumbing company I have ever used and every time I use their services they always do an excellent job. Today Robbie came out and performed a yearly inspection of my plumbing. Robbie was very thorough, personable, professional and meticulous. He followed up by emailing me a full report of everything that was checked. Mr. Rooter installed a new sewer liner for me a couple of years ago and it continues to function perfectly. They have done several other plumbing repairs for which I am completely satisfied. Prices are always reasonable and competitive. I highly recommend Mr. Rooter!

Matt was an excellent plumber. Not only did he repair the supply line to the toilet I needed repaired, he realized that the plastic nut was likely to be under my sink…He fixed 5 drains for me in one trip & charged less than he could have.

The technician was highly professional, polite and knew what he was doing. He assessed the drain backflow issue and had it remedied in a timely manner.

Bottom line: My experience with Mr. Rooter is that it is an HONEST, highly skilled company, and they treat their customers with respect. I highly recommend for sewer line problems.Here's what happened:My sewer line backed up into my downstairs bathroom (yuck!!!!). I had a well-known national company come out to snake the line and run a camera. They told me that my sewer line was really bad and needed to have a liner put in, from the house out to the street, because it was failing at the seams and there was a belly out in the street, close to where it connects with the city pipe. Their estimate of $15,000 to just replace ten feet of pipe near the street seemed really high, so I researched some local companies to get a second opinion and a second estimate. Mr. Rooter came highly recommended both by my plumber as well as by several homeowners in the area so I asked them to come out for an estimate. Upon observing the video that was taken by the first company, they were not convinced there was a belly nor did they see signs that the pipe had major issues at all. Mr. Rooter wrote out a very detailed 2-part proposal. The first phase would be to install a 2-way cleanout and power scrub the line to see what's really going on by the street. The 2nd phase of the proposal would be replace the whole line, if it came to that. When Mr. Rooter came out to do phase 1, they said my clay sewer line probably had some bad roots that caused the back up, but was in overall good shape and would likely last the rest of my life, if not longer. In the words of the lead technician that was out there doing the work, If this was my house, I wouldn't replace the line. It's perfectly fine!. So in the end, Mr. Rooter saved me over $15,000 by showing my the video after they power-scrubbed the line and explaining the scare tactics that was used by the first company. So, three cheers for Mr. Rooter for being honest, on time, and respectful. They installed the two-way cleanout with very little damage to the lawn and the price includes three annual inspections to look for future roots. Shame on the other national company whose slogan should be: Call R--- R---, that's the name, and away goes your money, down the drain! Go with Mr. Rooter, a locally owned company, A+ accredited with the BBB. They know what they're doing and they do it well!

I was very fortunate to have them repair my broken toilet and seal it in less than 2 hours of me calling. They were very knowledgeable and worked quickly. I will most definitely use their services again in the future.

Contacted Mr. Rooter for a 2nd opinion about a sewer problem that another service had quoted us $6000 to solve by excavating our concrete driveway. Mr. Rooter resolved the issue with a mere $500 cleaning of the system. I greatly appreciate their integrity and professionalism.

Hunter Bell & his team got here fast when our seer backed up in the basement. Other companies wanted us to wait a couple days. Hunter drained the sewer line, replaced the pipe which had broken and put a liner to the city main. The price was reasonable and the work was excellent. Thank you !!

I live out of town and needed someone to help my 73 year old mother. We were referred to Mr. Rooter, and I have to say there is nobody equal. My mom had a busted water heater for 2 weeks while other people fumbled around, so I called Mr. Rooter and they had her taken care of right away. It is really hard these days to find people you trust, especially when you can't be there to help.I highly recommend that if you have any plumbing needs, you call these folks first.Thank you Mr. Rooter, and we will be sure to call if we need anything else!!

Would not help because this location does not go to calls for “sewer smells” waste of time to call them unless you are a plumbing expert and know exactly what your plumbing problem is.

I cannot recommend Mr. Rooter enough! We had an issue with not only a cast iron pipe (that was cracked by a previous plumber) but our washer drain was overflowing. Clint was the first plumber to give us a reasonable plan at a fair price and went above and beyond to dig a hole in our concrete once he realized the outside drain would need to be replaced. I don't know many plumbers that would stay for hours digging a 4x4' hole ahead of the excavators. Mike and Tristan were professional and efficient excavating and replacing the outdoor pipe, and protecting our newer stamped concrete during the dig. And after all that was done, Clint even came back that day to fix some leaky valves I noticed by the washer. A++++ for this team.Fast forward to this past Friday, we had water overflowing from the washer drain. Robbie showed up within minutes of calling and found a clog in the main sewer line from some root intrusion (and poor perma liner application). I was beyond grateful Robbie found the problem and was able to keep our basement from filling with sewer water. He was knowledgeable and efficient, and even took the time to explain the issues and show me the camera footage.Seriously, thank you Mr. Rooter!

On the day of the Artic Freeze our sewer backed up. Mr. Rooter responded within an hour and fixed our pipes that had been blocked by tree roots.They have helped us before and worked from their experience on our situation.This company is professional, knowledgeable, and reasonable in price.The gentlemen who came to service our home were very informative and understanding. The floor drain in our basement backed up and got water onto the carpet and baseboards. I was able to snake the drain, but we called Mr. Rooter to come out to check for any issues that we couldn't see.Caleb was the tech that responded (on very short notice) and was fantastic. He was able to inspect the drain, pipes, and connections with a camera, all while letting us watch and ask questions. That really put our minds at ease that we didn't have any major problems that needed fixing.Caleb exemplified what customer service should be... Knowledgeable, personable, professional.We would highly recommend Mr. Rooter and would definitely call them again if we have any other plumbing needs.

Not impressed at all. They would not give me an estimate over the phone. Came in extremely late and then gave an outrageous estimate that is 2.5x of what I got it done for. Beware of working with companies that are not upfront with pricing .

I was very happy with how kind and professional Adrian was while fixing
our clogged sink. My only thing was the $95. Special had small print to disqualify the deal being applicable for us. It felt like false advertising. But I am happy with the service otherwise.

My technician, Clint G., kept me well informed along the way and took the time to clearly explain my situation. They took most of the pain out of a complex issue. I was very satisfied by the service I received on short notice on a Sunday. Not every plumber has the right tools or the right attitude. Clint had both. If he is typical of the technicians employed by Mr. Rooter they will meet or exceed your expectations.

Our pipe randomly bursts so we called Mr. Rooter plumbing. Garrick was at our door in less than 20 min. He told us exactly what needed to be done and how much it would cost before doing anything. He was in and out in no time and luckily there wasnt much damage because it was fixed so fast! Highly recommend Mr. Rooter! hopefully we dont ever have to call them again, but at least we know that we can count on them if anything may occur in the future!

Let me start by saying that I never post reviews, but I am so pleased with my experience that I felt it was necessary. I have nothing but good things to say about my experience with Mr. Rooter. My basement flooded because of a faulty sump pump, and everyone I spoke to over the phone was so kind and courteous and made me feel like they cared about my concerns during this very stressful situation. They sent someone (Austin) to my house in the morning to give me an estimate, and then he ended up coming back over to install my new pump at 7:30 pm on a Sunday night. I was even charged less than my estimate was for. I really felt as if Austin went out of his way to accommodate me and I am so grateful. This is definitely an honest company that puts their customers first, I highly recommend!

These guys were honest from the start about a very difficult and extensive plumbing issue. They arrived on time, fixed the issue quickly and efficiently, went over each detail with us with photos along the way. To top it off, they were very reasonably priced. They made a real effort to keep our cost down. Phenomenal and professional! We would definitely recommend this company or use them again for future plumbing jobs.

I have used them twice now. First to install outside clean outs last Fall and last week to replace a section of our water main line we found was partially crushed when the hole for the clean out install was excavated (they did not crush it, that was probably done when home was built). They were very through and professional both times with very knowledgeable plumbers not only for plumbing but for navigating communication with the city. Reasonable prices with value! Will certainly use again.

I was given the window of time that they would arrive between 9-11am and received a call at 840am letting me know they were on their way. Larry was very friendly and helpful. He took care of my bathtub and sink drains quickly and efficiently. He was able to give me some helpful tips on how to keep the drains clear and running smoothly. Larry cleared my main drain in the washroom and did such a good job. The whole process took only 90 minutes. I signed up the for the 5yr plan because it's such a great rate to make sure year after year the drains are clear and pose no problems. Oh and he was wearing booties to keep my floors clean from going in and out of the house in the snow which was greatly appreciated!

Tony was awesome to work with! He made every effort to ensure that the plumbing in my Master Shower and Vanity were up to code. Both him and his boss, RJ, went to great lengths to explain what needed to be done so that I would be able to convey it to the next owner.

My sewer main clogged on a Sunday evening and Katie and Donte were concerned and helpful about the situation. Donte first performed a video inspection of the sewer line and confirmed the clog and that the line itself was in good condition and then took care of my root problem.

We called for service about an outside water leak that had frozen during a recent cold spell and the cleaning of a floor drain. Shane arrived on time and completed the necessary repairs in a timely manner. He explained what was being done in a easy to understand manner as he has done in the past when he has been here for other services. While he was here, he also did the annual complimentary home plumbing safety check-up inspection that was due. No problems were found. We have used Mr. Rooter for several years and have always been pleased with the timely responses to any problems. Will continue to use this company for plumbing needs.

Mr. Rooter came out last winter and the work they performed saved us thousands of dollars compared to another local company. They were wonderful and had to repair main sewer lines from inside the house to the outside. Recently we had a problem in water backing up in our downstairs shower. They fixed the problem and because this happened after their work, they chose not to charge us. The piping put in years ago by another company was the cause -actually not Mr. Rooter's fault. This was many hours for them to fix and to not charge us was greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend them as they stand behind their work.

Great, fast, professional service! Clint called before arriving and was exactly on time. He took his time inspecting each possible point of failure to thoroughly diagnose the problem. He ended up finding the leak but it was in the in-floor radiant heat hose so he was unable to repair. I understand completely and that is not an issue. Highly recommended plumber!

They did an EXCELLENT job for me!! I had another service clean (or try to) and scope my sewer line. They told me I had a broken sewer line and, since the break was under a tree, I would have to remove the, very large, mature tree. I have the house under contract, and my realtor suggested I get a second opinion from Mr. Rooter. I am VERY glad I did!! They were able to open the line up using a hydro jet, and I did not have to remove the tree. I am a VERY satisfied customer, and would highly recommend Mr. Rooter!!!

Our 17 year old water heater finally gave up so we called and had a technician out within an hour. We got a quick and fair quote and they had the new tank installed within a few hours. Kyle and Nick did an excellent job, explained everything, and were very professional.

Called this company, they said they would have a plumber out the same day between 3-5, then at 2:30 called me back and said, they have prefered customers that called after me and they were going to cancel my apt and reschedule for the next day. I called them on a Sunday for an emergency....complete waste of time.

When they came to do an estimate, I was already impressed because they brought their own little mat for their shoes and wore booties into my home. It's the little things! Shoes are disgusting and I always cringe when people walk into my home with their shoes on. The price was a little pricey for the pipes we needed to replace, but it needed to be done so no biggie. Emily was very attentive and I love that, made sure emails were read and phone calls were made. She updated me when the tech couldn't make it. Robbie also called ahead to let me know when he was on his way to fix the pipes. This is an outstanding company you have!

Kyle was very professional, courteous, and knowledgeable. He explained what was happening and what it would cost to repair the problem. Unfortunately I was not in a position to have the repair done at that time. Kyle then told me of a couple of options which I hope to implement in the near future. We had a clog in our main line and called around to all these great companies who are all over the TV and newspapers....they wanted about $200 to show up and about another $200-$300 for the repairs. I called Mr. Rooter and was able to get them to come out immediatly at no additional charge and they quoted me the cost upon arrival again. Larry was my plumber and let me say that he was great. He cleared our main, used a camera to show me what was the problem (tree roots), and then checked my houses water pressure for me (just a courtesy since my water heater was leaking). The total bill was only $273 and by the way....IT WAS EASTER SUNDAY! Thank you Mr. Rooter and Larry...I will only call you for business now!

I had a wonderful experience with Mr. Rooter Plumbing of Colorado Springs! I had an after hours water heater emergency and was so relieved to get scheduled for repairs as quickly as I did. My technician was so warm and professional, and he guided me every step of the way. It ended up being such a smooth, stress-free experience. I highly recommend them!

Very responsive and excellent work. We had a leak from our irrigation system with water running into our basement when we tried to turn our sprinklers on this spring. Tuesday I had a Master Plumber come out to assess the situation and Friday we had it fixed (with a minimal hole in our drywall) While they were here, we asked them to help install a toilet which was done equally professional. All employees we dealt with were very friendly and professional.

Did a great and quick job

Diligent, patient, and fast service. I had problems with my HOA getting access to the water shut-off, but our plumber came by 3 times until we were able to get the job done. They also charged less than another bidder.

The plumbing in my old house can be a nightmare at times but I'm so grateful for the Mr. Rooter folks. Donald came and saved the day with replacing some of our old copper pipes with some new PVC. The work was done in January and now in March still leak free! Very Very happy!

The technician that came out to install fixtures in my three bathrooms was very professional nice to work with and completed the work within the time frame he had projected. Communication was lacking, they showed up dig a big hole, said they would call me about returning the following week they never called and just showed up after a few days. They never even let me know i only figured out they were there after looking at my cameras. Then when they did come back the crew dropped the shoring into the hole and played it off, luckily they didn't damage the new pipes. Then when the job was finished hunter told me 3-4 times that they would send me the videos of the scopes and that never happened. I eventually gave up. You'd think after spending almost 11k they would follow thru on what was promised.Update: 5-20-22After calling the office 5 times asking for the scope videos I was promised they finally sent 1 video over, but not the video I wanted, I wanted the scope video of my main sewer line after the repair was completed. I could tell the employee on the phone was frustrated with me, he kept taking over me, mike was his name. I finally stated that I was promised a video of the sewer line before and after the repair, he finally called the technician that did the scope, and located the 2nd video and sent it to me. Almost 2 months after my first contact with Mr.Rooter and getting my sewer line repaired i have been finally provided with what I was promised. After the repair was completed and they collected their final payment, I never herd from anyone again, nobody followed up with me and nobody reached out to make sure I had what I needed and was satisfied with the job. For spending almost 11k I expected more of Mr.Rooter

My mother Didi and I have stuck with Mr. Rooter since we moved into this house. Their service, customer care, and work ethics are absolutely superb. They cleaned up after themselves completely and left no mess on my property after their work. They courteous, kind, and polite. I would recommend them to everyone and anyone.

Was quick and on time, but very expensive for a small repair job. Toilet was leaking and a part was needed to be replaced inside the tank. Cost over $250 to do so. I could have just bought a whole new toilet for that price! If I weren't selling my house and needing a receipt as proof that it was fixed, I would have decided to not have the repair done once I saw the cost.

Excellent customer service! They truly care about doing the right thing and taking care of their customer. It is wonderful to find a company that is looking at building a long term relationship with their customers by treating them with respect. The technician was very knowledgable and friendly.

Called Mr. Rooter to fix our toilet. Technician broke the connection where the water line goes into the wall. After 5 minutes of water pouring in, the technician finally got the water shut off. Then the technician packed his tools and left. Didn't help clean up, I called the office and was told the manager was on his way. I drove 45 minutes to the studio, no manager, no one from Mr. Rooter was onsite. Mr Rooter never came back. Absolutely terrible.

Mr. Rooter replaced our entire plumbing system and moved our water shutoff to a more acessible point in the house. Our plumber was very knowledgeable, efficient, conscientious, and professional. He made sure both I and my wife were on the same page as to scope of work, and how it was to be done, and let us know right away if there were any changes. Will definitely call them again if we need anything.

I had a laundry room drain over flow this morning! I went to Home Advisor which I used in the past and because I wanted to change plumbing companies as well. I went through the steps on Home Advisor and two companies came to the top of the list. I saw the top one had a higher rating so I started to give a message to them when Mr Rooter called me within 5 to 10 minutes. I made an appointment for a time of 3 pm to 5 pm and was advised that if their plumber could make it out here faster they would. So at 12:55 ish I got a call from Jeff at Mr Rooter saying he would be here at my home in about 1/2 hour. Jeff got here about 1:30 on the dot and we got talking about the issue. I explained that the laundry room floor from the washing machine rinse cycle had flooded part of the laundry room. I had to put on hunting boots and bailed out the floor with a 10 gal bucket. In fact ti was three buckets about 3/4 full before the floor was drained down and was surface wet. So Jeff explained what he was going to do which was to run an industrial snake into the chase of the floor drain to clear the horizontal line back to the standing pipe then fill the washer with water and let it drain into the floor drain to make sure there was no blockage there. We went though that. and there was no problem. Next Jeff took the snake to the standing pipe, got the snake through the 'j' trap under the standing pipe and then through the horizontal chase run in the opposite direction to the floor drain. Then Jeff filled the machine to rinse cycle, stopped it and put the rinse pipe into the standing drain and let the machine go through a rinse pumping the water directly from the standing pipe to the floor drain. Not one drop of water came up from the floor drain opening but it went the normal channel down the underground pipe to exit the house! We had had this problem in the past and the other company came out twice to fix it. they weren't able to clear the standing pipe through the 'j' trap at all. So we left it as the standing pipe flooding the floor which just ran into the floor drain not causing any problem. But now the standing pipe drains as it was designed to do. We also got advice on finishing renovating our basement bath and we can call on Mr Rooter when we are ready to fix the master bath shower as it needs to have the knobs replaced with a newer fixture down the road. It was well worth the price to have the plumbing fixed right in one time in a shorter amount of time than the 2 visits from the competition which was not Home Advisor approved. Thank you Mr Rooter for great Sunday Service! And they charge by the job not the hour!Ok update on Saturday March 2 the laundry room had standing water again. Not because of the efforts of Jeff . It was a larger problem.... roots in the sewer line from the house. He came back out on 3/3/3019 a Sunday again! I mean you cannot beat this for service folks! In the past I've lived in other cities and they charge you extra for Sundays... He then did the snake into the main sewer drain leading from the house and got some roots which had gotten in the pipes from trees looking for water. He wasn't able to get to all of them and suggested the next step which was to have a couple of drain clean outs put in to get tot the root of the problem. I told him I had been in that situation before some years ago in another house in Atlanta so I knew where we had to go with this. My house he came out to unfortunately lost service because the problem could not be completely solved by using the regular professional industrial snake. So the next day 3/4/2019 Doug the supervisor came and we set up to get the clean outs put in and take care of the rest of the sewer line coming out of the house. They were able to come back yesterday 3/6/2019 with Doug's crew of guys to excavate the area in the front yard to fix the problem. Braxton came into the house with a camera to put into the sewer outlet in the basement of the house which is cast iron pipe which leads through the foundation to the dirt in yard where the pipe turns to clay pipe

My experiences with this company have been very good so far. They are prompt and polite. James is very patient and took the time to explain everything to me for my own knowledge. When things took a bad turn with our very old plumbing they did good work and were still optimistic and kind. They will come when you need them and for a fair price. We had laundry room drain and a shower backing up. The two toilets we have also lost water loss when the drains backed up. Clint G. came out and had to take a toilet out and cut roots that were causing the blockage. Clint was very nice, knowledgeable, and professional. This is the 2nd time in 2 years we have used Mr. Rooter for two different issues and we are very happy with the techs that have come out and with Mr. Rooter as a company.

Robbie came to our house on 07/03/20 to deal with a long-standing floor drain issue. Robbie was masked, wore protective shoe covers, and was professional and efficient. We had a number of questions regarding our water heater, sewer line, and drain, and he was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions. Great customer service! We are very pleased. Mr. Rooter will be our go-to company and we will recommended them to family and friends.

We are extremely happy with the service provided by Mr. Rooter and the work done by Austin, the technician. They were able to schedule someone to come out to us within a couple of days when everyone else we called said it would be at least a week. On the day of the appointment, the technician called ahead to let us know when he'd be coming, and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was extremely professional and polite, and up front about the estimate, being sure to let us know what the maximum cost might be in a worst case scenario. We've had problems in the past with other plumbers trying to do whatever was most expensive first (or in one case, most destructive, leaving us with a 1 ft x 1 ft hole in our wall for no reason) regardless of what might actually fix the problem. But Austin checked first to see if there was a small fix (replacing some washers and nuts instead of the the entire spigot) he could do first to solve the problem without needing to resort to expensive and time consuming replacements. His professionalism and diligence saved us a lot of money, and fixed the problem 100% to our satisfaction.Based on this experience I would definitely recommend this company, and if all of their technicians are as professional, polite, and diligent as Austin, then Mr. Rooter puts the other plumbers we've had the misfortune to work with in Colorado Springs to shame.

Larry came by to help me with a strange sound my pipes were making. He quickly found the cause and offered me a couple options for repair (my house had some necessary extras...likely to boost cost when the house was built). We opted for the fix that would have the best long-term results (and removed a few of the unnecessary extras).Larry was friendly and very helpful. After making the fix, while checking the water pressure in the house, he took the extra time to check another piping problem and suggested some ways to fix it.I will definitely call Mr. Rooter again! I had to call another company to clear my main line because their machine and capabilities are limited to 110 ft. This after two attempts and the second where I expressly asked them to go another 20 to 30 feet (which is where the second company found and cleared the roots) After that its all about an upsell to camera and then installation (tractor work) of an outside clean out, so that pressure washing can be done. All great, but I just wanted to clear the line till later improvements could be made. Rooter99 much better, had a more powerful machine with longer capabilities, no hasstle or upselling, and priced reasonably even with a $100 travel fee to drive down to Colorado Springs.

The problem started on Sunday afternoon, and after calling Mr. Rooter (they've been our plumbing company for a long time), Doug came right out and cleared up the tree root problem and re-established our service. After coming out again on Monday to do more work, we were provided the option to replace a deteriorated connection to the city main. That work required major digging and repair work on the north side of our house. During the digging, the phone line was cut -- actually twice. The workmen called a supervisor; the supervisor kept us advised, continued supervising the work, which was completed that day. They fixed the phone line, and after all the yucky clean-up work was done, left the landscaping better than it was before. They handled themselves professionally and courteously, and didn't provide any excuses -- they provided the service we needed and went beyond what we could expect. It's not what happens during a job like this -- it's how it turns out and how problems are handled when they're encountered. I would definitely use Mr. Rooter again.

The technicians were on time, friendly, and professional. They worked as quickly as possible and were reassuring in the face of some unexpected issues. They cleaned up thoroughly when the job was done and put my heavy garden rocks back for me after the excavation! The project manager was responsive and helpful with the details that our insurance adjustor requested. This company also charged much less than the amount that another big company wanted to charge us, for what I feel was excellent service. Thank you!

We had a clogged drain under our house and the first plumbing company could not diagnose or solve the issue. Michael the plumber that was sent out by Mr. Rooter was very knowledgeable and persistent and was able to unclog the drain. He spent a lot of time figuring out where the blockage was. He had a manager come out, Dan who was very helpful and knowledgeable as well. The first company said we probably needed to break up our concrete floor and replace the main cast iron pipe. Michael and Dan were able to locate a T in the 3 inch drain and use a camera to find the clog and clear it. Our experience with Michael and Dan was very positive and we were fully satisfied with their service.

Robbie Peterson was a wonderful technician! He came over same day (late evening), after looking at the problem he realized that he didn't have the equipment. So he booked me as his first appointment the following morning and got the problem (broken pipe and plug) in less than 2 hours. Quoted price was the price charged, and he was so polite and personable.Will definitely be using their service again in the future!

Quick and problem wasn't as bad as I had expected

Called Mr. Rooter today for a clog in the kitchen that didn't look like it was going to go away any time soon (powdered instant potatoes down the garbage disposal, ugh).Shawn showed up a few minutes after calling us to let us know he was on his way. He went right to work snaking the drain and had the job finished in a matter of minutes. It turned out to be a blessing in disguise because he also spotted a nasty leak from our faucet and helped us remove the faulty system without charge.I would have no problem calling Mr. Rooter in the future and would highly recommend them to my friends.Thank you!

I will definitely look elsewhere next time. The service was good, pretty simple root cutting job, but a flat charge of $310 for about an hour job time is ridiculous. They won't tell you ahead of time either, want you to get it from their technician. I did like shane, the technician, though.

Don't call anyone else!!! I had a leak that another plumbing company kept guessing at. This other company come out 2 times only to tell us to re-caulk around our bathtub fixtures which we had done. We thought the problem was fixed but come last week it wasn't. Instead of messing around with the same company, I called Mr. Rooter. I should have called them in the first place. Garrick was friendly and professional. I especially appreciate his effort to save the tile he had to cut into to get to the leak. Because of his careful work I don't have to replace the tile. He cleaned up after himself and left my bathroom just as clean as when he went in,if not cleaner. I can confidently say that after 2mths the leak is now finally fixed. Lesson learned. I will always call Mr. Rooter for all of our plumbing needs. Thank you for such excellent service.

Mr. Rooter sent a guy to my property to trouble shoot and unclog some of my tenant's drains. After charging a ludicrous amount to snake 1 sink drain, he estimated that it would cost $1500 to fix the plugged tub drain. Seriously. I called another rooting company (Pro Power Rooter) and could not be happier with their work. Don't use Mr. Rooter. Just don't.

Great customer service and ability to come out same day. Only grip and reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the cost to repair the bent hot water pipe; we previously had 2 other pipe issues - 1 even requiring work to include going through drywall and the total cost to repair both equaled the cost to repair this single one through a different company. However, Mr. Rooter was available same day in which the prior company was not available for a couple weeks. We would have had some major additional damage if we had waited for other company and so are very grateful for Mr. Rooter!

Really great experience - the plumber was very professional, cleaned up after himself, took pictures of the before/after, and did quality work. Perhaps cheaper plumbers are out there, but I’ve tried out several plumbing companies and by far this experience was best. For those concerned about safety, he wore a mask at all times in the house without me having to ask.

Service guy was very nice and fixed the problem without having to replace an entire water spigot. This is the second time I’ve used these guys and I was very very happy each time.

The entire experience with Mr. Rooter was positive. We had a water main leak somewhere between the house and the alley which they found and fixed with minimal digging/disruption. The excavation crew was on time, positive, communicative, and they problem-solved well when faced with unexpected circumstances. I highly recommend them!

So we called about 6 months ago to get a quote for a new water and sewer line. We were quoted anywhere from $18k-$25k for the entire project. We called them back yesterday and they came out and said a minimum of $35k and that was cheap. He wanted to do directional boring which would have brought the water line within the ten foot separation line? He had no good solutions just higher prices. So in less than six months there estimate went up $10k? Don't get ripped off by these idiots!

We had an excellent experience with Mr. Rooter's excavation service! Our clay drainage pipe suffered a collapse underneath our cement patio...I thought we'd have to destroy it and most of the yard to fix it. They were able to replace the pipe from the end points, saving the patio as well as my garden. Now we'll never have to worry about it again--thanks Mr. Rooter staff and crew!

Called because a toilet was backed up and they were able to schedule someone to come out that same day. Kevin was super friendly and helpful. He was able to get the toilet unclogged very quickly and even cleaned the bowl. Well priced in my opinion, highly recommend.

My kitchen drain plugged up the early morning the day before Thanksgiving. We called Mr. Rooter and they were at our house that afternoon, saving our Thanksgiving celebration. They were on time, efficient, and completely fixed the problem. Mr Rooter will be our go-to plumber forever!!

Updated 6/11/19After posting my prior review I was contacted by RJ a service manager with Mr Rooter. RJ was professional and wanted to know what exactly happened as my post wasn't super detailed. I discussed the issues I experienced and what was causing my dissatisfaction with RJ. Based on what was discussed he took responsibility and said that the actions taken by the technician did not reflect what Mr Rooters expectations are for that situation. He offered to pay the expense for the additional plumber I had to pay to do the work. He also wanted my permission for him and another supervisor to come and scope the line to figure out what wrnt wrong. I gave hime permission to do so.Today I received a call from RJ and he had inspected the line and indicated everything looked good (as a result of a prior inspection the line needed to be repaired and new clean outs were installed) and that the new clean out looked good. He said that based on his inspection and discussion with the technician it was clear they didn't do the work I paid them and that Mr Rooter would be reimbursing me 100%. I thanked him for his honesty and for taking responsibility for the service failure. I appreciate that he didn't try and blame someone else or try and make an excuse.As a result of Mr Rooter working to address my issues and resolve them in a timely manner I have changed my review to 3 stars. I left the original post to preserve the integrity of the review. I may raise my review to 4 stars depending on how the reimbursement process goes.The last thing I will say is take my experience as a learning opportunity. I was probably a little to trusting and had I required the technician to show me the issue he was claiming I may have been able to avoid the situation all together.Original Review 6/5Been a customer for years and was very very unsatisfied with my last experience.They basically lied about work they said needed to be done. Mr. Rooter came to my home on a weekend to repair a leaking sewer pipe. The technician was prompt and courteous. He looked at the problem and then quoted me a price for the repair before starting the work. Once done with the repair, he cleaned up after himself and the final invoice was what he quoted me. He then performed a plumbing inspection of my home at no extra charge. I will use them again and will recommend them to my family and friends.

I discovered standing water in my utility room. I called Mr Rooter and had a tech at my house in 45 minutes. They pulled a toilet and sent a camera down the drain and found a large root mass had occluded the pipe. They used a rotary snake to pierce the root and get the drain flowing again. Then they provided me with three options to avoid having this happen to us again. The first option was to install 'clean outs' on the exterior of the house so they could insert a high pressure hose to remove the roots more efficiently, which we did. And then insert a liner to create a seamless conduit for the waste with out cracks into which the roots would again infiltrate.Some backstory, we found when we purchased the house, that the precious owned had packed the floor drain with expansion foam, now we know why. The sewer line was made out of clay and had seams every 3 feet. I'm sure that they had a similar situation that the foam obviously didn't solve.I will rest peacefully now that Mr Rooter had provided me with a real fix!#MRROOTER ROCKS!

Shane has done my plumbing work for several years now and has always shown up when promised, done an excellent job, and charged a reasonable price. We have a 110 year old house in downtown Colorado Springs and needed to have a new water line brought in because the old line was highly corroded galvanized pipe. We knew that this was going to be an expensive and pretty scary project but we feel like we hit the lottery when we get in touch with Mr. Rooter.Not only was Mr. Rooter priced very competitively, the customer service and quality of work was absolutely top notch! This complicated project was expertly and quickly completed and the end result is pretty much perfect.

Professional. Timely. Value. I was uncertain of what to expect having to deal with a clogged sewer line. Mr. Rooter made it so easy, they walked me through the entire process and made a recommendation for repair after snaking the line, no pressure sales.

I had considerable work in a home after a fire. The damage included the main service line, due to the age of the pipe. Every effort was made to work with a 75 year galvanized service line old curb stop valve, however no amount of diligence was going to salvage pipe of that age. Mr. Rooter did what had to be done to see the work through to completion. The Interior Installation included a new entry point into the home foundation. The final installation was a significant improvement from what the house originally had. It's as pretty an installation as I think you can get with pipes. Every member of the team was very accommodating and dedicated, and worked together to find solutions to some of the problems we found once we started working with the old installation. I highly recommend this group of professionals for any of your plumbing needs.

Mr Rooter of Colorado Springs replaced a water main for me Monday, 13 May 2019, (using horizontal boring to avoid tearing up my flagstone patio); and they also located a lost septic tank for me. They didn't even charge me for the latter. I'm amazed and grateful. I probably shouldn't be amazed anymore, because that's just the kind of company they are -- they always go above and beyond. They have taken care of even big jobs for me on very short notice for years. I have had some really complicated scenarios, and this crew just sticks with it and gets the job done right, no matter what it takes.

Making an appointment was easy and they were able to come out on the same day. The gentleman that came was very nice and courteous. He explained what was wrong and walked me through the repair costs. I called Mr. Rooter to assess and if possible fix several ongoing problems in my downstairs bathroom. One problem, a very slow-draining bathtub, has plagued me for the 28 years that we've lived in the house. Over the years, I had numerous plumbers/rooter services/contractors come to see what was going on with the drain. Most admitted that they didn't know what was going on: some suggested that the undertub plumbing was done wrong during the original home construction and offered that the only recourse was to rip the tub out (along with the surrounding tile) and do a complete rebuild.--All that changed yesterday when Mike from Mr. Rooter came out. He spent an extended time poking, probing, snaking the drain line but to no avail -- but, unlike the others before, HE DID NOT GIVE UP! He had an idea of where the problem might be and proceeded to disassemble the drain connection on the backside of the tub and lo and behold! He found a plastic cap plugging the drainpipe. Problem fixed!! Thank you Mike and thank you Mr.Rooter.

The main drain line for a 23 unit apt building backed up early on a Sunday morning. I was on the phone with Mr Rooter at 7am, and Austin arrived by 8am.After snaking ans scoping my drain line, Austin even cleaned up the bathroom floor of the unit where he had to pull the toilet.I've never experienced the quality of service before that I received from Austin at Mr Rooter.Mr Rooter is my goto plumber from now on!

I have used Mr. Rooter multiple times over the years with great service. On Feb. 17, 2022, Mr. Rooter repaired a leak in my family room ceiling. 14 days later I had water coming through my ceiling at the same location of the previous repair and Mr. Rooter jumped on it right way sending a technician that evening (after hours) to fix a leak that had appeared from a different pipe in the same area, all at no cost to me. Garrick was extremely professional, as was the original technician Mike. The second repair was completed quickly and with minimal impact to the ceiling. I would absolutely recommend Mr. Rooter's plumbing services. They are professional and responsive.

They were quick, but wow they work as a team, to scam an 80 yr old widow. And leave a huge 7ft. Hole in backyard for days a safety Hazzard, bad communication. I HIGHLY do no recommend unless you are aware of there scam tactics ,especially the elderly.

James came out, and was available earlier than scheduled which was great. I had a leaky bathtub faucet replaced six months ago, and the plumber did a really shoddy job. The shower never completely worked, still blowing water out of the faucet, and 50% water pressure. The original plumber never came back to finish the job and left me hanging. The shower stopped working last week altogether.James diagnosed the problem to a leaky water heater in the utility closet behind the shower wall. I had to go through Mr Rooter because energy resource uses them if I had a choice I would go with somebody else. They came to my house on Monday of last week could not diagnose a problem left me hanging my water heater went out again they said somebody out on Friday that guy was better. They let me know that they're replacing my water heater we set up an appointment for today they even called me yesterday to confirm and then they called me this morning saying we don't have anybody to do it today so now they have to come out tomorrow let's see if that really happens. I don't know if this place really knows what they're doing.

For more than 5 years Mr. Rooter has kept me in business at the Buffalo Lodge Bicycle Resort. While not the least expensive option they’re not the most expensive and they don’t upcharge emergency calls. The team has provided the best, most responsive and courteous service. In the hospitality industry when you have people coming to stay and vacation in the area and a plumbing issues arises, you need quick action and resolution. Time and time and time again as we worked to renovate a 4 acre 47 room motor court built in the 30s, they have been there for us until finances provided for a long term sewage line replacement. After nearly 200 calls over 5 years, now we hardly see them anymore.The company has also sponsored a charity walk, run, ride for my son battling brain cancer.Can’t recommend enough!!

Mr. Rooter's national dispatch and serviceman were both very professional. When I called for an estimate I asked twice about the possibility of a service fee. Both times I was told estimates involved no service fees. When the serviceman arrived he was very professional until he walked off the distance of the sewer line that needed repair. Ninety feet, he stated. I remeasured by stepping it off, came up with about 75 feet. When we actually measured it was 70 ft. At $100./ft. that would have added $2000. to my bill........Then he asked if I had been told about the $75.00 truck fee.......When I mentioned my conversation with dispatch....Oh that must have been my last job, he stated. Fool me twice, I Don't think so. I will be looking elsewhere for my trenchless sewer repair.

I thought my disposal was broken (couldn't get the blades to move despite using the tool to unlock). Benjamin came out and took care of the issue in a few minutes and didn't charge me. Very impressed by his honesty.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. I had an issue with water in my laundry room coming from a mysterious place. I called during my lunch break and they sent someone over right away. I called Mr rooter to get my kitchen sink plumbing unclogged. I was quoted a fair price which is exactly what I paid. No tax no hidden fees. Benjamin called 15 minutes before he was supposed to get here. He arrived on time. He was very personable and very knowledgeable. He was clean. He wore booties whenever he was in the house and made sure that my laminate flooring would not get damaged. He unclogged my drain and ran water through it for a long time to make sure that it was clear. Cleaned up all of his mess which was very minimal. All in all this was literally the best plumbing type problem I've ever had. I will definitely be using Mr rooter in the future.

These guys literally saved us thousands of dollars and did great work getting rid of the heavy roots from our pipes. 100 percent will be doing business with this team from now on. Oh, and they were also able to come out the same day, which is always very nice!

We received service from Tony who was very customer friendly and very professional. He took the time to explain everything he was doing and why. He was very conscientious about our house and how he left it after his work. He took the time to look at another issue we had that was not part of the job. Also, Mr. Rooter made him available on the day of our call which was extremely important to us, especially considering all other plumbers we called weren't available for 3-4 days. We will definitely use Mr. Rooter again in the future if we need a plumber.

We had a drain clog on a Sunday. The technician was here within 2 hours and gave us a discount for being a repeat customer. We wouldn't use anyone else.

I feel like I was taken advantage of by Mr. Rooter... Had a blockage in my pipe on a Saturday, called Mr. Rooter since they didn't have an after hours fee. They came out and couldn't snake it, so had to get a camera. Then after camera work, said it was solid buildup and would have to be trenched to clear and install access ports. Needed to be able to use the plumbing so $6k later they call and say my sewer pipe is not straight and might fail so it's going to be another $12k to install a lining. The $6k was bad enough, I tell them I'm not sure I can do another $12k. So he talks to the boss and suddenly it's only $8k (another company later quoted $6k). So now I'm wondering if the $6k they originally charged me was also exorbitant and I should have told them no so they could have dropped a couple thousand off...I thought they were being nice by dropping $400 and applying what I had already paid, but very expensive lesson learned.

I needed 4 toilets installed at my new home in 2018 and Mr. Rooter plumbing ordered all the toilets and parts and had my toilets in within 48 hours of my first phone call. The work was good quality from the plumber (Jeff) to RJ who personally drove to my home to make sure things were OK. You can see they cared about what they were doing. I would highly recommend this plumbing company. I also had a sink installed in 2020 which was damaged by the shipper and Mr. Rooter came back out a 2nd time to reinstall the 2nd sink at no charge. I recently had a water heater installed also and I have to say once again Mr. Rooter knocked it out of the ball park again. RJ and Robbie came over 45 miles to my home twice to make sure my water heater was working correctly and they even climbed up on my roof to remove a piece of sheet metal that was wrapped around my vent pipe. It was closed off by the previous owner (Why?) because he removed the old water heater and installed a tankless water heater elsewhere. That water heater went up. These guys are great and will be honest with you and won't rip you off. RJ is a Master Plumber and he really knows his stuff. Robbie did the actual work and was a pleasure to deal with. All the Ladies in the office are great too. Thanks Mr. Rooter you sure did (root) out my problem. Pun intended.

If I could, I would have given zero stars. Tried to pressure me into getting an external access laid for 7k.. called a different company who instantly knew what plumbing company was at my house and fixed the issue for $170. Coming to find out that this is their scheme. Sending someone junior to the house, that person finds another issue that he can’t fix so he’ll call his supervisor who then proceeds to tell you that you need work done in the thousands.. never again!

This is a long overdue review yet a very necessary one. Mr. Rooter - and Mr. Alex Britt, in particular - was one of the only services available AND responsive in town when the city got hit by the record-low temperature back in mid-February. I had called at least about 10 difference places with no luck after my garage had been flooded for hours, and Mr. Rooter and their team expeditiously prioritized and arranged a dispatch when I almost gave up on getting help. Mr. Britt was an exceptional technician to work with, and not only was he cordial and professional but also very competent and thorough. I normally take Google reviews with a grain of salt but I was proven wrong (in a very good way, of course). Whenever I have an issue with plumbing, I know I can confidently rely on Mr. Rooters, and I hope this review helps with others' trust in the company.

Doug came to door after first putting a Mr.Rooter door mat over my brand new mat which we had just put out. When he entered the home he put on protective covers over his shoes, saying, I often walk in some pretty bad stuff. He was very business like, polite and went right to work on our problems. In no time at all he had the problems fixed and explained what he had done and how my husband could take care of this problem if it ever happened again. While writing out our invoice Doug told my husband about a plan that could not only save us money but also my children in another city and a home in another State. My husband who is very sales savvy listened and made the decision that the Advantage Plan was very worth the price, which saved us money for the trip and repairs, plus a 5 year coverage with lots of perks. I will recommend this company to all my friends who need it.

I recently had to replace a hot water heater in my home. I used the yellow pages, called Danielle at the office, and she set up the appointment right away, and even gave me the cell phone number for Shane, who was on the road, for further coordination. Shane responded, we sut up a time, and he was there 10 minutes early. Easy-going and quite affable, he replaced it within a half-hour, suggested how to fill the most recent home safety requirements (2 12 square door vents, carbon monoxide detectors, vent size), and took the old heater out swiftly and with no damage, in spite of a cluttered environment. His feelings were not hurt when I told him I hoped it would be a long time before I see him again. However, he will have a cup of coffee if he stops by again. I don't offer that often.-Doug Nelson

Wow! I didn't have to wait an hour for someone to call me back -- for a water heater emergency on a Saturday -- and Mike came out at the time I was told he would. I was impressed with his expertise and professionalism, and he took the time to explain the problem and solution alternatives. Later, after some system testing of the fix, he found I should also, for safety reasons, take care of a related problem, which he explained in book-and-page detail. When asked about the do nothing alternative for the second problem (just put it back the way it was), he said I could do that, but, as a safety matter, he ethically could not. While I didn't much like the thought of the added cost of the second problem, i figured the property is old, the water heater and its appurtenances aging, and it's better a true expert fix it than me. Had some major repairs done. Everyone was kind, professional, dependable and hard working. They finished in a timely manner and did a great job. I would definitely recommend them.

Called a couple other companies around 2pm and they said they couldn't get anyone to my house unless it was after hours and would charge 150 an hr. Called Mr. Rooter and they said they could have someone come out around 7 with no after hour charges and free estimate. Got a call an hour later from Adrian the technician and he said he was 20 minutes away. Had a clogged main sewer line and he went above and beyond to clear the line in less than a hour. 10/10 would recommend and use again.

Very polite, very hard working and very upfront about prices. The only reason for docking 2 stars is due to the mess left in my bathroom/laundry room There was water everywhere, old parts left sitting out, and a trail of gross water left on my carpet. I know it’s plumbing and things get messy and gross. However the water left all over the bathroom and laundry room was not ok. The work was great and he did what I called him out there for. He made sure the line was clear before leaving and explained every step of the way.

They were able to get out there sooner than my normal contractors. They even had a price for me before they completed the work. Called them out for a second time for a different situation and again, very responsive.

Technician Robbie was able to come earlier than expected. He was very kind and professional. He replaced my water heater in a timely manner and best of all, he did not try to upsell as I have experienced in the past with a vendor. I was very happy with Mr. Rooter service!

This is the fourth time that I have used Mr. Rooter to do plumbing work and I can honestly say that I won't use anyone else. I often find that contractors come up short of my expectations and just want to get the project done in the cheapest way possible to meet the bare minimal requirements. This is definitely not the case with the guys at Mr. Rooter. Every project I have hired them to do has come out exceeding my expectations.So far, I have used Mr. Rooter to: replace an old galvanized steel water main in a historic home downtown, put in a water main and sewer tap for an ADU, relocate a toilet and bathroom sink, and add several freeze-proof faucets to my property. All of the work completed has been extremely professional, clean, fast, and treated as if it was being done at their own homes.One thing I particularly like about working with Mr. Rooter is their ability to effectively use trenchless boring to keep the amount of surface disruption to a bare minimum. I am amazed by how they can dig a six foot deep hole in my ground for a freeze-proof faucet, drill a line right to it under all of my flower beds, and within a couple of hours having my yard look like they were never there.From beginning to end, working with Dan on project requirements and design, Larry on inside work and technical implementations, Robbie and his crew on excavation, as well as Katrina, Emily, Jonathan and Mike in the office; my experience with these guys has truly been a pleasure.

I had a clog in the main sewer, and it happened while I had a full house with people from out of town. We couldn't use any toilets, sinks or showers. These guys were out in less than 4 hours, and within a couple of hours, everything was fixed. I got the main sewer outlet blown out under pressure as opposed to getting it rodded, and that was a superior solution that they offered at a reasonable price. Couldn't be happier.

These folks are great. We had water backing up into our basement from the sewer and they came out the same day to clean out a major blockage. They told us up front exactly what the cost would be, so there were no hidden costs.They had to send a snake down several times with several different claws on the end and kept at it until they were able to clear the blockage. Some other guys would have given up right away and told us we needed to dig up our yard.

Cody came to our house and unblocked a drain that has been giving us problems for about 11 years. Before Mr Rooter, we have had several plumber/handymen trying to unblock the drain with NO success. It would work for awhile then start backing up again. Cody came in, listened to our problem and assured us that he would unblock it. He brought in his machine and in less than 5-10 minutes unblocked the line! We ran the water full force from both sink faucets for 10 minutes or more and it never backed up. An 11 year problem fixed in a few minutes by someone who KNEW what the problem was and KNEW what he was doing. Cody was neat and polite and, above all, patient with a couple of old seniors. He explained the cost in detail and any other promotions/offers they had, before doing the work. The price, including a 5 year membership, was unexpectedly low. We were relieved because we are on a fixed income. He cleaned up everything. This is a good company with a staff of good and knowledgeable people. We would gladly refer anyone to them. Incredibly friendly and professional service from Kyle. These guys show an astounding level of care not only in helping fix your problem cost efficiently but in the care of your home as well. Kyle brought his own mat to wipe his shoes on and even wore special caps over his shoes while in the house to keep the carpet clean. I have us Mr. Rooter 3 times this year. The customer experience and communication with the plumbers and techs are good. The communication Mr. Rooter provides after that is sub-par. This last job was the biggest. I had 3 different workers at our house saying 3 different things about what was next. I had a scope done and tracking down the footage was a headache. Tech said it was sent, nothing for 2 days- all I got was a photo. I called the office and they said someone would call. No one did- I felt like after it goes out of the original workers hands, the wheels fall off. I do trust they fixed the problem but my time felt pretty undervalued by them. I will look elsewhere next time.

I was amazed at Gloria's knowledge, ability to answer questions, and work ethic. In order to repair a leak in my hose bib she had to climb inside a tiny kitchen cabinet. Other plumbers had told me it was irreparable and to just live with it. Now I know why they said that--they weren't willing to climb into a cabinet! She also installed a kitchen faucet and 2 toilets. I would trust Gloria with any plumbing job in my home.

It was late evening on a Saturday and the sewer backed up (that sort of thing doesn't happen when it is covenant). I googled emergency plumping services and just happened to pick Mr. Rooter out of the list, called and was told a tech would be there within an hour. A little over 30 minutes later he was at the door ready to work. The service was excellent and the prices were not nearly as bad as I expected. Unfortunately the news the tech gave me was bad, but I have nothing but good things to say about the tech sent out and the company. I would highly recommend them and will use them again if the need arises.

We called Mr Rooter because of a backup which caused flooding in our basement. They came out promptly and not only unclogged the line but sent the camera in to see the problem - which was build up at the entrance of our septic tank. We would use them again.

We called Mr. Rooter on a Sunday to come out and fix a plumbing problem we had. They scheduled it between 6 and 8 pm which was fine however we had to pay a $99 fee up front for them to come out on a weekend day. They did not come sunday and called at 5 pm to say their call center was overbooking them and I was not the only person they had to call and cancel on. I'm sure they had to pay the $99 dollar fee as well. I think that is very unprofessional that they don't have a proper system of the way they work. They are suppose to refund the money however it has not happened yet! We ended up going through Roto Rooter! I am very displeased with Mr. Rooter and would not recommend them to anyone!

I'm so glad l called Mr.Rooter! RJ,the owner&Robbie came over to do camera scan of those old cast iron pipes!(47years old! I live over in Village Seven,the houses were built in the period of the 1970's! Had some drain line back up! I did call some other company,they did rooter out the drain line that's it! Those R.Town guys called for a camera scan for the next day! (Had to pay,$485.00)The Owner did the camera scan only about 20ft. for only a few minutes! He tells me the concrete floor was going to have to be jack hammered to replace a section of the drain line&the fiber glass shower totally removed! Wrote out a estimate for all that mess/work! $6,200(WTH) Nowdays,there's other ways to address plumbing&drain problems! Like l said the Mr.Rooter guys took more time today to scan those old cast iron drain pipes! And to the access the piping&drain lines! The piping is A-Ok! The cost today was only $250.00! One more thing it saved me a lot of money as well 🕙 time! I'm so glad l called Mr.Rooter! Thanks so much RJ&Robbie (Will defiantly call you guys again!👍😁🤗😷

Doug from Mr. Rooter arrived within 30 minutes of calling for service. He performed a preventive clean out of our sewer drain. He first did a video feed as I watched. The drain was fairly clean with the exception of a small cloth that he removed. He then rooted out a peripheral drain line which fed the main line. He was thorough and pleasant while doing his job. I could not have been happier with the service and in the future Mr. Rooter will be the first call I make for plumbing needs.

I called Mr Rooter and was able to get a same-day appointment. Worked with Carter, he was super friendly, very knowledgeable, and got the job done quickly. He even gave me a couple tips for next time. This is the second time we’ve called Mr. Rooter (unrelated issues, don’t worry) and both jobs were done thoroughly by genuinely nice dudes who clearly take pride in their work. Reasonably priced for quality of work, great experiences both times.

We had bath water overflow the floor drain in the basement on a Saturday night. When I called Mr. Rooter, at about 10 pm, the phone was quickly answered and service scheduled for first thing the next morning. Adrian called at about 8 am and was at the house by 8:20. James arrived a little later. They were both cheerful, polite and professional.Adrian was able to remove the grate off the floor drain that several previous plumbers had insisted was rusted in place and inaccessible. Finally, after many other failing plumbers and dollars down the figurative drain, that miserable pipe got cabled out and a giant hairball removed. Now it flows freely and we don't have to worry about it.Surprisingly, the charge was less than $300 on a Sunday. Where others might charge an after-hours fee, Mr. Rooter did not. I don't normally write reviews , but here goes. I called this company yesterday with a sump pump issue. I could tell when the technician arrived this morning that he really didn't want to work on it. It is outside and had quit working and there was alot of mud and water in the hole around it. He finally got the pump out of the hole and then informed me that he was going to refer it out. He gave me 2 names of some kind of drain companies. The first one didn't do that kind of work, the second one couldn't even come out to see what the problem was until September 5. I called another plumbing company close to me. They had a tech out here within an hour, cleaned out the hole, and placed a new pump in within 2 hours. They also told us what they would recommend for us to do so this wouldn't happen again, which we were able to do ourselves this afternoon!

This is the second time I have used this company. Even though they are a national brand they are a full service plumber. The first time they replaced a sewer pipe under my concrete. The second time I just used them to fix an under-performing toilet in my rental property. No-non-sense, high pressure sales, or low qualify wok.

As a commercial property manager, it's hard to find good quality vendors. They may be a bit pricey, but they did the job, and they were very professional. I will likely use them again in the future.

the company kept me up to date on when they would arrive, which is nice. upon arrival the technicians were polite and efficient. the work was done quickly. they cleaned up after the work was done.

The upside to using Mr Rooter (not to be confused with Roto Rooter) is that just like roto, they are responsive, they can get you service quickly and effectively and their work is of high quality. The downside (if you will) is that you will also pay a premium for Mr Rooter. The pricing is high, but I would argue you get what you pay for. We own property and we also manage rental properties for other owners. Unfortunately, we are frequent users of plumbing services. There are less expensive firms but their quality is suspect, their reliability is suspect, and they are rarely available within a couple of weeks of advance lead time. If you can plan things out, then maybe you have options (although that's limited), but if it's an emergency repair, or something that can't wait a couple of weeks lead time, then you're better off going with the two most expensive solutions out there. I prefer Mr Rooter over Roto because it's a tad bit more cost effective and the service is a bit more personal.

Robbie was sent to our home to diagnose and give us an estimate for our main water supply line leak beneath the foundation. He knew right away that he had to call the office and get the work in progress, and they changed his days' schedule to accommodate our emergency. Luckily, the leak was only about 2' from where it entered the house, and he was able to replace that section of pipe to get water flowing back in the house. He left the maintenance room where the leak occurred cleaner than he started the day despite using a jackhammer and fresh concrete to replace the section of foundation that was taken away. When he was complete, he went over everything with us, and they actually REDUCED the cost from the estimate due to not needing to spend as much time as we were quoted for. We will definitely be calling Mr. Rooter for future work (hopefully less dramatic fixes though!)

Our repair was scheduled same day. The technician was WONDERFUL: he explained all of our options, made recommendations for replacement equipment, double checked the equipment and installed the faucet. He was efficient, knowledgeable and kind.

Enrique and Gabe were very courteous and professional. They told us the procedure to diagnose the cause of the clogged pipe and the steps they would follow to resolve the problem. They were very thorough and careful using the line to push through the blockages. When the first attempt didn’t produce the desired result, they did not give up. It was clear they had experience with this issue and worked steadily until the blockages were clear. They made recommendations along the way, provided estimates, but never pressured us to schedule additional services. They were helpful and gave us important information to consider about any future projects we might want to have done. They were considerate of my property and cleaned up completely after they finished the project. I will definitely call them again for any plumbing needs.

I had downspout drain lines under cement sidewalk that were clogged with leaves. The technician made quick work, solved the problem and was very reasonably priced considering the work took place on a Sunday. Would definitely use again if I have a future need.

The service tech tried to charge me $3300 to replace a water heater and expansion tank, which is a 2 hour job. They wanted me to pay a $1300 fixed install fee plus an hourly rate of $200+ to install a water heater if I bought it myself. I found one of their competitors to supply the tank and do the job for $2200.

Mr Rooter is the best thing that has happened in Colorado Springs since I have lived here they come with same day response if at all possible no matter time of day I would rate them as a 10+ and will do business with them again and again because of their professional and courteous attitude

I recently had 40' of my sewer line replaced and a new water line from the city to my house. (about 50' and another 20' inside the house) Everyone I worked with on this project was great from Emily at the office, Dan who provided me with the quote and all the guys that worked at my house. I only remember Braxton's and Shane's names. Dan stopped by several times during the 3 day project to check in and make sure things were moving forward as planned. Something additional came up during the project adding to the cost but after watching how the new sewer pipe liner was installed under my house and researching the cost I was happy to pay the extra money for the added work. I would use these guys again in a heartbeat and would encourage other to do so if your interested in a fair price, great work and excellent customer service. Thanks for a job well done Mr. Rooter!!

After fixing a mild leak, they did a quick review of all of my water sources and found another issue I didn't even know about. They were quick to fix it on the spot and guaranteed their work! I cannot say enough about this team! We ran into clogged pipes while we had family in town. Called multiple places that could not be out for another week, but Mr. Rooter had availability the same day!! Had Larry come out to snake the line and they could not clear it after many attempts. After further getting into the pipe it turned out we had bad plumbing all the way to our main line- it was orangeburg pipe with beyond extensive root damage. The excavating team were out to our house quickly and did a great job. Doug and the team worked efficiently and had the pipes redone from the front of our house to the street in one afternoon, I was impressed. We paid exactly what we were quoted- they were very helpful in giving options and explaining what was going to be done. I cannot say enough about this company and what great people they all are. The tub he worked on is 48 years old. He diagnosed the problem and was able to fix it quickly. This is the third home in which I have relied on Mr Rooter for help since becoming a widow. I can't express just how reassuring it is to have such kind, knowledgable, reassuring, professionals that I am assured will be there for me. When I called with a question this time I was transferred right over to Larry who remembered and is knowledgable of my home and during the interaction he advised me of something he knew I needed done but forgot. Tony from Mr. Rooter Souther Colorado has now serviced our home twice. He is very professional and customer service oriented even singing Disney songs with the kids while I signed my forms.During his visit Tony was met at the door by some troublesome wasps. I told him that I was very sorry my husband and I have been unable to find the nest. Tony grabbed his ladder out of the truck looked in our gutter and killed both of the nests stating that it wasnt a problem and with the babies running in and out throughout the day he was happy to help.I give Mr. Rooter 5 stars and a big THANK YOU to Tony.

Mr. Rooter installed a clean-out in our 1957 rancher. They sent Mike out to use his “snake” at first and he worked really hard to get through the maple roots but the snake has limitations. It loses torque over a long distance and our roots were clogged bad.Mike recommended that we install a clean-out and use their Hydro Scrub to purge the roots.I had rubber mulch and mature landscape questions, so they sent Doug out to visit the property and he got me comfortable with how much room they would need for the spill dirt and the size of the hole itself.The Clean-out installation crew arrived on time, treated our landscape with respect and got right to work. It took them around 5 hours to get us back in service and 6 or 6½ total hours to get it inspected, put some shrubs back and clean up.This was an expensive operation but that hydro scrub really does the job on roots. The crew was reassuring and honest in evaluating the condition of our clay sewer pipe, so we are confident if we maintain the line we should have no more problems.The clean-out installation crew was excellent, answered all our questions and let us take pictures of their work and the hole that was at least 9 foot deep.Everyone from the office to the personnel in the field treated us great and I would highly recommend Mr Rooter. GREAT JOB, Guys!

I was extremely pleased with the work that Kevin did on my tub drain. I thought we had a clogged tub drain that needed clearing out. However, Kevin, after inspecting the drain, suspected that was not the problem. His diligence and care led to discovering that the real problem was a stuck drain stopper. Then, rather than telling me to buy a new one, he took the time to fix it! So, a problem that could have cost $200-$500 wound up costing a service charge of $95. I was very happy with Kevin's work and the customer service at Mr. Rooter!

Kevin was prompt and professional. He got the work done in a timely manner and tried to fix the issue from outside. He was very personable and listened to the issue so he knew exactly what to do.

I had a sewer line break and I called Mr. Rooter (Southern Colorado) to do the repairs. They did the excavation and repair work in no time and I commend them for ther excellent work and service. Without a doubt I will use them again for any plumbing work.

What a great experience! From the initial estimate, to watching the crew drive off after replacement of my main water line, I couldn't be happier. I had gotten 4 estimates, after asking for 7 bids (3 companies were never heard from), and while Mr. Rooter wasn't the cheapest, they gave me the best gut feeling after talking to Dan & Braxton during the estimate, and the estimate arrived quickly. Fast forward to the day of the job, I got a phone call saying the crew was on the way, and about 10 minutes later received a text, saying they were on the way, along with a picture of the crew.  Nice touch!  Hit a couple of small snags during trenching, but nothing that seemed to cause concern, and were quickly taken care of. After install/re-do of the meter in my crawlspace, I told them I would have to put up wallpaper, and add carpeting, it looked so good! During backfill/closing up the trench, there were a little short on dirt, which was quickly taken care of. When all was finished, my yard looked a little worse for wear, which I completely expected, but looked a lot better than I thought it would. Now to see how well it all comes back, which, I was assured, if I had problems, I could call them.  Major praise to everyone, Mike, Tristan, Baylor, and Mike & Emily in the office. I will highly recommend them.

Tony to the rescue! We had a completely backed up toilet. He not only got the clog resolved, but found out the toilet was not installed correctly (bathroom was just recently remodeled.) A small leak happened but thankfully he found this before it became something much worse. All this was done quickly, with good communication throughout, professional and cost was very reasonable. This is our 3rd time using Mr. Rooter and we will continue to depend on them for great service in the future.

Man, the previous owners put everything in dumb spots and these guys were awesome about finding it and fixing it. I couldn't be happier. I had them add a new turn off valve behind the refrigerator and then remove the turn off valve hidden in the ceiling. 😅

Brandon was hardworking, professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to work with.The price was certainly on the higher end but honestly the tech sold me on their services and company in general. In addition the office worked with me on a coupon listed on their website. The financing options are easy and quick.Overall I’m very happy with the work done and look forward to working with them in the future.(Little background) House was built in 84 and needed some updates including replacing a 21 year old water heater.

I was so glad that Kyle was able to come out on such short notice. He was able to install the water line to my fridge, which home depot would not do unless there was a valve coming out of the wall. Kyle explained that since the valve was in the basement, all he had to do was add a bit of extra copper line, and hook it up to my fridge. He was informative, efficient, and friendly. I would highly recommend this company of you need any plumbing work done!

I went to another plumber for an estimate and it was really high so I called Mr. Rooter Plumbing for a second estimate and not only the price was significantly cheaper the customer service and service performed were beyond my expectations. The technician understood the problem with our sump pump and how it was constantly operating and very loud that you could hear it in the bedroom above and the bedroom adjacent to it. He replaced it with a better sump pump that was very quiet and secured the piping so that it wouldn't rattle the wood with loud sounds. Very professional and responsive to our needs. All my future plumbing problems will be handled by them.

Needed drain cleaned and they came out right away. Usually go local but they were booked few days out since holidays. Sewer gets clogged every few years due to tree roots. They send a very young technician to snake the line. He does so for about 30 mins and removes some roots but blocked it solid. So next day they come camera ($250.00!) And can't see nothing and have city come out and check. Tried to sell $6000 hydro something to install new sewer. So next day I went to grand rental in pueblo ($35) and rented snake. Only 30 ft run so I get it unclogged and flowing in first attempt. Two days of crapping in a bucket because they can't run a snake. The second guy was courteous but really just came to camera since the first time didn't work. Yes still roots in sewer and when they changed connection ten years back they said they'd be back lol when the city installed. So save your time pueblo and just wait for local guys. They'll do you right and not have you crapping in a bucket. They did call to follow up sales of new sewer lol but last place I'd hire since it's corporate and not capable. But only $95 I guess so I'll say that's why you only get half hour tops

The folks who answer the phones, to the folks that come out to your home, they are all qualified and amazing!! They always explain what they are going to and why. You get an estimate before they start any work, and they give you a complimentary inspection after each job! I love being an Advantage Plan customer! It is so worth the little bit of extra money to know you will always have YOUR plumber available, no matter if your emergency is small or large. Pay the extra money, you will thank yourself later!

Had a fairly large sewer project that Mr. Rooter took care of. I went with them because they were better priced, had better and more clear communication about what needed to be done and what they would do and were very responsive. The project turned out better than expected and I would absolutely go back and have them do it again.

We have had Clint come to our home at least 2 or 3 times and we have been very pleased with his work. Not only does he do a great job but he is also a very kind and caring young man. We hope to have him again if a need arises.

Im actually very impressed with the timeliness of Mr. Rooter and how honest they were with my wife. They treated her with respect and completed the job quickly and efficiently. Probably one of; if not the best experiences I have ever had with a plumbing company in Colorado Springs.

Way over priced for the work they complete, We had a sink a bathtub and kitchen sink. Cost well over 1,000.00. I was also charged again for the Renew advantage plan? Not sure what advantage it had as I was charged for it again.

The tech was on time however that was about the only good part of my experience. When the tech started his trouble shooting process it was like he was unsure what to do next. There was no confidence in what he was doing. Maybe when their people get better training an when a return visit is scheduled they didn't show up to to office personnel changing their schedule. The amount charged was way too much for service given. Sorry but I can not give a positive recommendations for this company.

These are good people. Shane O'Meara (good old Irish name) is genuine , kind, respectful , honest, fair , thorough , humble, and an admirable and adorable young man. The staff at Mr. Rooter was phenomenal when we required help over the weekend. They were booked solid until the afternoon the following day, which we understood and were willing to wait. The appt was set between 2-4pm. They called at 9:30am letting us know the technician on-call was in our area and, if convenient, would be able to assist us. Robbie was kind, fair and very quick in assessing the issue and making the fixes needed to finish installing our new kitchen disposal unit. This is why we stick with these guys!

Adrian came out and did an outstanding job. He was very informative and explained the process of my failed sump pump. We had water intrusion into our basement. This company was prompt, straight forward and professional. I had a delay with my appointment time but they called and communicated what happened and gave me the updated time. It was immensely helpful to have that due to so many other contractors coming and going without communicating when they'd have to cancel or reschedule. The invoice was also accurate and detailed and it will be helpful for insurance. Also for my veterans, they have military discount and the pricing was fair.

Crapy customer service. They tell you that you have attitude when they cancel on you last minute because your frustrated and they told you they would get you in as an emergency case and you take the day off of work for nothing.

I needed a water softener replaced in my home. I had a quote from another plumbing company who is rated pretty good. Their plumber came out and gave me an outrageous quote, I knew right then that this was not going to work. Adrian came out and gave me a reasonable quote for the install and installed the softener at a later date. I highly recommend this company for their price and customer service.

The technician came the same day I called to fix a broken shower pipe. He immediately diagnosed and repaired the pipe. He was friendly, informative and explained what he was doing. Best of all, he liked our dogs!

I had an inspection done to check on some issues with the pipes making unusual sounds and a few other things. Clint found that my water pressure was insanely low, which I must've just gotten used to and never really thought about. The water pressure regulator was faulty and after he replaced it the difference is incredible. He was professional and walked me through everything, even recording the pressure gauge as it would change and showing how the regulator was faulty. I'll definitely use Mr. Rooter for any future issues.

Their emergency line wouldn't even pick up. Our basement was flooding, so we called here first, but no answer. Went with someone else and got it sorted seconds before irreversible damage took place.

This company flooded my house worth 30k by not tightening the faucet to the washing machine. Water ran three floors down damaging everything in-between to bottom level. Mr. Rooter said it was my fault, the washing machine was broken (note the plumber broke the switch to the washer, also my fault) and walked away leaving all the damages. Would not recommend Mr. Rooter to anyone.

Needed a Pressure Regulator Valve replaced in a hurry. Mr. Rooter were able to fit me in for a quick appointment. The technician took care of the job in a very professional manner and pointed out some useful tips for the upcoming colder weather. I will use Mr. Rooter for all my future water and pipe issues.

Kevin showed up on time, got appointment the same day, explained the clog issue, Kevin explained how everything worked. and said that if he could Not unclog the drain, there would me no charge. He unclogged the drain, ensured everything was good.

Clint was very thorough. I liked how Mr.Rooter does a complimentary check on all drains/toilets and give any recommendations.

Though not an emergency, I had a pipe leak that was a major inconvenience. Mr. Rooter was packed with jobs and yet still found a way to fit me in on the day I called. Mark Clark was the technician who fixed my problem in well under an hour. He was professional, courteous and an all-around great guy. I highly recommend this company!!

We have been using Mr. Rooter for many years. We recently had our main water line burst under our parking lot. I had called Mr Rooter to come out and give us a quote -- the next day I had a quote in hand. Out of shear curiosity, I called a few other places to see what they would charge. Not only were the other companies quoting me several thousand more, but they also wanted to dig up my entire parking lot to lay a new line. Red Flag -- Red Flag! Who in the world would want their parking lot dug all up just to run a new water line...? We wanted to have a new line bored under the parking lot and into our building. Guess what, that is exactly what Mr. Rooter wanted to do, too! Saved me from having a ripped apart parking lot, to boot. The job was completed in one day, for which I am very thankful. Will I continue to use Mr. Rooter for all of my pluming needs? Absolutely. Would I recommend them to everyone I know? You bet! Thanks again.

Mr. Rooter is an excellent plumbing company. We had concerns regarding the piping for our washing machine and Adrian did an exemplary job resolving our worries. He was on time, very professional, did a thorough inspection of our pipes, and determined no work was needed. Instead of trying to sell something unnecessary he was honest and assured us everything was safe. I'll certainly use Mr. Rooter in the future, and thank Adrian for his outstanding work!

We've been using Mr. Rooter for 3 years now and we've had no complaints, until now. I'm lowering my rating to 4 stars because of two recent experiences.First was an estimate for a plumbing re-route that was inaccurate in terms of scope and work. To Mr. Rooter's credit, the tech that arrived to do the work(not the same tech that provided the estimate) clearly defined the scope and gave us cheaper options, requiring less work on our end.Second experience was a call for a leak that suddenly wasn't leaking on the day of repair. We were charged for a wall cut that turned out to be completely unnecessary. I wish the tech had checked for the leak first before cutting into the wall. I appreciate that he took our initial reports and troubleshooting at face value, yet it would have save us money if he had just checked for initial leaks.In the end my review would now be: quality work at competitive prices, customer should do due diligence with estimates and diagnostics to avoid unnecessary charges. Recommended with stated caveats.

We had a drain issue in our basement and Shawn came out and was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and quick.He got our clogged drain unclogged quickly, and gave some advice on what is needed to replace an old cast iron drain with a new pvc one.Both my wife and I highly recommend him, and Mr. Rooter for any plumbing problem.

Mr. Rooter sent their technician Gloria Britt to my home today. I needed help finishing work started but not completed by another plumbing company. She was wonderful. Assessed previous work and found errors and completed all I needed done in a timely, professional manner. And she educated me on what was being done, what might need to be done in the future and saved me from an unnecessary expense on a service the previous company had recommended I do. Mr. Rooter (and Gloria) are now my go to company for all my plumbing needs.

Clint and was very professional and respectful. We were under the wire to get the system inspected and cleaned. Mr. Rooter was able to hydroscrape the system is a short amount of time and give us a recommendation all in the same day we called. The prices are competitive and they have a very knowledgeable staff!

Main & secondary line issues.

Mr. Rooter did a great job for us several years ago when all our drains backed up and we needed major renovations to even get to the sewer line to clean it out. When our washing backed up on a recent Saturday morning I went to their website to find out how early on the following Monday morning I could call their office. I used the request an appointment' feature and much to my surprise I got a call back and a convenient Sunday appointment set up. The tech was great at solving our immediate problem and then agreed that it was time for a hydro scrub of the main line and set that up for the following day. An all around good experience. I can't imagine calling anyone else.

Always prompt and courteous! They go out of their way to get the job done right without beating you up on the pricing!

Fast, efficient and friendly! What else can you ask for? Will use them again.
