We have a house that we are selling and is already under contract and on a strict timeline and they made it work. They fit us into the schedule very quickly, were very professional all around, and the service was awesome. I highly recommend you check them out if you have any work that needs to get done. They have some of the best prices if not the best, on top of the top notch services that they provide.

We had a holiday weekend emergency. B&L was the only company concerned enough to re-arrange their schedule to get someone to a neighbors home as quickly as possible. Kevin came out and provided a thorough explanation of the problem and the solution. He made a trip to the store since supply houses were closed for the holiday. Excellent work, did not miss a detail, great job from start to finish. Fantastic job!

Unfortunately, We have had the need for plumbing A LOT, since we bought our home. We have always relied on B&L for our repairs. Every single plumber that they have sent has been extremely knowledgeable, efficient, well mannered, clean, and given exceptional service. Another plus, they always give a fair price. They let you know what options, if any, and what the most cost effective repair would be without cutting corners to save. They have never tried to upsale or push unnecessary repairs. Actually, they have cautioned me away from unneeded purchases and repair. The last time, I had them check out one of our toilets. Another repair man had told me it needed replaced. When B&L looked at it, he made simple adjustments and the toilet is 100% working now. I recommend them to anyone who is in need of plumbing services.

Shane was a big help with a pipe that burst in the house. He was very professional and caring with the situation I had. He had it fixed quickly and was very willing to work with my schedule. I'll definitely call again for any plumbing needs.

Rick and his associate were terrific. My home was built in 1940 and there was some plumbing issues that had to do with a previous remodel and with the bathroom floor that had settled over the years. Both men were professional, very knowledgeable, and they cleaned up, too boot! I also had a new kitchen faucet installed and they not only cleaned up afterward they took away the old fixture. I could not have been more happy! Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!

Firstly, they charge a $70 fee just for showing up, pretty high especially when other companies don’t charge anything. Instead of suggesting to replace my high efficiency water heater with another high efficiency water heater, the tech wanted to go with a standard water heater. This would require a sub-contractor to come out and cut the needed holes in my house. To me, it sounds like a racket to get his buddy some money out of me, too. Lastly, B and L quoted me $3,800 for parts and labor (not including the sub-contractor). Yeah. So I decided to get a second opinion and called SOCO. They didn’t charge a fee to come out, recommended the high efficiency water heater first off (how I learned there were different types of water heaters) and only charged $2,400. They even offered interest free financing for the first year! I highly recommend them.

Buyer beware, B&L is over charging the public by hundreds of dollars. I had B&l plumbing out to plumb my new home. Well they over tightened a clean out cap which caused it to break and leak, then they tried to charge 900 bucks to fix it when I had father and sons plumbing come out to do the job properly for 200 bucks including the parts. If you want excellent service call Father and Sons plumbing.

I called late on a Saturday morning because my water heater was leaking. B&L had David at my house by 3:30 pm to install a new water heater. David did a super job of removing the old leaking heater and installing a new one including adding some upgrades to bring my system in compliance with some new codes. I was very happy with the timeliness and quality of the work. I will definitely use B&L again if needed.

Our water heater broke on Thursday. I called around and settled on B and L. They were not the cheapest, but having seen their commercials, thought I would give them a try. They told me they would be at my house the following day at 2:30. I called just before 3pm and was told it was a two-hour window of 2-4. At 5 pm I called again to ask the status of my 2:30 appointment. This time I was told it was a 2-5 window and they would have the technician call me. At 7pm I called again and asked if I can expect someone to come. The woman said she would have the person call me. I asked if I should expect someone to come out because no one had called me. I further stated that if someone is not coming, that is fine, just tell me so I can move on. Before ending the phone call, I asked who I could speak to, to file a complaint. She recommended calling Monday morning.

Monday morning I called and asked to speak to the manager regarding my Friday afternoon appointment. I was told that she was busy, but that she would get my message and call me. Nothing. I called Tuesday morning asking to speak to the manager explaining that I wanted to file a complaint about the Friday afternoon appointment that I took vacation time for and that no one ever called to say they would be late, not understanding why I had to call to check on the status and why no one showed up or had followed up yet. I was told that the manager would be handed my message and would definitely call me. I told the receptionist that I was told the same thing yesterday. Nothing.

My efforts to resolve this by phone were ignored. To me, this is shows a big lack in customer service. I understand that every appointment cannot be on time, but businesses will call to say they will be late. That 20-second phone call makes a world of difference. At every turn they have demonstrated to me that their customer, their service and their word is not reliable. Needless to say, I had to go to with a different company.

From the moment Tom G. rang the door bell until he completed the job and left my home, he was exceptionally courteous, conscientiously tidy and protective of our home, efficient and thorough in his diagnosis and repair of our plumbing problem. Your company was well-represented by him. Thank you for such wonderful service and such a grand experience.

Had an exterior faucet water leak that was going into my basement wall/ ceiling. Shane came by was fast and got the repairs made quickly. He was courteous and they even had shoe covers so they don't track stuff into the house. Wonderful customer service. Recommend to everyone

B&L Plumbing and Heating have been wonderful. Tom G showed up first thing Monday morning, after we discovered a leak under our house on Sunday evening and was able to have our water back on in less than an hour from the time he started the work. My husband, since buying the house around 30 years ago, has steadily replaced about half of all the plumbing pipes in our house because when the house was build just a few years before he bought it, they used trailer home pipes in the entire house. This was illegal and there was a lawsuit, but he did not find out about it until a year after the deadline for them to cover a full replacement of the plumbing, so we decided it was time to get an estimate on what it would cost to have it done. Tom G was able to provide that estimate very quickly and it seemed very reasonable to us, as he seems to be repairing a leak every couple months as it has been. We then scheduled Tom and his partner, Shane, to come back on Wednesday, at which time they completely replaced the water lines in the entire house, with new shower boxes, a washer box, new meter gauge, and everything the inspector will look for when he comes to inspect the project.
Tom and Shane were both very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They were able to make the repairs and replace the lines in a very reasonable amount of time, as well as they helped us out on a couple extra little things like moving one of our outside spouts that was originally located in a very inconvenient area to a much realistic location. They wanted to go the extra mile for us, just to make sure their job done was above and beyond what we expected. We sure do appreciate their willingness to serve us, as their customers, but also how they kept things nice and clean and kept drywall removal to a very minimal amount.
Thanks you, B&L for a job well done, but most of all for great employees we could trust leaving in our home while we had to be away who were very professional and honest guys.

Believe this is my third use of B & L Plumbing. They are prompt, courteous and extremely knowledgeable. I don't think twice about calling them and the always give me great information. Great experience. I discovered my water heater leaking all over the floor on a Friday night…. I called Saturday morning, and had it replaced it by Saturday afternoon. Kevin even arrived earlier than originally stated. I had hot water less than 24 hours from when the leak was discovered! Prompt, efficient, and professional.

Nick was awesome- he installed a new water heater & removed the water softener in a couple of hours & prevented a potential disaster from the old, leaky water heater. Lots of plumbers in this city, but this one is the BEST-you get what you pay for! I have NEVER posted a review because of sub-par service but B & L deserves the highest rating-would recommend to everyone.

Been using B&L for the last 3 years supporting my homeowner remodeling and the other plumbing issues that arise in life. Kevin was on time, polite and solved my issue quickly. Further, he did a courtesy inspection of the main plumbing elements of the house and found a tankless water heater issue that I hadn't noticed. Nick will be out to resolve that tomorrow. Great catch, we're all about preventative maintenance before things actually fail.

Their website and google state that they are open for emergency services. However, this is not the case. They need to update this information to reflect the true hours.

I found B&L plumbing after I called two others companies using home advisor. The first plumbing company said on Monday when l called they could come out on Wednesday; and then called me today and said I would have to reschedule for next Wednesday; the second never called.

I was truly in a panic I called B & L plumbing and was greeted by a truly helpful receptionist who answered all my questions. (I was not sure if they could help I had issues with two toilets in my home.)

Then an amazing plumber who’s name is Rob was so polite so professional and helpful, he even wore booties over his shoes! I have made a promise to myself that for ALL my plumbing needs it’s ONLY B & L Plumbing!

B&L Plumbing: They tried to up sale me from a leaking $20 ball valve to a whole assembly (2 ball valves, back pressure valve and bleeder valves) for $470 (after the military discount). I called B&L Plumbing thinking the tech was just trying to make money for the company. I talked to the owner Larry. He stated it's his company's policy to up sale customers, as it is in the customers best interests. To prevent leaks within the system!! I explained it was not in my best interest to pay $470 (after discount) for a $20 job! Do Not give them your business. They will take advantage of you (as the owner says), because it is in your best interest. Incredible. This from the owner. Take your money to someone more ethical.

When i called this company, the receptionist was amazing and friendly. she set me up with an appointment for a plumber immediately. She was super nice.

Tom the service technician that came out, was amazing, him and his helper were fast efficient and super knowledgeable about the issue i was having they really helped me out and helped our family start our new year on a good note.

B&L was retained by my home warranty company, American Home Shield. Service Tech John Speiser installed our new water heater quickly and expertly, and it looks and works great! John was polite and was careful to protect our carpeting downstairs.

B & L did not disappoint. We have used them on a few occasions and each time they have been here, they have gotten the job done. Sam in particular was awesome. She was courteous and polite and didn't hesitate to answer any questions. Keep up the good work.

We had a back up in our basement floor drain. The technician David ran the rooter out to the street and then check with a camera. We had a root clog that was really restricting the pipe. He wasn't satisfied until he had cleaned the drain three times and rechecked with the camera. We really appreciate the extra effort he made.

We had a leak in a bathroom running into our basement. Called and had someone to my house within about 2 hrs. Jeremey was easy to work with, found the leak quickly and did the repairs. He was knowledgeable and gave me updates as well as showed me the problems. I would highly recommended this company and Jeremey, working in real estate I’ve worked with a lot of plumbing companies and they will become my good to moving forward.

My guy John was just outstanding. After calling two other places, this was the only one that felt my urgency. I live in a condo and with a leaky hot water heater could have caused huge damages to my downstairs neighbor that turned out to be rusted underneathe. Arrived at 4:55 PM to replace outside spigot. The repair took less than 20 minutes and it was literally 30 minutes between the time he arrived and the time that he departed. Total cost $304.00

I don't typically complain but B&L Plumbing's fee structure is outrageously expensive and I will never use B&L again. I was told that they'd charge a $75 trip fee which was not a problem. What I was not told was that THEY DO NOT bill by the hour beyond that.... they have some sort of hidden fee structure that they do not tell customers about until after they arrive... a very deceptive practice.

I could have declined the repair after given the estimate to repair but I would have been stuck with a leaking faucet over the weekend and was already on the hook for them to tell me exactly what I told them on the phone I need to have an outside spigot replaced. Kind of stuck between a rock and a hard place. All of this after, they missed my morning appointment time and had to call for them to come seven hours late.

When I made the appointment I told them EXACTLY what was needed to do the job and they could have told me of the estimated price before ever dispatching but they did not. They could have also shared the fact that they do not bill for actual time spent doing the repair but rather a set amount... whatever that means. The technician told me at completion that some job take much longer to complete... so in other words, I paid a higher amount so that other customers could pay less???? That seems to be their model.

BUYER BEWARE... The technician was nice and did a good job - am not finding fault with him. This job basically cost us $608.00 per hour. They are EXPENSIVE beyond belief.

My wife was home alone and he charged her 1000 dollars. He told her she needed everything but a new hot water heater. I looked and only needed a valve,works just fine . They charged her 69 dollars to come to our home and lie to my wife. They will take advantage of you let them . Would not recommend .

We hired B & L to clean and scope a sewer line for a house we're buying. They couldn't get to the main due to a bend in the line, so we thought they were going to have to cut a clean-out in the crawl space. They were so amenable and ready to fit this unexpected big job in their schedule. They gave us a terrific deal on their time and service. Everything worked out beautifully! They were prompt, professional, friendly and their prices couldn't be beat! My husband and realtor will hire them from here on out!

Surprised with $59 service charge to estimate on a job with no mention when I called to schedule. Then told me everybody does this. NOT TRUE! Person that showed up tried to tell me gas was more expensive to operate than electric 50 gal heater. I have zero confidence that I would get anything good from this company and the person had no clue what about energy guide right on the side of the tank. moving on to the other company I had come out at NO CHARGE to give me estimate. Must be lots of suckers out there.

Awesome service. Had water backing up into my basement drain. They came out on a Sunday night. They were fast, clean, efficient, and very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them, and would use them again in a heart beat.

We had a small leak in a valve in our basement. I was able to send a picture when I made the appointment. Kevin was our plumber. He was polite, very knowledgeable, and communicated very well. The plumbing from the extractor pump did not meet code due to the lack of a cut off valve above the check valve. This made the job much nastier than it should have been for Kevin, but no complaints. Kevin installed the new shutoff valve and replaced the check valve fast and efficient. In the end everything was fixed and you would never be able to tell Kevin was even there (except for the nice new valves). Very pleased. I would definitely use again, (of course we are praying for no more plumbing problems...)

My experience with B&L Plumbing, Inc. from the time I initiated the phone call to the completion of the job was excellent. Office staff was excellent, communicative and re-assuring. Chelsea has a calming effect on me when I spoke to her about was occurring in our home. Tom G & Kevin that came out to our home were courteous, respectful and considerate with the unique dynamics of our home life. They explained everything in a manner we could understand and kept us updated each step of the way. This was a referral from another family member and we couldn't be happier with the end result. We will certainly refer them in the future and are happy with the updates they made in our home!

Had an issue with a leaky faucet. Nick came out the next day and replaced the valve in no time. Great service!

Worked with John Speiser. We had issues with our water heater pilot light not staying on. John worked with us to offer multiple alternatives to help fix things, which ultimately culminated in our doing a complete water heater replacement for an 8-yr old unit. John was great. Talkative, nice, and professional - and explained things to me in a way where I understood. As a company, B&L was great. They came out quickly, offered alternatives, and the work was done within 3 hours from start to finish for a full replacement. Price was very competitive vs. some of the larger competitors. Highly recommend B&L!

These guys are not very honorable, billed us way more than expected. Replaced a part, we think, and they didn't tell us the cost up front before replacing it. I do not trust these guys, and will never call them out again. Be weary of these guys, especially concerned about them taking advantage of military and elderly.

Fantastic service and prompt response. They were able to take care of our busted pipes without issue and walked us through all the work done and how to help mitigate the problems in the future. Definitely have them on the fridge now for future work.

I think $230 is too high a price for a 5 min relight of a pilot light. I was out of town and couldn't do it myself. Make sure you ask about the price up front.

B&L took great care of me. The work was fast and high quality. They were super responsive making sure that no one had to take cold showers any longer than necessary. They solved some new code issues quickly.

Their staff went out of their way to give me a military discount even when I forgot to mention it right off. These guys will take care of you!

John was great. He was prompt and was able to replace our water heater within 3 hours even with having to leave to get parts. The price was better than other quotes we received and the final cost was the same as the initial quote he gave us even though the job was a little complicated. He was efficient and cleaned up (although there wasn't much mess anyway). We'll definitely be using them again whenever we need a plumber.

We were very pleased to be able to schedule same-day service and were very satisfied with the technician, David. He was friendly and did a professional job.

I felt their pricing was high. There was a $75 call-out fee which I incorrectly assumed would be applied to the cost if we went ahead with the service. I was mistaken. When I made the appointment I asked about pricing. I think they should have been able to either provide a rough estimate or hourly rate, but they did neither. The total cost of the faucet installation was $305 despite it taking less than one hour. I was expecting to pay $150 or at most $200. According to HomeAdvisor and several other sites, it should have cost $120 - $300 so B&L does good work but is on the high side.

Worst Service! I would give them zero stars if I could. Do not use them. One of the water lines snapped off while I was not at home and flooded my bathroom. I called them for the fixes and they were very rude over the call. They said they don't cover it WITHOUT even coming over and inspect and I have to call Roto Rooter for the fixes. They may be a bit cheaper as compared to other plumbing services but don't expect any good customer service if anything fails.

My basement's mechanical room is flooding into the finished area of our lower-level (as mentioned to the receptionist). I call B&L and immediately asked when someone was available and was told they were booked until Wednesday (I called on a Monday.) At first they couldn't get anyone out here then she offered emergency service and I asked how much it was. She had to call me back since she didn't know the cost. The customer service girl called back and said they could get me in the next day (which is Tuesday (non-emergency service) and I was scheduled from 4-6pm. It's now almost 10:00pm and I have received NO calls (no update call, no I'm running late call, etc.). In fact, I called at 6:15pm this evening to verifying my appt and the woman said I'm still in the schedule but the tech, Mike, was running a little late. These reviews MUST be fake. How unprofessional and disappointing. Time to find someone else to give my money to.

Called on a Sunday to have someone out the next day and snake the drain in my kitchen. Lady on the phone was courteous and set me up for am 8-10AM window. Kevin called around 7:50 that he was en route, quoted me, and got the job done by 9. All told, the road fee, drain snake, and $25 first time discount brought the total to $246. I would consider this a tad pricey, however Kevin was professional, left my house exactly the way he found it, and showed up at the beginning of my window which I always appreciate. I am very pleased, and have never been more happy to be able to wash my dishes.

In the past year we had a sewer line break and back up, hand shower with slide bar install and a repipe needed for a bathroom remodel. DMC(works under B & L) took care of the sewer line repair. They also honored a warranty by moving a valve in a more convenient location. For all these issues, B & L/DMC management and plumbers were courteous, prompt and thorough. They answered questions and explained the situation in laymans terms. Outstanding!

I wish I'd called B&L much sooner. B&L resolved in a single day what the leading national plumbing company couldn't fix in 4 months of service calls. My water heater pilot light went out and would not relight on Thursday night. John from B&L Plumbing came out Friday morning and was AWESOME. He wasn't able to repair the water heater (bad gas valve) but he tried everything possible and was extremely helpful. I ended up deciding to replace the heater over the weekend and he volunteered to come by and do it on Saturday. I'm extremely grateful and would definitely use B&L Plumbing (and request John) again. Highly recommend.

Do not use this business! On 12 August my wife and I contacted B and L plumbing to clear a blockage in our toilet that was draining into our bath tub. They came out 13 August, had to pull the toilet and 500 dollars later the plumber ran water through it and told us it was clear. Fast forward to 17 August when I contacted B and L plumbing to inform them that the toilet was clogged and still emptying into the bath tub and talked to a Chelsea who said she would call me back after talking to the plumber. Two hours later she got back to me and told me they would not warranty the repair since there is no way to know what was flushed down the toilet between now and then. I told her the toilet had not been in use as none of us had used it or were home that week due to a family outing and my birthday. She told me that she could only do something with the information provided and that it would be another 300 to 500 dollars. I am a disabled veteran going to college and am on a massively fixed income and can not afford another 500 dollar bill from a predatory company like B and L Plumbing.

B&H was very responsive to coming out when I misunderstood the appointment time.

Called and a few days later the issue was immediately resolved. Though it was my plumbing that caused me money which is the case by case deal with our own issues. B&L dealt with it as quickly as possible, if you are looking for a professional service with friendly people who come to your door. The workers are amazing but this company does not value their employess. My husband worked her for a little under a year and if you see this and your looking for a job please do not look at this company for employment. We should have sued them because they were taking money out of my husbands checks and one time they took $200 out of his paycheck and I noticed so they had to write him a check. I wonder how much they stole in total from us and the other employees there who don't notice.

B&L did the plumbing when our house was being built two years ago. When our dishwasher recently stopped working, we had an appliance guy come in to fix it. When he looked under our sink, he noticed that the hot and cold lines had been installed incorrectly. When I called B&L to have someone come out to fix their mistake, the girl who answered the phone was very unapologetic and came across as very patronizing when I suggested that our appliance guy pointed out the mistake. My husband ended up fixing the problem because we didn't want to deal with B&L anymore.

Called B&L Monday morning for an electric water heater replacement. They were able to schedule me in the next day between 8am - 10am. They arrived first thing at 8am, assessed the situation then ran to their warehouse to pick up the proper water heater for replacement. They got right to work when they returned. They were professional and did a great job and finished up around 12pm.

My only surprise was the sticker shock of $2,650 they billed me for the service. There was no itemized receipt for any of the charges. I can only guess around $1,400 for labor and $1,000 for the water heater. I don't know. B&L won't disclose that information to customers.

If you're on a tight budget, shopping for a lower price might save you $700 or $800 dollars or more,

Hopefully this new water heater will last 18 years like the old one they replaced.

I called B&L because I had seen their adds on TV. I needed a leaking shower repaired which would involve replacing a 10 cent rubber washer held on by one screw on the faucet valve. I was not at the location the work was being done but my wife was so the tech called me for the go-ahead on the repair. I asked for a quote---he told me they had set fees for everything they did and didn't do things on a hourly basis. To replace the two rubber washers would cost $255 plus $59 for the service call. I couldn't believe it and told him I was going to call the business to confirm the price. I did speak with the owner and he confirmed what the tech had told me. I told him that price was ridiculious and he said I could cancel the job----which I did!!!! I DID TELL HIM THAT HE HAD TO PLAY FOR HIS TV SPOTS SOMEHOW

From the lovely lady on the phone that rescheduled me twice due to my crazy schedule to Davids professional manner, I am very satisfied! They came out on the day that worked for me, had my sink and shower fixed within the hour, and as cheesy as it sounds he was wonderful to my dogs!!! Don’t use this company. After having them service my property in November of 2022, it is my opinion that this company does very shady work, over-promises and under-delivers, tries to overcharge you and take advantage of you, bully you into paying the ridiculous prices, and feels just overall unethical to me. The service manager Chelsea is the only positive part…again, just my opinion based on the service they provided me and how the technician tried to take advantage of me. The tech Kevin was rude, inconsiderate, and smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke…it was nauseating. Kevin tried to charge me $858 for 48 minutes of labor (and I supplied the parts). First they tried to change me over $300 for the parts (under $20 at Lowe’s and Home Depot), so I provided them myself. Once he was done, I also noticed he mounted one of them crooked and one part that he said he replaced looked old and rusty and not like what I bought, and I asked him to leave the old one with me, and he paused and said he would, but he didn’t, so I don’t know if he actually replaced it (Chelsea later assured me he did and he just forgot to leave it). The next business day, I did talk with the service manager Chelsea Boggess and she was the only highlight of this experience. She still tried to get the full amount out of me, so I calmly explained this to her and explained my dissatisfaction, so she dropped off $100, then after a long detailed discussion, she said she would go down to $650, so I finally agreed to that because I didn’t have to time for a legal battle in the midst of moving. They absolutely overcharged me, took advantage of me, and were very unethical. I ran this by another plumbing company and was told this should have cost no more than $200-$400 at the absolute most since I provided the parts. Chelsea did send out another tech to fix what Kevin installed crooked. Chelsea seemed genuinely interested in working with me and apologized for what happened with Kevin. Anyway, in my opinion, terrible company and I would suggest looking elsewhere for a plumbing company.

I ran into issues with a DIY hot water heater replacement and called D&L for help. They were one of the few who had same day availability.

The plumber D&L sent, John, was on time, well prepared, and very knowledgeable of hot water heater installs and codes. He knew the tricks I expect from a true professional and easily resolved the issues that derailed me. He also brought my gas feed line up to code since he was in there.

I have used a different plumbing company every time I have had a problem, but after this positive experience, I will be calling D&L first.

I was left with another plumbers massive chemical mess. I panicked and started calling every 24 hour plumber I could find and was fortunate enough to stumble across B&L plumbing. Sherri graciously reassured me that everything was going to be okay and booked me an appointment first thing in the morning. Sam arrived first thing in the morning and was great, she explained everything to me, gave me a quote upfront and we talked about each step before she conducted the action. She welcomed my questions and I learned a lot about plumbing from her. Sam was professional and very nice to work with and she really went above and beyond. I will suggest B&L plumbing and specifically Sam to anyone I know who needs plumbing.

Tom G was our plumber, he came on the weekend, he totally helped me get ready with a new tub and tile tear out before my tile contractor would arrive on Monday. I was blown away by how great the service was, from the dispatcher to Tom G, it was a flawless perfect experience.

We had a broken shower valve stem in a rental home. They wanted 400 to replace the valve stem or 1200 to replace the whole valve, shower and tub assembly and install a chrome wall plate where they needed to cut the tile out. We agreed to the more expensive repair. Well, when they put on the tub spout they didn't properly secure it, resulting in a broken o ring, that caused minor water damage in our finished basement. When we called for them to come repair and assess the damage they were very rude. They said it surely wasn't their fault and when they come investigate they will charge us a service fee. So what may have been a simple oversight by an installer turned into a big deal because instead of being stand up people and making it right they blame the customer. We will see how it pays out. We communicated that under no conditions would we pay a service fee for them to protect their liability. Right now I am here from Dallas to ensure the plumber doesn't get away with what the office people communicated. Oh, and btw, I've asked for a supervisor to call me and still no call. Pictures coming.

John was extremely professional, timely, and worked extremely hard to resolve our water heater issues, while also being budget friendly! He turned a potential $800 issue into a $175 one! Highly recommend! They're awesome!

We’d been using B&L for about 2 years.. they’ve had a lot of business from us. The last 2 calls are my breaking point! They started out as very responsive, a good value and professional. It has been progressively deteriorating since that time .. to the point where I asked the last rep to leave for his unprofessional and rude behavior.. trying to have him repair the damage he had caused the previous day. Over $500 and don’t forget the service call fee to install a dishwasher!? $350 to install a new faucet?! Not worth the headache!

B&L Plumbing was an absolute GOD SEND! My shower cartridge went out and I had gotten a quote from another company that wanted to complete a super complex job, take out all my plumbing and do all this extra work for $1400. I called B&L Plumbing to get a second opinion, they came out immediately and gave me a kuch better quote. Both of the technicians that came out (Samantha and Keith) were super helpful and extremely professional. They completed the task quickly and efficiently. I was extremely suprised and delighted in the job they both did both with the consultation and the actual fix. I will definitely be using this team in the future.

B&L did an OUTSTANDING job from my first call to job completion. Every person I spoke to was professional and helpful. John, the service technician was awesome. We had been without hot water for the past 14 days due to a faulty install by another plumbing company. I called B&L after hours, to try to resolve the problem. The night phone service was a live person who made us an appointment for first thing next morning. John, our service tech, called first thing next morning (this morning) to make sure he knew where we were located. He arrived, got to work, and quickly identified that a brand new hot water heater (only a week old) had been improperly installed and was ruined. He made arrangements to immediately replace the water heater. After a parts run and some lunch, John spent all afternoon getting things right. And as I type this, we have HOT water for the first time in 14 days. Way to go John, the support staff and B&L Plumbing in general. A top rate company and a top rate experience.

B&L is absolutely great. We’ve had them do work in the past when a sewage pipe broke under the house and needed a quick fix. This review, however, is for their help with our water heater. It went out and Chelsea was great at working with me to allow me to provide my own water heater and have them install it (many plumbing companies will not allow this) at a great price. This permitted me to get and ENERGYSTAR heater from Home Depot so I could not only get the military discount but also the Black Hills Energy rebate. John came out the very next day and was able to get us up and running with hot water. He had to completely refit the venting and gas feeds and add an expansion tank due to code changes but he did it quickly and it looks great (and obviously passed inspection). Will definitely go with them again.

I had a leak under my kitchen sink this morning. I called at 0630 this morning to see when someone could come out to repair the leak. B&L plumbing gave me a window of 1000-1200. The plumber (nick) called at 1005 and said he would be at house in 15 minutes. He was able to repair my leak and was out by 1115. This has been the fastest and best experience I have have with any plumbing company. They had great customer service and were very knowledgeable. I would recommend them to anyone. Awesome job.

This an edit of a review I posted a couple months ago. Not really pleased with their plumbing skill, but they did offer me a refund for an unnecessary service after they were unable to diagnose a simple tankless water heater issue. Water Heater Pros, LLC diagnosed it over the phone and came to our house for free to confirm the diagnosis. I won’t use B&L again, but take a look at the other reviews and decide for yourself.

Charged me $730 for a two and a half hour job replacing a refrigerator supply line. The plumber left two large, sloppy holes in my basement ceiling. I feel that for the price, he could have taken better care to leave me with something more easily patchable. When I called to voice my disappointment, the woman at the office was very kind and said she would look into getting me a reimbursement for the damage to my ceiling. Never heard back from them. The one positive is that the supply line works. I have worked around the trades for 10 years and I would recommend shopping around for a better value.

The gentleman that came out was very polite and helpful, first rate! I believe his name was Chris. However the pricing was way off (not his fault). They were going to charge me $400 for a plus a $60 trip charge for a strain basket replacement. The average cost for this type of repair, per HomeAdvisors true cost guide was $200. I was able to get the part at $50 retail, for the highest quality one. It literally took me 5 minutes to replace as well. Even with ratings being so high, that price was definitely too high and I will not be using them again. There are plenty of plumbers rated just as high that charge a reasonable rate.

I had low water pressure in my home, so I called B&L. The Ladies at the office were great setting up the time to get the matter fixed. David Baker, the service tech, arrived and quickly assessed the problem. He was methodical, courtesy, and very professional. His polite attitude and customer service was above reproach. He fixed the problem, and insured that I understood everything that was done. There was no sticker shock on the service, If anyone has plumbing problems, you would be remiss, if you did not call B&L Plumbing. This is the second time I have used there service, and I have never been disappointed at the service they provide. EXCELLENT!

Yesterday we woke up with our drain near our heat pump backed up in our basement. It was funny because my husband and I were trying to think of our local plumbers and we started saying 6-3-8-7-3-4-1! Thank goodness for that commercial. Kevin was great. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was early, and answered every question my husband had. My husband asked me to do a review because Kevin was awesome, and quick. Thank you B&L Plumbing!

Stay away. I called in for a quote or at least an estimate range on a specific service and part and was told they we only come out to give pricing. This ONLY benefits them, and not the consumer. It's a tell-tale sign of how they do business-- the highest prices you'll find. But you'll have to pay them just to find out how high. Not worth the time to call them, too many other good options. Call around.

Requested a quote. They charge about $70 to come out which was fine. I needed to replace the shower knobs and replace two sink faucets We already had bought the faucets and were the same model as being replaced
They want over $300 for one and over $200 for the other. This would have been a 5 min job. The shower knobs they wanted over $800. Then they wanted to add more repairs we did not need and asked for almost $3000 for the job Ended up doing it all myself and it cost me $80 in parts and sn hour and 30 minutes of time. My wife was the one who met with them so maybe they figured they could rip her off. Not this time !!

Rick was prompt and his technical prowess was top notch. He found and fixed a leak in the supply line to the sprinklers in to time. I would call him for all my future plumbing needs.

While running a load of laundry during my work shift at home at night, our washing machine flooded our basement due to a clog in the standing pipe; we were able to get a morning appointment for the next day. We received very prompt, professional and courteous service from Kevin, he came out and was able to remedy the situation within an hour. I'm glad he called earlier than expected with an ETA before our scheduled time as this allowed us to start to work on making sure our belongings weren't damaged as well as finish the laundry. I am currently out of state for work and my wife called them because there was a leak. They charged me $234 to replace an $8 shower drain that you can get from any Home Depot. When I called the company to ask why so much and do they realize how insane that is, they stated right from the start they charge $89 as a trip fee and then charged me $157 for 5 minutes of work. I understand paying for the knowledge but that is over board. When asked about the $89 fee just to come out, they said “that doesn’t go towards the job, that’s for like gas and stuff.” I don’t know how they are still in business but if there was an option to do 0 stars I would.

Another plumber told me my main line needed to be replaced. I won't mention names, but, it started with an A. David rodded and filmed the line. Excellent job. Thanks David.

Our water heater busted. I called to see if someone could come out and give me an estimate. Kevin was here with in the hour. He gave us an estimate and went back to the office to get the parts. The entire process was painless. Kevin was very personable and cleaned up after himself. He did an excellent job. He explained the process and answered any question my husband threw at him. My husband who is a hard person to impress was so impressed with him. He asked him to take a look at another project. Kevin came back the next day and completed that job with ease.

We had to call for service due to work we were doing on a shower and basically had to install a new fixture .The bad thing was the fixture we bought did not fit the current set up. We called b&l because we have had them out one other time to fix a toilet leak. Donnie came and did an amazing job. Was very professional, and very good at what he did. He was extremely friendly and actually gave me some advice on some other issues. And actually will end up calling b&l to help me with those issues as well. I for sure will call b&l again and will request Donnie to come out. My dad is a contractor and always taught me when you find a good one always give them the work. And Donnie for sure has that with me and my family.

Our water heater stopped working on a Friday afternoon. I called A & A Plumbing and left three messages on their after hours emergency number. NO response. Monday, I called B & L Plumbing. They sent a truly decent and honest rep who told me there was no gas going to my appliances and referred me to the gas company. Black Hills. Maintenance and upgrade of my meter was responsible for the outage but they had failed to advise me. Black Hills called me back immediately and send me a refund for the service call from B & L Plumbing. I just email them the receipt. I got the check in 3 days. Integrity and honesty, along with willingness to own their mistake has earned my trust in Black Hills...and B & L's honesty was refreshing. I would recommend both. However, A & A will never get my business.

Shane was incredibly patient and helpful as he worked with us in getting our kitchen sink, whole house sewer line and bathroom completely re-plumbed after our house sewer line backed up into the floors and walls of our bathroom requiring complete gutting and remodeling. His quality of service and forbearance in going the extra mile to ensure we had what we needed to get everything working in our substandard, modular-built house truly made a difference. I highly recommend Shane and B & L Plumbing for all your plumbing needs.

I do NOT recommend this company! To attempt to charge someone $1,000+ to disconnect and later reconnect a water supply valve and cap the water supply line is simply unconscionable. I had B&L Plumbing come out this morning to shut off a water valve/supply line in advance of a new kitchen counter and sink removal. I also previously scheduled their return visit in two days to reconnect after the new counter, sink, & faucet are installed. I was quoted $1000+ ($364 for today’s visit to shut off the water supply valve and cap the water supply, and $300 to reconnect water supply line to homeowner-provided faucet, and $350 to reconnect water supply line to owner-provided sink & basket in two days). Upon hearing these charges, I canceled the appointment for Thursday informing him that the $1,000 total price and even the $364 for the 3 minutes it took him to shut off the water supply line and cap it today was excessively high. I informed him that the price he is quoting me is over $700 higher than the national average, Home Depot’s estimated pricing available online, and what had been told to me by the granite counter companies who work with licensed plumbers daily, as well as many home flippers who likewise do the same. Upon calling a family member who has flipped homes for over 40years and having a conversation about being ripped off in his presence, B&L’s plumber then agreed to lower the price for the 3 minute water shut up (10minutes total home visit) appointment to $264. Again, to attempt to charge someone over $1,000 to disconnect and later reconnect a water supply valve and cap water supply line is unconscionable. As such, I would not recommend B&L Plumbing at all! I shared my above concerns with Chelsea, who, in my two interactions with her was very professional. She simply asked that I include in my review that her plumber eventually lowered the price AFTER I told him it was excessive.

Water heater failure and leaking. Called B&L in the morning & John was at my house before noon. Heater had to be replaced. He had one with him and installed it. Total time from arrival to departure was a little over 2 hrs. Very impressive and responsive service. Will definitely use them again.

I had a clog in my main drain going out to my septic. I called B&L Plumbing and they sent Kevin out. I told him all the things I had tried and by process of elimination I was sure the clog was in the main drain pipe. Kevin agreed and I opted for a camera view/clear the clog so I could make sure the drain got completely cleared. Kevin was great and I would recommend both B&L Plumbing and Kevin if you ever have a plumbing problem. Very professional and reasonable.

Leaking 40gal water heater. Called on a Sunday, received appt within 2 hrs, Nick showed at the front of the time window.
Inspected & provided options; had replacement Bradford White tank in the truck. In & out within 4.5 hrs of show time with a new hot water heater; he also significantly cleaned up the spider's nest of sketchy plumbing. Loved their work & completely cleaned up afterwards. Pricing was reasonable for the quality of material & workmanship. Would recommend to others and call again if need be for other projects.

I had no hot water at my place and I called B&L to investigate the issue. They came in a timely manner and took care of the problem quickly. The technician called me and explained that he re-lit the water heater and cleaned and inspected the thermocouple. Their service was good however the charge was mind boggling to me. In addition they quoted me a new water heater in the case I needed it which I didn't at the time but a week later my water heater busted and I called another company which ended up replacing the water heater that same day for $1,600 less than what B&L quoted me at. They also added more work and replaced several pipes and valves for that charge. Even they were shocked at B&L's prices. I commend B&L's service but question their prices.

Our problem had to do with low pressure coming from one of our outside hose bibs. Additionally, pressure in the master bath shower had recently dropped off. Donnie, the assigned technician showed up before the designated two hour window (much appreciated) and was quick to solve both problems. He then asked if there was anything else we would like him to look at (no charge) while he was with us. Our time with him made me wonder what will happen in the plumbing world when these very experienced journeymen plumbers decide it's time to retire (given that the average age of a journeyman plumber is 53). We originally called B&L because the company did the plumbing for our home when it was built in 2008.

Wow! I couldn't have asked for more prompt, courteous, professional service. I had shower fixtures replaced. Tom explained everything. He covered his shoes and cleaned up. Tom also trouble shot and quickly corrected a problem.

I was charged $2800 for maybe $1300 worth of materials (if I'm generous) and two hours of labor. Nothing like being gouged in an emergency.

This company charged me 260$ to come out and snake my drains and camera scope only to feed me bad information. They were going to charge me $12,000 to lay a new sewer line that I was told went through my backyard (it goes to the front of the house) AND was told I would have to replace all my existing plumbing inside my house to meet code at the same time. I felt this was wrong and called around to get more quotes and when I reached back out to B&L they told me they didn’t have the camera file so I could show other companies. Isn’t that what I paid for?! Also paying for a drain clean out that didn’t work. I am going with a different company that is far more reputable and I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. At least refund my money!

Installed a dishwasher for us and did a good job, however they were VERY high priced.

Excellent service on all accounts. Boiler room sprang a pressure leak spraying water everywhere. I called BnL on the recommendation of my HVAC guy who couldn't get to it until next week. Carolyn got a man out in two hours at the regular rate, and Cecil was absolutely professional in all respects. BnL's large vans carries all the parts which saves time, worry and money. Can't go wrong with these guys.

Had a mystery leak in the wall, Jeremy came out and was able to diagnose where exactly the leak wall. It was as if he had X-ray vision to find it, very minimal drywall removal and was able to seal the leak in under an hour. Extremely pleased with his professionalism and work. This place is extremely unprofessional and rude. I was told that a plumber would arrive between 2pm and 4pm to help find out where my shower is leaking from. I had to take off work in the afternoon to accommodate this. I was called after 3pm, stating the plumber will be an 1hr plus before he can come to my house. Which pushes outside the window I was told to be available. I am unable to take off a lot of work and asked if there is anyone else available to arrive during my window. I was told no immediately and that my plumber is the only one available and that they can reschedule. (Can’t reschedule due to work). I said no and that I would need it done today and I was told that I would just have to wait and if I don’t want to wait they’ll just cancel me. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there is no manager and said I am being recorded, the plumber will get there when he gets there, and hung up the phone one me. Garbage customer service and needs to reevaluate staff.

I have used B&L before and was very pleased with their service so I went with them again. I was NOT disappointed. A bathtub drain was leaking into my basement and access to fix it was beyond what I could handle myself. A handyman I contacted actually suggested I would have to cut through the drywall in an adjacent room in order to have adequate access. I wasn't ready to do that and contacted B&L instead. The friendly staff quickly got me scheduled. On the scheduled day Kevin contacted me to see if they could come early which worked well for me. Kevin and Rob were able to access the pipes through the basement utility area without cutting through walls or floors. They thoroughly explained to me the source of the leak, how they would fix it, how long it would take and gave me a firm price cost. They were very professional as well as expert at their work. I couldn't be happier with their service and am relieved to have this major problem resolved with minimal impact. Thank you Kevin, Rob and everyone at B&L!

Mike came out within one hour of my panicked call to B&L. The pricing was much more affordable than my first quote just to come to my home. The problem was solved quickly. Great service! I highly recommend B&L.

We needed a hot water heater replacement. Tom arrived on time provided an estimate that we decided to do. He fully explained the process and completed the work in an amazingly short time. Upon completion he explained the operation of the new heater which was very different from the old one. Tom did a great job and left the utility room cleaner than when he came.
If we have further plumbing jobs, B&L and Tom G will be our go to team.

We got a phone call in the middle of the day that we had a leak in our water closet. Turns out, our water heater decided to give it up in a couple different places. I called B&L Plumbing and was impressed at their level of service just in the initial conversation with their scheduler. She had an appointment for me same day!

John arrived at our home within the appointment window and gave me a courtesy call 30 mins prior to arriving so I could come home and meet him. He spent time explaining the new codes and exactly what he was going to do while he was here.

John was professional, answered all my questions, and left my home as clean as it was when he arrived.

Poor service, tried to take advantage of my wife. My wife had B&L plumbing snake the sewer line exiting my house, they used a camera and said the line was broken. She asked for a quote to replace and received a $12k bid. She asked where the break occurred and was told in the back yard and that they would send us a video of the break. First red flag, our sewer line does not go through the back yard. They did not send a video, when asked, they said the video did not exist. We contacted another company to look at our line and if it is broken, they have given a preliminary quote of $4k. This company was attempting to capitalize on my wife.

B&L Plumbing have done work for me on multiple occasions. They are my go-to plumbing company. They are always efficient, friendly, and take time to explain the work and make sure that they aren't charging you for work that does not need to be done. Kevin and Jeremy are great!

We have only had to use B&L in a few “emergency” situations. Each time they have been on time or early, had the needed parts to fix the problem and left us in a much better spot than when they arrived! One time, we were even told how to do something on our own that was a simple fix, versus charging us for them to do it. I can appreciate that because I never feel ripped off! They will always be our go to plumber!

The first time I used my new clothes washer in the house I had just purchased, the kitchen and laundry flooded! This caused my downstairs bathroom sewer to back up too! It was a disheartening nightmare, but David arrived promptly, cleaned my outside sewer line, and stayed for a couple more hours to unclog the internal line between the kitchen and laundry room. He was awesome! His courteous and competent service made a bad situation seem less stressful. After the water restoration team set up blowers for the entire weekend, my pilot light went out on my water heater. I requested David and once again he worked for a couple hours, attempting to restore hot water to me, to no avail. The next day he replaced my water heater. David answered my many questions and kept the level of stress down with his calm and helpful nature. Again, he worked diligently to restore hot water to my home, and the past two days it felt wonderful to take a hot bath and shower. I asked David to give my inspection report to Dan, who took the time to come over and explain the most efficient way to insure no further problems with the sewer in my home. After receiving two other estimates, I'm going to schedule with Dan to replace my sewer line in June. I would gladly recommend B and L Plumbing, David, and Dan to anyone who has sewer/flooding issues in their home. I'd offer more than 5 stars if that were possible! We have used them 3 times and within months we would have the same problem. Would call to see if they could come and fix the problem they said was fixed and guaranteed to stay fixed. They said they only have a 30 day guarantee and we would need to fully pay again for them to come out and look at it. Rude and not trustworthy.

Our water heater started leaking all over this weekend, so we called B&L Plumbing. Even though it was a Saturday, the plumber was out in less than 2 hours! He was very courteous and very empathetic with us. He couldn't fix it then, but he gave good advice to hold us over and another plumber came out today, Monday, to replace it. I'm very impressed by how professional and kind they were during such a stressful time!

We called B&L after a sewer line backup because they advertise as a 24 hour emergency plumber. They were unable to get in touch with their plumber and told us that it'd be at least 7 hours before they could have a technician come out. If you need somebody in an emergency, these folks aren't it...

Our water heater went out over the holiday and I called B&L plumbing at 8 AM in the morning the day after. They asked me a couple questions about my problem and were able to fit me in their schedule for the same day. Their technician arrived right on time, and after a brief diagnosis determined what the problem was. Because they had asked a couple of questions at the time of scheduling me, the technician had brought a replacement part just in case and installed that which fixed the problem. The price was fair, the service was excellent, and the technician was friendly and punctual. I highly recommend this business.

I can't say enough good things about this company. I had a leak in my ceiling coming into my living room and couldn't figure out where it was from. After calling a different plumbing company out first we quickly sent them away due to their poor service and outrageous prices. B&L was very responsive and sent someone the next day. Stuart helped us out and had to come and go a few times over a weeks time to get the repair done. He was very knowledgeable and sympathetic with our bad news on the repair. Even the ladies in the office were super kind each time I called and moved appts around. Kudos to this company for hiring such amazing people. Thank you Stuart and B&L for all the help and repairs you did. We can sleep better at night now!

We called to have a part replaced in our sprinkler system. They said on the phone it would be about $250 which seemed reasonable since the part was about $80 and less than 30 min of work. When the plumber came out, he quoted $450 plus a $69 service fee! We didn’t have him fix the issue but still had the pay the service fee for nothing. Also, while at our house, the plumber was arguing with another customer in the phone, which was very unprofessional.

I am really pleased with B&L Plumbing and the professional, respectful service I received. From the receptionist to arranging the work in the house, B&L was very accommodating. Tom G was courteous, very knowledgeable and skilled in the field. From assessment of the problem to installation, the procedure was well explained and the work was very timely and well done. I've used B&L in the past and continue to be a satisfied customer!

Shane was very professional and found and repaired a hard to see pinhole leak in our bathroom supply line (it was in the garage ceiling!). He was very respectful of our home and took the time to explain to me the options for fixing the problem and got it done right. B&L Plumbing and Shane are awesome!

Called them to install an irrigation stem out. They set an appointment for the next morning. The next morning, Shane called prior to arriving to inform me he was on his way. He was very professional, did a great job and explained everything he was doing. He left my property in great shape, cleaned up his mess and put everything back in place. Before staring he wrote up an estimate and explained all costs associated. Upon completion the final invoice did not exceed the estimate. B&L was a pleasure to work with. I will call again for my future plumbing needs.

B&L is supposed to be doing the warranty work on our Oakwood home. We have had 3 appointments for them to fix our leaky faucet and they have never showed up. I wasted a whole vacation day waiting for them and they never showed up.

The Best Plumbing Company in So. Colo. Tom G. is a mature, well mannered professional who gave our household a thorough estimate of the work needing to be done. He answered questions and addressed our concerns and even explained in detail what needed to be updated besides quoting a fair price. From day one of this two day job, he showed up on time and greeted us with great customer service skills. Our entire plumbing needed a complete replacement. He communicated well and kept us in the loop of every aspect of the job including those hidden problems. It was a chore and a half, but Tom stepped up and completed the task on time and worked hard to get it back to working order. He even gave good reputable references to put me in touch with venders outside his skill set. If you want it done right the first time call and ask for Tom. The man has skills!

Kevin was our service technician and he was absolutely a subject matter expert. He displayed his high level of domain knowledge by explaining the work he was going to do, thermal expansion properties of a hot water heater, sewage gas risks, current code and regulatory information, etc. Kevin was also respectful to our home by cleaning up completely after his work was finished, and wearing shoe/boot protectors when walking on our carpet. On top of all of that, he was also very friendly and personable too... which of course isn't a requirement for a skilled professional like a plumber, but it was really refreshing. Again, Kevin was beyond great and I hope this review gets back to him.

My 30-plus-year-old water heater failed on a Friday and, having recently obtained employment following a long stretch of unemployment, I was really up against it, in terms of having the time to research the pricing, expertise and (perhaps most important) the availability of staff from local plumbing companies to perform a water heater replacement on short notice.

In light of the extremely tight quarters of my 1960s-era water heater closet (not to mention, the fact that current code required the installation of a second vent in the closet door), I quickly discovered the cost of this project was going to be much higher than I'd anticipated, regardless of the company I contracted with. So, after compiling a short list of reputable companies, with plumbers available to get the job done the next day (Saturday), I chose B&L Plumbing, and was not disappointed with my choice.

The plumber (John) did an excellent job, despite the antiquated set-up of the existing water heater and related parts. He arrived within the scheduled 2-hour window and, three hours later, the project was completed, including the installation of the now-required second door vent -- a procedure for which some of the other plumbing companies would have had to sub-contract out for an additional fee.

They were professional, came the next morning first thing. They were up front with the cost and the technician quick and thorough.

John called ahead to alert us that he was on his way, he was courteous on arrival, he went quickly to the problem area, assessed the situation, tried a remedy twice, and let us make the decision on the next step (replacement of the piece of equipment). He had to leave to get the new device, was not gone long, quickly made the switch, demonstrated its features, and was done. He created no mess, showed competence throughout, and was done. Just the kind of experience we like and expect when we need help.

A classic plumbing situation, sudden failure of a pressure attenuation valve, a spraying jet of water....naturally on a Sunday afternoon. B&L promptly answered the phone, quickly determined who could immediately get to the house, efficiently diagnosed the problem, and courteously communicated the information....and they skillfully fixed the problem! The bottom line results were great, but equally important, the people interactions were a delight, right through their followup call to make sure we were satisfied.

We had 2 spigots that needed attention and it ended up they only needed to be tightened crazy tight. 15 minutes later was a bill for $214. We’ve used B&L many times in the past, but it’s time to find a different plumber. As far as everything else, they were professional, responsive and on time.

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY!! Had them out beginning of November 2021 to do a site survey for some plumbing work we need done. Paid the $85 and never heard back from them. It’s now 2022 and Ive called several times and the answer I get is “we’ll have a manager call you tomorrow “. Apparently tomorrow never comes at B&L. Wasted my money and my time on this company.

I could use numerous adjectives in describing B & L and they would all be on the totally positive side. Great, terrific, outstanding, super duper, awesome. Reesa was in constant communication which kept me in the loop at all times. She is obviously a dedicated and accountable employee . Nick, the actual plumber, was also dedicated and personable and went above and beyond his duties in deducing the problem and effecting fantastic repairs in an efficient and timely manner.
