I had called other companies when my drain started backing up and they quoted high prices and said it would be a couple of days before they could make it out. Mark, the owner of Pro Power Rooter, returned my call almost immediately and was here within two hours on a late Friday night. He did the job quickly and professionally for a lot less money than the others quoted. HIGHLY recommended!

Mark was really great. I had a punctured sprinkler pipe leaking into my house. He came over at 11pm to fix it. No one else would have done that at that time. I highly recommend Mark for any plumbing issues you have!

Mark was great to work with! I had a very clogged up main sewer line and Mark was able to make an after hours visit to help me out the very evening I had my issue. Everyone else I called wanted another day or two before they could make it out.

Mark worked with me that night to get the line unclogged and was very thorough in showing me in my pipe where the clogs were, and how bad the root growth was. The further along he got, the more worried he got about how badly clogged the pipe was. He didn't have the industrial sized drain auger head he ended up needing with him that night, so he got the line clear enough to work, and then came back the next day to finish cleaning out the pipe.

All along the way he showed me on the drain snake cam all the issues, and any time he found anything new he was sue to make sure it was all cleared out. Once the pipe was clean he did another quick run through of the length of the line to the street to make sure I could see that he had thoroughly cleared it out.

The previous owner had covered the outside cleanout valve so he also used the sonar on his snake to help me find where the outside clean out was so that I could dig it up if any future issues arose.

He worked with me on pricing and I felt he was fair for the amount of work he ended up having to do. I highly recommend him and will be using him again in the future.

Mark came on a friday night@ 10pm on WHILE CELEBRATING HIS SONS BIRTHDAY to help us clear our drain that had backed up and was overflowing intp the basement. After diagnosing what the problem was he went into action. Shortly after the drain cleared and he wad giving me recommendations tp prevent the problem in the future. Mark came out an did an awesome job. Unfortunately I had to call him back because another leak started but coming tomorrow to see if he can get it fixed will update, but he did an amazing job with the other problems!!

We started having major backup problems with our main sewer line, I am unemployed as of Feb 2012 and having some financial difficulties so we have to watch the spending really close. We called a few plumbing companies in Colorado springs and Pro power rooter was the second place that gave us a price quote over the phone. The first place quoted us $140.00 to clear out the drain, Pro Power Rooter said they would do it for $95.00.

The service man came within an hours time, he cleared the drain and showed us some tree roots that were clogging the drain, then he tested it with us flushing our toilets and running our washing machine. Everything was good so he cleaned up the mess and was gone less than an hour of being here. We will call them if we ever have any other drain problems!

Mark, Pro Power Rooter, was a REAL lifesaver last night! He did a service call @ 1 am in the morning (although he had multiple early morning calls already scheduled) after my kitchen sink - in a barely 3 yrs old Keller (COS) home - started draining & pouring water through the floor AC/Heating vent into the main area of a finished basement all over furniture, carpet and gaming systems. He was awesome, friendly, hard-working, professional & informative. He had fair pricing (especially considering the circumstances) and was very respectful!! He was quick to respond (unlike the other companies I contacted who advertised supposedly 24-hr emergency service) once I was referred to him by another plumber from another company, arrived when he promised and gave me great tips about what to do to in avoidance of such an instance happening again inside and outside. I will definitely be referring and going back to him (hopefully not for a long while) in the future!!!!!

Mark promptly replied to my inquiries seeking two separate quotes. He quickly got me scheduled each time and replaced a shower cartridge the first time, followed by an outside vacuum breaker this week. As a first time homeowner, his professionalism and detailed explanations while taking the time to show me the work was much appreciated!

I had called multiple other plumbers around and the quote I received from Mark @ Pro Power Rooter was perfect. I told the other plumbers exactly what had to be done and was quoted 2-3x as much as Mark. Very affordable and with quality work as well. I work at a Children's Center in Colorado Springs and I found out that we had a bad clog on a Sunday afternoon with a full day of business the next day. All of our basement drains were backed up and flooding in to the building. I called Mark and he was able to come help within 4 hours of my call to him. He did a great job and got in and out in less than 30 mins. He made it easy to pay with a credit card and his communication with me was perfect. I really appreciate Mark's help and work.

Mark did excellent and thorough work. I work at an apartment complex and had a main drain overflowing after hours. I called at least ten other companies including mr rooter and roto rooter and nobody does emergency call outside. Mark came out as it was the second time that night the apartment had flooded, will definitely be my go to plumber for our property.

This company is amazing. We returned from a vacation to find our kitchen sink was now clogged. We called them and they were able to fit us on short notice. Mark arrived at the house a little later than usual but we were grateful to have him at the house no matter the time. Mark at Pro Power Rooter used a camera snake to inspect my french drain. He was able to inspect a lot further than I was expecting almost circled the entire foundation! He was friendly and helpful - I'll be sure to call him again if I need anything!

We had a leaking pipe that we discovered late on a Friday night. The floor was flooded and water was leaking into the basement. We called Mark and he was fantastic. Despite the late call, Mark showed up quickly and was able to find where the leak was and fix it. He was professional and did fantastic work. I would highly recommend calling Mark if you have any plumbing issues!

2 hours late, problem with tub and toilet, was not resolved. Left my toilet leaking didn't put seal back on toilet. I reach out a couple of times for the toilet only leaked a couple of times. When I told him he brushed it off and tried to sale me a jetting system for the pipes. Not only did it not get resolved now my toilet is leaking and tried to tell my 90 days was up and it wasn't. Very rude, unprofessional, and will also be making a complaint w BBB. Don't always trust reviews. People get paid for them.

We had a clog in our sink last week and Mark was able to fit us into his schedule the next day. Although, the issue ended up being harder than expected he stayed and made sure the issue was fully fixed. Very nice man and a great price! Will definitely use in the future.

Mark did a great job for us when our septic ejection pump failed. It broke again the next day, no fault of his but a random piece of copper pipe that had been lurking in the tank waiting to cause a problem. But, he came again quickly on Christmas Eve to get it going again and found the issue. He is a very hard worker and we really appreciated his efforts to get us a much better Christmas!

After working for several hours, our piping proved to be challenging and he returned the next evening to successfully clear out several root balls as well as making toilet repairs on his way out. I had my hot water heater go out and I live far out in Rush. They still came out in the middle of the night and worked harder than I have ever seen someone work. He was determined to get it perfect. There were issues getting the new water heater in and he made it work. I highly recommend then to anyone!

My water heater went out on a weekend and Mark from Pro Power Rooter was able to service it and get the pilot light to stay on. His price was very reasonable especially when other companies try to charge you a lot more after business hours. I also got a quote from Another local plumbing company, Mr Rooter for a sink that was clogged and was quoted $336. Thankfully, Mark was able to do the job for a lot less.

I had a toilet clog around midnight on a Saturday night, I called a few places in town and all I kept getting is answering machines, I finally found this company pro power rooter and they answered my call and also gave me a price quote over the phone.They came to my home an hour later and cleared my toilet fast and did a great job, I was very happy with the service they gave me.

Quick response time and deficient work describe this company. The owner largely communicates by text message sending quotes and other things. This was useful but I did find it a bit intense as if I did not respond right off I was asked several times for a response before I had time to read it and do so. Other than that a good bet.

I left a 4.0 review they were great and fixed my problem but failed to reinstall my toilet properly. And now it wiggles badly and now leaks and when told of these issues proceeded to call my son a lier and refused to come fix it.

Mark did a great job clearing our main sewer line after my daughter flushed god knows how many baby wipes down the toilet. His prices really are the lowest in town. More importantly, he was honest with me about the costs and what he would need to do in order to get the problem fixed. Expect him to run a little late to your appointment, but this really isn't a bad thing. He takes the time to do the job right the first time, so it is normal for him to be running a little bit behind schedule. Super nice and honest guy. We can't praise him enough.

Our basement floor drain was backing up and overflowing. Mark was upfront and clear about his process and fees and came out on short notice, late at night in the snow and fog and worked until about 1am to clear our drain. There are no words to thank Mark at Pro Power Rooter! I was under an extremely tight deadline to have my sewer line cleaned and scoped for the sale of my house and Mark made sure he got the job done in a timely manner, even right after much of the the Colorado Springs area was hit by a very large rainy period (that included thunder, lightning, hail up to 8-inches worth in some parts, snow and flooding!). He even took his time to explain things to me. Talk about true platinum service!

Mark came in late on a Sunday night and did a really excellent and thorough job clearing a massive amount of roots from my main sewer line. I asked him to also do a camera inspection because I had just bought the house and was worried about the condition of the service line. He gave me a really good price on those services, and didn't charge me extra when it turned out that he had to go into my crawlspace to access the mainline with the camera (due to a quirk in my toilet drain). And when it turned out that my toilet flange was cracked, he stayed late to repair it. Throughout the whole process he was fantastic about explaining what he was doing and answering my questions. I was able to watch over his shoulder as he worked and did the camera inspection, and he gave me a lot of good advice on how to take care of my drain system. I do most of my own repair and maintenance, so the knowledge of state of my house and the knowledge of how to maintain it are really valuable to me.

We had an emergency with the main line over the weekend. Even though it was the weekend, they came out, fixed the problem, and had really reasonable prices. We will definitely use them again in the future!

Mark was absolutely wonderful. We are buying an older home (built in 1966) and wanted to do a sewer inspection just to make sure everything was ok. It was very affordable, we had called a couple other plumbers for inspections. Pro Power Rooter's pricing was much better than the others.

Quick repose friendly service

Our downstairs shower backed up and being new to this area I wasn't sure where to start. I started down a list of plumbers and found the add for Pro Power. Out of the 5 messages I left, he was the first to call, and was able to fit me in same day.
He showed up and within 5 minutes I had a full diagnosis and he was ready to go. Due to the fact that it was a main line blockage he was unable to give me an exact quote but was honest and kept in constant contact.
1.5 hours later, job complete and we are no longer backed up! Great service and price!

Mark came out late at the end of the day, on very short notice, (2 nights in a row) to help us with our sewage pump ejector pit! Very hard worker and he was able to assess the situation quickly and got right to work. I really appreciate how he worked with us and his prices were very good. Mark worked on my swamp cooler and did a great job. It hadn't been serviced in several years, and Mark put in the time to get it cleaned up, tuned up, and working great. Mark came to our house on a very wet evening. It was already dark because the service call he had before ours ran longer due to extra difficulties. He came to the door with a smile on his face, got right to business, and in very short order he had the main line open and running again.

He also showed me the fairly large root that had plugged up the line and made helpful suggestions on how to possibly avoid potential reoccurrences. Then, he cheerfully handed me a business card, packed his gear, and left everything in order.

Mark saved our night! My friends and I are first time homeowners so finding a leaking PT valve and water damage was extremely distressing. Especially at 11:30 pm at night. I called five other “24 hour emergency” plumbers and none could come until the am or even a week later. Additionally they also refused to give quotes. Where do I start? I cannot say enough about Mark. Excellent communication and quick responses. We had our sewer line unblocked by RotoRooter after our line overflowed into our basement. We woke up to no hot water this morning due to a vent pipe problem. Mark responded quickly and provided same day service. He was very professional and thorough, and we highly recommend him.

When we had a clog causing some huge issues. Mark came to the house pretty late at night and checked the cause and determined it was roots in the lines. He got them cleared pretty quick and returned the next day or so to hydro-jet the lines. Upon doing that the lines looked much better on his camera he put into the pipes. Mark is AWESOME! Was referred to Pro Power by a friend. Recently had some work done on my house by another plumbing company and during that time my water heater started leaking. The other plumber quickly quoted a full replacement of the unit. The quote was VERY steep so I called Pro Power because of the great word of mouth reference I got from my friend. I’m VERY glad I did! Mark came out, fully assessed the situation and told me it wasn’t the water heater, but the regulator for the house. Mark replaced just regulator and saved me $1,900.00! Pro Power Rooter needs to be recognized for the amazing service they provide.
Disaster struck at my house yesterday... Because of tree roots growing into our sewer lines, raw sewage overflowed the toilet and bathtub, flooding the downstairs bathroom and laundry room, and spilling out into the carpeted bedroom.
Disgusting!
Total nightmare!
We had several issues to deal with... and the first was get the roots out of the sewer line. My boyfriend and I thought about renting a machine and doing it ourselves to save some money, but since we still had clean-up and carpet removal to deal with we decided to call a professional. I started looking online for someone to call. After reading lots of reviews I called Pro Power Rooter and talked to Mark, he said he would be at my house asap. He got here quickly and set to work.
An hour and a half and several root clumps later our drain was clear. But WAIT. Although he could have been done at that point, Mark decided to add a 40 foot extension because he wasn't convinced it was draining as quickly as it should. Guess what? More root clumps.
If he hadn't gone above and beyond the call of duty, our drain-cleaning would have only lasted a couple months. Thank you Mark!

I've been through my fair share of roto-rooter companies and you will not find another rooter/plumbing service in the Springs better than these guys.
Even though we still have a mess to deal with inside the house, thanks to Mark at least we don't have to stress about the plumbing.

Our main drain was choked with roots. Mark came out around 7 and was at our house until 1am. LOTS of roots. Also a snake got stuck. We developed a plan to get the stuck snake out and at 1 decided to finish the next evening. He returned the next night, we got the snake unstuck, and our drain is cleared. He showed me a video as I was doing my best to assist. 150 feet of drain clean and good until next summer for our annual cleanout. I wish we had called him sooner so we didn't have a little bit of flooding in our lower level, but lesson learned. When you move here get your drains cleaned right away, don't wait a year like we did. Highly recommend you use this company. We are very pleased. Edit: The reason I lowered my star rating to 3 is we asked for a receipt after paying cash. Suddenly a song and dance was given about having to charge more if he had to go on his computer and make an invoice. We needed the receipt for us to submit a claim to our insurance company. It took a lot of time and effort on my end to satisfy the insurance company so our claim could be processed. If a customer asks for a receipt, don't 1) refuse and 2) when pressed suddenly say how hard it is and the price will have to increase.

Mark did a STELLAR job for my business. After calling 15 or 20 other services, he was the only one willing to come after hours to an emergency and never gave up til this difficult job was finished. Best roto rooter guy we have ever tried. You will not be disappointed if you hire him! I would rate him10 stars if that was an option.

Mark did an exceptional job freeing our drains from root blockage. He stayed late to make sure we were taken care of in all of our plumbing needs and even took a look at our washer for us. When our sewer backed up, I found Mark at Pro Rooter by looking him up online. I liked that he was local and he had great reviews so I gave him a call. Despite working a full and busy day, he came that evening and worked until the sewer was cleared. We had a really bad clog caused by roots and it took several hard passes with the machine. But in the end, Mark scoped the line and it came out very clean! I was very impressed with Pro Rooter's quick response and determination to keep working until we were in good shape. Fast service schedule and great troubleshooting, highly recommended!!

The best thing is his determination and confidence in his ability to get it done. I feared he would give up as it grew later, and have to start from square one with now a 4th plumbing company. BUT Mark was super determined and got the very difficult clog removed. The first 2 companies said i had to go through the walls or concrete floors to repair or replace the section blocked $$$$, but Mark and his determination got it done without all that hassle and extra expense. Saved me additional repair costs and my tenants from having to be even more inconvenienced by avoiding that very invasive and lengthy type of repair.

Highly recommend using his services, we had a sewer line break at 10pm on a sunday, mark came out and diagnosed that for us no problem ( we thought it was a clog ) and got us a temporary fix till we could get the line redone! Mark was a lifesaver last night! My indoor drain backed up and I knew it was from tbe sewer line that I had been meaning to have cleaned since purchasing my house last summer. Found Mark because I wasn't really satisfied with the last service we went through. Found him on Yelp and he had a bunch of great reviews. Have to say, they were right. Mark texted me back within an hour of me calling, gave me a preliminary diagnosis based on my description and some quick pricing up front. His pricing even included a breakdown of various scenarios and price increases so I was aware right from the start with no surprises. And his pricing was better. Once he got here, he set right to work and this is where he really shone. I explained what was happening and that I'd already been told I'll eventually need an external washout for my lines. He said no, that's way too expensive I think I can take care of you. What?? He UNDERsold something to me rather than try to get me to do a huge project. Every step of the way he explained everything to me. He even scoped our lines, which the previous folks didn't, and let me watch and explained what I was seeing. Then he did the same thing a second time for the wife, making sure she knew what was going on. Best of all, because he was so thorough he discovered that we already have the external washout and is coming back to mark it for us.
