Best Thermostat Repair in Colorado Springs CO

Couldn't have asked for better service! They were able to get me in the same day I called to fix a leak under my kitchen sink. They gave me a two-hour window for their arrival but managed to come within the first half hour. Great communication too. They sent me a text prior to the plumber's arrival, along with his photo so I knew who to look for at the door. Great feature for a retired old lady. Will definitely call again!

Horrible service. Technician was hours late with no call. No estimate. When questioned about chages the tech screamed “forget it” and sped out of my neighborhood. Never again.

We are VERY DISAPPOINTED with this company ! They installed a new furnace and we have had a maintenance contract with them for 3 years. We were called and asked to make an appointment for the maintenance before our contract ran out, which we did. We thought it was great that they called. However, the technician that came out did not provide the service one would expect from a trained professional. He had taken the filter out to change it and when trying to put it back in WE had to tell him how to replace it correctly. We also have a humidifier on the unit which he found to be leaking but instead of fixing the problem he unplugged the unit and left the water on which proceeded to flood the area. He had no intention of fixing the problem because he had another service call that he had to get to???So now we have a contract that will expire soon, a humidifier that needs to be fixed and a floor has water damage.... Ugh!!!!!

Todd arrived on time and installed new faucet. Todd did a great clean job and was very professional.

We trust Tim with our rental for plumbing and heating at all times. TIm is very knowledgeable and works detailed. He's always on time and takes the time to explain details and instruct our tenants with all questions at hand. We would like for the office girls to respond better and in a more timely manner. Living several states away doesn't make it easy but with Oak View and especially Tim for plumbing AND heating we feel comfortable and safe.

Added 12/04/2020 >>> Oak View Mechanical was serving our rental via a manager before we took over the managing part ourselves. That said - we talked to other companies in the area but found OVM one of the least 'want to sell you the most expensive equipment' company and are very impressed with Tim's work and experience. The new office team understood our wish of timely response due to the fact we are far away from the location and the icing on the cake >>> CHRISTMAS COOKIES --- THANK you so much - we love them and the extra mile OVM goes to see their customers happy. Diego and his staff was extremely professional. My appointment was supposed to be at 12:pm today, they showed up 30 minutes early. Went right to the problem and fixed it in less than 10 minutes I kid you not. I will definitely keep them on my speed dial especially since I have an older home. Strongly recommended to everyone I come into contact with. Oh and did I mention, the price can not be beat!! Thank you Alphalete Plumbing. You’re the best!!

Technician came out and said my unit would cost over $600 to charge and would probably just leak out and basically implied I needed a new unit. For 4 days in the heat wave we went without air conditioning. I finally got a second opinion and the unit was fixed by another company for $185. I contacted the manager who gave me my money back. NEVER use this company. I feel the technician lied to me to get a commission.

Comfort by Design came out to handle some laundry room plumbing work in an investment property we own, as well as look into some HVAC (radiant heat) concerns. We ultimately decided to go with them for their professionalism and responsiveness. It is a sad world where many professional contractors struggle to show up on time, return emails or phone calls, and can't stay in the quoted estimate. Comfort by Design definitely checked all those boxes and more! Very easy to work with and communicate with, friendly, trust-worthy and professional service that didn't seem to rush through to get done and move on to other work (been there before!). Always on time and quality of work was great. Would definitely recommend for plumbing and HVAC services for sure, we will continue working with them in the future

I booked 3 drain cleanings on my rental properties. This was for maintenance only. No issues. The price changed when they showed up. From $99 to $99 +$25 truck charge + $35 to carry the machine down the stairs. Completely ridiculous!!!

Told me 12-2 and they were there at 12:05! Very respectful, quick but thorough, and affordable cause we're on a budget.

Great customer service, great personality. Gave me suggestions on what I may want to look into and explained benefits of their one-year maintenance program. I also requested a duct cleaning estimate at the same time, and that was fair also.

Dusty came out because my heater stopped working after the wind storm in Colorado. He was awesome! Not only was he professional, but he went above and beyond to make sure my business was taken care of. I will be using this company in the future for every heating need.
