The One Source technician arrived yesterday as scheduled, a most polite gentleman, and performed a very thorough check of my working boiler system. He informed me of certain minor issues. The problem arose when getting up at 5:30 a.m. this morning and finding the house freezing (59) and the system not turning on. I called One Source at 7:16 hoping they opened early and got a live person. After hearing my issue I was told that the tech would be sent to my location first thing. I called back at 9:08 (different person answered) and was told they would call the tech and for me to expect a call from him. Twenty minutes later no call. 9:30 I call again (different person answered) and this time was told that the tech was on his way and would be there shortly. At that time I had to cancel my 10:00 Dr. Appointment, then called One Source again 10:05 and got (different person) who was very uncaring about the situation and stated they only make appointments between 8-11. I asked for the manager and of course he's not in today. The technician arrived apologizing as he had gone to another appointment first in error. He corrected my issue in seconds as a switch had been 'thrown' in order to do yesterday's inspection. Office/customer communications needs help but I give a Thumbs up to the technical group .

Totally on top of the issue and fixed under 30 minutes.

I'm not sure if they squeezed us in to a busy schedule or not, but they came and got our job done, which was updating piping to meet code. However, in the process, it doesn't seem there was any preparation involved. They left a mess along multiple areas that they cut in to. Paint and other finishes were chipped and damaged.

Friendly helpful people, hockey lovers, open spaces, great location.

Chris came right away the day our furnace stopped. It was of course on the weekend. He was able to find the part and fix it before the freezing temperatures came. I have used and highly recommended Parkey's to anyone looking for a great and honest company.

We are new to the area and asked around for referrals. We were super surprised that so many people recommended this ONE company!
They started out with an amazing person coming to our home for an estimate. Dusty was professional, kind and respectful. Dusty was honest and super thorough! The installation process was professional, clean and timely. The warranty is a good one and the products are top of the line. And I must say they gave us the best price in the area. We had much higher estimates that were not necessary. Go ahead and use this place! You will be grateful you did!! Thank you!

Great company!

They did a great job installing my AC. Still had to get a second opinion as they wanted to charge me $1000 to install a sub panel but I had someone else come who told me I didn't need one. They then removed the $1000 charge for the sub panel, meaning it wasn't needed in the first place.

Besides that, everyone was very friendly, responsive, and fast. They also did a great job of setting expectations and communicating.

While there might be a chance that the electrician would have come out and said I didn't need the sub panel, I just can't help thinking about if I hadn't got a second opinion on the electrical.

Don't be afraid to pit HVAC companies against each other. Competition breeds better prices. I just wish I didn't have to do that to get the best/most accurate price.

Joe is very professional. He explained all problems, offered all solutions. Very thorough when he was explaining options available, talking in ways that anyone would understand. Very pleasant person and very knowledgeable. Not pushy at all. All we got at this time was a quote and I would highly recommend this company. The company is all about customer service. Communication was awesome let you know who is coming including a picture and bio of person coming.

They replaced our furnace and AC (which were very old) after the furnace broke down, and did a great job, and went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. They also spotted some problems related to the old installation that needed to be addressed, and moved things around as needed.

We give Master Rooter Plumbing 5 stars based on our experience! The service was outstanding and very prompt. The technician was very knowledgeable and accommodating. Rather than stopping after initially unplugging our sewer line and confirming via camera, he went to extra measures to continue removing roots and unplugging to restore our system to nearly 100% capacity. The price was very reasonable too!

Great company! They are honest and do good work. They installed an a/c for me a year ago and said they would come out and service it before the year was up. They did what they promised and I didn't need to remember to call them. They called to schedule the appointment, they were in time, they wrote up what they did and even sent pictures. You won’t be sorry, call them.

Fred is a nice man, I believe he was knowledgeable. Our problem was not fixed however. Parts will need to be replaced, Fred mentioned this might be the case.
