Recently had an issue with my downstairs toilet after I replaced it. Ana was professional and courteous as was the service manager and the plumber who came to fix my problem.

Justin did a great job explaining the issue with the fan motor. He said they had a guy who would come and check it out. Justin was polite and very clean. It really helps to have people do the work well and not leave a mess. I know I will always receive great service from One Source.

These guys are awesome! Last year they replaced water heater, today a busted pipe in the wall. Highly recommend Western Peak Plumbing.

I've had Olson Plumbing and Heating out twice, once back in August 2021 to fix a break in our main water line and just today to get my furnace to stop making weird sounds. Both times the folks from Olson have been just outstanding!

Lowell patiently listened to me try to describe the noises the furnace was making, quickly identified the issue and fixed it (some wires from the motor were getting into the blower wheel) He was very quick and professional and I found the cost of the repair to be very reasonable.

Terry and his crew were also great with the waterline. They arrived promptly when they said they would, they did as little damage to the lawn as was possible taking into account the job that had to be done. Once the digging was over they quickly found the break and repaired the line. They were very thoughtful with the clean up after as well. While the price tag on that job was high, it too was fully reasonable considering they were able to get out the day we called (unlike everywhere else which we would have had to wait 2-4 weeks for,) the size of the crew, the machinery needed AND the fact they did the job after hours, on overtime. We were so thankful to get our water back on that day we did not mind paying for overtime. They were a wonderful crew and did great work.

I will use Olson for everything I can and I highly recommend them.

This was a great service call. Joseph called ahead, arrived promptly, and completed the work in a timely manner--we give high marks to Joseph. He was friendly, courteous, professional, and shared a number of great tips to ensure that our hvac system runs efficiently. We will request him in the future.

I appreciated the feedback on our systems - I thought the price was higher than I expected. I was disappointed they didn't bring the required filters which requires another rescheduling - though they expected me to confirm/know which filters were on the list for the service call while I assumed they had the right ones - my bad. The service tech was friendly and thorough and responded professionally to all my questions and challenges.

Diego and his team are a true pleasure to work with. Not only are they professional and take the time to explain everything, but they are all very genuinely kind and positive people. They were great about working me into their schedule on short notice and they have very fair prices and honest explanations about any questions you may have. The tech fixed the problem. But didn't call me back. Nor did the company. Oh and there is no Wright Indoor. They closed and another company takes care of their customers

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Super friendly, very affordable. Scott took his time with us to explain all of the options. No other AC installer has done this. Would recommend 10/10.

Seriously the nicest people I’ve had work on my house. From beginning to end the whole crew was overly pleasant. David, Shad, Matthew and Bobby were absolute pleasures to work with. WireNut will now be my first call when the house goes South. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone asking.

Had an issue with the gas valve on a water heater installed a couple years ago. Called this morning, they were out this afternoon and had it replaced and working with no hassle. Excellent service. Thank you!

scott came on time surveyed my furnace and determined valve needed replaced. he did not have the part in his truck but drove halfway to another's tech's vehicle to pick up valve from him. i had to go to appt so i told Scott just to let himself in, do the work, and close up. Scott called me when the job was finished. he was very polite, wore his 'booties' in the house, and explained all of what he found and how the furnace works.in particular i was going out of town and scott said he would rather get it fixed now than next week. i appreciate that the work is done and not postponed. Good work, Scott!
