Oakview Mechanical in Colorado Springs quickly fixed my mother’s gas furnace. Their technician, Nathan was out to her house within 90 minutes of my call. He was very professional, polite, and above all, highly skilled. He had to leave to get a part across town but was back pretty quickly. It was a mother board, so only 1 place had one in stock. He finished up an my mom now has heat again. I highly recommend Oakview Mechanical for you HVAC needs. You won’t be disappointed

I had a water leak that damaged my floor. Keith showed up and was able to diagnose and repair the leak quickly. Parkeys also does my HVAC maintenance. Very professional, definitely recommend them.

They started out with an amazing person coming to our home for an estimate. Dusty was professional, kind and respectful. Dusty was honest and super thorough! The installation process was professional, clean and timely. The warranty is a good one and the products are top of the line. And I must say they gave us the best price in the area. We had much higher estimates that were not necessary. Go ahead and use this place! You will be grateful you did!! Thank you!

Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

David was the plumber who installed my new water heater. He was friendly and very knowledgeable, answering my questions and keeping me informed on what he was doing. He didn't try to sell me something I didn't need and he cleaned up after himself! The office staff was quite helpful, contacting me very quickly after I submitted my request through Angi and e-mailing a quote, the only company to do that. This is a professional company who I will look to in the future for all my plumbing needs.

I needed help with a light dimmer. I didn't know any electricians in the area so I went with my gut and called WiredNut. The certified electrician that came out to help spent a great deal of time explaining the issue once he figured out the problem. The electrician even did on the spot quotes for some other things he found that weren't up to code and explained what he'd need to do in order to get everything within regulation. I was very pleased with the results. The price was steep for the amount of work we needed done, but I have no doubts in the quality or expertise. I would definitely hire WiredNut again in the future.

Excellent customer service. David was out to clean our furnace, quote ductwork changes we need done, and service our AC. He was professional, courteous, and explained what and why he was doing what he was doing. I will highly recommend CMS to everyone who needs service.

We called on July 4, 2016 with a failing water heater. At the time, we were pleased with the service, but we have since learned the water heater was installed extremely poorly. The water heater was replaced, but was vented improperly. As a result, our carbon monoxide alarm was triggered this week and we found out we were in danger. We called Master Rooter about this issue and the customer service was very poor. They made fun of the water heater we had installed (that their technician picked out and purchased), and quoted us $3500 to repair the issue that they should have taken care of 3 years ago.

Very good company! A mechanic visited our church, and she worked really hard and was very nice. Other mechanics are reliable as well.

Clint Martywith came out to do the annual maintenance on our heater. He explains what we can do to ensure it keeps running in terms that someone unfamiliar with all things motorized can understand. He was extremely professional and friendly. I also like that I got an email with his picture so I knew exactly who to expect.
