Worked with John Speiser. We had issues with our water heater pilot light not staying on. John worked with us to offer multiple alternatives to help fix things, which ultimately culminated in our doing a complete water heater replacement for an 8-yr old unit. John was great. Talkative, nice, and professional - and explained things to me in a way where I understood. As a company, B&L was great. They came out quickly, offered alternatives, and the work was done within 3 hours from start to finish for a full replacement. Price was very competitive vs. some of the larger competitors. I contacted Green Plumbing a couple weeks ago because the burner on my water heater went out and wouldn't stay lit when following the label instructions for relighting it. I was looking for a plumber that could come out that day, and no one (including Green Plumbing) was able to, but before hanging up, they asked me what brand of water heater I had. When I replied, the person at Green Plumbing (I don't remember his name) told me the problem was probably a clogged screen that was preventing the burner from getting oxygen, and that it wasn't hard to get at to clean. He told me where it was and how to get to it, my son cleaned it, and the water heater has been working fine ever since. So, even though Green Plumbing didn't actually come out to fix my water heater, I want to thank them for their honesty, and for helping me fix this problem on my own. I was very impressed that they would do that, and would highly recommend them.

So much information I recieved from my technician today. Although, repairs were not able to be repaired today of my water leakage throughout my mobile home, he explained why repairs could not be done at this time and that I had a piping that needed replaced throughout my home. It was a little much to process but, He explained everything to me, my options and what wire nut could do for me to salvage life of my mobile home. No pressure from him just pure professionalism.
