Just had our water heater replaced. We had our own unit, which wasn't a problem, and they came as soon as I needed them. Best price I have found by far! Very friendly, efficient, and professional business! Highly recommend!

I used Jolly plumbing for a couple years at the behest of my property management company. For some reason Jolly must have gotten complacent in their assumption of my business and that I'm quite busy. By my rough estimate I think I've paid Jolly into the 10's of thousands (I own more than one older property that requires plumbing)
Since I don't think they publish their rates let me tell you about mine. One of their first jobs for me was in 2014 and the charge was $80/hr. This is quite high in my opinion but usually when you need a job done there isn't a lot of time for bids. The most recent non emergency job I had done by Jolly (and last as far as I'm concerned) they charged me for diagnosing the problem as well as a rate of 120/hr for the actual work. They ran two lines inside my apartment. To be frank it was quite half ass and I'm actually getting it looked again to see if it was up to code. This also means that for non emergency work their rates have gone up 40% which is far above any kind of inflation, just basic math.
I'm not sure what Jolly is up to exactly anymore. We've parted ways with our former management company but I'm sure they'll remain cozy with Jolly.

I called and the first available appointment was 2 weeks out. I took the appointment because I needed my issue fixed and they came highly recommended but after calling two or three other companies was able to get someone to come much sooner. I received no reminder call and quite frankly I forgot that I had scheduled the appointment 2 WEEKS EARLIER so I was not home when the person came. Then they sent me a bill for a trip fee?!?!? I think a courtesy reminder call would, especially after such a long wait to get a service, would have saved them a trip.

I’m 100% satisfied with service on our boiler. The technician was professional, prompt, and thoroughly knowledgeable about replacing valves and getting our heat system working properly. Thank you so much!

My hot water heater stopped working this weekend and everyplace I called that supposedly worked after hours said they wouldn't come out. I called Jolly Plumbing and even though they were busy, the guy said he could come but warned it would just be a diagnosis and overtime pay. So he asked me some questions about the heater and said it was still under warranty and told me to call manufacturer. He even called back to check on us. I really appreciated it, since my husband was away with work. Very ethical company and will definitely use them in the future!

Charlie came out on a Sunday on a holiday weekend and fixed a leak in our basement. He was super nice and did the job quickly.

Had them out to fix an old clothes washer connection. Super quick and great job

Jolly Plumbing went above and beyond in solving a challenging situation to add a laundry hook up box in my townhome so I can rent out my basement. They solved unexpected problems treating my home as if it was theirs with professional and aesthetically beautiful solutions. They are my go to plumbers now. Hard to find skill tradesmen like these. Highly recommendable.

They have knowledgeable staff who fix the issue the first time and it is done right. Very reasonable prices for their work. I have used Jolly Plumbing over the years and they have always treated me right. I recently had them come to my house for a leaky hose bib due to the recent weather we had. Instead of putting a new one in they found that it was a rubber seal that was broken internally, saving me some money. I will continue to use Jolly.

Had to have a pressure reduction valve replaced so I called Jolly. Daniel showed up the same day and not only replaced the valve but helped me install a thermal expansion tank as well. He was great and happy to explain all the aspects of the job to help me learn. I highly recommend Jolly plumbing!

I greatly appreciate Jolly Plumbing! They didn't rip me off. I had a quote from another plumbing company to change the water heater's gas valve for $586. When I called Jolly, they transferred me to someone who told me about how long it would take and a rough estimate of $300-360....and it ended up to be $315. Thanks Rich for coming out and fixing it! and Thanks Steve for taking the time on the phone to give me a more accurate quote.

One of the drivers flipped us off and drove in a very erratic manner. Then proceeded to flip off my 10 year old sister when her window was down. Occurred on July 29th at about 5pm on I-25 northbound in north springs.
Very unprofessional.
There are other reviews of them speeding in a school zone as well.

I hired Jolly Plumbing to take care of a small leak and verify that there were no other leaks. One of their competitors did work in the house before we bought it and failed to properly secure one connection. They sent over Adam who has over 20 years of plumbing experience. Adam's father was a plumber, so this guy grew up in the business and really knows his stuff. Their charge was reasonable and I felt like Adam really had our best interest in mind. If you need an honest plumbing service, I recommend giving these guy a try.

I use Jolly Plumbing all the time, they rarely if ever have let me down. Tracy is super reliable and his customer service is phenomenal. All the techs are friendly, helpful and punctual. I would definitely recommend jolly Plumbing!

I emailed Jolly Plumbing yesterday, and they replied right away and offered service that day. My issue could wait. They called first thing this morning. It’s now fixed. What I thought was going to be a huge job, winded up being surprisingly simple. Richard was awesome! Cost was more than reasonable. I needed an auto shutoff valve installed in a very complicated and challenging location. After a lot of frustration getting quotes from other plumbers where they either refused to do it or tried rip me off, Richard from Jolly showed up and got right to work, getting the job done perfectly and at a reasonable rate. Could not be happier with Jolly plumbing.

Fix my Plumbing was inexpensive very nice man

We woke up to a leaking water heater. Jolly walked me through how to turn the valve off over the phone which I had done but the water would not stop. They promised to have someone out by evening. They called a few hours later and said they had someone they could send sooner. Richard showed up a short while later and was amazing. Personable, funny and kind. He told us what was wrong and fixed it quickly. He offered company information for someone to have the water extracted even. He knows his stuff! Highly recommend the company and recommend Richard gets a raise!

For some reason they sent me a bill a year after the work was done, I had forgotten about it. When I informed them the work had failed and had to be redone they said they couldn't do anything about it because the employees that did the work are no longer with the company.

My propane water heater started to leak and I knew I had to take quick action before it flooded me out. I went first to Home Depot, replacement not available for two weeks. Same story from Lowe's. When I called Jolly. Tracy resolved my problem with the exact water heater I needed and scheduled the installation for the next morning. Richard, the installer, arrived on time and completed the exchange in less than 1-1/2 hours. The service I received was courteous, friendly, and professional. I have no problem in recommending this service to anyone who needs it.

The folks at Jolly Plumbing and Heating were very helpful and and came right out when I called them. Richard was very professional and went above and beyond to fix my problem. I would recommend Richard and the folks at Jolly for any plumbing issues you have.

Service was half hour to change water system timing from every 9 days to every 5 days, was charged 3 hrs at $140 an hour. 2 hrs were for them to drive from Colorado Springs to Parker and back. Jolly installed water system 2 years ago and we had lime circles and iron.

Can’t say enough good things about Jolly Plumbing! Had an emergency need on the weekend and after hours. Wayne came to the rescue in the middle of a snow storm within the hour to help our customer. Thanks for coming though Jolly!

I was charged 1.5 hours for 50 minutes of work. Charged 25 dollars for a used or spare handle the guy had in the back of his van. The guy was pissed at me because I had him out to replace handles on a shower. I told the guy the buyer of the house asked for a licensed plumber to do it. Still I got lots of attitude and general unprofessionalness. There are way to many plumbers in this town to deal with thieves. Go to someone else and roll the dice on them. If you deal with these people you WILL get robbed.

Richard was one of the best and professional person we have met. He fixed our water heater and he was an amazing person. He did it in a good time and he was pleaseant to have. He needs a raise or recognition for all of his hard work. He fixed our proplem so we can have water for tonight! Amazing he is a keeper and needs to promoted or Jolly you have found a great worker that loves his job!

We have our house under contract and when inspection occurred, the inspector said we have to remove all of the main level and upper bathroom piping...which is poly-b. We NEVER had a problem with the poly-b piping and it's been 22 years. This came as a surprise to us and we reached out to our realtor for recommendations of quality plumbing.

I contacted the two recommendation and they both did the estimate on the Friday after I called stating I needed this done ASAP. Jolly came in and did a THROUGH assessment of the project. Steve stated he would have the estimate to me NLT Monday by 1500. he exceeded that; I had it by 1130. i had a good feeling about him and his company, but I waited for the other bid. I did not receive it from the other company.

The work started on Wednesday (20Apr16) and was done 21April16....the estimate on completion initially was 2.5 days....THEY BEAT IT.

If EVER plumbing is needed, I HIGHLY recommend Jolly. Cheryl was JOLLY initially and every time I called. Steve and the A team (Lee and Joshua) are AWESOME.

I called to get an estimate on a water heater replacement. The office staff was very friendly and put me in touch with Jacob. He came out and was really knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. I would highly recommend this company.

Called and set up a service call. After waiting 4 hours and not hearing a word I called back to I'm just dispatch, they made sure to tell me that on both calls. They claim to have tried to call the plumber directly and he wasn't answering the phone. Another hour later I finally got a call from the plumber who said he lost my number and probably couldn't get to my leak until tomorrow afternoon or the next day.

Great company, I had called 3 other plumbers and found they had some of the best pricing around. Plus they were able to get to my house and fix my leak quickly. The entire staff from the person scheduling to the plumber Tracy were responsive and great to work with.

Our plumber, Wayne, was outstanding. Something that Bullseye quoted us to be $720 - was Less than $200. Wayne showed a vast understanding for the work performed. He even walked me through what work was needed and why. I am beyond happy with the quality or work, and customer service provided. I would recommend them 100%. I am just blown away by the care this company showed.

These guys are great, professional, always on time, and do quality work! Jolly has come out to fix a leaky water heater, help install the plumbing for a new bathroom, and fix a leak. Always reliable, always amazing work.

My overall experience was good with the gentleman who did the work if this review was based solely on that it would be 5 stars, however, it’s not. The missing two stars is because of the companies invoice policy on charging for the time it takes their employees to get to my house to start working and then billing for time he is not working waiting for supplies to be delivered to start work. As a company you don’t charge your customers when work is not being done and your guy is sitting around doing nothing you as a company eat that cost and find other ways to be profitable, but not at the expense of the customer.

Hghly recommend. The plumber walked me through over the phone a simple plumbing job that I was then able to do myself (changing a pressure release valve on a water heater). Other companies (bullseye) quoted as high as $360 for something I was able to do myself in 10 minutes after draining the water heater. The part was $15 at Lowe's.

From now on I will be using Jolly Plumbing and Heating for repairs I cannot do myself. Thank you, Jolly!

First appointment the tech was an hour didnt fix the issue. Second appointment he no showed. I dont recommend this company.
