Unbelievably polite to my wife when I was at work. Took complete care with our bathroom installing all new fixtures and repairing the plumbing underneath. Cleaned up after work was completed and was 110% patient with my wife during the entire engagement. USE their services! Reasonable price for the amazing quality of work as well! Called to have a gas line adjusted/moved so range could be moved closer to wall. Showed up right on time (Max) and was done in about 45 minutes. I had thought there would be more work involved, but Max had a smarter idea of just shortening the pipe coming up from the floor so that it would fit within the area that the range has designed for this. This company was recommended by another contractor I trust and I’m happy we found them. They will definitely be on our short-list for any future plumbing needs as they are professional and reasonable $-wise.

Wow, such a big difference in service. We have used St Joseph in the past, no problems. Today 11/10/2022 we had them come back out for a main line clean out. Same house as before, still no clean out outside so the toilet in the bathroom needs to be removed.

The gentlemen were extremely kind and respectful, we did not however expect the mess that was left behind. They did not lay down any thing to protect our hardwood floors from their equipment. Our bathroom floor around the toilet drain was covered in only what I can imagine was debris from the sewer drain. Every other plumber we have ever used, regardless of the company, has never left such a mess. Our bathtub was used to hold several items, for who knows why, that left a mess and stinch. When one of the two plumbers removed the snake from the toilet drain, they splattered drain debris on the floor, walls, tub and shower curtain. Shower curtain is so bad we will have to replace it. I spent over an hour cleaning everything up. Will not use them again!End of post for 11/10/2022

We had Russ out today to do a main line cleaning. Russ was outstanding! He was on time, professional and very personable. We do not have a clean out outside, so Russ put down a runner so our hardwood floors would not get damaged by his equipment. We highly recommend Saint Joseph and especially Russ! When we first called to schedule the appointment Miranda took our call and was very kind and patient. Pricing was very fair and I would recommend them very highly. We plan on using Saint Joseph for all of our plumbing needs!

Basement rough-in for plumbing, to include breaking up concrete slab to add waste lines for 2 bathrooms, and water supplies for 2 bathrooms plus kitchenette. Outstanding work, competitive price, great communication, and overall awesome to work with. They are now our go-to for plumbing. Highly recommend.

We had a leak under our house in our crawl space. Eli was sent out to assess the problem. He quickly took care of it and before he left made sure all faucets were running well with hot water (he had to turn the water off to fix the leak).

Note: Taking things without permission which don't belong to you is called STEALING.
If you want an arrogant business owner, who doesn't show up to a job, to speak to you condescendingly by phone, this is your place.
As for me, a single woman with a disabled adopted child, I will discontinue using this business which bullies and takes advantage of women, and charges top level prices for unsupervised apprentice level work.

I contacted this company for a clogged pipe. A previous owner decided to reroute plumbing rather than unclog it. I was concerned it was permanently clogged. Russ arrived on time and got right to work. He is knowledgeable, professional and very courteous. He did get the pipe cleared. I am very pleased with the service i received from this company!

This company has been outstanding! Excellent customer service, quickly responsive, and an estimate on cost given before coming based on what I thought the problem was of course. I had Russ who went above and beyond and was quiet possibly the best repairman of home repair or any other repair ect I have ever had. Professional and friendly, knowledgeable, kind, honest and a pleasure to have in our home. He has been twice now and the second time, my young child was excited he was coming because he was so kind to listen to him talk and let my child show him things. Literally, above and beyond what the job called for. After having some not so pleasant experiences with other companies in the past, I can not praise this company or Russ enough. We had an awesome experience. Our work was done efficiently, and with a high customer service orientation. On one case a sink was fixed that another plumber's input on was totally wrong - Russ got the job done. Great service, great skills - your company and your staff rock!

First of all, we we're shocked Saint Joseph Plumbing answered the phone after 5pm. All other plumbing companies directed us to voicemail or answering service, if they did answer they we're unable to help us until the next day after 1pm. We we're in panic mode and quickly feeling helpless. So with Mrs. Lynch answering the phone we we're off to a great start! Our residential main sewer line backed up and Mrs. Lynch was able to get Russ out to our house within the hour! Not only was he able to snake the line, he scoped the line and located the blockage with markings as to where the blockage was outside.
Russ did an absolute professional and thorough job on our main sewer line issue and gave us great information on where to go from here. Saint Joseph Plumbing will be our #1 contact for any plumbing needs.

Finally, I have found my plumber! I am so thrilled with the service that I recieved from Saint Joseph Plumbing. As I searched through all of the reviews for local plumbers online, this one was the only one with 5 star ratings from each and every entry. There were at least 50 customers who added their positive two cents and I thought either they have a lot of family and friends supporting them or they're really that good. I pulled the trigger, called them, and my first impressions were very positive. Russ came and was very professional and personable at the same time. I didn't feel like he was here to try to upsell new products; that's been my experience lately with other companies. He was here to do a job and he did it without a flaw. Jesse was amazing! I called and made an appointment to have our sewer scoped prior to an expected repair. The reason I am giving two stars is the technician who came out was punctual, professional and did a thorough job. We waited 12 days for a quote for the repairs which we received after I had sent an email asking if a quote had been sent. I answered the quote within an hour with questions because the quote lacked details about the job and we waited another 7 days without a response so I called to get my questions answered and spoke to the owner. When I mentioned my frustration with the lack of communication he stated he was very busy and was lacking staff. Okay, I understand the plumbing industry is busy right now but that does not excuse the lack of communication if you own the business. The business owner, not the customer is in control of the business. My goal is always to support local, non-corporate business.

It's not often that I find a service that is really deserving of 5 stars. Saint Joseph's Plumbing hit ALL the marks! I had some renovation work done recently and not only did they submit a competitive bid, but scheduled the work for a specific timeframe, arrived exactly ON TIME (!) and the work was completed within the stated time frame. To top all of that off, their customer service is better than ANY I have found - quickly responding to text, phone calls, and emails. We had Jesse come out to see if we could run a gas line to change our stovetop to gas instead of electric. He was on time, courteous and gave us a quote quickly. Scheduling him to come back was easy and he was able to make it within the week. I appreciated that he communicated well about how long the job would take and what he was doing along the way. When he was finished he ended up charging us less than our original quote! He could have very easily just charged us what he quoted, even if it didn’t cost quite as much!! That is trustworthy business. Will definitely refer our friends and use St. Joseph for anything we need in the future. They are awesome!

I used St Joseph's plumbing for two jobs!! The first was a replacement of the guts of two old sinks, Jesse was quick and super friendly -- he does a very high quality job! Since that went so well I made a follow on appt for job two, an old tub with prehistoric parts : ). Jesse recommended a source for hardware and it turned out to spot on -- he did an outstanding job on the install and repair and got our soaker tub back in perfect working order saving us hundreds in the process. Both of these job were during May 2018 at our home on Champagne in Mountain Shadows. I highly recommend St Joesph Plumbing, I give them a hearty 5 Stars for a job well done at a fair price!! I accidentally flushed a pair of reading glasses down the toilet and they caused some major clogging if you can imagine. I called Saint Josephs around 8:30 in the morning and by 10:00 the same day the tech was onsite and the problem was solved. I can clearly see why they have such a high rating. Great experience with Saint Joseph Plumbing. They did a great job replacing a water heater for us the same day we called them. They also replaced an outdoor faucet for us cheaper than Roto Rooter quoted. Glad to have found a good plumber.

I have nothing but praise for Jesse Lynch. We had the old polybutylene pipes and needed the whole house replumbed. He was on time and professional, scoped out the job and did his best to keep it as cheap as possible (with as little damage to drywall as possible), and worked a 15-hr-day on the second day of the replumbing so we wouldn't have to have the water turned off for more than one day. He was awesome. We have used him a couple of times since then for smaller things, including an emergency on Thanksgiving Day, and he does consistently excellent work. If you need a plumber, this is who you want to call.

I called last minute as I was moving out of my house that afternoon and forgot that I needed to have a plumber plug the gas line to the BBQ grill. They were on time and all the work needed was explained to me and a quote for the work was provided before work began. I will for sure be calling back when I have another plumbing issue.

The service person, Russ, did an outstanding job. He was completely able to find the problem and fix it properly. He took the time to make sure all was working well.

I am in a wheelchair but live in a house with a basement. I thought I heard water running downstairs and obviously couldn't check it out myself. I called Saint Joseph Plumbing to see if they could help and they sent over someone to check things out within 30 min and determined that it was just snow melt being channeled under the house. And because they were going to be in the area anyway they were kind enough to not charge me.
I honestly couldn't be happier with how they responded to everything. I will 100% be calling them for any plumbing needs in the future.

Background: Called SJP after our normal plumber didn't get back with us. We booked online and the front office followed up immediately. They quoted us a price to fix a toilet shutoff valve...honestly at first it sounded a little high, but then did my research online and found out that they gave us a competitive market price. Russ showed up about 15 minutes after 3pm (well within the hour window we were given), immediately put on shoe covers and asked if we wanted him to wear a mask for COVID procedures. He turned off the water, got to work and was done quickly. He took the time to show me what the issue was and explained everything. I even asked about another issue that could have potentially led to extra work, but he explained that it was most likely thermal expansion in our pipes and it was most likely not something to worry about. His explanation confirmed a possible explanation I read about online...but always good to get an expert opinion.

I had a problem with the kitchen sink backing up and also coming out from behind the washing machine. I had never used St. Joseph's before and I've had some bad experiences with other plumbers so wasn't sure what to expect. Can't say enough about these folks. They are not only highly professional, but they are personable and reliable. We had been using the plumbing service in Colorado Springs that advertises 100 years of experience, but St Joseph outshines them. When our water heater ruptured, not only did they respond quickly, but they were about $300.00 cheaper than the service we'd been using. In less than 24 hours, I had a brand new water heater installed and up and running. We'll only use St. Joseph, from here on out.

I am an established customer of this business. We have been satisfied with the quality of work done in the past and that is the reason we called them to replace the flapper in the toilet tank and for a general look to see if the tank needed other parts. Russ was polite and accommodating. The reason I am giving only three stars is due to the fact that I was charged $160.00 to replace the flapper; service call plus parts and labor. What labor is involved in replacing a flapper part.. Ridiculously overpriced!! May be the last time I use St. Joseph’s Plumbing due to overpricing! Invoice did not indicate trip charge, cost of parts, or labor. Only indicated one total price.

We called Saint Joseph Plumbing for what I thought was a small thing (I couldn't get the toilet to stop running, and I couldn't get the water to the toilet to shut off). Turns out the pressure regulator between the home and the city water had failed! So grateful to have a large problem taken care of so quickly and professionally!! I left the hose on in the winter and had an outdoor faucet burst. It led into the ceiling of my daughters bedroom and she had a new shower from the vent by her bed. I have never met a more amiable technician than Russ. He came out, worked quickly and efficiently, and kept me in the loop the whole time. My husband already left a review, but I need to add that I have personally been beyond impressed with Saint Joseph! We had asked for plumbing referrals from our neighborhood group and several people suggested Saint Joseph. There were a couple of other local companies who came highly recommended as well. I actually started with one that was closer to where we live. I was a little bit frustrated that they seemed to never answer their phone (I totally understand the nature of small business and it makes sense, but I still wanted to talk to someone when I called). Saint Joseph was professional and responsive right from the start. From the first phone call, I felt like we were in good hands. They were able to set up an appointment quickly. Great service. Miranda was so helpful. We had had a terrible morning waking up to find ourselves without hot water and a funeral to get ready for. She reassured me that we would be able to attend our funeral and that we wouldn't have to worry about it being to late to get someone out to our home later in the evening. I simply asked one thing; something so minuscule so profusely improfound…. “Can I take an Upper Decker?” Not only did the worker, who’s profession is in that of toilets, have the gall to tell me that he “Didn’t know what an upper decker was”, but proceeded to tell me that I not only couldn’t but would have to leave the store as well…. I am appalled at this service, and when the cops showed up asking if I was the one who broke in later that night and took an upper decker, I didn’t even care!!! I just simply was enthralled by the fact that a policeman, someone who DOES NOT have any experience with that of plumbing, DOES know what an upper decker is… really I’m not mad- just dissapointed. I’ll take my fecal matter elsewhere and I suggest you do the same.

I've been doing a lot of home remodeling. and ended up accidentally drilling into a copper pipe in a bathroom. Jesse came out the same day when I called in about a copper pipe that I accidentally punctured. He was professional, courteous, and friendly during the quick repair. He also tightened some loose nuts on another sink for me. The second time I called, he came over that same day and gave me free advice on installing a toilet on an uneven floor. SJP is my go to plumber. He isn't out to make up repairs or services that you need to just make money. Jesse helped me out like I was family. I highly recommend.

Jesse roughed in plumbing to my garage so that a utility sink can be installed. He determined quickly the easiest way to do this and completed the job quickly for a reasonable price. I prefer hiring small companies to do work around the house because the owner often does the work himself. I found Jesse to be friendly, competent and trust worthy. I decided to try some plumbing myself, and when I got my toilet removed, I found rusty bolts and ring (no wonder my toilet was rocking!). Of course it was a Fri afternoon. I called and Jesse said he could come over Sat AM, and aslo gave me an estimate. He was courteous, put on surgery slippers before entering our home, was quick and neat, and got my toilet up, stable, and running in no time. St. Joseph's showed up and had everything ready to go to help fix my old houses plumbing by installing a new toilet and repairing the flange. The old one was retrofited poorly and cracked the base and was getting a little wobbly and leaking. They came in and said exactly what needed to be done and had it corrected. The office staff was top notch and provided an accurate quote and they got me scheduled inside of business hours for a competitive rate Jesse was excellent he knew exactly what to do and keep everything clean and tidy. They walked me through how to properly unfreeze the pipes so they would not break. A plumber above the others. Fixed my leak where 2 other plumbers didn't. I could tell Russ was a straight shooter as soon as I opened my door. He went above and beyond making sure we were happy even replacing a small hose as a courtesy and coming back to clear the line out. He didnt make up stories or excuses and didntt complain like the other 2 did. Great customer service from him and Amy who answered the phone and scheduled the appointment which I didnt have to wait long for and he arrived when promised. Not being a plumber nor someone that has ever needed a plumber I cant speak to prices; $200 to diagnose, had to go in crawl space, cut open the wall behind the bathroom sink, cut the fractured pipe and weld a new pipe in its place... You tell me. Anyway, I thought it was worth it as I now have a dry carpet.

I initially had them install a new pressure regulator, expansion tank and a whole house water filter. They did a great job at a fair price. I decided to have them quote my master bathroom and guest bath plumbing remodel installation. Jessie did a great job on all parts of the installation and worked well with the tile person I hired to do the tile in being coordinated. He replaced a rough in valve without destroying tile and I was impressed. I have no reservations referring him to my friends, family or clients for their plumbing needs. Great job guys!

Second time we've use St. Joseph Plumbing. First time was to replace a hot water heater, run a gas line for a gas stove and run water lines for a dog wash tub. This time was to replace the drain elbow valve on our underground watering system. What should have been probably a couple of hours work turned out to be a quick thinking fix by the tech, Max, to make the repair very quick and simple.

We were put in a bad spot by a contractor hiring someone else to do work that was not up to code, not work done by these guys. We called Sait Joseph's who said it was too much of a liability even after we told them we would understand if it needed to be completely pulled out and start over. So I guess they just want us to live with no plumbing. The gentleman was polite but ironic to be named after a saint and unwilling to help others or even look at it

I’ve used St Joseph plumbing for 3 separate jobs now, and all 3 times they got the job done right, but also gave me information on my options of how to fix the job and save money. Called St. Joseph early in the morning they were very polite and were able to get me in the same day. The tech notified me when he was enroute and was on time. He did a good job on clearing a drain cleaned up after himself and was polite. I would recommend and will use them again.

I attempted to fix an exterior faucet and broke the pipe. I needed a professional plumber immediately. My wife called Saint Joseph Plumbing, they were able to send a plumber a few hours later by kindly fitting us in between calls. Several other places that we called who were also booked up could not see us until late that night. Russ came and did a wonderful job fixing the pipe that I broke. About six months ago we were told by a local plumber that the polybutylene piping in our house had a history of failing from chlorine in the water and that the safe move would be to replace all of it in our house. They gave us an estimate and my husband and I sat on it due to life getting busy. This month we decided to get some work done at our house by Homefix and they also suggested we consider replacing the polybutylene piping for the same reason. Griff Hanning suggested we have St Joseph’s plumbing give us a quote. Not only was St Joseph’s much lower, I was immediately impressed by the professionalism of Jesse Lynch, the owner of this fine business. I was so impressed that I also requested he give me a quote for running a gasline to my kitchen. Again his quote was very reasonable and he gave me a discount since I was good with having them happen at the same time.
My husband and I were blown away with Jesse’s work. He was on time and installed everything flawlessly. He cleaned up and took the time to show us all of the work and answer our questions. He scheduled and came for both inspections (water and gas) and the inspectors had no issues.
It’s so neat when you get to get in on the “bottom floor” with a business—when it is new and you get to make a personal connection with the owner. I have no doubt St Joseph’s Plumbing is going to grow and become well known in Colorado Springs, but for now it was great to feel like it was A special find. We will keep St Joseph’s as our go to company for all things plumbing and I strongly recommend this company to all my friends.

Thank you SJ plumbing! We found out on a Friday morning that our water heater took a dump! I called a couple other companies and they told me they couldn’t take care of me until Monday. I called SJ at around noon. I was told they could make it between 2-3. It did take a little longer since their appointment ahead of me took longer than expected but Jesse showed up at 6pm and was gone before 7. I first contacted Saint Joseph plumbing to give me an estimate for a bathroom that we were changing from a half bath to a 3/4 bath. Before they were able to get to us we went with the contractor's plumber and I forgot to let them know. Which I felt really bad about. However I was uncomfortable with the work that had been done and when Jessie showed up, I explained the situation and he offered to look at it even though we had gone with someone else. He pointed out that it was not up to code and saved us not knowing and having a poor job done. With this knowledge, I made the contractor get it fixed. This is a testament to his character. That he would still offer to look at it and give me suggestions even though he didn't have the job. I recently called them for a hot water dispenser install and to talk about finishing our basement. We got the same great work and attitude. We will be using them for all our plumbing needs.

Called with a question and they were super friendly and offered to give an estimate without coming out. The estimate was given less than an hour later and seemed reasonable, but the next available appointment didn't fit into our schedule. Didn't end up having the work done, because of the schedule conflict, but will definitely use them whenever we need a plumber.

Wes came and cleared/cut out the roots in my main drain. He also did a video inspection. He proposed having this done every 18-24 months. cost would be a few hundred dollars every few years. Very honest and professional service. Opposite then what I previously had.
A few weeks earlier I had main drain cleared out by a competitor. They cleared the drain, and proposed a video inspection. After the video inspection they proposed installing a double clean-out and putting in a liner into my main drain. This was to the tune of $11,000 worth of work and a $1,000 discount if I decided that day. They did not offer to cut out the roots like St. Josephs did. I did not like the tactics they used.

We needed to have a gas line moved so that we could push our stove back and allow a Jesse came and looked at the job. Gave us a very competitive estimate. We then scheduled the job for the afternoon but they had an opportunity to get in and do the job early which we took advantage of to open wide enough to access the pullout. Jesse came out and gave us a very competitive estimate. We scheduled the work they arrived on time and not only completed it but insured that the cabinet door would open after The pipe was moved. They actually went above and beyond to ensure that we had the access we desired

Russ (I think that's his name; I waited too long to write my review) did a great job. Adjusted our pressure regulators, both inside and outside. After adjustments were made, he ensured the outside pressure provided ideal coverage for our sprinklers, making it unnecessary to call a sprinkler expert to make further adjustments to our sprinklers.

We are selling our house and were two days out from the buyers home inspection when the water heater decided to go down and start leaking. We called Jesse and arraigned for him to come out the next morning by 8a. He arrived early, assessed the situation, and had the repairs made within a couple of hours.

I had a kitchen sink/faucet/disposal replaced by this company yesterday; everything works fine as far as I can tell, but the installer did a poor job with the caulking around the sink. My countertop is covered in a very sticky clear residue of about 3/4 inch wide around the whole perimeter of where the sink meets the counter. I expected a more professional job for something that was pretty expensive. Now I have to scrape and peel the caulk and redo it myself. I didn't notice this until after the installer had left the premises; this sticky residue attracts dust and crumbs and is not easy to remove as it just comes off in tiny chunks since it's so sticky; it's also smeared onto the surface of the brand new stainless sink and looks awful. I'm slightly concerned about whether any other parts of the installation were done improperly.

I do want to note that it was very easy to schedule via text message, and the installer was on time (although he did leave for almost an hour to make a run to the hardware store).

My issue is just the poor appearance and extra work I now have to do, after dropping $675 on this service. For that kind of money, I should not have this issue. I have never seen a caulk job look like this! (Note the peeling on the second picture; this happened when I was simply wiping the counter with a rag and it's still sticky and full of residue).

Super profesional, they were able to come same day and install a new water heater for us. They also communicated super well through text, which was great for me, including provinding me a quote through texts photo. Finally. They took care of all the permitting very efficiently.

We had them come out to look at a shower valve that was making odd noises. The plumber was courteous and listened attentively to the description of the problem. He offered clear options and prices for the repair. He was able to make the repair during the initial visit and all is well. Very happy and would definitely call them again.

We had the washing machine valves replaced as well as having an access panel installed. The original valve was a single lever valve that controlled both the hot and cold water. When it started leaking, I called Saint Joseph Plumbing and asked if it could be replaced with a separate valve for each. I was assured that it would not be a problem, and it wasn't. Anne, who scheduled the appointment and remained in constant contact with me before, during and after the appointment, was very accommodating, professional and a pleasure to do business with. Max, our plumber, showed up 5 minutes before our appointment and was also very professional and personable. He explained what he was doing every step of the way. My husband was out of town when our water heater needed replaced. I had quite a bit a water on the basement floor when I discovered it. I didn’t know what to do. I called Saint Joseph plumbing and Jesse was there on the exact time that he said he would be. Russ arrived right on time and replaced a water valve for our toilet in less than 30 min. He did a complimentary test on our water pressure, as well. He was very courteous and friendly.
