I called this establishment due to the high reviews. I was greeted by a lady and briefly explained my plumbing symptoms and would like to setup an appointment two days out. She gave a quick thin-lip diagnosis and stated they were booked two weeks out with no follow up statement. I responded with “Great” expecting her to offer another date or a follow up call, but no. She said “it is great for us, but not for you”. WoW!!!!! could someone please tell me HOW do you obtain high reviews with a gatekeeper like that?!? The beauty of money is you can spend it anywhere.

Carmine Tagliere did a great job. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it while making sure to be safe not sorry and ensure a quality job. I appreciate him not only doing quality work but also taking to time to explain and elaborate on anything I needed as a new homeowner.

My fiance and I bought a house June 29, 2020, in our contract we requested the HVAC be cleaned, serviced, and insured it was operational. The sellers used Oakview Mechanical to take care of the request and they paid $886 to Oakview to insure the HVAC was cleaned, serviced, and operational along with a few other odd jobs. It was summer so of course the first 2 months we did not use the furnace. Yesterday, September 8, 2020, we turned on our heater and it was NOT working.

I made a call to Oakview Mechanical this morning to see if they would come out and look at it since they signed the invoice saying it was operational not even two and a half months ago. They said they could send a service man out for $89. I mentioned that they worked on it a little over two months ago and claimed it was operational. They then went on to say they do not guarantee operation of any of the units they work on, unless you call in within 30 days.

In other words, if you hire them...they service your unit, sign off that it's operational, and 2 months later after NO use at all...tough luck. DO NOT waste your money. The customer service was rude and unprofessional. They obviously do not back the quality of their work. Oakview Mechanical guarantees their work for 30 days and anything past that you better be prepared to pay them for sub par work all over again. It honestly shocked me that the seller paid good money so we could have a operational HVAC system just for Oakview to say it was operational for 30 days. How do you claim a system is operational, clean and service it, just for it to be not operational when turned on!!!

I would recommend taking your business elsewhere. After I got off the phone with Oakview, I called WireNut and told them what was going on with our furnace (since they were the ones who installed it in 2015). They offered to send someone out and assured me that they would honor any warranties that may be in affect. The customer service was spectacular at WireNut and they obviously back the quality of their work, even 5 years later.

We called B&L after a sewer line backup because they advertise as a 24 hour emergency plumber. They were unable to get in touch with their plumber and told us that it'd be at least 7 hours before they could have a technician come out. If you need somebody in an emergency, these folks aren't it...

We have used advantage for years from the rental property to family's houses to our personal houses I highly recommend the Quality of work and skill they provide is well worth any amount i perfer having the job done right the first time and no future problems his work will last and you know it's done right

What a great experience, this company is top notch! Kyle was so friendly..I couldn't believe how prompt he arrived at my home, gave a call ahead to let me know he was on his way. He got to work immediately, walked me through the issue, what the work plan would be, an initial estimate if all went according to plan, and no other issues where found. I was so grateful for the work that he did and the guidance he gave us for the facet gear we needed to replace. We followed his instruction and all went well! Don’t walk, run from this company. Don’t let the, I imagine paid for google reviews. This company is a sales company and will utilize scare tactics to try and sell you a bunch of things because what you have “isn’t safe”. Multiple people I know have had same issues with this company.I had another reputable company come out and they confirmed that WireNut indeed is just trying to upsell customers. Horrible business model.

Our technician was the very best. He explained what he was doing and answered all of my questions. Spent the time to make sure our air conditioner was running at peak performance with no leaks. I definitely want him back for our next pm.

Don’t know about their work, but 1 star to the guy in your work van that just ran a red light cutting me off in traffic while looking at his cell phone almost causing an accident.
