Hired in October 2016 to replace pilot starter on water heater. Saturday, 22 Apr, water pilot went out and would not restart. Called tech on duty and also filled out work request on line. Would not listen to fact that city utilities had already been there, insisted that I go thru restarting procedures. After assuring him that pilot would not lit, was more interested in telling me the price of service call. Agreed to wait until Monday for service. Called Monday, was informed one technician was out on an emergency and repairs could not be made til 0800 Wed, 26 Apr.
Would not budge, not try to fit into schedule, or make any concessions. To expect a customer to go 96 hours without hot water is unreasonable.

Alex with Team Plumbing was fantastic. He was quick and knowledgeable. He told me exactly what had happened and how he would fix it. The work was done the same day. Very impressed with his professionalism.

Chris came out fast and on time, and went above and beyond what we needed. He stuck to the original price he gave us even though he had to get more equipment to finish our job! This is our new plumbing company. Thank you Chris!!

Fast reliable service. I was referred to them through my warranty company, it was close to being the weekend and they said they would be at my house to service my broken water heater around noon, they arrived on time, and fixed it the same day. Excellent customer service. Chris and Aaron came out within 24 hours of my call, even though it was not an emergency. They removed a jammed item in our garbage disposal that was making it sound like rocks were in there when it was turned off. Curtis is awesome! Before coming out to fix my water heater he actually took the time to first make sure my gas was turned on and then stayed on the phone with me and walked me through the pilot lighting procedure... TWICE just to be certain. Who does that these days? Turns out that didn't fix it, but wow.... Fantastic above and beyond customer service!!!

Chris is very professional, punctual, great communicator and did an amazing job. He installed a free standing tub, tub filler, vanity, faucets and toilets without a hitch. Highly recommend!

The guys who came out were amazing, incredibly nice, and completely professional. They did the job quick and efficiently, and I'm 100% satisfied with their work!

We had a terrible experience with Team Plumbing and would not recommend them to anyone. Curtis came out to give us a quote, which was very reasonably priced to rough plum the basement for a bathroom. We scheduled him at his earliest convenience, which was 7 weeks out. He called on the morning he was supposed to show up to say that something else out of his hands came up and that he would not be able to make it. We rescheduled for a day later that week, and again he cancelled. After waiting an hour on the third day he was scheduled to do the work and didn't show up, I called his cell. His voicemail message said he was not working that day...the day he was supposed to be at our house! I immediately called the main number for Team Plumbing and Brandon apologized and said that they would get another plumber to come out to our house that day. A few hours later, a new plumber showed up, did a walk through for a materials list, and left to go purchase the necessary items. Two hours later, Brandon from Team Plumbing called back to say that the plumber who was at our house that morning quit his job! When I asked who was going to finish our basement and when, Brandon said that they didn't have anyone available to do the work and that we should find another company. Ugh! After waiting a few days to cool down, I was able to speak with Tom the owner of Team Plumbing. Unfortunately, he told me the same story! Curtis who gave us the quote was basically unqualified to do the rough in for the bathroom and that they didn't have anyone else available. Tom did agree to compensate us with the tub that had already been delivered to our house for the hassle and the fact that we were now almost 2 months behind our timeline. Save yourself a headache and find another plumber!

My experience was pretty brief since they never responded to my online message, and oh yeah, they never returned my voice mail. I guess it's nice to be that busy that you don't need new business.

I decided to give Team Plumbing team a feed back its because, Curtis was knowledgeable and reasonable of their pricing. However, there is a little bit error in actual work on the shower fixture. but the whole process is quick. I will definitely use their service again. Thank you so much for the job done team plumbing.

I placed a work order through my home warranty company and it was placed through this company. I was notified of my appointment time promptly (which was for the next day!) Chris showed up on time and was extremely professional and helpful. He diagnosed that my problem was electrical and instead of just leaving after completing his work, he sat on the phone for me to set up an appointment with an electrician for me! I believe he said he was working multiple positions at the company as well (including some form of management), so I'm sure his time is very important, but he made sure I was taken care of before leaving!

He was responsive and arrived on time. He replaced two seals on my hose bibs and did it for a very fair price. He kindly fixed and cleaned an aerator on a sink at no additional cost. Now that is going the extra mile. Thanks again.

Former employee and I can tell you ,, really bad work quailty ,, poorly ran company ,, all there workers are drug addicts and drunks should of saw a red flag the first day but didn't ,, also major employer of illegal imagrants.. would not suggest you hire these guys ,, scammers and swindlers

Chris and Aaron did a water heater swap for me today. In addition to the scheduled work they contacted my warranty provider and insisted on replacement of other components found to be faulty. They were on time, polite , prompt and efficient. Would and will recomend them for any plumbing needs.

Customer service is a pretty important part of running a business. It might be worth the investment to hire someone to answer the phone with a good attitude.

They were super helpful. And I did not even wind up using them. It was a problem that was fixed by the water company. But they pointed me in the right direction and I will definitely call on them if I need some help.

Poorly managed, none know how to run jobs right. If you are not one to suck up to the management the job isn't for you.. Very unorganized...

Professional service and super fast response. I had a sewer main line clog on a 3 day old house, called the emergency line and Chris was at my house within an hour! He explained what he thought the problem was, how he was going to fix it and what to expect. He fixed the clog and checked a few other places to make sure the job was done right.

My water heater’s gas valve broke. I called Team Plumbing late Monday afternoon, left a voicemail, and they got back early Tuesday morning. They were very quick to send a guy out. The plumber “fixed” my water heater then left. There was a huge gas leak though, so I called Team Plumbing and they sent him back to fix it. Unfortunately, even after his second attempt, there was still a smaller gas leak.

I called them back and left another voicemail on Tuesday evening. Wednesday morning, they sent two different guys back over to fix the leak. Chris and David were their names as I recall. These guys were very thorough and spent a couple of hours making sure everything was ship shape, which I really appreciated.

So I guess depending on which plumber you get, you could either have a very good or very bad experience.

Definitely recommended. Water heater went out so our warranty company had us contact Team Plumbing. They showed up promptly, diagnosed the problem, grabbed and installed a replacement, and was out the door in only a few minutes. Very professional and courteous the whole time. Will definitely use them again if/when we have an issue.

Team plumbing responded to a home warranty claim for a leaking garbage disposal and a leaky pipe within the wall. Chris came out to perform the work and was highly professional as he diagnosed (and explained) the discovered issues and performed the repair actions. Highly recommend this company!

Water heater went out...they responded quickly...helped us deal with manufacturer warranty....cleaned up after they were done! Very impressed. Will definitely call again.

Brian with Team Plumbing was terrific. I was not getting truly hot water in my upstairs master bath and Brian identified a mixing valve all the way down in the basement and adjusted that and just like that I now have truly hot water for the master bathtub. Thank you Brian!

I will never get a service from here again. They scammed our family with water heater. They said we need to change the water heater and ask us for $1200 but then it was just my mother and sister did not know how to ignite the water heater. Highly unscrupulous to women who does not know well and non ethical business.

Terrible company. They scammed my father (who has dementia) out of a large amount of money and broke his water heater. When I called to speak to a manager the person who answered the phone was rude and condescending. I finally talked to amy (apparently a manager) who was even more rude to me and had zero personal skills. I will never do business with this company again.

Very polite and professional

I hired Team Plumbing to install an electric tankless water heater after I called around and searched the internet extensively for someone with previous experience, as they are pretty rare. Curtis assured me he had done it many times in Florida. Unfortunately, he sent someone to do it who had NEVER installed one before. His workman was quickly trying to read the installation instruction sheet at my house.

After many errors, and dripping rusty water all over my carpet (he also forgot to put down a tarp), he finally got it installed. I voiced my concerns about needing to flush it in a year, as was recommended online, because of our hard well water. The installer thought it'd be a good idea.

But, as I go to flush it now, I notice that he didn't put in valves that allow a way to do this! There is no outlet. I'm not really surprised at another mistake. I called Curtis, and, after researching it more and not finding anything online, he doesn't think I need it. My pipes are now banging with the built up sediment that I can't release. I called Rheem and they said to flush the system and gave me the names of two plumbers who actually are experts. I guess I'll just pay someone new. It'll probably save me money/time in the long run, anyway.

SAVE yourself the trouble and don't trust Team Plumbing with your electric tankless, no matter what Curtis promises!

Chris and Aaron were very punctual at the designated scheduled time. They resolved my clogged sink and garbage disposal issues in about 15min. They were both kind and professional.

I made a claim through my home warranty for issues with my garbage disposal. They said to expect a call from Team Plumbing. I was very impressed with Team Plumbing's quick response. Within 5 minutes of making the claim, Chris from Team Plumbing called me and said he could be at my house within 45 minutes. He showed up within his stated time frame and was very polite, professional, and replaced my garbage disposal. He gave me tips on how to use it to keep it working properly. (For others that may not know, garbage disposals have a reset button.) I highly recommend Chris from Team Plumbing for your garbage disposal needs.

Team Plumbing fixed a garden faucet for my home that was broken from being over tightened. Less than 20 minutes, the broken plastic parts were replaced by brass fixtures and works fantastic. My installer, Brandon, did an excellent job in such a short amount of time. He was professional and courteous. I was happy with the price, Brandon and of course calling on Team Plumbing fot getting the job done right the first time. Maxium stars without question.
