Advantage Sewer and Drain

My husband and I were in the process of closing on a home and we were recommended by our realtor to call Advantage Sewer and Drain and get a sewer scope because the house had been vacant for 2 years and its over 40 years old. We got the scope scheduled for the following day and David called half hour prior to let me know he was on his way. He had to do the scope through the basement toilet and asked if it was okay to cut the bolts and remove the toilet in order to proceed. obviously he could see that I had no idea what was going on so he explained what the normal procedure was and explained why he had to remove the toilet. He did so with absolutely NO mess and then started the scope. All I could see on the video was a fuzzy gray/black screen and he then explained to me everything that he could see (or couldn't see- no roots or cracks or anything). The whole thing was over in less than 10 minutes and as he was replacing the bolts he had to cut earlier he explained a few preventive measures I could do that would keep the sewer pipes clean and working, for a first time home owner he was very informative as well as efficient and fast! He left absolutely no mess and immediately got me the sewer scope video that I had asked for.

The only thing worse than their quality of work is their inability to drive safely. I have excellent photos and videos of your workers cutting off traffic, zig zagging with the trailer wobbling, and speeding 40+ in a residential 25mph. I’m turning it into authorities but you might want to take a good faith effort to attempt to rectify the negligence by your workers.

Advantage Plumbing came out on an emergency basis at night when we had a back up. The rate was reasonable. The customer service was great. They unstopped the line and brought the camera out in a few days and ran the lines to our septic and found a dip in the line. We knew we had a slight dip but it had gotten worse. The probelm was close to our septic tank. They had the line dug up and repaired and all landscaping replaced in a very timely manner. You could not tell any work had been done.
I am so very impressed with the customer service. Sean and David and all the workers are great. They do not keep you waiting in an emergency. Thank you. They will definitely be the ones I call for any of my plumbing needs in the future.

Great job by Advantage on my sewer line repair. I had a plumbing issue and received a pricey quote from one of the chain rooter companies, who I didn't trust from the start due to their sales tactics. I called Advantage, where the owner answered the phone and was generous with his time talking through my potential issues. Josh came out and confirmed that I needed the work, but quoted and completed the job for 40% less than the other quote. These guys were nothing but straight shooters throughout the process. The professionalism, good communication, and cleanup of the work site was beyond my expectations. I've not not been lucky enough to receive such good service in any other type of home maintenance, so I had to get on here and say so.

These guys are great and very professional. I needed a camera down the sewer line with very short notice and they handled it in less than 24 hours at a very reasonable price. I really appreciated all the information that was given to me beforehand, as well as when he got there. He showed up a few minutes before our scheduled appointment, which for me is a plus. He was very professional and was great at breaking down every step and term for my personal understanding and even gave me advice on keeping the whole sewage/pipes running smoothly. Quick to respond. We've used them in the past and their team is very organized. The hose faucet began leaking inside the basement wall. They were out to the house within 24 hours, determined the correct spot to cut the drywall, made the faucet replacement. Cleaned up the dust. David was highly qualified and friendly. Highly recommend.

Advantage Sewer and Drain saved the day! My wife and I recently had a small pipe burst in our basement and the Advantage team answered the phone, first ring and told us they could have someone out in 30-35 minutes and quoted me over the phone. The technician, Cameron texted me within 5 minutes after the first phone call to confirm he was enroute. Cameron was polite, courteous and prompt. Sunday night after a long day at PPIHC only to get home to a backed up sewer main. Josh came quickly and explained EVERYTHING! Was very helpful and knowledgeable about all things plumbing. He fixed the issue and then made sure that every drain in the house was working as well as the toilets. He even checked the drain from the washing machine.

Called 4 local plumber 2 never even called back, Sean was able to give quote over the phone and was ready to install the next morning. Price was $400 less the others. Great work, great price, very professional.

On time, the work was done quickly and professionally, and they charged what was quoted. What's not to like about that? I now have a functioning kitchen sink again after they snaked the line from the wall out.

I called these guys to help get rid of a mainline clog that had my toilets backing up into my tubs. They came all the way down to Cripple Creek within 24 hours, and despite complications from some improper piping, Eduardo had it clear and working again within an hour of arriving. All in all, I'd say they absolutely crushed it in terms of helping me out both in terms of speed and affordability. Top shelf service!

On 1/28/16 Josh and Richelle provided 2 hours of plumbing services to include checking toilet for leak and installing a new wax ring, installing a new garbage disposal, installing a new shower head and cleaning aerators on several faucets. I was extremely pleased with their service and professionalism. I feel they went above and beyond and gave me information regarding the hot water heater, etc. I would highly recommend them and intend to use them again in the near future.

The only reason I know of them is the absolutely reckless driving I have encountered by their drivers. I was nearly forced into a crash by them when I had a baby in the car with me. Going north on Cascade the driver pulls out RIGHT IN FRONT OF ME which causes me to have to slam on the brakes nearly crashing. Of course the driver could not wait until I passed, and to complete the story the took a right exactly one block down.

The fact the drivers are so insane and nearly killed a baby I will never deal with this company and warn you to do the same.

Called these guys about some clogged drainage pipes. They came out in a very timely manner, and diagnosed the problem right away. After showing me the rotted 60 year old steel pipes, they replaced them without batting an eye. Knew exactly what needed to be done and finished the job promptly. Despite it being early Saturday morning (about 0900), Alex responded to my distress call and was on site as he'd promised by 1030.I really appreciated all the information he provided me beforehand, as well as when he arrived.
A bit after an hour or so he'd purged my kitchen sink of its blockage. He was courteous and friendly and responded to my concerns that it's an older house and the plumbing has proved to be rather fragile. There were no mishaps and once again I am quite pleased and satified with Advantage's service.

I had waited all day Thursday for another local plumber to come out and snake my main line. At 3 pm they told me they were on their way out to me and one hour later showed up. The young man told me he couldn't do what I had set the appointment for them to do. I looked online and found Advantage and called them right away based on their outstanding reviews. I got in touch with someone and they got me scheduled right away. When it was time for my appointment David called, almost to the minute, letting me know he was about 15 minutes away. When he showed up 10 minutes later I was already happy. David was pleasant and professional and very clean. He was in and out getting my job done and recommending some things I could do to make the process smoother next time. I am very pleased and will both recommend them and use their services again!

My uncle had a backed up pipe. We called a different company who told us they couldn’t work on pipes in the cold? I called advantage sewer and drain and got an appointment for the very next day! Josh arrived on time and was amazing! He was very friendly and professional and was able to find the cause of the clog. Roots... he had all the equipment there and just took care of it right then! It’s hard to know who to trust when looking for professional help and I feel lucky to have found them! They will definitely be my go to if ever needed again!

The work they did was fine and I’m sure the price was fine (they were contracted through the rental company). But, the guy who came out and did our work was rude. He complained the whole time about how messy my garage was and how they couldn’t find the main line in it. There were 10 moving boxes stacked up in front of it, and I had no clue what they were even looking for. Had I known it was behind them, I would have moved them before they got there. I ended up moving all the boxes, and they were able to do the job. But I didn’t appreciate the snarky, unprofessional comments.

We called Advantage out for an estimate on a new sewer line on Feb. 21st. The gentlemen that arrived did a thorough review of our system and we agreed with what they were telling us.

When scheduling the estimate, we were not told that we were going to be charged $150. This was weird because we had another company come to our home, and not charge us for the estimate. It seems dishonest to NOT tell your customer that they are going to be charged for an estimate before even scheduling one. Although we did pay the fee, we were surprised by the fee. Finally, it is now March 7th and we have yet to see an estimate on replacement costs. When I called the company to inquire about the charge and the estimate, I did not receive a, sorry we didn't inform you of the charge, or a timeline to receive the estimate. I felt I was an annoyance to them, even though I was professional on the phone. Unfortunately, we don't feel comfortable working with them now.

Advantage came within a few hours of my call, and rootered our main sewer drain and worked at it twice as hard as a company who came the day before that I called without doing my research. Advantage Sewer and Drain broke through the clog when the other company couldn't, and gave an honest assessment of the problem without being pushy at all. Highly recommended!

These guys are awesome! Our drains began backing up yesterday morning and we called another company that gave us the run around from 10 am till 9 pm. Asked all of our friends for suggestions, and these guys were highly recommend.

Great Service!! They gave me an estimate over the phone before coming out so there was no big surprise when I paid. The tech was not only on time but called to tell me where in the city he was and gave me an estimate of when he would be here so i didn't have to guess and sit around and wait. I met Sean & Advantage Sewer after I had a really poor experience with Brand X drain cleaning company in town. Advantage Sewer & Plumbing is so superior to the plumbers I had used before that I'm not sure how I got along without them. Several services going into Woodland Park were no longer available, so I did some research and called Advantage Sewer and Drain for a quote. The process was done professionally and quickly. (Even after some follow up questions.) So we scheduled a mainline clearance.
Eduardo went out to the house and spent a good amount of time ensuring our lines were cleared out to the main service connection. He was communicative, professional and informative. Eduardo also ensured he left the site clean and back to normal. He's a pro!
After the invoice came out, I had further clarification needs and they were met. Payment of the invoice went well. I would recommend Eduardo and Advantage to my family, friends and neighbors. Great job guys!

I don't even know where to begin with my review but it basically started with my terrible home warranty company and ends with Josh a competent and courteous professional. I had literally just closed on my home when we discovered a leak in the wall behind the refrigerator. The only way to prevent further damage to my home was to immediately turn off the water to the entire house. It was late, so I decided I would call my warranty company first thing in the morning, Saturday. Well after a unbelievable run around, hours on the phone and of course in tears at this point on Sunday morning I chose to call a plumber myself and just pay it out if my own pocket as we were going on 36 hours without water. . Josh answered, and he immediately put me at ease. He could tell I was frustrated, and said, don't worry we are going to help you. He was at my home within 40 minutes. He was friendly, professional, kind, understanding and above all extremely competent. He rectified the emergency at hand and provided my family with water and still no word from the home warranty people. He also took the time to educate me on some other household issues to watch for. He left, but made a follow up call to me the next day. He even called my home warranty company to speak on my behalf. Josh epitomizes customer service that you rarely see these days. I would highly recommend him and this company to anyone. I know they received a life long customer in me. Thank you for everything and helping me during this challenging time!
