Andres G. Was extremely helpful! Having some issues with my unit and was sent to do some additional testing. We were able to recreate and he could see what it was doing. Being able to pin point what exactly it was doing. He walked me through step by step on how the system starts up.

James Peck is the best! He is very professional, meticulous and did a great job. It wasn't an easy install because gas lines and pipes had to be moved. He took his time and made sure the job was perfect.

We have used HVAC Solutions for our annual inspection and maintenance on our HVAC system since moving here 11 years ago. This year it was time to get a new heating system, and later in the summer when we could afford it, get A/C installed as well. Jason came to our home, looked at our existing system, took measurements and gave us our options promptly. They performed the install on time for both units. Both units also require an outside inspection post install, and the inspector had minor issues that needed addressing; they scheduled dates to perform these repairs very promptly and the follow-up inspection was approved. I highly recommend them and would use them again.

Amazing people! They’re always here within 24 hours of calling! Always on time! Or early! They installed a new furnace and AC unit for us within a day! Super clean about it! They did the work as soon as they could especially since we have a 5 month old in the house. Andrew, Jacob, and Caleb, were the ones here for the install! Jacob was the one who came out and found out we needed a new unit. They’re super friendly. They explain everything they’re doing! Stephanie in the office is amazing and super sweet! Since when it comes to inspections they only tell them a day and it’s anywhere between 8-5, she made sure to call us to at least let us know what number we were on the list so we could leave for a little if we had too! Installed water heater. Failed inspections 5 times, when it seemed it might be complete, it failed inspection because the water heater was not to be installed in mobilehome. They installed a different one. Had to replace roof vent. After a month I thought it was finally finished. We got rain and the roof leaked badly. I reported the leak to them and they came out several times. I explained the roof vented needed to be replaced After 8 months of them not correcting this problem, I called a roofing company and had the vent replaced. I called Wright Plumbing and expressed they should reimburse me for the repair. I was told they would not because I did not give them a chance to repair it. I felt 8 months of water leaking into my house was plenty of time. The workmanship and customer service is the worst

Comfort by Design came out to handle some laundry room plumbing work in an investment property we own, as well as look into some HVAC (radiant heat) concerns. We ultimately decided to go with them for their professionalism and responsiveness. It is a sad world where many professional contractors struggle to show up on time, return emails or phone calls, and can't stay in the quoted estimate. Comfort by Design definitely checked all those boxes and more! Very easy to work with and communicate with, friendly, trust-worthy and professional service that didn't seem to rush through to get done and move on to other work (been there before!). Always on time and quality of work was great. Would definitely recommend for plumbing and HVAC services for sure, we will continue working with them in the future

Fantastic! I had an emergency and they fixed it immediately for a fair price. When I mentioned other plumbing issues he came back out within the week to make the plumbing updated, easier to use, and with lifetime equipment I know I can trust. I will continue to call them with future projects. They built my trust in their work!
