Update September 11, 2022: Many thanks to Nigel for such a thorough maintenance/tune-up and repair of my furnace. It's a big stress reliever to know your services can keep my old furnace in the best condition possible. As always with everyone who I've interacted with from Affordable, Nigel was more than just professional and efficient, he was patient and willing to to take the time to explain what he was doing and recommending for repair.Update January 2022: Very appreciative of everyone's diligence and perseverance to clean out tenacious! invasive! roots in the sewer lines. Thanks especially to both Ed and Chris for their thorough work, being patient and sharing their knowledge while they completed the job. Chris deserves special mention for his persistence to thoroughly clean the sewer line while working on the coldest day of the year. All the office staff I spoke with to schedule the work and follow-up inspections were efficient and very courteous professionals.Fast response to set same day appointment (within 2 hours on a Saturday!) after report of sewer/water line back-up in home basement. Christopher was not just efficient, highly skilled and familiar with cleaning out the culprit - tree root blockage, he has very welcoming and reassuring customer interaction skills that go beyond excellent. Every step of the way, everyone I spoke with was courteous and knowledgeable - Thank you all!

These guys were nothing short of amazing!! We had a main line collapse in our yard and was rusted out under our house. They came out and fixed it in less than a day. The crew were friendly and informative.
I would however recommend they get someone else to answer phones. We waited 7 hours for her to call us back just to tell us IF they could even come out to give an estimate. She wrote my card number down on paper and didn't know my bill amount when I called to pay. She had our names wrong on the bill and seemed like she didnt overall know what she was doing.
Aside from have a terrible receptionist which is sometimes beyond control... I would definitely recommend this place! They treated us like we were their own family (probably better).

After getting a ridiculous estimate from another company we called Jeff at Green Plumbing who right off the bat knew the other bid was over priced without looking at the issue. He came over & beat there price & did an over-the-top amazing job!!! He was very thorough and informative and let us know EVERYTHING that could happen whether good or bad so there was no surprises. He was perfectly priced, very personal, and someone we will be going to in the future if we ever need anything!

Timothy Morales installed a new boiler. Our 30-yr old one really needed replaced, and I considered this an emergency to have a working heating system for the house. It was installed as quick as possible, and Tim patiently made sure I understood what to do and not do with the system (basically shouldn't have to do anything but check it once in a while)... nice work Tim!

July 1 2021 update: Cope fixed our water heater today, worked hard to get the proper part and install it! I got the usual expert analysis and repair. Thanks Cope!

I just have to say it is very....I mean VERY tough to get things done to my husband's standards when it comes to hiring a professional to do a job and Dennis did just that! I called about 7 other plumbers who were going to charge us a $50 or more service charge just to come out and see what the problem could be! And then on top of that, that charge was NOT going to be applied to any repairs that were going to be needed. Dennis not only didn't charge a service call fee, he also didn't charge us for the repair since he said it was something that my husband could probably have done himself. Seriously???? There just aren't that many honest, professional and kind people out there anymore who will treat you fair and see you as a person and not a dollar. Thanks Dennis for your help....we WILL be recommending you to anyone we can and hiring you for any future plumbing needs.
