Dave and his team at Landmark are top notch. Recently we needed some work done at the church. Dave and his crew came in at the time scheduled and took their time reviewing all the different scenarios that would need to be done. Landmark then took care of all permits and inspections, each day they were there for work when scheduled and worked diligently each day. We loved that each step they would show us the work that was done and the next steps. The bid that was quoted went up a tiny bit for unforeseen circumstances, but it made sense. Landmark plumbing is by far a top notch company of values, integrity and quality.

I have had a lot of projects completed on the property I worked for by Landmark. Good guys, hard working, fair prices.

Felt like I was VIP! Incredible customer service along with fast and prompt solutions when the manufacturer doesn't have what's needed. They went out of thier way to drive to another facility for a part that the manufacturer didnt have so I didnt have to go a month without hot water.
I Can't say enough great things about this company and thier staff. Well done!

They installed my water heater two years ago and it wouldn't pass inspection. My husband had to take another afternoon off to have them come back to finally pass inspection. When it started to make a noise this past week, I didn't trust this outfit so I called someone else to come take a look. I learned that not only did they overcharge me by $300 - $400, they didn't install a standard valve at install. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

Worst plumbing company in town. Wouldnt use them if they were the only company around. Id burn my house down, before I let these guys in my door.

They are THE BEST. We trust them implicitly.

Just wanted to say a big Thank You to landmark plumbing for taking care of our water heater warranty issue. Tanya and Gavin went above and beyond expectations to contact the manufacturer and order parts after my initial contact resulted in a part that did not fix the issue and another couple of days without hot water. Landmark is at the top of our list for any future plumbing projects or problems.

This company is horrible. The owner is shady and a crook The were working on a new construction site. Commercial building. One of the guys left his cart outside. The wind took it and slammed it into the side of my truck.it left a nice dent and took off the paint. I called the office to see if they needed to take a report. I was assured that they would take care of the damage. Three days later I am asked to bring my truck to the business. The owner Dave lines the cart up and can clearly see it matches perfectly with the dent. I have security camera footage. He starts asking me personal questions about my car. Then proceeds to attack me for the damage. He is driving an 80k truck. He tells me he wants to slam the cart into my door again to prove it created the damage. He asks me what I want. I told him I want the damage fixed. He proceeds to accuse me of asking for a check and tells me I damaged the door and I am just looking for him to pay for it. I work on construction sites regularly. This shady man says my car is 2008 and old and he is not going to repair the damage his equipment caused. That is why I have insurance. However the police report came three days later because accidents happen and decent people do the right thing. He made me wait three days with assurance they would take care of this to attack me. Dave owns a business with shady practices.

The work done was fine. Tanya was rude and completely unpleasant to work with. Very condescending and just all around terrible! As a person who owns a business I will never use this company again.

Work truck was blocking the handicap ramp into black bear. The driver of the truck was rude and laughed as he moved the truck for a wheelchair to get onto the ramp.
