Our water pipe broke at 3 am , they came out promptly, fixed and was EXTREMELY reasonable! EXCELLENT SERVICE!

I had made an emergency call and they came out and fixed everything in a timely manner. Kurt was very respectful and explained many things to me so I felt comfortable knowing what was happening to get things back how they were supposed to be. I will definitely use this company again for all future plumbing needs. Emergency and planned work. Thank you very much for all that you did today to make this experience as hassle free as possible!

Came out and didn't clear drain , caught them before they left due to still not draining, flooded my closet 3 times and never even tried to clean up or prevent from running into the next room, very messy, got upset and finally did what I told them to do and got the drain cleared, in the process broke my main drain pipe due to shoving the line thru to hard, wouldn't fix issue till 5 days later, had to go to Lowe's and repair drain pipe myself, couldn't have my main drain leaking under my house , upon further inspection broke my electrical outlet they where plugged in due to yanking the cord. Very sloppy service and WILL never use or recommend them for any job as they will damage your plumbing, and not stand behind there work.Will follow with BBB complaint for reimbursement of damage.

We were extremely pleased with the service we got from the couple who took care of us. They were knowledgeable, quick, efficient, and personable. We went from a 37 + year old toilet to a brand new efficient one installed and ready to go within 2 hours! We will definitely call them for any future needs - (but hopefully won't have to)!

Floor drain was backing up. Pro Power Rooter came over after a couple DIY attempts. Did a great job. Quick & cost effective.

Jason came and installed new shower fixtures and put in a new gas line for my range. He did an incredible job! He did the shower in a way that I didn't need to do any tile work, the gas line was done super fast and he even gave me a bunch of advice on a water meter issue he noticed and set me straight about my water heater (I thought I needed to replace it but he showed me that it was totally fine). I whole heartedly recommend him for any job and the next time I need a plumber calling green plumbing will be a no brainer. I wish I could give more than five stars!

Flow Right sent me an email this morning announcing Ralph would be arriving shortly. Once Ralph arrived, he got right to work replacing our upstairs toilet. Ralph was finished in no time hauling away the old toilet and ensuring everything was in order. After he finished during his final checks, he found the new toilet was not flushing correctly. He quickly diagnosed the problem and resolved it. Ralph was very courteous and pleasant. We will definitely call upon Flow Right again for our future plumbing needs.

I just have to say it is very....I mean VERY tough to get things done to my husband's standards when it comes to hiring a professional to do a job and Dennis did just that! I called about 7 other plumbers who were going to charge us a $50 or more service charge just to come out and see what the problem could be! And then on top of that, that charge was NOT going to be applied to any repairs that were going to be needed. Dennis not only didn't charge a service call fee, he also didn't charge us for the repair since he said it was something that my husband could probably have done himself. Seriously???? There just aren't that many honest, professional and kind people out there anymore who will treat you fair and see you as a person and not a dollar. Thanks Dennis for your help....we WILL be recommending you to anyone we can and hiring you for any future plumbing needs.

I was out of town over the holiday weekend, only to come back on Christmas evening to a basement with a soaked carpet and an audible spraying leak behind a finished wall. The only option was to shut off the main, leaving me with no fresh water or toilet until this was fixed. I started looking up local plumbers. Of the 2 vendors that reached back to me, Priority had a much better feel just from reviews. Amy called first thing the following day, saying she doesn't have anything until tomorrow. I told her to pencil me in just in case. Not only did she call me about an hour later, saying she could get me a tech by 2pm, the tech called and showed up at 11:30am. Tate was awesome, professional, and gave me a no-nonsense out-the-door estimate, no matter what it would take to fix. He found the small crack in the pipe, fixed it, and helped me get my water heater set correctly, all in 90 minutes! The World needs more honest and professional local companies like Priority Plumbing and Heating!
