I scheduled and appointment with Mark for last evening and wouldn't you know it....It began to snow heavily....I gave Mark the option to cancel, knowing we live in a remote part of Peyton on dirt roads....Mark responded and said he had a 4 wheel drive van and he would make it....Mark did it and on time...He quickly completed the installation and cleaned up after...Mark followed all of the COVID procedures while working, and he was professional, competent and courteous... The price was right toooo.... I would highly recommend this business....Thanks Mark

I had a drip in the basement and couldn't get other plumbers to even return my call. These guys have an online booking tool, and followed up with me right away. The gentlemen who came out were very thorough and careful about determing where exactly the leak was coming from, and they did the job fast. No more problems, and I was happy to pay what they charged.

Years ago when we bought this house, Leo’s was the only company who responded to us when we needed a plumber. They scoped and auger’d our line and gave us the video to show our realtor, for inspection purposes. We used them again this week for a routine sewer service. Super easy phone call to their office, a live person answered and gave us the price and got us on the schedule. Mikal and Isaiah arrived during the scheduled time frame and completed the work. Both of these guys were in uniforms, knew what they were doing, had their own tools and got the job done.
We will continue to use and recommend Leo’s.

The plumbing service was so much more than I ever expected. Mary, who received my initial call, was so assuring and my appointment for the plumping issue was scheduled promptly. Mark came out, assessed the issue and resolved the problem. He was efficient and explained everything I needed to know. And, Affordable Rooter is really affordable! Mark is simply amazing, one of the few plumbing services I trust. He showed up last min to help with a bathroom emergency, he worked through the night to get us squared away for the holiday. He's a good reason we were able to host 22 people at our house for the holiday without canceling. My house was was leaking water even though everything was supposed to be off and I had no clue where the problem was originating. Zack came the same day I called, after normal business hours, and took care of finding the problem and fixing it super fast. His price was very reasonable and I’m glad I went with him. It’s good to feel taken care of and not wondering if I paid for something I didn’t need.

Recently moved into a house and out of no where had a back up in our bathroom. Then we found a leak in our crawl space! Just moving here we didn’t know who to call but I saw great things about flow right and had a feeling they’d be the right people for the job. Everyone was really helpful and nice. Isreal went above and beyond to help us. He got the bathroom up and running and the leak stopped within about an hour. He showed me any issues we had and even went into the crawl space to show me where our issues were there. Not to mention this was after regular business hours. I honestly couldn’t recommend a better company or person to work on any services they provide.

After hearing great reviews; I called BullsEye on a Monday and set up a Thursday morning appointment. They were a no call/show. Called them and they apologized and we set an appointment for the following day (Friday) for 9-11 am. Took another morning off work to be home for the technician but had to call again only to find out the technician was 'running late' and couldn't get to me until just after 11.
Not satisfied with their customer service. Should have been the first appointment on Friday since it was their mistake for missing the first one.

James S. was so thoughtful & kind! He took the time to explain things to me even though he was running behind. He didn't act like he was in a rush. He even chatted with me while he did the work. I have had a hard time lately & the kindness he showed was really needed & I appreciate it so much! Whatever you are paying him, it isn't enough :)

Dan did a trenchless sewer line repair and was able to fix our pipe without digging up our entire yard. So happy with the service and quality of work!

Dennis is great to work with and consistently does good work at very competitive prices. I've worked with him for about 3 years in my capacity as a realtor and in turn have hired him to do multiple projects for myself as well

The technician was super nice and extremely helpful. We just bought our house and he showed us more efficient ways we could run some of the plumbing. Also had a leak in the pipe to our yard sprinkler, and because it's winter, he shut the valve and offered ways to fix it in the spring. The house call was $49 and very affordable considering no actual work was performed.
