Unlike other companies who we received estimates from, they realized that our vent pipe needed to be upgraded to accommodate a newer furnace, and they completed that for us as well. They manage to get work done, but not always completely. They checked my propane tank outside my house but didn't re-light the pilot light on my water heater before they left. Ended up having to go out and do it in the middle of the night when the water refused to warm up.

We have had the Comfort by Design Team install a water heater and a gas line for a stove. Both times they were great to work with and did exceptional work. With the water heater they even had the father of one of the owners come install it on his day off so we wouldn't have to go without hot water. They are very responsive and will continue to use them for any of our needs.
