Man they are the worst. I was happy with my install but they are so insanely unreliable at providing follow up services. I am writing this when they are now canceling my appointment on the day or service at the exact time my appointment was scheduled...This the FOURTH TIME they have done this for the current appointment.Avoid at all costs. They overbook and do not value your time. Take your business elsewhere

Had my air ducts cleaned and new heater with air conditioning installed. Admittedly the air ducts were long overdue, just a reminder to myself and others to have them cleaned once a year and might as well have it done by a great team that did a wonderful job! :-)

Used a couple times. Always professional and affordable.

Had a toilet replaced. They sent Andrew Coleman. He was awesome!! He explained everything he was doing, and took much care on each step of the job. He even checked all the toilet parts before installing to ensure they were not cracked (I purchased the toilet separately from Home Depot). I couldn't be happier! Andrew and Delta are highly recommended!

What an incredible experience! Joseph Murrane exceeded my expectations in all ways. Not only was he extremely professional from the first moment I spoke with him on the phone but he delivered with quality and timely service. I will 100% use Oakview mechanical again and would highly highly recommend them to anyone needing heating, air-conditioning, or plumbing services. Ask for Joseph!

I think $230 is too high a price for a 5 min relight of a pilot light. I was out of town and couldn't do it myself. Make sure you ask about the price up front.

B&L took great care of me. The work was fast and high quality. They were super responsive making sure that no one had to take cold showers any longer than necessary. They solved some new code issues quickly.

Their staff went out of their way to give me a military discount even when I forgot to mention it right off. These guys will take care of you!

We had them come out to service our fireplace they came out spent entire 10 minutes, charge us almost $100 and that was only for the estimate. They said they would email it to us within 3 to 5 days it's now been 3 months. We have never received the estimate. I have called the company 4 different times to get the estimate. Every time I called they tell me they will look into it and they would get back to me and they never do. I'm going to cancel my credit card since I have never received the estimate. And I would never recommend them to anybody!!!

They did a great job installing my AC. Still had to get a second opinion as they wanted to charge me $1000 to install a sub panel but I had someone else come who told me I didn't need one. They then removed the $1000 charge for the sub panel, meaning it wasn't needed in the first place.

Besides that, everyone was very friendly, responsive, and fast. They also did a great job of setting expectations and communicating.

While there might be a chance that the electrician would have come out and said I didn't need the sub panel, I just can't help thinking about if I hadn't got a second opinion on the electrical.

Don't be afraid to pit HVAC companies against each other. Competition breeds better prices. I just wish I didn't have to do that to get the best/most accurate price.

Excellent and timely service. There was serious root problem with clay pipe. Brendan, Greg, and Jeff and their crew were terrific and responsive. The were professional, courteous, and did an outstanding job to stay on budget. We would certainly call Flow Right for any future issues. Job well done !

They were in and out in 5 minutes. It was something simple.

Brian was very personable, knowledgeable and professional in giving me an estimate for electrical work. He was a great listener to what I wanted and did an excellent job explaining what needed to be done and why. Would definitely recommend.

It seemed like we were getting a good deal from these guys, so that's why we selected them. We were assured by our sales guy, Jeff Jennings, that he would be the project manager, so he would make sure everything went well. However, he pretty much disappeared after we signed on the dotted line. The project had several issues, all of which took a lot longer to resolve than we were led to believe. Also, when the A/C failed to cool our upstairs, they told us it was a problem with our ducts, so we would have to hire another company to test the ducts and fix them, which would be another few thousand dollars. That would have been nice to know before we hired them. Jeff had also convinced us to buy the whole-home humidifier. He said it would work so well that we could end up with condensation on our windows. This was another lie. The humidifier has been worthless--it did nothing in the summer time, but I thought maybe it would do better when we were running the heater, but it also has done nothing all throughout the winter. We asked them to help us configure it, in case we were doing something wrong, but there was nobody who seemed to know how to use it! We definitely regret hiring these guys--I would definitely NOT recommend them to anyone!

I have used Advanced Heating and Air Conditioning for 2 services and both have been stellar. In 2015 just a few days before Christmas and during a very cold spell, my furnace went out. Advanced Heating and Air quoted me the best price for a quality product and fit me into their busy schedule. The were able to get it installed before the holiday, when many others in town told me i'd have to wait until after Christmas. A little more than a year later my hot water heater died on a weekend. Again, they got me scheduled for the next day, with the best rates for a quality product. They are honest, straight-forward, with great rates. They are considerate of your home, always cleaning up after themselves. They are even pet friendly, giving my anxious little pup some attention, so he will be more comfortable. They will always be my first call!

Professional and courteous service from Fred V. of Home Heating Service, who arrived to check out our air conditioning system pre-season. It was helpful that he advised us that our current system uses a refrigerant that is no longer available. In the future if our system needs re-charging, we may have to purchase a newer air conditioning system. We have been using Home Heating Service for several years now for all of HVAC needs and they have been very trustworthy.

Super helpful. Didnt mind that I had a million questions, answered everyone and even answered a few I didnt even know I had. Bestway did my solar project over the last few weeks. They installed it within four weeks of our purchase. We recommend them and give out their magnets to our neighborhood friends. We expect to send referrals and get a bonus for it. Thank you guys!
