Best HVAC Replacement in Colorado Springs CO

AC was making an unusual noice, I called late afternoon and was able to make a next day appointment. The service tech came out diagnosed and fixed it.

Brady came out early, and fixed all of my plumbing most of it due to my georgus grandson.

Nathan was both informative and helpful in reviewing my need for a new AC unit. He was professional in cleaning and doing my heater tune up. Nathan cleaned everything so well , I’ll always ask for him again.

IAQ Lead Joseph Thomas was courteous, professional and knowledgeable. Actually helped us understand our system better now that we know more about it. Kind in answering all of our questions as well. Hopefully we will have him again for our next maintenance appointment! True asset to the company.

This is the absolute best company, hands down, in Colorado Springs! We moved to Colorado Springs last August (2020), and after being here a few months, one of our water heaters quit working. Josh & Justin came out to change the water heater. They were professional, knowledgeable and the absolute best company we could have called to take care of the job. They will be the only company we go to for any plumbing and/or heating problems - a company that has integrity and is honest! I cannot recommend them enough!

This business is wonderful. They took less than a day and even cam out the night before to try to fix the issue before it was recommended that we replace the heater. Tom was my “Service Pro” and he was very respectful, polite and informative. I would definitely recommend them for your home. What was supposed to be a 6-8 hour job was done in less than 4.Good job Tom! We appreciate the heat.

These guys are great and reasonably priced. Donny came thru and could not find our leak, didn't charge us for that visit but had another team with a sensor come out and found the leak from a nail that hit a pipe from builder install in 2007. Fixed the leak and problem solved. Amazing work and definitely only calling these guys for any work at the house or our brewery Atrevida Beer Co. Always proud to support a Councilo member. Used to use this company but after the last visit, I'm switching to anyone other than HPE. Contractor came, partially fixed the problem, and then charged me 3.5 hours for what I recall was maybe 2 hours at the house. 45 minutes of that time owed to the contractor having to go to the store to buy parts. After partially fixing the issue, charged $540 dollars. Then, have an estimate of $500 more dollars to fix the rest, owing to a bad wire that must have become disconnected in the crawlspace. $500 for a wire?? Called for a second opinion from another vendor, they inspected, tested wires and found wires intact, with thermostats being the problem. They had to undo everything HPE did to fix the problem, which did NOT include $500 for a wire. How can you provide an estimate and cost of a problem you didn't even personally check in the first place? Proved to me HPE is ripping folks off for time and labor, for parts, and for notorious 2nd or 3rdvisits required to fix what other companies fix the first time. I do not recommend and if I could give zero stars, I would.

Very professional from initial phone call to completion of job. I spoke with Angela, who was very helpful and she was able to get us fast service! I felt very comfortable with Kevin and his assistant in our conversations. I sure appreciate you coming out and giving me your honest opinion and that's what sold me. Kevin was solid and straight forward and worked fast and diligent. Good to know there are still honest people and companies out there that you can trust from your initial consultation through the completion of the whole services rendered! Ralph did a honest assessment of the situation - and presented honest options to fix the under-sink water seep coming off the hot water connection. I appreciated his approach of trying a more conservative fix - instead of going right to a more costly high-dollar fix...

Plumbing technician Randy was very knowledgeable and explained what he was going to do. He ran a camera to scope our main sewer drain. He showed me video of his findings of where the line had been broken for quite some time. A few days later he had a quote for the cost of having the line repaired. Was very happy with his service
