Terrible. Came out for a clog, that parts they got. They put the pipes back on and they leaked. Caled them they came back the second time for the leak, not fixed. Called again for same leak, same pipe. They came out a third time. You guessed it still not fixed. Thanks so much for the wonderful service. I guess I will be spending my Saturday fixing it myself. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I had a yearly sewer clean out today at my home. BRANDON and ANDREW were the 2 gentlemen who handled the job. They were prompt, friendly, and respectful of my home. They communicated with me as they worked. I was expecting a larger bill, and I was pleasently surprised with the amount I was charged.
These 2 young men deserve a PAT ON THE BACK for a job WELL DONE. Also, JESSIE was the friendly woman I spoke to on the phone. She was helpful with answering ALL of my questions. Thanks Leo's

We needed help running new gas lines to the kitchen and laundry room of a recently purchased home. Kevin and the team at Comfort by Design smashed the work with such professionalism and quality that even the city inspectors were praising them to me. I look forward to working with them again! Had a few issues getting the water heater back up and running...but overall very happy with the work.

Daniel and Alex both can out in what could be seen as some of the worst weather in a Colorado winter. They both professionally cleaned out our ducts which had not been done in 15 years. They were thorough snd polite. I highly recommend.

I called Master Rooter to snake a kitchen drain at a 4-plex I have in Arvada. Upon arrival the tech, Mike, tried to snake the line to no avail. He had to go back to get another snake because he had the wrong size. With the new snake (also too large by his admission) he had similar luck and said he needed to cut a clean out access to get to the blockage. After cutting a $235 hole in the line he still couldn’t clear the blockage and recommended a scope to assess if there would need to be “additional work, an excavation, or additional above ground work.” After charging my card for $344.00, I decided to cut my losses and call another company to snake the kitchen line. It was clear and draining fine within 20 minutes of arrival. I would not recommend this company.

Today Brandon replaced Flushmate pressurized toilet tanks on three toilets, which had been sent to us from Flushmate. He was professional, friendly, and explained his work following the directions Flushmate required for the tanks, which had been recalled. We were pleased with the service we received.
