Mike and the other electricians have done a fantastic job with all the projects I have hired them for. They replaced my panel, installed a new outlet for my microwave, and installed a ceiling fan. They have always gone above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. I did a lot of research to determine the cheapest yet most reliable electricians in Colorado Springs, and it is Affordable. Hire them!

These men were amazing. My water heater went out on a Sunday, of course! I had help within an hour! They arrived on time Monday with the new water heater, and worked fast and efficiently. I will never use anyone else again. They were also friendly, wore masks always and I felt very safe. Thank you for everything!

I've recently had Smith Plumbing address both a plumbing problem and an HVAC matter. Both times the technicians were very polite, knowledgeable and fair in their assessment of the issues which were addressed promptly at a fair price.

I had an estimate done 1 month ago for some plumbing g work and I called them 3 ti.es for the estimate and they kept telling me the estimator will contact me soon.

Caleb came to move the plumbing in our bathroom to fit a new vanity. He was punctual, polite, respectful and did a great job.

Dan came out yesterday for the second time and did follow-up warranty work on our furnace. He was very thorough and informative and answered all my questions. He was very personable. I will ask for him in the future. Thanks for a job well done!

Our family has used them twice within 2 months for 2 different homes! Courteous, prompt, super friendly service (by phone and in-person). REASONABLE PRICES! Another update: Leaving all my reviews to show the trail, but eventually they did fix my water heater. The guy they sent was very kind and pleasant. I am grateful that it was fixed even though I had a migraine in the process. I would still call them again as the on-call guy did fix it and was a nice person.

I had my water heater fixed 8/30/21, and it already stopped working. Trying to call them about this is impossible. They do not answer the phone if they know someone with a problem needs them. They also sent me a bill that should have gone to my landlord when he disputed their charges to his credit card, and they included his credit card information. Seriously, they gave me access to my landlords credit card. They did not even look at the name on the credit card that had reversed the charges. Now I have to have them back for repair work, and I am very nervous about having them in my apartment again. The last guy was very rude to me and acted like I was inconveniencing him instead of paying him to do a job. So unprofessional!!!

I have worked with Scott for a number of years and there is one word that can describe Scott and that is Integrity. He does what he says he's going to do and he stands by his word.

Antonio with Master Rooter just came out to replace a shut off valve in the basement for my sprinkler system. Wow- Antonio was so honest that he told me that I didn't need a replacement. I will always call Master Rooter from now on for all my plumbing needs!

Nothing like having your furnace start to make VERY strange noises during the Colorado winter. I called Affordable and, thankfully, got a same day appointment for a tech visit. Jacob Jake Conley arrived in 90 minutes, diagnosed the problem just by listening to the furnace (which Affordable had rebuilt for us in 2019) as a failure in a manufacturer component. Jacob ordered a replacement, picked it up the following morning, arrived as scheduled, replaced the part....problem solved!!! Can't thank Jake and Affordable enough for their quick work to keep us warm!!!
