Have been using you guys for countless years for just about anything that I need, from simple repairs, to remodeling projects. You guys are always able to handle the whole job from start to finish which I like. This way I don't have to worry about calling several different people out. You have a great group of guys working for you. They are always polite, courteous, and respectful of my home who always call ahead when they are on their way, which I never found other companies to do. I highly recommend you to others when I get a chance.

Pikes peak mechanical is always there when I need then. Their response time is quicker than 911. I've used them on all of my income properties as well as my personal home. Our property management company contracts with these folks, and it's easy to see why! Aaron and his team work very quickly and skillfully, they're great communicators, and they get the job done. They've been out to our rental house twice now, and both times they were ahead of schedule.

The one piece of critical feedback I'd leave for this shop is that they should consider masking up when visiting homes during the remainder of the pandemic. That minor quibble aside, these are great, friendly people providing exceptional service.

EDIT: The next time these folks showed up, they masked up! It’s a little thing, and the pandemic seems to be nearly over, but we noticed and appreciated it. What a great company!

We had Jason out to replace a couple exterior valves, along with replacing the pressure gauges on our 1in pipe inside our house. Having made the poor decision to scroll the reviews prior to leaving this one, a few of the negative reviews are quite comical. Our experience with Jason couldn't be further from what some others have stated. Jason was punctual, communicated the timing and cost of all repairs well beforehand, asked for authorization to complete the repairs, and was extremely friendly the entire time. We didn't get multiple quotes, so I'm not sure how his pricing compares to others, but from an integrity / timeliness / craftmanship point of view, I'd have no issues recommending him 10/10 times.

Aaron and his team are exceptional. They had to come out twice to do repairs on the water heater, and both times they did great work. Very professional and on time.

Beware! We used Pikes Peak Mechanical for a few jobs through a property manager. Then we moved in ourselves and directly took a bid from them for a door that had been broken by a previous tenant. We explained in detail the importance of a correct bid, since we would be working out part of the cost with the tenant. They gave us a number and we asked to be put on the schedule.
3 weeks later, no word from them. We called and after 2 weeks of begging them to call us back, the owner Aaron emailed us (didn't call) to say that their original bid was wrong and a door replacement would be much more expensive. No apologies were given for 2 weeks of refusing to call us back or for changing their bid. No responsibility was taken for their error.
At this point we had returned the tenant deposit and were obviously frustrated that their bid more than doubled. We emailed back--no response. We called--no response. Apparently Aaron and his company felt no responsibility whatsoever for the corner that they placed us in, and didn't care enough to even discuss it with us.
Their card says 100% satisfaction guaranteed. Don't be fooled. They could care less about quality of service or communication.

Company was able to come after hours and fix my leak. Very thankful. Employee was very kind and courteous. He did an awesome job! Very informative! Would recommmend 100%!

I usually don't write reviews. However I just wanted to speak on the honesty and professionalism of Pikes Peak Mechanical. Jason came out to give us an estimate on a hot water heater that we thought needed to be replaced due to leaking. However, when he arrived the floor around the hot water heater was dry. After one test, he realized that our hot water heater was in good working condition and did not see the need for a replacement. Instead he educated me on reasons why we maybe experiencing leakage. I was truly amazed by his integrity because I knew for certain that we were going to have to replace the hot water heater since that was the report we received from another company. Thank you Pikes Peak Mechanical for your trustworthiness. We will definitely call you for all of our plumbing needs.

Aaron was very responsive and did a great job of installing a new shower/tub valve and trim in an old apartment unit. In addition, he responded promptly to a couple other issues that were unrelated to the original project making him my go-to guy for all things plumbing and heating.

Jason Morton was the plumber and relative to the owner Aaron Morton, sent to perform services in our home. He was unprofessional, rude, and condescending. Zero workmanship, left a mess and shoddy work that required paying for a different plumber to redo the job. Pikes Peak Mechanical two thumbs down.

We had a busted pipe during a freeze. The Pikes Peak crew showed up fast and fixed the issue quickly. They did a great job and were very efficient. I'll be using them in the future for any plumbing work at my home.

They did not know what they were doing all they talked about was money it was clear i knew what I was doing then them. But these guys are different from the start he explained everything in detail where everything is where he thinks its clogged what he is going to do every step of the way. They called when they were on the way to my home removed the old water heater installed the new one and left room the clean and at a very good price I will use them again

Beware! The Mortons were contracted by my property manager to replace the hot water heater. During the COVID-19 pandemic, neither technician (which included one of the owners) wore face masks nor did they ask if they should. Both wore their shoes on the carpet in the house even after watching me take mine off to go inside.

When asked about it they became loud, confrontational, borderline threatening and would not hold a professional conversation. Abruptly Mr Morton ended the conversation with what sounded like an expletive after I told him that I didn't appreciate his tone or raising his voice

They did not have good business with me. An employee came and did something without asking my permission, then came up a huge bill. He also tried to attack me. He was that much angry at me. It was my property but he did not ask my permission to replace some parts. Then he did himself and charged a lot money. He was supposed to ask before doing anything else. But he did something himself. I asked redo the work. But still charged money!
I just seen your reply to my comment, and your is not true. I called you to spring startup. Even though I am a tenant, you are still supposed to ask my permission to do anything else. I have talked with the management company, they said that we cannot do anything else, we can only recommend places so tenants would go their own, So, the management company did not take any responsibility. You cannot touch my property without my permission even though I am a tenant. You must ask my permission like this we need to fix these issues, and the costs are .... then I will say yes or no. This is the right way. If you could have asked me before you fix any issue, I would say yes, you can do that or no, I will take care of myself.
You are not telling the truth about the same cost or free point above. I asked you multiple times that I called you for spring startup. I did not ask you to “fix issues if there are”. I never asked. You or your employee did try to fix issues without notifying me. You as a business first need to ask , the. You can do or not. I called the management company on that day, but they said we cannot do anything else . It is between you and the company. So I do not understand why you are not telling the truth. This is the business rule. If any customer says fix issues, you can do that. If customers do not say anything, then you are supposed to ask first without fixing anything. When I take my vehicle to the service for oil change, they first change the oil and ask me to fix issues if there are. Then I say yes or no. So they do or do not.

Unfortunately, I reached out to this company twice via phone and even sent an email with no response in the course of 72 hours. It wasn't an emergency, but for a company that advertises 24/7 coverage I would have expected a callback at least.

Do NOT use these contractors . they're soil as plumbers may be adequate to competant but business practices are below par at best !
I called to repair leaking outdoor hose spigot . Jason showed up to inspect job and NEVER gave an estimate or gave approximate cost of repair BEFORE starting repair. .. Just continued to repair the spigot and later called me with a service bill if $435 . !! I paid sight unseen Trusting the job was done . I would NEVER have approved that repair at such a inflated cost.
Follow up phone call to the contractor with visual evidence of a leak after attaching my hose to same outdoor spigot . Asked contractor to come out inspect his work . He actually charged me $85 for the inspection , Really?
He claims there was no leak except from my hose which was in tact BEFORE he arrived and disconnected . These are NOT trustworthy contractors .. it's not the long term customer satisfaction they long for but the short term sale service visit.. SAD!

I called Aaron at Pikes Peak Mechanical to help us with some plumbing and dry wall repair issues on 2 separate occasions.
I was most impressed with his responsiveness and professional attitude. Aaron got back to me right away and had one of his employees start both jobs within 24 hours. The guy he sent over was efficient and professional. They were able to identify and repair the plumbing issue in our home as well as fix the dry wall damage. Both repairs were done effectively as we haven’t had any issues since then.

I called on Pikes Peak Mechanical a couple of months ago to fix a pipe in my home, they were at my house within an hour and came back the next morning after they bought the proper supplies. Here it is present day and I need them again! (for a completely different plumbing issue of course) I lost the business card I was given so I literally called every plumber in town asking if they had a plumber named Jason and if the company was veteran owned in order to make sure that Pikes Peak Mechanical is the only company that gets my money! That's how impressed with their services I was/am.

I was in need of a plumber and after making many phone calls Pikes Peak Mechanical was recommended to me. They returned my call shortly after I left a message and said they would be out that day to fix the problem. They were responsive and professional and did a complete check of the system before they left to ensure that there were no other issues caused by the faulty pressure relief valve. I've used Pikes Peak Mechanical for years now. They've always done a great job with my plumbing needs, but also sprinkler blowouts (not commonly known, but they blow out sprinkler heads too!). In fact, they were the only company that was able to handle my irrigation system, as I don't have a backflow device, which makes connecting an air compressor tricky.

We purchased a home in the Springs but were not ready to move in yet. Our realtor referred PPM to us and they have been nothing short of amazing. To date they have: fixed a broken pipe that was gushing water after a freeze, winterized our sprinkler system, got our WH up to code, adjusted some toilet valves after a tile job, replaced a toilet and fixed our old washer faucets. Amazing communication and quick response times. We weren't even at the property for any of these fixes! Totally trustworthy and amazing, I could not recommend a better contractor of any kind. Give them all of your money. :)

I noticed a leak in my basement around the water heater and furnace. Jason was able to stop by on the same day to check it out. Turns out it was a clogged condensation valve that was easy to fix. He and his coworker fixed it and went on to their next job within 20 minutes. Jason even took the time to explain what had happened without being condescending like some home repairmen can be. We stumbled upon Pikes Peak Mechanical about 5 years ago when we had a plumbing emergency on a Saturday night and started going through an exhaustive google research plumber to find one that was available. They were available, they were affordable, and their service has been top notch ever since. We have an older house with older house problems, but Aaron and his crews have kept us up an running on many occasions - they are our first and only call for all things plumbing!

I had a pipe burst due to arctic weather this winter. Aaron was at the house almost immediately. He diagnosed where it was coming from right away and fixed it immediately. What could have been a major inconvenience was mitigated almost entirely!

I’ve been using Pikes Peak Mechanical for over a decade. They only get better...

My experience with Pike's Peak Mec. has always been great. They're polite and friendly, always respectful of me and my home. They're always on time and they call ahead to let you know they're on their way. Anytime there has been a repair needed or something I've needed replaced they do it right the first time. I definitely appreciate their time and hard work.

Aaron and his crew are fantastic! We have used them several times. They are professional, courteous, always on time, reasonably priced, and honest. They can do anything, just give them a call!

We used Pikes Peak Mechanical for our 6 rental properties and our own homes over 15 years. Aaron is super professional and proactive. Many times we lived out of the country and had property emergencies back in Colorado. Aaron could be trusted to deal with our tenants directly, which made our life A LOT easier. Very fair prices.

I just moved into a new place, for me, but the home is definitely a fixer upper. The lower level is being renovated and whomever that is doing the maintenance work apparently felt I wasn't going to need a working furnace or heat during some of the coldest days this past week. The owner of Pikes Peak Mechanical, Aaron Morton, was at my house immediately after the issue was addressed to my landlord. I had already start work (my job is a home based gig) and he was able to resolve the issue promptly, was respectful and worked diligently during my work shift and caused no interruptions or anything of the sort, so that I was able to concentrate and do my thing. Thank you for the updated thermostat also! So much better than the janky wind-up dial that was hanging off the wall.

Aaron came over as soon as we needed help! Very respectful & efficient. Gave us hot water again, woohoo! We are very happy with the work that was done & would recommend :)

Totally saved our bacon on a Friday afternoon when it was 90* outside and no one could get to us until Monday.

Aaron and his company were hired by my rent management company to check our water heater. They replaced the water heater as well as brought some outdated things up to code. Aaron has been amazing to work with. When there has been issues with any contract work (a couple not-so-great companies) that were sent to my home for various reason Aaron handled them quickly and professionally.

The only thing I would have to say (and the reason for a 4 star) is when the gentleman came to fix our water heater they did not have masks. During COVID this should have been a requirement. Withbtgat being said, I am sure if I had asked them to out one on they would have. I, however, did not ask them.

All in all, it is most definitely a pleasure to work with Aaron. If I could do a 4.5 I would.

Servicemen came pounding on my door before 8 am , trying to push his way in and I tried to ask why they didn't call ahead, not knowing they made an appointment with my 24 year old son. He exploded, in leaving we exchanged a few words. The problem was mine but Pikes Peak Mechanical employees are totally Unprofessional, Rude, and have no respect for the Renter. For without the Renter you would have no company! And when they came on reschedule totally rude, pushy, and your company stinks!

Called in due to water heater leaking for over a month and Aaron was able to squeeze me in to get it taken care of immediately. His employee was nice, professional and diligently double checking the process and might be his way of making sure everything is up to code, too. Overall, it was done quickly and will certainly recommend.

This company changed way to high and leave messages 3 times in a week. I never got response . Very disappointed.

They were called in to work on a old heating system, came on time, friendly, responded to questions and came with all the equipment on hand for possible issues to fix the heater.
