Communication with customer is poor. The different departments don’t talk to eachother. Hidden charges and fees. Job not completed. Had to keep calling to finally get the job completely done and some of it looks subpar and for the money we spent it should be great. The techs sent out were nice. I would not recommend anyone use them for any service.

10/10 recommend Leo’s. We use them quarterly for maintenance and they also took care of a slightly major clog at our restaurant yesterday, going above and beyond to fix us up before pushing for a more costly repair like some other companies tend to do. The techs got us up and running and saved us from a lost day or days of business from the issue. Reliable and trustworthy company

The crew at Affordable Rooter did an absolutely amazing job of replacing my entire sewer line fom my home to the city main. I was fortunate enough that this wasn't an emergency repair, so I had plenty of time to get quotes from several different companies. Not only was Affordable Rooter's quote much less the others, but from the get-go they seemed much more professional and prepared than their competitors. This was no small job, and they exceeded my expectations in every way. The job was completed quickly, they did an absolutely AMAZING job of putting my back yard back together after the excavation, all with no unwelcome surprises along the way. While I hope to never have to have a sewer line excavated again, I will absolutely contact Affordable Rooter for my future plumbing needs.

If I could, I would have given zero stars. Tried to pressure me into getting an external access laid for 7k.. called a different company who instantly knew what plumbing company was at my house and fixed the issue for $170. Coming to find out that this is their scheme. Sending someone junior to the house, that person finds another issue that he can’t fix so he’ll call his supervisor who then proceeds to tell you that you need work done in the thousands.. never again!

Mark came out late at the end of the day, on very short notice, (2 nights in a row) to help us with our sewage pump ejector pit! Very hard worker and he was able to assess the situation quickly and got right to work. I really appreciate how he worked with us and his prices were very good. We could even provide the materials in order to cut down on costs. He did all he could to salvage what we had and we did not feel pushed to have to buy materials that we didn't really need. I would highly recommend him! Very knowledgeable and easy to work with!

Got in a bit of a plumbing pinch late in the day and gave Green Plumbing a call and within about an hour Jason was at our house and in a timely and professional fashion he remedied the situation. Terrific and friendly service!

I just have to say it is very....I mean VERY tough to get things done to my husband's standards when it comes to hiring a professional to do a job and Dennis did just that! I called about 7 other plumbers who were going to charge us a $50 or more service charge just to come out and see what the problem could be! And then on top of that, that charge was NOT going to be applied to any repairs that were going to be needed. Dennis not only didn't charge a service call fee, he also didn't charge us for the repair since he said it was something that my husband could probably have done himself. Seriously???? There just aren't that many honest, professional and kind people out there anymore who will treat you fair and see you as a person and not a dollar. Thanks Dennis for your help....we WILL be recommending you to anyone we can and hiring you for any future plumbing needs.

Kacee the Master MASTER Plumber came out and checked out our situations and gave us quotes and options and helped me and my wife make the best decision for our budget. Kacee picked up the parts and came back out and wrapped up his work in less than 20 minutes. Left us with a better quality outdoor spicket and kept in mind future repairs and installed it in a way that we could potentially fix a problem ourselves if anything were to happen. Kacee was polite and professional and got along with my dogs just fine, I would highly recommend Kacee for your future home projects.
