We called on Tuesday night and Damien sent Jesse out that night at 6pm. They determined the cause of the problem (a leak from our hot water heater) and gave us 3 options. We chose to have our very old hot water heater replaced and they agreed to return the next day to take replace it. They had 3 guys working on it and took care of the replacement (in our attic) in just a couple of hours. Thanks for everything guys!

The two plumbers/technicians (Michael & Daniel), did a fantastic job installing our new toilet, sinks, free standing bath tub, as well as a customized walk in shower with multiple shower heads.

Lastly they installed a hot water re- circulation pump in the kitchen, so we can have hot water on demand.

We are so overjoyed with the overall results.
Both gentlemen were very courteous.
They always wiped their feet going in & out the front door, and fully explained how long it would take and what was going to be done next
to accomplish a professional & modern look in our old home, all done

Replaced leaking outside faucet. We had the part and it wad still over $500. Way too expensive. For such a small amount of work

We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional.. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well. By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should.
Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did.

DiJan Mitev and trainee looked at my shower drain issue and cleaned the pipe underneath. Water flowing easily now. The other sink drain issue was just the sink drain cover . He recommended faucet flow to be
adjusted by replacing faucet if warranty covers replacement. Otherwise, it’s working for now. Thank you

Tony and Jay came out to inspect our tankless hot water heater that was leaking from the recent freezing weather. They contacted Rinnai directly to talk through what options exist to repair or replace, and unfortunately Rinnai did not offer any option to repair under the warranty. We did have to replace the unit, which was done incredibly quickly and with no issues. Both were very friendly and empathetic of our situation. We were without hot water for less than a day thanks to their help. Absolutely recommend their service.

John and Jimbo installed a free standing tub and faucet for me during my master bath reno. Good quality work and personable. Reasonable pricing.

McCoy Plumbing has fixed/replaced many things for us over the past several years: our hot water heater, bladder tank, shower heads and leaky pipes. I have called in a panic each time and someone has always answered the phone. On a couple of occasions we actually needed a well or septic company and they were able to tell me who to call after I texted a few pictures of our issue. They’re great!!

This is by far the best company to trust with your complicated construction needs. An experienced tradesman got a failed drainage component out of our concrete slab and made everything look better than brand new! Cleaned up the job site spotless. We will definitely be using again. Thanks y’all!

Excellent customer service! Our AC unit went out at 6pm on a Friday afternoon and they were at our house and working on the unit with in 30 minutes. Not only was he here in 30 minutes he had the parts the next day getting us back up and running. Other companies would have taken two day to get out to evaluate the issues and another two to three business days to get parts. If you want quality service do not hesitate and call them now! Amazing job!! Aiden was very professional and friendly. Our problem was complex and he found where the issue was and made the extensive repair. Very affordable, I will definitely use them again.
