Best Water Heater in Charlotte NC

Our house is aging and we needed a lot of electrical updates. We had three different guys from Mr. Sparky come to do the work at different times. We were grateful to enjoy their professionalism, kindness, and the care they took to keep our home clean as they worked. You rarely see the work ethic they displayed nowadays, so we were truly impressed with all of them.

Bobby was able to come out the same day I called. Super helpful and took the time to explain everything that was going on. He eventually figured out the issue and got it replaced.

These guys did an amazing job. Our house was built in the early 1950s and needed some major electrical upgrades. Luis F., Cody, Mike and Zack were incredible! We have all new electrical outlets, installed two ceiling fans, put up two outdoors lights and upgraded the electrical in our sun room. We couldn't be happier with the work they did. And we'll be scheduling a follow-up soon for some more projects. Couldn't ask for better.

Had an issue where a section of the house was without power. After tripping the breaker and a few other things I seek more qualified electrical help. Good thing I did. This annoyance require a trip in to the attic and crawlspace to find the failure. Tony was absolutely awesome and he wasn't satisfied until he found what was the failure point. I will most definitely be using him again if further work is needed.

Paul and Brian came to our home and appraised the fan and lighting installation we needed, gave us a quote and a time for next week to do the work. Today 5/15/2014 they called and let us know that if our schedule allowed it that they could do the work today. When they showed up they were prompt, professional, personable, and friendly. The work was done in a timely manner, with a smile on their faces, the pricing was reasonable, and they gave an all around great experience. People like Paul and Brian are the reason me and my family will be making Call 1 Home Services the first call on our list to have any improvements that need to be done. these guys are the types of people in my opinion that keep customers loyal to the company.

We contracted with K1 to install a range hood in our kitchen and take care of various other home remodeling request, and he did a fabulous job. He was prompt and responsive and executed the jobs very well. I would gladly recommend this firm to others.
