Best Water Heater in Charlotte NC

The service is great.The selling by the techs is just priced to high. I had a service call for $59 (which was way too cheap) and that is all I ended up paying. The tech suggested we switch out the GFCI for over $200. I said No but I believe he would have convinced my wife it was worth it. Thats just way to high for an outlet that costs about $10 and takes about 10 minutes to change out.So the tech rocked, the Customer Service rocked, they solved my problem, but I think for about 20-40% less mark-you you would get more sales.There good, but you will be out an arm or a leg if you dont pay attention.

Called him, explained why I need an electrician. He hung up. Tried to call back couple of times thinking the call dropped, no response!!!

Our experience getting our washer and dryer uninstalled and fixed today was amazing. He did everything he needed to do both quickly and efficiently. And he went above and beyond in going to the store to get a replacement valve for our house as well. He was very professional and fast and I would hire him any day.

The technician was knowledgeable about tankless water heaters and quickly identified and corrected the problems.

I scheduled an appointment with one of their technicians (Robby) but he was a no call-no show. I called him and left a voice mail on his cell phone, asking if he was going to be making it but he never called me back. When I called into the office, the lady that answered the phone indicated that the technicians set their own schedule so I'd just have to speak with him about it.

Pretty poor customer service all around.

We had a tech come out to diagnose an electrical issue on 1/13. The guy was very nice and explained what he thought the issue was and that the office would be in touch to coordinate someone coming back out in a few days because he thought Duke Energy needed to be involved as well. A week goes by and no word from the office so I called. The rep in the office seemed to really not care at all, put me on hold and said someone will call back. Fast forward another week and no still no call back. If you are looking for good customer service and timely repairs, Arch Electric is certainly not your company to call. $175 for a diagnosis and no call backs. I would not give a star if that was an option.
