Best Water Tank Repair in Charlotte NC

I texted Jason Julian on a Sunday morning at 6:35am. He was responsive and sensitive to my plumbing needs. I was up 2 hours prior looking for the best plumber and this company is it for me! He and his son, Chason arrived promptly just before 10:00am and were done before 10:30am! I will continue to work with Julian’s plumbing.

I contacted four plumbers for quotes on a variety of work that ranged in complexity. Hands down, Anthony Allison's customer service, careful and thoughtful inspection of the issues, and same-day quote with three price ranges was the best experience.On the day of the work, Anthony and Cassey Beaver tackled everything on my list in the same day with great attitudes and a willingness to educate me so I could understand the problems and the solutions.I stayed at the house and watched the majority of the work. After seeing the complexity, I became even more grateful that I hired Anthony and Cassey. I don't think the other plumbers would have been able to fix the problems in the same day or at all, especially as two wanted to give quotes without seeing the property.Don't cheap out on your plumbers: Anthony and Cassey's work is worth every penny.

After years of using this company, it took me switching to a new plumbing company to find out how much I was being ripped off. DO NOT TRUST the quality of work or their pricing.

We’ve used Option One twice in the last 6 months. Once for moving a water line for a renovation and once for a major clog in our drain line. Trever, who did our renovation project was awesome and went above and beyond for us. Our other technician for the clog was Ted. He was just as awesome! He treated our home as if it were his own and refused to leave until the job was completed to his and our satisfaction. I could not recommend this company, or either of these two gentleman enough for any plumbing project or issue you have in your home. Fantastic experience both times with scheduling and completing our plumbing needs.

They came out inside of 22 hours or so. After the repair they had our septic pumped out the next day. Super nice and professional

TJ arrived early and fixed our problem in less that 20 minutes. Very professional and cleaned up everything before he left.

I cannot possibly recommend All Hours Plumbing any higher. Brett did exactly as he said in a timely manner for a great price. I only interacted with him over the phone and he was always very courteous. He kept my renters happy by getting the job done right and well. I am in the military and 400 miles away and I don't need the stress of worrying whether or not plumbing will get fixed correctly. Brett has now eased any stress that could come up as a result of managing a rental property from so far away. Talking to another trusted plumber(that is too far away to do the work), Brett met all the qualifications and the price range for the job and I couldn't be happier. He is my permanent plumber for any future work that I need done.

Hands-down the worst company I have ever dealt with!! Could not fix the same problem at our house! We have paid a lot of money and the problem still exists! When we asked for them to come out and fix it correctly the owner Chris said they will no longer come to the house and work on our pipes!! Stay away from this company!! They never fixed it right the first couple of times but kept taking my parents money! We will be calling whistleblowers and using the full extent of my job at the Better Business Bureau so that nobody else will have to experience this !!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Tim, Diyon and the crew at Charlotte Plumbing Masters. We had an entire pipe and plumbing renovation done, so it was quite a big job. They were extremely responsive and worked overtime on our more difficult than expected project. We even had a manufacturer malfunction with our sewer pump and they came out and fixed it at no additional charge. We would definitely recommend!

Tony and Jay came out to inspect our tankless hot water heater that was leaking from the recent freezing weather. They contacted Rinnai directly to talk through what options exist to repair or replace, and unfortunately Rinnai did not offer any option to repair under the warranty. We did have to replace the unit, which was done incredibly quickly and with no issues. Both were very friendly and empathetic of our situation. We were without hot water for less than a day thanks to their help. Absolutely recommend their service.

I was impressed that IRV Plumbing was able to get a technician out to my house on the same day that I called to fix my hot water heater. Tony W. came out and fixed it after thoroughly explaining to me why it was broken. He had to replace both thermostats on the tank. He was kind, respectful and very knowledgeable. IRV Plumbing has a great employee in Tony and I would highly recommend this technician and this company.

If you are looking for a quality, trustworthy, and affordable plumber, then look no further! Ritchie plumbing are rockstars. We had our hot water heater give out a couple days before Christmas, impeccable timing. John (the plumber) came out on Christmas Eve night and stayed for hours fixing the problem. That alone was above and beyond, but his service could not have been better! I highly recommend working with John and Ritchie plumbing for all you plumbing needs!
