Vinton installed a tankless water heater and water filtration system in our 90 year old house, and he handled the install with great care and professionalism. He even stayed late to make sure everything was done correctly and clean. We also had a great experience with Jeff who did our initial consult and quote. Stan from roto rooter was amazing! He was extremely professional and had an enormous wealth of knowledge. He helped identify the problem, recommended some helpful things we could do to avoid this in the future, and also stayed with me until the county sewer people got here. The problem ended up being on their end. Roto Rooter is also doing our water damage mitigation and their team (Nicole, Josh, and Alex) were also amazing and fast! Thank you all!

Under full disclosure, All About the Pipes, is our one and only Charlotte plumbing digital marketing client. We've actually turned away a far amount business as it wouldn't be fair to have conflicting opinions and priorities.

Anywho, I had an issue with the ejector pump at my house, which we've just bought 2 months ago. Didn't even know what an ejector pump was until 2 days ago until I got the smell of...is that what I think it is, run to the trashcan smell. One of the perks of our fancy new house (outside of a broken ejector sewer pump and faulty wiring and lots of other pleasures) was a home warranty. So when this thing broke I called them up ASAP. They sent out these 2 pluming brain wizards who were planning and prepared to tear the whole thing out of the ground to the tune of $3500. Seemed a bit off especially because they didn't look at it but whatever. So I call my friend and client Chris w/ AATP up at 6:30 or so last night and he says be careful and don't do anything crazy...I'll be in there first thing in the morning. So, Chris shows up on time like he said and jumps into descrambling my crazy story I'm telling him while he's tearing this pump apart. He immediately diagnoses the problem, which was a $30 part, goes and picks it up and installs it. All the while he's telling me how this system works and maintenance and all kinds of other plumbing related things in my house as well.

Bottom line. In all aspects of your life, work with people that you know, like and trust. Chris and the entire team at All About the Pipes are true professionals. Don't waste your time with anyone else.

Had John come out to my house today to inspect all my plumbing issues and to also look at my gas lines water heater. We recently moved into our home a couple years ago and just wanted to see what needed to be done if there was anything wrong.

They inspected everything and answered all my questions honestly and didn't blow smoke or try to upsell me stuff I didn't need. They were calm, patient, and very knowledgeable when it came to answering my questions. While I wasn't able to do all the repairs they suggested, I was happy that didn't force me or try to guilt me into doing all the repairs.

They did replace all of my plumbing under my kitchen sink, they advised me to remove my disposal due to how old it was. I couldn't afford them to put in a new disposal, they made the pipe work compatible and installed an outlet so I can easily install a disposal in the future if I choose too.

They were an awesome group of guys to work with and I will be using this company in the future, no doubt about that!
