We had Justin and his team install a tankless water heater to our salon this week and they were great. They were able to work with our schedule and their work was great. They were very professional and they cleaned up everything immediately. I would recommend them to anyone wanting great service and professionalism.

I had Adam come out and help replace my toilet and fix my leaking poly valves. He was prompt on time and beyond professional and helpful with what he was doing and gave me information about all the steps he took to fix my problems. Would def recommend. Beyond satisfied with the job he did on my bathroom.

Marty and Tyler came out for a stopped up kitchen sink. They fixed the leak very quickly and even made another suggestion which allowed for some preventative maintenance on my garbage disposal. I was so pleased with their work that I began enquire about other plumbing issues though less troublesome.

Marty and Tyler were thorough and efficient in there work and I will be calling on them again!

All Hours is great and responsive. Within an hour of calling, Eric was at the house and our hot water line was repaired. He talked through the repair, causes, and preventive measures that could extend the life of remaining pipe.

The Service was outstanding. The Service Technician Van kept me updated throughout the process. Van provided outstanding service and got the problem resolved very quickly. I would gladly use Roto Rooter again!!

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

We were moving into our home and noticed a leak - last thing you want to see as you are moving into a new house. We reached out to our insurance who put us in contact with Massey and Massey called us and the literally from the first point of contact to Massey contacting us was maybe 20 minutes! Amazing customer service! Jason came out to our home earlier than anticipated because he knew this was a priority for us to have fixed. He assessed the problem and knew exactly what to do. He stopped the leak and also provided references for us to redo the walls/flooring from the damage the leak had created. Definitely will reach out to Massey again for all our plumbing needs.

We were having issues with master bath sinks backing up. Caleb was able to come in a timely fashion, assess, and restore to free flow quickly. He was thorough in explanation of the problem and the charge to repair/restore. We will continue to rely on Pathmaker Plumbing for any needs as they arise.
