Julian's plumbing is amazing. My husband called on Monday and they were at our house on Tuesday morning. After looking at our issue, Jason told us it would be better to invest in a new vanity, instead of fixing a broken one. He could have easily charged me to fix the faulty sink, but instead recommended something that was better for our home long-term. Really appreciate the honesty and the timeliness. Michael single-handedly turned an incredibly stressful plumbing situation I had into a breeze. My sink not draining and my garbage disposal needing a replacement were literally giving me nightmares. Fortunately, Michael’s expertise allowed him to calmly provide me with a number of different affordable options I could deliberate on and choose what I believed to be the best choice.

Roto-Rooter Charlotte was great, they sent a professional tech out quickly who completed the work faster than expected. He even went above and beyond to temporarily repair my siding so my pipe wouldn’t refreezd before I could get the real siding repair done. That said, the national 1-800 number gave terrible customer service, so make sure you call the Charlotte office directly at their 704 number.

Found these guys on Angie's List. We needed a basement sump pump and the main pressure valve to the house both replaced. They explained everything that needed done and they cleaned up after themselves . I would recommend this plumber to a friend or neighbor.

These guys are awesome. I needed a fire pit kit installed on an outdoor natural gas fire pit. Short notice and a somewhat unusual ask so, needless to say, I had a hard time finding someone who would do it. I was lucky to find Charlotte Plumbing Masters. John called me an hour before he arrived and showed up exactly an hour later. We briefly discussed what needed to be done and he went straight to work. He figured out all of the issues and got it done very fast. The results are fantastic and I couldn’t be happier. I will be using them again.
