Queen City Plumbing was highly recommended by my neighbor, they showed up when they said they would, got straight to the problem and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. I would recommend them to anyone that is looking for an honest and reliable plumber.

The visit from Benjamin Franklin Plumbing went very well. Alex called before he came. He arrived early about 8:30 am and I was relieved he got here early since I was on standby appointment. He did the diagnostic inspection and determined my problem was not a plumbing problem, but was related to my dryer vent. He referred me to a vent cleaning company and he stayed while I called them to back me up if needed . He also called Restoration One for me so I could get same day service from them. He was courteous, thorough and excellent. Well done, Alex.

I contacted the company for a gas line quote. I set it up for a Thursday. I was told there may be a chance it would need to be the following day if the technician got behind. We were called at 5pm Thursday and informed that the tech would not be coming and that it would be over a week before he could come out. I feel this was unprofessional and I decided to take my business to a company that valued my time.

During our kitchen renovation, including the installation of a new sink, the original contractors did not consider the necessary plumbing and piping changes required. Other plumbing companies recommended an extensive and expensive solution that included cutting through our cabinets, walls, and pipes. Fortunately, Josh from Charlotte Plumbing was able to properly diagnose the situation and resolve our issue under two hours. We could not be happier with his work. His solution was effective, simple, and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Had them come out to install a tankless water heater for us. Their quote was fair and detailed and the tech did an amazing job laying out all of our options.
After we agreed to do business with them they even helped us find some manufacturers discounts that lowered the price for us. The install took about a day and a half and went fairly smooth.
2 days later we suddenly stopped getting hot water. We called them and they sent someone out right away (the electrical outlet they had to install was bad they swapped it out and we were good to go an hour later)
All throughout the process they were incredibly responsive. Would definitely use again and recommend to others.

Had a minor leak under my kitchen sink. I was able to request repairs online and book an appointment for first thing the next day. Porsche explained the pricing structure very well on the telephone. Richard arrived on time and quickly and efficiently fixed my problem. Very pleased.

We had placed a call last night and asked for immediate assistance for a clogged sink. We were given the appointment time frame of 10PM- 12AM. I was told that we would get a phone call from the technician when they were on their way. I called back at 12:20AM because no one had shown up. They said they could call dispatch but they probably were not close to coming. I am also upset because no one called me to say they were running behind. I would've understood if someone just gave me an update. I had to reschedule which was an inconvenience as I had to go to work and my wife was trying take care of our new born. They came around 8 this morning but then we were charged almost $400.00 to unclog our kitchen sink??!! That is unbelievable!! I am willing to give them another chance because I know that this has been called a good company and I am hoping that this was a fluke. I would like for someone to call me back to discuss this. We had 3 drains that were slow to drain. I had tried all I knew to attempt to clear them. Called All About the Pipes and Mike came the next day. Very knowledgeable and professional.. He explained all the steps he took to clear the issue. We have an older house with older plumbing so he finally was able to determine that the single blockage was affecting the two sink drains and the shower drain as well. By accessing the problem by way of the vent in the attic he cleared the obstruction with the result that all the drains are clear and emptying quickly and as they should.
Mike was efficient and thorough, and I couldn't be more pleased with the work he did.

Bliss came out to clean our tankless water heater. They were very respectful of the fact that I was on work calls, and located the heater and began work on their own. They were timely and arrived within the window. Generously they upgraded our cleaning to the deep clean free of charge! I’d 100% use them again!!

Great service. Malik came out to replace the gas valve on our water heater, which was a warranty repair covered by Rheem. He arrived early in the appointment window; was kind, courteous and pleasant and very thorough. We had been without hot water for almost a week; took a couple of days for the part to arrive, but once it was here and we could schedule, the repair was completed correctly and quickly. Nice to have hot showers again - and very pleased with the quality and handling of the service call.

I had a fantastic experience with Ritchie Plumbing. He was able to see me very quickly, took on a challenging job and made me feel at ease and was able to get the problem fixed and the one that contributed to it fixed within a few hours. He made a day that started pretty rough end on a good note and I will definitely be using him again for any future needs!

Kelly was a huge help over the phone. After speaking with her we realized that I was being quoted way too high by another company. Matthew came to my house that same day and replaced my ancient water heater in a very quick and professional manner. I would absolutely use this company again.
