Absolutely phenomenal experience all around. During the process of moving to close on a new home, we discovered some unsafe aluminum runs which had to be addressed during the inspection process. I was fortunate enough to come across Bobby’s outfit and , based largely on feedback reviewed, called him.

He’s been responsive , open, honest, and through. Could not be happier. Definitely a lifetime customer and glad to be able to leave this review in hopes that it will reach someone who was in my position- nervous and uncertain about how to move forward only to have that position be turned completely around in such a positive way.

I work for an HOA management company that manages approximately 200 neighborhoods, both established and new developments. We use Roby a good bit when issues arise. Matt from Roby is working on some power pedestals, which are little 2 foot tall white towers with lights on our docks on lake wylie. He is super professional and knowledgeable. Everyone else at Roby is great, I wish I could remember the 2 ladies I've spoken to on the phone cause they have great customer service. One might be Kim but I could have that mixed up....I know one of the 2 said she was new so if that narrows it down she was great, yall found a kweper!

Gavin also awesome, I've gone back and forth canceling an re-requesting an outlet from Roby and he's been so patient and helpful, glad we can proceed with the work this monday!

Very professional young man, very high work ethics,he chose not to use his dolly to take out the old toilets and bring in the new toilets by hand carrying them. because he didn't want to damage my flooringHe installed three toilets and he checked and double checked to make sure everything was correct, and he made it a point to clean up after himself. Johnathan did such an outstanding job, and he represents just how Michel and son employed quality employeesI've used your company for several projects and I have always been satisfied with the service I received. Again johnathan did an outstanding job for me.

We have used IRV for plumbing and electrical work for years now and cannot say enough good about them! Specifically we use Michael for electrical and Leon for plumbing. They are always on time and always do a fantastic job! They frequently get roped into more than they bargained for and always take care of what needs to be done without hesitation. We highly recommend them both!!! The office staff (Deena, Zoe & Melissa) are wonderful as well! Whenever we call in for a project (or emergency), they are so sweet and helpful!

I am very pleased with the results of Mr.Toliny's work. I regret that he had to wait on a response from the warranty company for over 1.5 hours when he could have been installing and moving on to the next job on time. Today, 1/15/2014, Brian did a great job with the minor repairs we needed. From reattaching a door frame, reattaching trim, to changing lights that we can't reach on a normal size ladder. We actually had a toilet that had just broken the night before, and he ran out to get the part we needed and fixed it on the spot. He talked us through things to make sure we understood the issue and what he was going to do. Everything was done in a professional and timely manner. He left everything in order. Always top notch service.

I personally cannot say if this is a bad company but from my current ongoing experience it is not a good one. First - If you want to get in contact with someone you have to call at 430 pm, because that is when you can speak to the manager so he can schedule for someone to come out. When someone finally came out after I had continuously called for a few days. I kept being told I did not know what the issues was and I should call spectrum. I have a faulty coaxial outlet that has a shortage, not difficult to figure out when you have an outlet tester. This is located in my now office, which because of COVID -19, it is clearly needed. Second - after the Electrician, finally grasped that I did actually know what I was talking about and was not just trying to make him do more work. He leaves and says I have to talk to someone to see what needs to happen next. That was over 3 weeks ago , this has been a 2 1/2 month and counting process.

We hired ARC Electric for a big project that included installing all house smart switches/panel inspection/existing light fixtures replacement, etc.. The decision was based on the positive reviews and the fact that our neighbors worked with them building their house next door.

Our experience with the company didn't meet anticipated expectations; four days into the project they completely dropped out leaving equipment and half of the work behind with no further communication. Unfortunately, I can't recommend the company to anyone.
