Best Water Heater Installation in Charlotte NC

This guy is awesome! and quick. I dont do reviews often, but had to do it for him.
He was half the price I expected and fixed a half dozen other things going on around my house

My water heater broke down on a Saturday morning in December. I called Queen City Plumbing and Nas came out same morning and did the repairs. He was professional and friendly and did a great job. I highly recommend this company.

Anthony Allison of Benjamin Franklin Plumbing is a consummate professional plumber. He was incredible. Anthony was able to detect our leak immediately. The reason this is astounding is because I called one of Charlotte's best rated plumbing companies to come out twice and they left both times unable to find it. Anthony is a beilliant master plumber who demonstrates leadership, integrity and I was extremely impressed with his knowledge of plumbing. Small job complicated by out-dated plumbing was resolved in a short time frame. And they kept me informed about what they found and were doing to resolve the problem. Well done in less than 2 hours, including an unexpected trip for parts!

Chad with Charlotte Plumbing just hooked up our new kitchen sink, dishwasher and disposal with all new pipes and he did an excellent job! He was professional, polite and courteous. Was on time and left no mess behind! I would definitely recommend this company!

They were great. We needed open vents added to our pipes on the outside of our roof. They handled the request professionally and efficiently. We have no problem using them in the future if we have any issues.

John came when scheduled, called ahead, was friendly and did a good job. He made sure the area was clean when he left. I've been using Rapid Rooter for a long time. Example of attention to detail: John made sure the disposer ring was exactly straight up and down. I'm a plumb and level sort of gal and this is important. Not all service people in the world would think this is important!

I had a minor but time sensitive issue with the fridge water line. After calling several plumbers, came across All Hours Plumbing via a Google search. The person I spoke with actually solved the issue over the phone and I was able to fix it myself. I had to write a review anyway because he was friendly, helpful, honest, and saved me time and headache. Would recommend giving All Hours Plumbing a try.

Jeff the Technician was most excellent. He had been sent to our home several weeks ago to unstop a toilet. He was great then and he was great on this service visit as well. He called to let us know he was here as we live in a locked and secure condo unit. He identified himself and worked extremely hard from the minute he arrived. He was extremely professional knowledgeable and kind. He cleaned up everything before he left our condo and gave us tips to keep this from happening again. Jeff is an excellent service person and represents Roto Rooter in the best possible way. We highly recommend Jeff and Roto Rooter.

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

John was super professional and helpful in changing out our garbage disposal. Our new model is a huge improvement over the builder grade option we had for the last two years that always sounded like it was broken. Great communication, cleaned up after himself and took time to show me how to trouble shoot the new diposal should anything ever get in there than shouldn't have. Will call again.

Everyone within this company is awesome. From Tye and Jackie in the office, to Angel and Jesse in the field. They have helped me with emergencies with same day service, water heater installs, faucets, clogs and everything in between. They are on time, professional, and awesome to work with. John installed a recirculating pump on my tankless system. Now instead of waiting 2 minutes for hot water it’s there in 2 seconds. Life changing! John is reliable and dependable. I will definitely keep his number.

Brett built a new bathroom off one of our kids bedrooms. He came up with the best plumbing solution requiring new drain navigating a steel support beam and going down two floors with minimum drywall cuts. Very happy with the results and working with Brett was awesome - he has the highest integrity and all around great guy. We also hired Brett to run a gas line from our kitchen to the deck for the BBQ and gas fire pit. Once again, Brett proposed the best solution over other contractors which required routing a new gas line through cabinets, under a lazy susan and through the brick exterior.

Reed was great. He set up the plumbing to my newly renovated kitchen. I had bought a new faucet that had a manufacturing defect that Reed had brought to my attention. After I purchased a new faucet he came back out and installed the new faucet free of charge. Great Customer Service. Will use again in the future!

Really happy with service provided by Jeff and Omar. The issue was serious and required a lot of knowledge and patience. Glad they were the team scheduled to come to my house. Very grateful for the quality of work and clean up. Roto-Rooter has top notch technicians!
