Carlos was the technician assigned from Michael and Son Services to evaluate a breaker that kept switching off. He was professional, on time and explained to me what the issue was and what it would cost prior to doing the work. Not only was he able to fix the problem he also gave me recommendations about my breaker that would help me in the future. He was a n absolute pleasure to work with and I would recommend him and this company to anyone who needs electrical work done in their home. While they are not the cheapest they definitely got the job done and we’re even able to perform same day service!
