Julian's arrived on time and service was quick and friendly. We did have to negotiate the price of bit but the interaction was pleasant. Technician was very nice and explained what the issue was and how I could fix it myself in the future. Service was completed in under 10 minutes.

Travis did a great job. My husband said he would use him in the future.

Jeremy is so skilled in experience. He always knows what the problem is and the answer to get the problem fixed. He has the highest degree of professionalism in his behavior and definitely in his skill. I get more than my moneys worth every time I use him.

I'm so glad I found Option 1 Plumbing! I had them come for a quote; they are one of the FEW companies that will send a technician out to look at the problem and give a free quote with multiple options. I was so impressed with Ted's knowledge and professionalism, that I cancelled my other quote and had Option 1 replace my kitchen faucet and repair my shower faucet. Ted took the time to explain to me the issues, addressed low water pressure in my house, and gave me recommendations for a kitchen faucet that would work well and that I could purchase myself. Option 1 is now my go-to plumber! After using several local companies over the past 13 years, Option 1 is now my only option!

My husband and I just finished a major renovation and added two full bathrooms. One of the bathrooms consisted of a large custom steam shower. We started planning this project about a year ago. After doing about six months worth of research on plumbers in the Charlotte Metro area we elected to use All About the Pipes. We called the office and spoke with Mary. She was incredibly nice and told us that she would have someone reach out to us soon as possible. Within an hour Chris, the owner of the company, called and we arranged a time for him to come out. I have to say that it's not every day you have the owner of the company come out to look at a job. Chris was incredibly nice and took the time to look over our plans very closely. He made several suggestions and left us with a few options we never even considered. Within a few days Mary called and told me to check my email and that we should have received the proposal. The proposal was very thorough and very reasonably priced. We gave the thumbs up and they started a few weeks later. In one day his crew had both bathrooms rough plumbed. they are incredibly meticulous in all that they do and left the jobsite spotless. As soon as everything was finished they were here immediately and finished installing all of the fixtures. Chris took the time to walk the job and answered all of our questions. He took the time to make sure everything was perfect before he left. Everything turned out awesome! We are very happy customers and will not hesitate to call Chris and his team in the future. John Raymond was my technician and he did a great job. He went above and beyond making sure everything was covered under my home warranty. He was enthusiastic about wanting to fix everything I needed. He also made sure I knew everything he was doing and actually taught me some simple things as he went. Ask for John! You won’t be disappointed.

The only reason why I gave 4/5 stars was because he arrived an hour and a half early to the appointment and caught us unprepared! Otherwise a great experience, very friendly and upfront. He explained everything he did and made sure we knew what we were paying for. He also provided us with options in the quote. I would definitely recommend them as your go-to plumber!

Excellent service from the company. Quickly received an appointment with a confirmation call. The repair person called when he arrived. He listened to my explanation/concern. After signing the contract, he went right to work. Once problem resolved he explained what had happened and what he did to repair. He even drew a picture of the problem. He also cleaned the area that he worked in, putting supplies back under the sink. I will use RotoRooter for next service. Mr. Johnny was awesome!

We had to exchange an old water heater. Travis and his crew helped us in a semi-emergency case, replaced the old and defect system the same day. The entire staff was great, understood what they did and cleaned up after they were done. I really want to recommend them.

He and his technical partner were amazing. He was able to articulate complex issues in a simple and straightforward manner. We had a new water heater and prv installed in the main line. Overall, the Anchor experience exceeded any expectations we could possibly have had.

Called Jason @ Zoom on Friday afternoon for a toilet that would not flush. He quoted me a price and said that the next afternoon he would be out. It was not an emergency as this was just the guest bathroom so the following afternoon was perfect.

The next morning I received a call from Jason saying he would be by in an hour. Only 40 mins later him and his guys were there (already a great start).

After assessing the situation they proceed to work quickly and got everything fixed up in about 20 mins.
They also took care not to make a mess, and cleaned up well after.

I was also charged less than the quoted price.....so overall 5 stars for great service, prompt arrival, and honest pricing. I will def recommend and call them again if anything goes wrong.

I had a leaky pipe and was contacting several plumbers to get estimates and timing. When I spoke with Brian, I told him I had another company coming out later that day so I didn't want to waste his time but wanted to get an idea of what the costs would be. He quoted the costs over the phone but also offered to stop by after the job he was on to take a look at it even though he knew I had a company coming to find the leak for free. When I met him, I was impressed with his professionalism and helpfulness. The other company called to say they were on their way so Brian left. As soon as the other company showed up, I knew their advertisement had been a scam so I sent them away and called Brian to see if he was still available. He was and came back and did the job. I was impressed with how well he protected my property while doing his job. When done, there were no cost surprises. Everything was done as originally quoted and he cleaned everything up after his work. I was pleased with his service.

I set up an appointment with the plumber last weekend and he made it on time. Thanks so much for coming out to my house and replacing some old pipes.
