From the phone call to the van pulling out of my drive, my experience was great. I was quoted an estimate for the service I requested and that is what I paid. The dispatcher/manager was pleasant and direct and pretty much unflappable. The plumber who came was the same. He was pleasant, efficient and left the bathroom cleaner than when he got there. Highly recommend .

I called them 2 weeks ago with a need (leaking from unknown kitchen spit) and was told someone would come on Monday. They never did. I called and was told the person didn’t write a time down but they had my info (a call would have been great then!). Also told someone would call btwn 9-10 on Tuesday. No call. I called at 11:30 and the lady was very short and said “let me call you back I need to see how he’s scheduling his day.” Odd since I figured your office staff made the schedules. And guess what? I didn’t get a call back until yesterday. That was 1.5 weeks later. The message was “call us back; we have a service man for you.” No apology. No explanation for the 1.5 weeks silence. Do better. I ended up having another plumber coke and help id the leak. Do better.

Be prepared to Pay More! $225 per visit no matter what service is provided. The plumber Charles was wonderful and here for less than 30 minute to change a hose on the washer. I was shocked at the $250 charge! Way more expensive than other services. I will not use them again!

I called then early in the AM to have my toilet unclogged and they never showed up. Everytime I called back they would say they was on the way got stuck on another call. Later that night 8:30pm the secretary called and said they where on the way I advised her I already called someone else and they took care of it.

They showed up 7 hours past scheduled appointment time, damaged the outdoor spigot threading trying to remove it albeit telling us they couldn’t replace it because they did not have the parts on hand!
Replaced the wax ring on toilet, now it doesn’t flush completely nor did they turn the water back on to demonstrate the work they did solved the problem we initially called them for, at the high rate they charge per hour one of the guys was standing beside the van smoking!
Save your money and call someone qualified- I DO NOT RECOMMEND PAY LESS PLUMBING.

David and Saxon showed up before the promised time, located and repaired the broken pipe in my front yard, and completed the job within about 3 hours. The price was very reasonable and I'd definitely hire them again. Great job!

We had some blockage in our main line and was quoted an outrageous amount from another company. Jackie and her team came out and identified the problem and resulted in us saving thousands of dollars. I never write reviews but I will only use Pay Less moving forward.

Arrived 45 minutes late with no heads up nor apology. Overcharged for the amount of time worked. They did do the job requested to completion. I spoke to the owner who refunded me for being overcharged, but still without any remorse for their employee being late and overcharging. Would not recommend.

We called to for service only to receive unprofessionalism from a worker who is taking
full advantage of the covid 19 by price gouging charging $295 to come look at a clogged kitchen sink. He was very rude and quick to hang up like take it or leave it attitude. NEVER CALL THIS PLACE NOT
A BUSINESS BUT CIRCUS.

Open on Saturday. Charlie is a very polite and professional plumber. Today was my first time using Payless because they were open Saturday. Price was fair and showed up within 3 hours. They earned a new customer.

Worst service ever. I called on Tuesday to schedule service on a Friday morning. Called back to confirm on Thursday. Pay Less finally showed up at 5:30 PM Friday after several calls. Spent two and a half hours and only replaced a bad toilet wax ring. Now the toilet won't fully flush. They were supposed to fix a leaky hose faucet as well. Not only was the faucet not fixed it was damaged so badly that I can no longer attach a hose. I was charged $200 - for nothing.

They were very responsive. Eli came out the day we called. We had a pipe leaking in the front yard. He helped us avoid MAJOR expenses by giving us some advice on what to try before having to excavate our yard and the pavement. They will be our plumbing service from now on.

The company came out to my house today. My oldest son (18 yrs) open door said hello. They guys stated they had to look around the house first. My son came to get me. I came up and they were gone but left a note in the door “sorry we missed you”. I called they said they knocked and no one came to the door and they wasn’t sure he was old enough for them to come in. Why didn’t they call to make sure someone was here over 18 yrs old. They call back to say what happen. Smh. Worst experience ever and very unacceptable.

TJ at Payless plumbing goes above and beyond! We have several properties and he always shows up in time, is knowledgeable, fair in his price, and has given us expert tips that save us time and money... we appreciate his service!

I defiantly recommend using Pay Less Plumbing for all your plumbing needs, our plumber TJ did a great job and not to mention provided excellent customer service. Our property had a MAJOR water line break inside one of our resident home…water was poring out of the slab, we had water everywhere and going into the next apartment. Pay Less Plumbing was able to come out right away and take care of all the repairs and restore water to the community right away. I will defiantly call Pay Less Plumbing for all our plumbing needs in the future. TJ was very knowledgeable, patient and incredibly helpful every step of the way. Thank you TJ for all your hard work, our community is very pleased.

I call for estimate on my kitchen pipes replacement and trip cost. I was told the cost $250.00. I am still looking.
