We heard a leak underneath our house in the morning after losing water pressure. After shutting off the main line water, we were looking for a plumber. I called QC plumbing and they had a cancellation and had someone out within an hour. They fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I was expecting a large bill, or an explanation of how many problems we had, but neither one happened. Great service, friendly, and professional. They also took the time to show us the problem. Will use again! Thanks Josh and the crew.

Brett did a great job at giving a good price and installing my water heater pretty fast. Brett and Eric were great at installing my tankless water heater and they also did work on my second home down the street in the same day. It was a great experience from calling and getting a price all the way to Brett showing up for the county inspection. I would recommend him and Eric as they have a vast amount of experience and outstanding customer service skills.

Brett and Eric were able to answer every single question I had about plumbing issues that I had at my second home and about the tankless install. I could tell how much experience he had when the inspector for the permits did his inspection and was asking questions and you could just tell he has been doing this for years and providing great quality service. Horrible service! Plummer put our sink handle on the wrong way! We called and he said he would come and fix it on friday. He never came or showed up! When i called the company, they told us we had to pay 196 dollars for them to correct something they did wrong! We already paid 250 dollars for a 30 minute job. They customer service skill are very unprofessional. We complained to Lowes about they contract with them. I advise to stay away if they can not do they job correctly. The picture of the sink was on the box! And still our handle is facing the wrong side

I had an electrician come to my home a while ago and they advised me that I would have my home completely rewired. Nat confirmed as I knew that the information provided by the previous electrician was inaccurate and wrong. All I needed was a few light switches repaired and Nat stepped in and go the job done. My kitchen and my master bedroom feel like new rooms in my home now just because of the electrical repairs that were done. THANKS FOR DOING A GREAT JOB NATE. I will refer you to my neighbors and everyone that I know that needs an efficient electrician.Great Honest and Efficient Services is all a customer wants.

John and Jimbo installed a free standing tub and faucet for me during my master bath reno. Good quality work and personable. Reasonable pricing.

Over promised on scheduled arrival time. Issue was laundry drain backing up, slow drain. If they don't fix it, you don't pay.

Friday had appointment with Matt for 3PM. By 4PM no show. Followed up with office. Job Matt was on took longer than expected. He lost track of time. Forgot to call. Reed came over at 5PM. Did initial Level I and Level II drain augering. Not successful. Took about an hour. Presented solution to cut out wall and install clean out tee. Making it a Level III service call. Rescheduled for Saturday at 10AM with Reed. He had a couple of quick calls that morning before then. No charge.

Saturday morning, Reed called before 10AM and said he was running late. Matt was going to come over and do job. Matt arrived by 12 noon. We reviewed plan. Matt laid down ground covers from front door to laundry room and access. Did work. Got drain pipe cleaned out and flowing. Also cleaned drain in half bath that had slow draining sink. Cleaned up. Everything working fine. Took about 2-1/2 hours. We selected Bronze plan. 6 months warranty.

Both technicians were cordial, professional, got job done, and made sure cleaned up before left.

Fortunately, we could be flexible with our schedule.
