I have had the pleasure of having Queen City Plumbing come to my home on a number of occasions from fixing a clogged kitchen sink, to leaking water in the basement, and most recently water from my bathroom was leaking in my kitchenette/basement area. Each time I called on them they were professional, detail oriented, and courteous. In addition, they are always on time with their appointments, strive to save us money, and always do a through job. I would recommend them to anyone.

5 stars. I had a leaky valve on a sink in our new house. Tech arrived sooner than dispatch said he would, he called ahead, arrived as expected, was very personable, took a look and explained what was going on. He told me what the standard pricing was, and found a way to make the visit affordable for me. He also explained some things about the plumbing setup in the house that might have otherwise taken me some time to figure out. He had to run out to get some parts, but was back soon enough, and fixed the problem quickly. Great experience all around. Will continue to be a Benjamin Franklin Plumbing customer.

The job done was of excellent quality. They worked very fast and efficiently. The price of the job was very reasonable. I will definitely use them again.

Richard was great! Fixed our kitchen sink in under 20 minutes and also resolved a separate dish washer issue in the process.

Laszlo from Mr. Rooter came out twice. He did a fantastic job with excellent customer service. Many things were done to this older home. A new pressure relief valve was put in, the old one wasn't working, and the he also fixed a leak that was near the main water valve that the city didn't mention when they fixed the rusty main water valve. Laszlo spent two full days out here giving the home other upgrades such as replacing the water heater and corroded piping. It was quite cold on day two, but no complaints. Water pressure is now back to normal, and the water bill should be much better now that the leak is fixed.

Option One Plumbing was amazing- we noticed some water damage on our ceiling and they came out today and inspected to find the source of the damage. I appreciate their honesty and recommendations. I will definitely use them again.

AAA city plumping did a great job. Joe Keever came out repiped our whole house that had poly and dura pex. Minimal cuts in the dry wall, cleaned everything up and pulled out our old hot water heaters and installed a new tank less. Even fixed up our dishwasher line and pulled out what looked like an old well/pump that was in the house. Shane did a great job overseeing everything was done correctly and communicating with us along the way with regular status updates. I would definitely suggest these guys for any plumbing needs.

Amazing service, out within 20 minutes when I was dealing with a toilet flood in the bathroom. Fixed within 1.5 hours. Has warranty for a year. Chris was very professional to work with and trustworthy. 5 stars.

Nealleigh Rice was our repair tech and she came in with all her equipment and found that we had roots growing in our lines that were blocking the septic tank. She explained to me each step of the way, what she was doing and why. She was honest and forthright about what to expect and very capable and knowledgeable and friendly. We have lived at this address for almost 39 years and this is the first time I've ever used their services but I was highly impressed with their skill and technology in locating the problem and giving us the solution to correct it.

Definitely Call All About The Pipes Plumbing!! Mary is the nicest and most honest person. She was able to determine the problem with my sewerage instantly. She told me right away that she was going to work on my issue to get my pump repaired. She found my motor and schedule same day service . I highly Recommend this company. IRV Plumbing and Tony Williams get the highest rating from us. We needed a new hot water heater. We called IRV and they would have come that day, but we couldn't do it then so we scheduled for the next morning. Tony arrived at about 10 a.m. and determined the tank was cracked. He wrote up three options for replacing it, and after we picked one, he installed the new water heater himself because no installation crews were available that day. He explained everything carefully, including the differences in the three options he offered. The whole thing was done in one day and one phone call. And the corner of the garage where the water heater is located is now cleaner than it was when Tony got here. This was A+ service all the way around.

Job-Replacement of two exterior panels ($7395.00) plus tax. Customer service was horrible. Nate-Master electrician and helper left the job on Day 2 at 1:55 said he had to go on another job at which point my electric was out 32 hours due to this service. This company will follow-up with a lot of excuses as to why they fail in ethical and professional standards. Debbie the office worker was really great at making excuses and did not offer solutions. It appears that their pattern is getting the job, showing up on day 1 ; then leaving the job while you wait for another three days for them to return to complete proposed work. I decided to fire this company from the rest of my outstanding work. Their Ethical and professional practices were not a good fit. Michael from the office was an empathetic listener and help me contact the county to get the passed inspection number so that my electric service provider could restore my power. I hope my assessment provides the next customer with a knowledgeable base to make an informed decision. And I hope that this company READ this review and improve on their work procedures and policies, so that customers can have AT least an average experience
