We highly recommend using Option One Plumbing.
The two plumbers/technicians (Michael & Daniel), did a fantastic job installing our new toilet, sinks, free standing bath tub, as well as a customized walk in shower with multiple shower heads.

Lastly they installed a hot water re- circulation pump in the kitchen, so we can have hot water on demand.

We are so overjoyed with the overall results.
Both gentlemen were very courteous.
They always wiped their feet going in & out the front door, and fully explained how long it would take and what was going to be done next
to accomplish a professional & modern look in our old home, all done

Roto-Rooter performed our annual backflow prevention test and did an excellent job! We were able to easily make an appointment and meet the deadline for our annual testing with no problems. Gavin was very professional and worked quickly to complete the test. We will certainly be using Roto-Rooter for our testing each year!

Chris and Mary are heroes! I was surprised to see my studio floor soaking wet this morning. Apparently, the master bathroom sink drain pipe in our older home had rusted completely through and all of the water my wife and I had used this morning had seeped through the floor to my studio below! All About the Pipes has been my first call for over a decade, and within an hour of my conversation with Mary, a plumber was on the way. And not just any plumber - all of theirs were on other jobs - so Chris, the owner of All About the Pipes showed up. Within an hour or so he had the P-trap replaced, had a new faucet installed, had cleared the water lines of air and reset our re-circulation system! I know full well that Chris had better things to do, and could have easily just put me on a wait list. But that's just not how they roll. And for that I am very grateful!

Mike has been absolutely awesome. He’s polite and very patient. I bought an older house that needed much plumbing attention. Mike has many years experience in the plumbing business from new construction to aged homes. He knows how the plumbing operates which helps him quickly understand where the root of the problem is. We had 2 small plumbing issues that were fixed professionally and quickly. They booked an appointment for us the next morning. Jeff was knowledgeable and thorough. I was a bit surprised by the total cost for the 2 jobs but as with anything if you want good quality service and experience you have to expect to pay for it. Both problems are now repaired and working. I would use them again.

We are thoroughly satisfied with the work Zack Garvey performed to unclog our kitchen sink. Turns out that the problem was more than a simple clog but Zack worked until the problem was resolved 100%. We have used Dickerson plumbing to install and repair plumbing since 2004 because of their commitment to excellence. He also serviced our water heater.

Chris and another worker came out and unclogged my drain. He used a camera to check line, and let me see the drain. Very professional and arrived on time! Would highly recommend. Thanks Chris
