I had the most WONDERFUL experience with Wonderful World of Plumbing!
This business came highly recommended from others and Damion answered when I called. I sent him a picture of my issue, he immediately sent me an electronic estimate, and scheduled me 2 days out. He was on time, polite, professional, and fixed my issue in 20 minutes.
I’ve had this issue before and it has taken plumbers longer to fix so I was thrilled when this company fixed my issue so quickly and CLEAN.
I paid the estimated price with my debit card and received an electronic receipt instantly. I wish I could leave more than 5 stars as I appreciate the AWESOME customer service that was provided!

We used Wonderful World of Plumbing to install two new toilets in our home. Their customer service, professional, and promptness was amazing! I highly recommend them. We would definitely use them again for our plumbing needs!

We had this company move our shower drain for a renovation. The shower drain was not centered as requested but we didn't complain or leave a review. Additional problems came later once we finished our renovation. We had a huge leak coming from the drain that soaked our downstairs ceiling. We hired a different plumber to diagnose the problem and it was indeed the incorrect installation of the drain that was moved. On top of that the new plumber was significantly less expensive. Would not recommend!!

I called Damien on Christmas Eve when we woke up and our outdoor tankless system was frozen (no hot water). Over multiple phone calls and videos, he helped me to troubleshoot and fix the problem. I offered to pay him, and he refused. He spent at least 20 minutes on/off the phone with me. Later I found out they are closed today (he never told me). THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS, OLD SCHOOL, LOVE ON CUSTOMERS AND TAKE CARE OF THEM! It's not always about the money. Well done Damien - customer for life.

Called Wonderful World of Plumbing for a hot water leak, thinking I was going to have to replace the whole unit, but on further review of the situation, Damien said it was just a pipe leak so he saved me about $1200.00. I feel like someone might have took advantage of the situation and put in a new hot water heater for the profit. Great Job W.O.P!!!!

They technicians from Wonderful World of Plumbing came out to repair a toilet. They were great. They arrived on time and completed the repair quickly. The price was also very reasonable. We will use them again if we have any other issues.

Damion and his crew have earned a solid recommendation from me. My water heater had been out for some time… I got a quote from Morris and Jenkins which was sky high along with hesitation to give me pricing info for details ok hardware and labor cost breakdowns.

On a friend’s’ recommendation I put in for a quote from Wonderful World via Google and received a call within an hour. After some negotiation(very responsive via text) I was scheduled for the next day a short 14 hours later. Damion had no trouble answering any questions around brands, pricing, etc. which was important to me. They came in well under the big players.

They showed up on time. Knocked out all requested work in short order, answered a few extra questions for me, cleaned up after themselves, and were generally pleasant and professional. Small companies can definitely be hit or miss, this one is a gem.

I have used this company in the past and they did a amazing job with a overflow I had in my bathroom. When I had a high water bill they were the first to come to mind so I gave them a call. Damien was having trouble finding the source of the leak and told me it was most likely my master bathroom. I paid almost $300 for him to “fix” my toilet. Next month same high water bill. I told him the repair didn’t fix my problem so I basically paid for a unnecessary repair. I called back and he did come out with some others to look into it further but still was unable to find the source of the leak. He told me he has never dealt with this problem and said he was ordering a part that will help him figure out where the leak is coming from. I even received a follow up call from one of his workers saying they have not forgot about me and they are waiting on the part. I waited and waited and waited and it’s been about 3 months now. I called back and spoke to the secretary and she said she would give him a call and never got back to me. I feel like I was robbed of $300 and is very disappointed because I really liked the company and they were my go to for plumbing needs. If Damien just didn’t know what to do I would of appreciated that being said instead of the running around I was given. $1000 later thanks to Morris Jenkins I was able to finally get my issue fixed and my water bill is back to regular. I gave 3 stars because he did help me with my refrigerator and sink for no charge and do think he is very knowledgeable and capable but I am highly disappointed with my last service job.

I have used Wonderful World of Plumbing in Charlotte for over 4 years and have nothing but great things to say about the value of their service. Damion and Tyrell have helped us numerous times in our Dilworth Townhouse (repair garbage disposal, unclog drains, etc) We bought a house last year in Southpark and had the scariest plumbing issue this week. All four toilets were not flushing, and water was backed up in the shower and sinks. Damion and Tyrell were able to navigate us through the issue and I am so grateful! They were at our door within 24 hours to help us. I highly recommend Wonderful World of Plumbing.

A Moen 1222 cartridge got stuck while my husband was attempting to fix a leaky shower on New Year's Eve. Damion at Wonderful World of Plumbing couldn't make it that day but requested a photo of the issue. He took the time to instruct us by phone on how to remove the cartridge and even provided the name and number of another plumber who was available to come that day! Now THAT is service! We will certainly use Wonderful World of Plumbing for our future plumbing needs and highly recommend the company because Damion took time to provide assistance even when he knew it wouldn't make him any money!

My mom and I would highly recommend using this company. Not only did the gentleman arrive within the timeframe we were told, he was so professional, warm and friendly (which is hard to come by these days). The young man, by the name of Tyrell I believe, came in and before even beginning he laid out all the possibilities and the cost. I love how open and honest he was with my mom. Once he took a look and realized our garbage disposal needed to be replaced, he informed my mom and she gave him the green light to replace it. He was so quick! On top of that, he tried the garbage disposal out with her before leaving and sent her before and after pictures of his work. From the first time I called him, Damion was very helpful and responsive. He got the work done quickly, at a reasonable rate. He even came on his day off to light our water heater when the gas company failed to turn it back on! Top notch service. We will definitely use his services again.

Damian responded very quickly to an inquiry I submitted on their website. He offered to come out the next day which was Christmas eve. I only needed some shower heads and a drain replaced. When he arrived he also found out why my shower water pressure was so low and replaced my tub faucet. I will definitely use them for any future issues or upgrades.

This is my second time using them. And they were great each time. Arrived on time, got the job done and left within the estimated time frame. The only problem has nothing to do with them (my shower diverter is an unknown brand). So I will have them here some time next year to cut my bathroom wall and replace the diverter mechanism. Oh, also the plumber left my bathroom in a nice neat order. Not all contractors do that unfortunately.

My husband and I are so grateful to have been referred to Wonderful World of Plumbing.  They explained each procedure and cost clearly before beginning the job, showed us exactly what they did afterward, demonstrated the working feature after each repair, and cleaned up completely before they left. Wonderful World of Plumbing came by and fixed a damaged flapper that had caused me problems since we bought our home. This thing caused the toilet in my bonus room to flood leading to the whole room having to me mitigated. Damion finally found and solved the issue when others couldn't and we are grateful. He uninstalled my disposal when it was leaking, even though it had already been installed, but with an unexpected issue - didn’t charge me for the extra help. I never ever write reviews online for companies, but I had to for this one! We had a leak from our upstairs bathroom down into our living room late at night. I called one company who just took my information and said someone would call me later. So I then called Damion. He was out at my house a couple hours later and him and his son had my big problem fixed, and even fixed a smaller problem we had for a VERY reasonable cost all in the same day! Still have not heard from the first company I called, and Damion has already fixed my problem!

Damion and crew came out super fast to fix our sewer line break and they knocked it out super fast. That includes pulling down the fence (which was in the way) digging out the needed space, cutting and replacing the pipe, and putting it all back. VERY IMPRESSIVE. Not only that they were super nice, very professional and did the work for HALF of what Roto Rooter quoted us. I cannot say enough nice things about these folks. If you are looking for A+ service and great people to support, these are the plumbers to call.

When my Hot water heater broke, he was not able to fix it the next day but he provided the name of someone who could do it. When they could not come by, Damion fit me in to his schedule and got my heater working again. He has outstanding Customer Service and work ethic.
