I requested maintenance service to have my main drains flushed. Josh came out and explained everything very thoroughly. He patiently answered all of my questions. He made some suggestions and did not try and sell me things that weren’t needed. Thank you for your professionalism and prompt service. Will only use Charlotte Plumbing for all of my plumbing needs. The technician, Dustin, was very professional and helpful. He seemed to value my time which I really appreciated. I was advised of the problem in terms and language I could understand. I was provided with options for resolving. I do intend to have the repair done by Mr Rooter.

I had surgery 6/25/20 and as always with great timing I had no hot water the next day!!! I called my neighbor since she just went through this she gave me All Hours Plumbing's number, Brett answered straight away I explained my issue and his response was we can be there in 10-15 minutes!!! I was shocked at the text I got 10 minutes later, they were there!!!!!!! And less than 2 hours later and the guys were done and I had hot water in an hour!!! Not ONLY was my problem taken care off but so fast, the guys were polite and wished me a speedy recovery!
ABSOLUTELY WOULD RECOMMEND!!!! Thank you again Brett!!! Way to make me believe in excellent customer service again!!

This review is for Tuesday Sept 6 ONLY. Roto Rooter called to clean out kitchen drain, double bowl-draining slow, sluggish and backing up into the other sink. Tech (Keith) was later than text, husband told tech to clean the drain pipes to sink, and clean p-trap.From today's recall visit(Sept7), it is obvious Tues. Tech did not clean p-trap. Two knives, a popsicle stick and a big gob of some nasty looking something were in the p-trap. The tech did not do as he was asked by husband. AND he lied to husband when asked if he cleaned the p-trap. Everyone knows if you're testing the drain, you fill one side of the sink with water and then pull the plug. Had the tech done this he would have seen the water backing up into the other side of the sink. I think he rodded the drain, ran water separately into each sink and declared it was cleared. I call this lazy. Especially after he was told to clean the p-trap. VERY VERY disappointing service from a company that has been stellar in the past.
