Best Water Heater Replacement in Charlotte NC

I'm typically skeptical of places flooded with great reviews, but these guys deserve it! We needed an electric water heater installed, quickly, and they did it, quickly. No muss, no fuss -- just speed and professionalism.

I'm not talkin' a standard water heater replacement, either. It was in a very, very tight space with very little access -- but they made it work and stuck with their estimate, despite some hiccups. Honestly not used to that! Will definitely be using the guys again if we need some work done.

Justin was absolutely amazing with his knowledge and repair skills. He kept us informed every step of the way. Viton and Raslin were also excellent in in their efforts to help repair everything and get us together. Overall, it was a wonderful experience that lasted a few hours. Highly recommend.

Anthony was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and gave us all the options possible. We are unable to take out a loan at this point but we will keep you in mind for future plumbing repairs.

We have a large outdoor entertainment area we added to our backyard ( including 3 gas fed sources). Most of the work was done by us, but we hired Mr. Rooter to run all the gas lines and connect them once the project was completed. They came here multiple times during the phases of the project. They were very quick to get us scheduled and very responsive to any questions or concerns we had. Would most certainly recommend William and Laszlo for any of your gas line work.

Michael A. came on a Sunday to help us get our new sink, garbage disposal, shut off valves and dishwasher back online during kitchen remodel. Very polite, sociable and explained everything he was doing and why all the way through. Price was reasonable as I had called a few others and even had a competitor come to house for free estimate that was almost twice as much. Great experience from start to finish. Fair and reasonable pricing.

This whole company is awesome. I called Sunday evening about a leak and was told someone could come out 8 am Monday. Matthew showed up at 8 am on the dot. He quickly diagnosed the issue (a hairline crack in the pipe leading to my outdoor spicket) and quoted me a price BEFORE doing any work. They offer 5 packages for that service, from Band Aid all the way up to Platinum-- I was most impressed that he didn't try to sell me anything more than what I needed. He had to cut a small piece of my drywall due to the location of the pipe but let me know beforehand that he had to do this so I had the option of saying no. He explained everything he was doing and had me watch some of the process so I could see exactly from where the leak sprung and how he was fixing it. This is my first time using a plumber in Charlotte & I will never use anyone else. There was no service fee and my total was less than two hundred. I couldn't be more impressed or pleased with this service.

Stan came to check our main sewer line and he went above and beyond to help me understand every step he took and to insure I was comfortable with what he was doing. He was very professional and gave me great advice. If we ever have an issue again I will be requesting Stan!
