We had a very good experience with Roto-Rooter on a main sewer line job we had done at our home in the Lake Norman area. Luke and his crew of LAL, LP and Mike were very courteous, respectful & professional from start to finish. They kept us informed on what exactly they were doing at all times and informed us how long the job should take. I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing issues.

Dustin came as scheduled... which beats the competition already! Took a look at issues in our half bath and kitchen sink. He told me how long it would take and the cost. Both were exactly as he explained, again surpassing their competitors. We will be calling All About The pipes for all of our future needs!

I utilized their services to install a natural gas hook up for my grill. Diyan was my service tech on a job that required 3 total days. This 3 day timeframe included their office coordinating a county inspection. When you have a county inspector saying they did clean work, you know they did. The line was established, air pressure tested with a gauge, evacuated, and activated. They hooked up my grill and tested it to make sure it was fully functioning without issue. Four days later they called back to make sure everything was still perfect. Quality service. Expectations were set, and met. ZERO issues. I'll be sure to call them in the event I have any other plumbing or gas line work needed.
