Glad I found Bobby and Livewire on Google search. He was way more responsive and hundreds of dollars cheaper than the big chains/franchises. Needed him in a pinch and he squeezed me in before the weekend. Super knowledgeable and efficient. Permit and inspection passed within a couple days of installation. Highly recommended

We have used Toliny several times since we moved to our new house. Our experience with them is great and we would recommend them to anybody who needs fair price and quality. last time we called them was actually this morning when our water heater stopped working and we had no hot water. We have two young children so we needed to fix it ASAP but there is usually a problem getting someone on Sunday morning especially with a freezing temperatures. Tony came in 45 minutes after we called. He changed the thermo double and we had water again same morning. The prices are always fair. He did not charge any extra for the weekend hours. We know that many companies would charge or just not show up in the weekend except for emergencies. Toliny is just GREAT!

Daniel B. arrived at my home on time for the appointment. He was very impressive with a knowledge base and professionalism above reproach and rarely seen in today's world. He provided a routine check of my current electrical system and advised me on its condition. He provided me with a quote for the work needed and he explained everything in great detail. He took a great deal of time to answer all of my questions. I look forward to working with Daniel in the near future. It didn't take long to gain my respect and trust. Not very often do you meet people with such pride and integrity in their work!

I personally cannot say if this is a bad company but from my current ongoing experience it is not a good one. First - If you want to get in contact with someone you have to call at 430 pm, because that is when you can speak to the manager so he can schedule for someone to come out. When someone finally came out after I had continuously called for a few days. I kept being told I did not know what the issues was and I should call spectrum. I have a faulty coaxial outlet that has a shortage, not difficult to figure out when you have an outlet tester. This is located in my now office, which because of COVID -19, it is clearly needed. Second - after the Electrician, finally grasped that I did actually know what I was talking about and was not just trying to make him do more work. He leaves and says I have to talk to someone to see what needs to happen next. That was over 3 weeks ago , this has been a 2 1/2 month and counting process.

Definitely my new electrician. David is the gentleman who answered my call. Respecting and helpful. Came out the very next morning bright and early. Fixed my electrical issue and had us up and running in less then an hr. Explaining the process along the way. Awesome experience. Will recommend and use again for all my electrical needs.
